The first shelf 10 is fixedly disposed in the receiving cavity, the second shelf 20 is positioned at the left or right side of the first shelf, and the second shelf 20 is movable between a first position (shown in fig. 5) and a second position (shown in fig. 1). When the second shelf 20 is located at the first position, the second shelf 20 is in a vertical state, so that the first shelf 10 and the inner wall of the box body define an avoidance opening; when the second shelf 20 is in the second position, the second shelf 20 is in a horizontal state, so that the evasive opening can be closed and the second shelf 20 can be used for placing articles.
For example, if the second shelf 20 is connected to the right side of the first shelf 10, when the second shelf 20 is located at the first position, the avoidance port is defined between the right side of the first shelf 10 and the right side wall of the box body; if the second shelf 20 is connected to the left side of the first shelf 10, the escape opening is defined between the left side of the first shelf 10 and the left side wall of the box body when the second shelf 20 is located at the first position.
When the article storage rack is used, when the height of the stored articles is high, the second layer rack 20 is located in the vertical state of the first position, wherein the vertical state can be a state perpendicular to the horizontal state, of course, the vertical state is not limited to the case perpendicular to the horizontal state, the second layer rack 20 can rotate clockwise or anticlockwise for 0-180 degrees from the horizontal state to open the avoidance port, and the high articles are placed at the opened avoidance port by rotating the second layer rack 20 to the vertical state; when the height of the stored articles is low, the second shelf 20 is in the horizontal state of the second position, so that the second shelf 20 can be used as a shelf, the function of the shelf is realized, and the storage amount of the shelf assembly 100 in the accommodating cavity is enlarged.
According to the rack assembly 100 for the refrigeration device, the movable second shelf 20 is arranged, so that the position of the second shelf 20 can be adjusted according to the height of the placed object, the object with a larger size is placed at the opened avoidance opening, and the space utilization rate is effectively improved; meanwhile, the first layer frame 10 and the second layer frame 20 are arranged left and right, and compared with the technical scheme that the first layer frame and the second layer frame are arranged front and back, the picking and placing of all articles in the accommodating cavity are facilitated, and the picking and placing are more convenient.
As shown in fig. 6, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the shelf assembly 100 further includes a rotation shaft 30, and the rotation shaft 30 is located at a position where the first shelf 10 and the second shelf 20 intersect, so that the first shelf 10 and the second shelf 20 are pivotably connected by the rotation shaft 30. Wherein the axis direction of the rotation shaft 30 extends in the front-rear direction so that the second shelf 20 can rotate around the rotation shaft 20 at the left or right side of the first shelf 10.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the second layer 20 can be suspended at any position between the first position and the second position, i.e. the second layer 20 can be fixed in a horizontal state, also in a vertical state, and also in any position in the pivoting around the rotating shaft 30.
In some examples, the shaft 30 may be a damped shaft, enabling the second layer 20 to hover anywhere between the first and second positions.
In some specific examples, the shaft 30 includes a fixed portion (not shown) and a pivot portion (not shown), the pivot portion can rotate relative to the fixed portion, the fixed portion is connected with the first shelf 10, and the pivot portion is connected with the second shelf 20, so that the second shelf 20 can pivot around the shaft 30 and hover at any position between the horizontal state and the vertical state.
Optionally, a screw hole is formed in a fixing portion of the rotating shaft 30, a screw post is formed on the first layer frame 10, and the fixing portion is fixedly connected to the first layer frame 10 through a screw so as to connect the rotating shaft 30 and the first layer frame 10. Similarly, a screw hole is also formed in the pivot portion of the rotating shaft 30, a screw post is arranged on the second shelf 20, the pivot portion is fixedly connected to the second shelf 20 through a screw to connect the rotating shaft 30 and the second shelf 20, and the first shelf 10 and the second shelf 20 can be pivotally connected through the rotating shaft 30, so that the assembly and disassembly are convenient.
In some examples, a first position-limiting portion 11 is disposed on the first shelf 10, and the first position-limiting portion 11 can limit the second shelf 20 from moving from the first position to the second position and then continuing to turn over, that is, when the second shelf 20 turns from the vertical state to the horizontal state in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction, the first position-limiting portion 11 can prevent the second shelf 20 from continuing to turn from the horizontal state in the aforementioned direction, so as to prevent the second shelf 20 from failing to achieve the function of placing articles.
In some specific examples, the first layer frame 10 may include a plurality of first position-limiting portions 11, and the plurality of first position-limiting portions 11 are spaced apart from each other along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 30, so as to better limit the overturning of the second layer frame 20.
As shown in fig. 4, in some specific examples, the first position-limiting portion 12 is located on a side of the first shelf 10 facing the second shelf 20, and a lower portion of a sidewall of the first shelf 10 protrudes outward, thereby forming the first position-limiting portion 11. When the second shelf 20 is rotated from the vertical state to the horizontal state in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, the first position-limiting part 11 protruding from the lower side of the first shelf 10 limits the second shelf 20 from continuing to rotate.
In some examples, at least one second position-limiting portion 12 is disposed on the first shelf 10 to limit the second shelf 20 from moving from the second position to the first position and then turning over, that is, when the second shelf 20 is turned from the horizontal state to the vertical state in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, the first position-limiting portion 11 can prevent the second shelf 20 from turning from the vertical state to the previous direction.
As shown in fig. 8, in some specific examples, the second position-limiting portion 12 is located on a side of the first shelf 10 facing the second shelf 20, and an upper portion of a sidewall of the first shelf 10 protrudes outward, thereby forming the second position-limiting portion 12. When the second shelf 20 is rotated from the horizontal state to the vertical state in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, the second position-limiting part 12 protruded from the upper portion of the sidewall of the first shelf 10 limits the second shelf 20 to be continuously rotated.
As shown in fig. 1, in some examples, the rack assembly 100 further includes a support frame 40, the support frame 40 is adapted to be mounted in the box, the first shelf 10 is mounted on the support frame 40, and the support frame 40 can support the first shelf 10 such that the first shelf 10 is fixed in the accommodating cavity.
As shown in fig. 4, in some specific examples, the supporting frame 40 has a supporting portion 41 extending toward the second layer frame 20 along a horizontal direction, so that the second layer frame 20 can be supported when the second layer frame 20 is located at the second position, that is, when the second layer frame 20 is located at the horizontal state, a certain supporting function can be performed on the second layer frame 20, thereby being more beneficial to the load bearing of the second layer frame 20.

The refrigeration device comprises a box body and a rack assembly 100, wherein the box body is provided with a containing cavity with an opening at the front side, and the rear wall of the box body is provided with a positioning hole and a clamping groove.
The rack assembly 100 includes a first shelf 10, a second shelf 20, a rotating shaft 30 and two supporting frames 40.
The first layer frame 10 is provided with a first limiting part 11 and two second limiting parts 12, and the second layer frame 20 is positioned at the right side of the first layer frame. The first layer 10 and the second layer 20 are both made of glass and plastic frame. When the second shelf 20 is located at the first position, the second shelf 20 is in a vertical state, and the first shelf 10 and the inner wall of the box body define an avoidance opening; when the second shelf 20 is located at the second position, the second shelf 20 is in a horizontal state, and the second shelf 20 closes the avoidance opening.
