Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In one example, with a hidden touch key device, several light-transmitting areas are necessary, and different patterns must be displayed through a key screen printing film, which cannot achieve a dazzling effect, and cannot achieve user-defined keys and key icons.
In one example, in the capacitive touch key structure, the touch film is printed in a predetermined pattern, so that a dazzling effect cannot be achieved, and user-defined keys and key icons cannot be achieved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a touch display device is provided, as shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the device of the present invention. The touch display device may include: transparent touch film 3 and projection module 2.
In an optional example, the transparent touch film 3 is adapted to be disposed on the back surface of the panel 1.
Optionally, the transparent touch film 3 is attached to the back surface of the panel 1, as shown in fig. 4.
For example: the transparent touch control film can be attached to the curved surface panel, and can realize touch control of various irregular curved surface panels by matching with display projected on the curved surface panel.
From this, through making transparent touch-control film and panel hug closely the setting, can promote display effect and demonstration convenience.
Optionally, the material of the transparent touch film 3 may include: a conductive substance (i.e., a transparent conductive film) and a cover film. The conductive material may be used to form a conductive line region capable of detecting a touch response of a touch object. The coating film, as a substrate, may be used to coat the conductive substance to achieve loading and protection of the conductive substance.
For example: the transparent touch film can be: the internal conductive substance and the coating are both made of transparent materials, and the wire area formed by the conductive substance can detect the touch reaction of fingers.
For example: the internal conductive area is the conductive material for detecting the position of the key, and the area between the keys in fig. 5 is the key conductive area.
From this, through the adaptation setting of conducting material and tectorial membrane, form transparent touch-control film, simple structure, occupation space is little, and can reliably, safely realize touch-control and projection display, and the convenience of use is good.
More optionally, the substrate and the conductive wire region are made of transparent materials.
More optionally, the light transmittance of the substrate is consistent with that of the wire area, so that when the light of the projection module 2 is projected onto the transparent touch film 3, the projected image of the wire area is not displayed on the front surface of the transparent touch film 3.
For example: when the projection module 2 is turned on, the light from the projection module 2 is projected onto the transparent touch film 3, and the wire area is hidden on the front surface of the transparent touch film 3.
For example: the transparent touch film 3 can be made of a material with high light transmittance and uniform and consistent light transmittance of the internal wires and the substrate, so that the transparent conductive routing projection cannot be seen from the front side of the transparent touch film 3 when light is projected.
For example: the light transmittance needs to be more than 90% so as not to influence the whole effect.
From this, through the material homogeneity setting of conducting material and tectorial membrane, can promote the projection effect, and then promote user experience.
More optionally, the position of the wire region in the transparent touch film 3 is a setting position of the touch key 31.
For example: the conductive area inside the transparent touch film 3 is the position of the touch key 31.
Therefore, different pattern marks are used for different keys, so that a user can visually distinguish the keys with different functions, and the keyboard is good in use convenience and humanization.
Optionally, the front surface of the panel 1 is the projection surface.
Therefore, the front surface of the panel is used as a projection surface, the structure is simple, and the display effect is good.
Optionally, the material of the panel 1 may include: at least one of a translucent material and a single-sided light-transmitting material, so that the internal structure of the panel 1 is not displayed on the front side of the panel 1 when the projection module 2 is closed. For example: hiding the internal structure of the panel 1.
For example: the panel material can be selected from semitransparent or single-sided light-transmitting materials, and the inside cannot be seen in the state that the projection is closed.
From this, through the special setting to the panel material, can promote the display effect, user experience is good.
Alternatively, the structure of the panel 1 may include: at least one of a planar structure and a curved structure.
For example: the panel 1 (i.e., the projection surface) may be either flat or curved.
Therefore, through the rear projection curved surface display touch scheme, display and human-computer interaction of household appliances such as air conditioners and the like are more scientific and technical, dynamic icon display can be realized through touch key contents, and the problem that the rear projection cannot be touched on a curved surface panel can be solved.
In an optional example, the projection module 2 is adapted to be disposed in an internal cavity of the panel 1, and may be configured to enable a projection image to be displayed to penetrate through the transparent touch film 3 in a light projection manner, and then project the projection image onto the projection surface of the panel 1 in a back projection manner, so as to implement dynamic display of the projection image to be displayed on the panel 1.
For example: the air conditioner may include: panel 1 (i.e. projection surface), projection module 2, transparent touch film 3. The projection module 2 is arranged in the cavity, an image irradiated by projection firstly penetrates through the transparent touch film, and is projected on the panel (projection surface) in a rear projection mode, and the display can be seen from the front surface of the panel.
For example: the cavity may be an internal cavity of the panel 1. For example: referring to the example shown in fig. 1, the cavity may refer to an internal cavity of the entire structure.
For example: a rear projection display, which may be: a projection light (such as an optical projector 9) is used for back projection on a product panel (such as the panel 1) to display a display mode of corresponding content.
Therefore, through the matching of the transparent touch film and the projection module, the projection dynamic display is realized, the problems that the content of the touch key of the household appliance is static icon and simple are solved, the display flexibility is good, and the realization mode is reliable.
Alternatively, referring to the example shown in fig. 2, the projection image to be displayed may include: at least one of the touch key 31, the projection pattern 32 and the projection key icon 33 may be used to display at least one of the operation status information and the user requirement pattern information of the electrical appliance to which the panel 1 belongs.
Optionally, the area of the transparent touch film 3 corresponding to the projection image to be displayed may include: at least one of the touch key area, the projected pattern area, and the projected key area may be used to project at least one of the touch key 31, the projected pattern 32, and the projected key icon 33 onto the projection surface through the touch key area, the projected pattern area, and the projected key icon 33. Wherein this region is also a region corresponding to the projection region of the panel 1,
therefore, various information can be displayed through the projected images in various forms, the use convenience is good, the flexibility is good, and the user experience is good.
More optionally, the structure of the touch key 31 may include: and (3) array structure. At least one of the number and the positions of the touch keys 31 in the array structure can be adjusted according to the use requirement.
For example: the touch key 31 may include: and (6) array touch keys.
For example: the touch key 31 may include: and the touch keys 31 are designed according to requirements, and have an M multiplied by N array. The user can define the number and the positions of the key arrays to be used in the mxn touch key array according to the requirement (for example, the 5 × 2 key array in fig. 2).
For example: the touch key array may be: when the touch key array is manufactured, the position of the touch key array is unchangeable according to the requirement, and a user can select keys with required positions and quantity in a self-defined mode.
For example: the M multiplied by N array touch keys can realize the effect that a user can customize the keys of the air conditioner according to the preference of the user. Touch control on the rear-projection curved-surface panel can be realized, and user-defined touch control effect can be realized through M multiplied by N array touch control keys.
For example: the projection key icons 33 can be replaced at any time according to the requirements and the hobbies of users, static or colorful animation pictures can be selected, the positions and the number of keys can be customized in the MXN touch key array according to the requirements, the users can clearly know the running state of the air conditioner, the air conditioner can be controlled by customized setting, and therefore good human-computer interaction is achieved.
For example: the whole projection display system is similar to a mobile phone, the display content is an APP on the mobile phone, and the APP design user can select the positions of available keys and the icons displayed by the key positions and the like by changing the settings in the APP. It is envisioned that the APP icons are arranged in fixed locations (these fixed locations are the M x N array of keys on the touch film) just like the desktop of a cell phone, and can be manually pulled to change the location where the icons are opened, just as the icons of a cell phone.
Therefore, the touch control key with the array structure can realize the touch control on the rear projection curved surface panel and the user-defined touch control effect, has simple structure, multiple functions and good display effect, and solves the problem that the touch control content can only be determined according to household appliances and can not be changed according to the user preference.
More optionally, the projected key icon 33 can be displayed inside the touch key 31.
More optionally, the projected key icon 33 can be displayed above at least one of the touch key 31 and the projected pattern 32.
For example: the projected key icons 33 may be positioned on top so as not to be obscured by other graphic animations.
Therefore, different pattern display or projection positions are different, so that the user can conveniently check and use the pattern display device, the use convenience is good, the universality is strong, and the user experience is good.
More optionally, at least one of the touch key 31, the projected pattern 32, and the projected key icon 33 may include: at least one of a static pattern, a dynamic pattern; the dynamic pattern may include: the example shown in fig. 5 can be referred to as a colorful animation picture.
For example: the projection image to be displayed may include: at least one of a static pattern, a dynamic pattern; the dynamic pattern may include: and (5) colorful animation pictures.
For example: referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the air conditioner is operating normally, the projected pattern area (for example, the area where the projected pattern 32 is located) displays the operating state of the air conditioner or a pattern required by a user (for example, the pattern may be a static or dynamic pattern animation), and the projected key icon 33 (for example, the projected key icon may be a static or dynamic pattern animation).
From this, the cooperation through transparent touch-control film and projection dynamic display realizes dazzling touch-control effect, can promote user experience greatly.
Optionally, the projection module 2 may include: an image display drive board 21 and an optical projector 22.
In an optional specific example, the image display driving board 21 may be configured to receive operation state information of an electrical appliance to which the panel 1 belongs, and process the operation state information to obtain image display data.
For example: the image display drive board 21 transmits display image data to the optical projector 22.
In an alternative specific example, the optical projector 22 may be configured to perform projection according to the image display data to realize dynamic display of the operation state information on the panel 1, and also realize static display of the operation state information on the panel 1.
For example: the optical projector 22 projects a display pattern on the panel 1 (i.e., the projection surface) to display on the panel 1 through the transparent touch film 3, thereby implementing a rear projection display.
From this, carry out the projection through image display drive plate and optical projector, the projection mode is simple and convenient and the reliability is high, can solve the front projection and need infrared detection or camera detection to realize that touch-control operation process is loaded down with trivial details, the higher problem of cost.
More optionally, at least one of the brightness, transmittance and resolution of the optical projector 22 can be adjusted according to the internal cavity of the panel 1.
For example: in practical use, the projection module 2 can develop optical machines (e.g., the optical projector 22) with different structures according to the requirements of the structural space and the display effect.
For example: the projection light machine (e.g., the optical projector 22) may have different models and specifications according to different brightness, different transmittance, different resolution, and other parameters. For example: when the product is developed, the optical machines with different models and specifications can be selected according to the requirements of structural space and display effect.
From this, through the optical projector with panel inner chamber adaptation, use the flexibility good, the commonality is strong, can solve the front projection and need infrared detection or camera to detect and realize that the touch-control receives external environment's influence scheduling problem easily.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to the example shown in fig. 3, the method may further include: and a controller.
In an optional example, the controller may be configured to receive a key signal transmitted by a wire region in the transparent touch film, process the key signal, obtain operation state information of an electrical appliance to which the panel 1 belongs, and send the operation state information to the image display driving board 21.
For example: referring to the example shown in fig. 3, when the user touches the key icon area (e.g., the difference of the projected key icon 33) with a finger or other touch object, the key signal is transmitted to the air conditioning main controller 7.
For example: referring to the example shown in fig. 3, the air conditioner main controller 7 sends an air conditioner operation state command to the image display driving board 21 after processing the corresponding signal.
Therefore, through the adaptive setting of the controller, the content and the process of projection display are more reliable and accurate.
Optionally, the controller may include: a local control module (for example, an air conditioner main controller 4) of the electric appliance to which the panel 1 belongs, and/or an external control module outside the electric appliance to which the panel 1 belongs.
Therefore, the convenience and flexibility of control can be improved through the controllers in various forms.
In an alternative example, the image display driving board 21 may be further configured to feed back projection status information of itself to the controller.
For example: referring to the example shown in fig. 3, after receiving the command, the image display driver board 21 processes the command and sends the projection status information back to the air conditioner main controller.
Therefore, the projection state information is fed back to the controller, the reliability of control and display is improved, and the user experience is good.
Through a large amount of experimental verifications, adopt the technical scheme of this embodiment, realize dazzling the touch-control effect through the cooperation of transparent touch-control film and projection dynamic display, solve household electrical appliances touch-control button content for static icon, simple problem of content, can also solve that the front projection needs infrared detection or camera to detect and realize touch-control, with higher costs, and receive external environment's influence easily.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the panel corresponding to the touch display device is also provided. The panel may include: the touch display device is described above.
Since the processing and functions implemented by the panel of this embodiment substantially correspond to the embodiments, principles and examples of the apparatus shown in fig. 1 to 5, the description of this embodiment is not detailed, and reference may be made to the related descriptions in the foregoing embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
Through a large number of tests, the technical scheme of the invention can realize touch control of various irregular curved surface panels by sticking the transparent touch control film on the curved surface panel and matching with display projected on the curved surface panel, thereby solving the problem that the rear projection cannot be used for touch control on the curved surface panel.
According to the embodiment of the invention, an electric appliance corresponding to the panel is also provided. The appliance may include: the panel described above.
Optionally, the appliance may include: at least one of an air conditioner (i.e., an air conditioner), a refrigerator, a washing machine, a range hood, a water heater, an electric cooker, an induction cooker, and an electric oven.
In an alternative embodiment, in combination with the examples shown in fig. 1 and 6, the air conditioner may include: panel 1 (i.e. projection surface), projection module 2, transparent touch film 3. The projection module 2 is arranged in the cavity, an image irradiated by projection firstly penetrates through the transparent touch film, and is projected on the panel (projection surface) in a rear projection mode, and the display can be seen from the front surface of the panel.
In an alternative example, the panel 1 (i.e., the projection surface) may be selected to be flat or curved.
Alternatively, the panel material may be a translucent or single-sided translucent material, and the inside is not visible in the state where the projection is closed.
In an alternative example, the projection module 2 may include: an image display drive board 21 and an optical projector 22.
Optionally, in practical use, the projection module 2 may develop optical machines (e.g., the optical projector 22) with different structures according to the requirements of the structural space and the display effect.
For example: the projection light machine (e.g., the optical projector 22) may have different models and specifications according to different brightness, different transmittance, different resolution, and other parameters. For example: when the product is developed, the optical machines with different models and specifications can be selected according to the requirements of structural space and display effect.
In an alternative example, the cavity may be an internal cavity of the panel 1. For example: referring to the example shown in fig. 1, the cavity may refer to an internal cavity of the entire structure.
In an optional example, the transparent touch film 3 may be made of a material having high light transmittance and uniform light transmittance of the internal wires and the substrate, so that the transparent conductive trace projection cannot be seen from the front surface of the transparent touch film 3 when light is projected.
For example: the light transmittance needs to be more than 90% so as not to influence the whole effect.
The transparent touch film may be: the internal conductive substance and the coating are both made of transparent materials, and the wire area formed by the conductive substance can detect the touch reaction of fingers.
Optionally, the conductive area inside the transparent touch film 3 is the position of the touch key 31.
For example: the internal conductive area is the conductive material for detecting the position of the key, and the area between the keys in fig. 5 is the key conductive area.
The touch key 31 may include: and the touch keys 31 are designed according to requirements, and have an M multiplied by N array. The user can define the number and the positions of the key arrays to be used in the mxn touch key array according to the requirement (for example, the 5 × 2 key array in fig. 2).
In an alternative example, referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the air conditioner is operating normally, the projected pattern area (for example, the area where the projected pattern 32 is located) displays the operating state of the air conditioner or a pattern required by the user (for example, the pattern may be animated as a static or dynamic pattern), and the projected key icon 33 (for example, the projected key icon may be animated as a static or dynamic pattern).
Alternatively, the projected key icons 33 may be positioned on top so as not to be obscured by other graphic animations.
The touch key array may be: when the touch key array is manufactured, the position of the touch key array is unchangeable according to the requirement, and a user can select keys with required positions and quantity in a self-defined mode.
In an alternative example, referring to the example shown in fig. 3, the process of the projection display of the air conditioner may include:
in step 1, when the user touches the key icon area (for example, the difference of the projected key icon 33) with a finger or other touch object, the key signal is transmitted to the air conditioning main controller 7.
And step 2, after the air conditioner main controller 7 processes the corresponding signal, sending an air conditioner running state instruction to the image display driving board 21.
And 3, after receiving the instruction, the image display driving board 21 sends the projection state information back to the air conditioner main controller after processing. In addition, the image display drive board 21 transmits display image data to the optical projector 22.
For example: the air conditioner main controller transmits the air conditioner state information to the image display driving board, the air conditioner state information is displayed through the optical machine, meanwhile, the image display driving board feeds back the displayed content to the air conditioner main controller, and the air conditioner main controller judges the correctness of the displayed content.
The air conditioner main controller performs processing according to the key signal and needs to perform control according to the air conditioner function. Such as: main control of the air conditioner: temperature plus or minus, mode, wind speed, function, left, right, up and down wind sweeping, and redundant air conditioners can display time, weather, news and the like.
For example: the image display board receives the instruction and is only used for displaying the content which the air conditioner main controller wants to display.
And 4, projecting the display pattern on the panel 1 (namely, a projection surface) by the optical projector 22 to display the display pattern on the panel 1 through the transparent touch film 3, so as to realize rear projection display.
The rear projection display may be: a projection light (such as an optical projector 9) is used for back projection on a product panel (such as the panel 1) to display a display mode of corresponding content.
In an optional example, the projected key icons 33 can be replaced at any time according to the user's preference, static or colorful animation pictures can be selected, the positions and the number of keys can be customized in the mxn touch key array according to the requirement, the user can clearly know the operation state of the air conditioner, and the user can customize the setting to control the air conditioner, thereby realizing good human-computer interaction.
In an alternative example, the touch film (e.g., the transparent touch film 3) may be selectively manufactured with a specific pattern, as shown in fig. 6, the positions and patterns of the keys (e.g., the glare key, the reduction key, the increase key, the function key, the lower air-out key, the wind speed key, the upper and lower keys, the left and right keys, the mode key, the power key, etc.) cannot be changed, the coating film around the film is opaque, and only the position pattern of the keys is hollowed and transparent. The light of the optical machine (for example, the optical projector 22) is directly range light, and is irradiated on the film (for example, the transparent touch film 3) to display the hollow patterns on the film, and the silk-screen position of the touch film can realize touch control.
Optionally, the pattern of the keys (e.g., touch keys 31) cannot be a dynamic flashing pattern, but the number and position of the keys can be adjusted by adjusting the range light of the light engine (e.g., optical projector 22).
Therefore, the electric appliance adopts the rear projection curved surface display touch scheme, so that the display and the man-machine interaction of household appliances such as an air conditioner and the like are more scientific and technical, and the content of the touch keys can realize dynamic icon display.
Moreover, touch control on the rear projection curved surface panel can be realized, and user-defined touch control effect can be realized through the M multiplied by N array touch control keys.
Since the processes and functions implemented by the electrical appliance of this embodiment substantially correspond to the embodiments, principles and examples of the panel, reference may be made to the related descriptions in the foregoing embodiments without being detailed in the description of this embodiment.

In an alternative embodiment, the method may further include: and receiving self projection state information fed back by the electric appliance.
For example: referring to the example shown in fig. 3, after receiving the command, the image display driver board 21 processes the command and sends the projection status information back to the air conditioner main controller.
Therefore, the projection state information is fed back to the controller, the reliability of control and display is improved, and the user experience is good.
In an alternative embodiment, the method may further include: at least one of the brightness, transmittance and resolution of the optical projector 22 is adjusted according to the internal cavity of the panel 1.
