Technical Field
The invention relates to a multifunctional cataract surgery assistor.
Background
Cataract is an important blinding eye disease, the cause of which is clouding of the lens. The cataract in mature period is mainly treated by operation, and the current operation mode mainly comprises removing turbid nucleus and cortex, retaining capsular bag, and implanting artificial lens. When the crystal zonules break due to trauma or congenital causes, subluxation or even total dislocation of the crystal occurs, and severe dislocation of the crystal needs to be treated by surgery. Because the capsular bag lacks tension support of the zonules, the operation difficulty is increased, and auxiliary equipment support is needed compared with the simple cataract extraction.
In the past, the semi-dislocation of the crystal is mainly stabilized by pulling the crystalline capsular bag by using a capsular bag pulling hook. The surgical mode requires additional cornea incisions, which are easy to cause additional cornea damage, and the surgical time and the infection risk are increased. And the bag drag hook is made of high molecular polymer, and is easy to lose and deform after repeated high-temperature and high-pressure disinfection. When the capsular bag is too high in tension, the capsular bag retractor is easy to cut the capsular bag, so that the anterior capsule is ruptured, and the risk in the operation is greatly increased.
In addition, if the viscoelastic agent is to be supplemented during the operation, the viscoelastic agent needs to be injected from the side incision, and additional instruments are needed to repeatedly enter and exit the eye, so that the anterior chamber is unstable, and the postoperative complications and postoperative infection risks are easily increased.
In addition, the nucleus cleavage of the crystal needs to be assisted by a special chop tool, the polishing of residual cortex of the capsule membrane of the crystal needs to be replaced by a special polishing tool, and a plurality of auxiliary tools easily cause the back capsule of the subluxation crystal to easily surge and are extremely easy to be sucked by the negative pressure of the super nipple to cause the back capsule to rupture to generate serious complications.

The multifunctional cataract surgery assisting device comprises a tube body 1, wherein the proximal end of the tube body 1 is communicated with an injector interface 2 used for guiding an injector to inject liquid into the tube body, and the distal end of the tube body 1 is provided with a hook part 3 which can enter eyes to perform hooking, pushing and polishing work; the hook part 3 comprises a connecting section 31 and an expansion head 32, the proximal end of the connecting section 31 is connected with the pipe body 1, the distal end of the connecting section 31 is connected with the expansion head 32 which is gradually enlarged, and the expansion head 32 has a smooth outer contour; the connecting section 31 is provided with a hollow inner cavity, an inlet of the inner cavity is communicated with the pipe body 1, and a plurality of outlets 311 of the inner cavity are arranged on the side surface of the far end of the connecting section 31;
The tube 1 has a bend which caters for the orbital curve for the insertion of the expansion head 32 into the eye, the bend dividing the tube into a first half 11 close to the hook 3 and a second half 12 close to the syringe interface 2, the hook and the first half forming an operating angle B, and the opening of the operating angle B being oriented opposite to the opening of the bend angle a.
The big end of the expansion head 32 has a top surface 322 and side surfaces 321 located at two sides of the top surface 322, the top surface 322 is horizontal, and the side surfaces 321 are arc-shaped.
The two side surfaces 321 are arc-shaped and symmetrically arranged at two sides of the top surface 322, and the symmetry axis is the central axis of the top surface.

The expansion head 32 can perform hooking, pushing and polishing work in the eye, namely: pulling the crystal bags, splitting the cores, polishing residual cortex of the front and rear capsules of the crystal and the like; the tube 1 directs the viscoelastic into the eye.
The outlet 311 is 0.5mm from the large head end (i.e., top surface) of the expansion head 32; the diameter ∅ f of the outlet is 0.2-0.35mm, the diameter g of the two side faces 321 of the expansion head is 1-1.5mm, and the expansion head is formed by polishing after welding metal. The syringe interface 2 is a standard metal syringe interface for interfacing with a commercially available viscoelastic pusher (syringe) that pushes the viscoelastic into the tube 1 and into the eye through the outlet 311.
