实施例1:本实施例的鞋中底制法为:1.先将EVA胶粒混合料92~94%(其中包含有适量IR、CAC03、VN3)、发泡剂CAP5~6%、架桥填剂DCPO0.6~1.5%先给予混合搅拌,由滚压机加温约100℃配合滚压筒冷却,使其保持在不发泡情况下滚制挤压呈一胶板;2.由冲裁机在胶板上一一裁切下适当大小的鞋底板;3.将此鞋底板置放入成型机的中底成型模具内,如模具底面为斜面,则在裁切时依该斜面空隙空间裁切相应的填板,并填于其后补其斜面空间内,以补胶料不足,成型机加温,先以180℃~190℃加热4分钟,减压打开模具透气并排出气泡,以使胶溶状态胶料依其均向性填满于模穴内,和促使胶料上端自然形成水平面,然后重新关闭模具加热至25分钟,再打开中底成型模具上盖板(遇外界空气),则可膨胀发泡为全发泡鞋中底雏型(见图7);4.依所需造形,剪切下溢料毛边并作外型磨修即完成一简单形体鞋中底制品(见图8中(A)),若模具精细,也可在模具内直接膨胀发泡为鞋中底成品;5.将上述工序2中裁切下来的未发泡胶板废料回收,并重新由滚压机滚压成原胶板形状再用。Example 1: The shoe midsole of this example is prepared as follows: 1.
