Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides a technology for preparing a water retention material by recovering waste diapers and sanitary towels, which fully utilizes the water absorbability of super absorbent resins in the waste diapers and the sanitary towels to latch water in the super absorbent resins in soil, polluted soil and sludge, then slowly releases the water latched in the super absorbent resins into the soil in non-rainy seasons, and simultaneously ensures that the water retention material in cement (which is not repaired) is easier to repair when roads are built.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for preparing a water retention material by recycling waste diapers and sanitary towels is characterized in that the waste diapers and the sanitary towels are mechanically crushed into base materials by a crusher, then the base materials are sequentially sent into a physical disinfection treatment device and a chemical disinfection treatment device to be subjected to physical and chemical disinfection treatment, and the base materials after the disinfection treatment are independently or mixedly matched with soil, polluted soil, sludge and cement to prepare the water retention material.
The physical disinfection treatment equipment is ultraviolet disinfection equipment, and the wavelength of ultraviolet is 240-280 nm.
The chemical disinfection treatment equipment is ozone type disinfection equipment.
Stirring devices are arranged in the physical disinfection treatment equipment and the chemical disinfection treatment equipment.
The operation of the invention is carried out according to the following steps:
(1) firstly, cleaning and airing the recovered waste diaper and sanitary towel, and then sending the waste diaper and sanitary towel into a crusher for mechanical crushing to prepare a base material;
(2) sending the base material into physical disinfection treatment equipment, irradiating by using ultraviolet light with the wavelength of 240-280nm, continuously stirring by using a stirring device in the disinfection treatment equipment in the irradiation process, fully irradiating the base material by using the ultraviolet light, simultaneously filling high-temperature steam into the equipment after the ultraviolet light irradiation is finished, continuously stirring by using the stirring device in the disinfection treatment equipment, and drying the base material after the disinfection treatment by using drying equipment;
(3) feeding the physically sterilized base material into a chemical disinfection treatment device, continuously stirring by a stirring device in the disinfection treatment device to ensure that the base material is fully contacted with ozone, filling 3 percent medical hydrogen peroxide solution into the treatment device in the stirring process or using bleaching powder clarified liquid, adding 500g of powder into 5 liters of water, uniformly stirring, standing overnight to obtain 10 percent clarified liquid, adding water to obtain the concentration of 0.2 percent, and feeding the base material into a drying device again for drying after the chemical disinfection is finished;
(4) the base material after the disinfection treatment is mixed with soil and polluted soil according to the proportion of 1: 20-50 (mass), or the base material and the sludge are mixed in a ratio of 1: 30-60 (mass), and then mixing the base material and the cement in a ratio of 1: 40-80 (mass) to prepare the water-retaining material.
The beneficial benefits are that: in the invention, the super absorbent resin in the waste diaper and the sanitary towel is mixed with soil, polluted soil and sludge, water is latched in the super absorbent resin in the soil, the polluted soil and the sludge, then the water latched in the super absorbent resin is slowly released to the soil in non-rainy season, and the super absorbent resin is mixed with cement to be used for greening slopes, building outer walls and the like damaged during road construction, and the super absorbent resin is slowly released to the soil.

Example one
(1) Firstly, cleaning and airing the recovered waste diaper and sanitary towel, and then sending the waste diaper and sanitary towel into a crusher for mechanical crushing to prepare a base material;
(2) sending the base material into physical disinfection treatment equipment, irradiating by using ultraviolet light with the wavelength of 240-280nm, continuously stirring by using a stirring device in the disinfection treatment equipment in the irradiation process, fully irradiating the base material by using the ultraviolet light, simultaneously filling high-temperature steam into the equipment after the ultraviolet light irradiation is finished, continuously stirring by using the stirring device in the disinfection treatment equipment, and drying the base material after the disinfection treatment by using drying equipment;

(3) feeding the physically sterilized base material into a chemical disinfection treatment device, continuously stirring by a stirring device in the disinfection treatment device to ensure that the base material is fully contacted with ozone, filling 3 percent medical hydrogen peroxide solution into the treatment device in the stirring process or using bleaching powder clarified liquid, adding 500g of powder into 5 liters of water, uniformly stirring, standing overnight to obtain 10 percent clarified liquid, adding water to obtain the concentration of 0.2 percent, and feeding the base material into a drying device again for drying after the chemical disinfection is finished;
(4) the base material and the sludge after the disinfection treatment are mixed according to the proportion of 1: 30-60 (mass) of the components are mixed to prepare a water retention material, the super absorbent resin absorbs water in rainy season, the water is latched in the super absorbent resin in soil, polluted soil and sludge, and then the water latched in the super absorbent resin is slowly released in non-rainy season and released into the soil, so that the water retention material is used for planting grass, shrubs and trees in arid regions such as stony desertification, desertification and the like, and the stony desertification and the like of the nature are slowed down or treated.

(3) feeding the physically sterilized base material into a chemical disinfection treatment device, continuously stirring by a stirring device in the disinfection treatment device to ensure that the base material is fully contacted with ozone, filling 3 percent medical hydrogen peroxide solution into the treatment device in the stirring process or using bleaching powder clarified liquid, adding 500g of powder into 5 liters of water, uniformly stirring, standing overnight to obtain 10 percent clarified liquid, adding water to obtain the concentration of 0.2 percent, and feeding the base material into a drying device again for drying after the chemical disinfection is finished;
(4) mixing the base material after the sterilization treatment and cement in a ratio of 1: 40-80 (mass) to prepare the water-retaining material
And (3) greening of damaged slopes, building outer walls and the like during road construction.
The invention has the advantages that: the super absorbent resin in the waste diaper and the sanitary towel is mixed with soil, polluted soil and sludge, the super absorbent resin absorbs water in rainy season, the super absorbent resin latches the water in the soil, the polluted soil and the sludge, and then the water latched in the super absorbent resin is slowly released in non-rainy season and is released into the soil, so that the super absorbent resin is used for planting grass, shrubs and trees in arid regions such as stony desertification, desertification and the like, slowing or controlling the stony desertification and the desertification of nature, and is mixed with cement to be used for greening slopes damaged in road construction, building outer walls and the like.
