Abstract
The invention provides a banknote discriminating device reconstruction method and a banknote discriminating device. According to the reconstruction method of the banknote discriminating device and the banknote discriminating device, provided by the invention, the extension part is arranged to flexibly change the banknote conveying length of the banknote discriminating device, so that the technical conditions of different size specifications, different banknote detecting requirements and the like can be met, and the extension part can be provided with different discriminating units according to the requirements, so that the original banknote discriminating device can be fully utilized under the new technical standard requirements, and the resource waste is avoided.

Technical Field

Background
The counterfeit identifying device, i.e. bill identifying machine, is a machine capable of judging whether the bill is counterfeit or not and can effectively identify the authenticity of the bill. The discriminating means of the banknote discriminating device generally comprises three modes of fluorescence identification, magnetic analysis and infrared penetration.
With the development of printing technology, copying technology and electronic scanning technology, the manufacturing level of counterfeit money is higher and higher, and the counterfeit identification performance of the banknote counter must be continuously improved. After the general technical condition (GB 16999-2010) of the RMB discriminator is implemented, the banknote discriminating device is divided into A, B, C three-level management, and the banknote discriminating device used by a banking system must be a class A machine. The first technical standard of identification equipment covering all types of RMB, the technical specification of the identification capability of the RMB cash machine, has also been formally released by the RMB bank.
Due to the change of the technical standard, the original banknote counterfeit authentication equipment cannot meet the specification of the new standard, and if the original banknote counterfeit authentication equipment is eliminated, huge waste is brought.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problem that the original banknote authentication equipment cannot meet the new standard, the invention provides a banknote authentication equipment transformation method and banknote authentication equipment.
The first aspect of the invention provides a banknote authentication equipment reconstruction method, which comprises the following steps: an extension is added downstream of the original banknote validator, the extension being provided with a banknote passageway that is aligned with the banknote passageway of the original banknote validator.
In a preferred embodiment, the original banknote authentication machine is provided with a first drive wheel, the rotation of which is driven by banknote transport means in the banknote path of the original banknote authentication machine; the extension part is provided with a conveying roller, and a second driving wheel is arranged at the part of the conveying roller extending out of the lower bracket; the first driving wheel drives the second driving wheel to rotate through the synchronous driving belt.
In a more preferred embodiment, a synchronous drive belt tension wheel is provided between the first drive wheel and the second drive wheel to press the synchronous drive belt between the first drive wheel and the second drive wheel.
In another more preferred embodiment, the length of the synchronous drive belt exceeds the distance between the first drive force and the second drive wheel. More preferably, the portion of the synchronous drive belt that exceeds the distance between the first drive force and the second drive wheel is used to nest the downstream banknote counter drive arrangement.
In a preferred embodiment, the bottom of the extension part is a splicing fixing plate which is connected with the bottom of the original banknote authentication device,
in a preferred embodiment, the extension comprises a lower support and an upper support between which the banknote passageway is formed. More preferably, the splice fixing plate is located at the bottom of the lower bracket.

In a preferred embodiment, the banknote validator includes a banknote validator body and an extension downstream of the banknote validator body. The extension is provided with a banknote passageway that is aligned with the banknote passageway of the banknote validator body.
In a preferred embodiment, the banknote authentication machine body is provided with a first drive wheel, rotation of which drives the banknote transport device in the banknote path of the banknote authentication machine body; the extension part is provided with a conveying roller, and a second driving wheel is arranged at the part of the conveying roller extending out of the lower bracket; the first driving wheel drives the second driving wheel to rotate through the synchronous driving belt.
In a more preferred embodiment, a synchronous drive belt tension wheel is provided between the first drive wheel and the second drive wheel to press the synchronous drive belt between the first drive wheel and the second drive wheel.
In another more preferred embodiment, the length of the synchronous drive belt exceeds the distance between the first drive force and the second drive wheel. More preferably, the portion of the synchronous drive belt that exceeds the distance between the first drive force and the second drive wheel is used to nest the downstream banknote counter drive arrangement.

According to the reconstruction method of the banknote counterfeit authentication equipment, provided by the invention, different counterfeit authentication units can be arranged on the extension part according to requirements, and the original banknote counterfeit authentication equipment can be fully utilized under the new technical standard requirements, so that the resource waste is avoided.

Description of the embodiments
The invention provides a banknote discriminating device reconstruction method and banknote discriminating device, and further detailed description of the invention is provided below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and more definite. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the banknote authentication machine of the present invention includes a banknote authentication machine body 1, the banknote authentication machine body 1 being provided with a body banknote passageway 10. The main body banknote passageway 10 is provided with transport rollers, at least one of which protrudes from the banknote authentication machine main body 1, the protruding portion being provided with a first drive wheel 15.
An extension part is arranged at the downstream of the banknote discriminating device main body 1, and a splicing fixing plate 3 is arranged at the downstream of the extension part and fixedly connected with the bottom of the banknote discriminating device main body 1. The extension is provided with an extended banknote passageway which is aligned with the main body banknote passageway 10.
The extended banknote path is provided with transport rollers, at least one of which extends beyond an extension provided with a second drive wheel 5, between which first drive wheel 15 and second drive wheel 5 is driven by means of a synchronous drive belt 6.
The banknote authentication machine body 1 is also provided with a tension wheel 2, wherein the tension wheel 2 is positioned between the first driving wheel 15 and the second driving wheel 5, and the synchronous driving belt 6 is pressed inwards, so that the length of the synchronous driving belt 6 can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the timing belt 6 has a reserved length, i.e. the length L of the timing belt 6 is significantly longer than the distance D between the first drive wheel 15 and the second drive wheel 5. The reserved length part is used for being connected with downstream banknote withdrawal driving equipment.
When the bills are fed into the main bill passageway 10 of the bill discriminating device main body 1, the conveying rollers rotate, and the first driving wheel 15 drives the second driving wheel 5 to synchronously rotate through the synchronous driving belt 6, so that the conveying rollers of the main bill passageway 10 and the conveying rollers of the extended bill passageway synchronously convey, and the bill conveying speed is ensured to be consistent.
When the fed banknote is found to be a counterfeit banknote, the banknote withdrawal drive apparatus drives the synchronous drive belt 6 to rotate in the reverse direction, so that the banknote is fed out in the reverse direction sequentially through the extended banknote path and the main banknote path 10.
Examples
Since the extension part and the bill discriminating apparatus body 1 are not integrally designed, there may be a gap in the assembly process, and the bill may be rolled into the gap in the bill conveying process, in order to facilitate the taking out of the bill rolled into the gap, referring to fig. 3 to 4, the extension part is two parts, namely, the upper bracket 7 and the lower bracket 4, which are detachably connected in this embodiment. The extended banknote passageway is formed between the upper support 7 and the lower portion 4. Wherein, splice fixed plate 3 is located the bottom of lower carriage 4.
Referring to fig. 3, the lower bracket 4 is provided with a top frame 19, the side of the top frame 19 forms an inclined chute 12, the side of the upper bracket 7 is provided with an inclined slide block 11 (or slide bar), when the upper bracket 7 is installed, the upper bracket 7 is arranged above the lower bracket 4, the slide block 11 is arranged at the opening of the chute 12, the slide block 11 slides down to the bottom of the chute 12 along the chute 12, and the upper bracket 7 is fixed at the top of the lower bracket 4.
Referring to fig. 3, a wedge-shaped protruding portion 16 is provided downstream of the bill discriminating apparatus body 1, an inclined surface 17 is provided in the direction of the upper and/or lower holders 7, 4 toward the bill discriminating apparatus body 1, a wedge-shaped recess is formed between the upper and lower holders 7, 4, and the protruding portion 16 is inserted into the recess after the upper and lower holders 7, 4 constitute the extending portion.
In the event that the banknote is involved in the gap between the extension and the banknote validator main body 1, the upper support 7 can be pulled up by force and the slider 11 slid up the chute 12 until the top of the chute 12 opens, thereby pulling the upper support 7 out.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1-4, the top of the upper bracket 7 includes a handle 8 for pulling the upper bracket.
In addition, the upper bracket 7 comprises a cover plate 18, and two opposite '︿' shaped pressing pieces 9 are arranged on the upper surface of the cover plate 18, wherein the pressing pieces 9 can be elastic pieces. One end of each pressing piece 19 is fixed on the upper surface of the cover plate 18, and the other end of each pressing piece extends into the upper bracket 7 through a window of the cover plate 18.
When the cover plate 18 is capped onto the top frame 19, the cover plate 18 is fixed to the top frame 19 with screws, and the press pieces 18 compress the upper bracket 7 by elasticity.
Alternatively, the top of the top frame 19 of the lower bracket 4 is provided with a socket, into which two press pieces 19 are inserted from two opposite directions, and the upper bracket is pressed by elastic force.

1. A method of modifying a banknote counterfeit detection device, comprising: an extension part is added at the downstream of the original banknote discriminating device, and the extension part is provided with a banknote channel which is aligned with the banknote channel of the original banknote discriminating device; the extension part comprises a lower bracket and an upper bracket, the upper bracket is detachably connected with the lower bracket, and the banknote channel is formed between the lower bracket and the upper bracket; the upper support is provided with a connecting piece connected with the top frame; the connecting piece comprises a cover plate and two opposite-direction ︿ -shaped pressing pieces fixed on the upper surface of the cover plate, the cover plate is connected with the top frame, a socket is arranged at the top of the top frame of the lower bracket, the two pressing pieces are inserted into the socket from two opposite directions, and the upper bracket is pressed by utilizing elasticity; the number of the extension parts is 1 or more, and one or more of fluorescent identification, magnetic analysis and infrared penetration fake identifying units are respectively and independently arranged on the 1 or more extension parts.

The method for modifying a banknote authentication apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the original banknote authentication apparatus is provided with a first driving wheel, and rotation of the first driving wheel is driven by a banknote conveying device in a banknote passage of the original banknote authentication apparatus; the extension part is provided with a conveying roller, and a second driving wheel is arranged at the part of the conveying roller extending out of the lower bracket; the first driving wheel drives the second driving wheel to rotate through the synchronous driving belt.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein a synchronous drive belt tension wheel is provided between the first drive wheel and the second drive wheel to press the synchronous drive belt between the first drive wheel and the second drive wheel.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the length of the synchronous drive belt exceeds the distance between the first drive force and the second drive wheel, and wherein the portion of the synchronous drive belt exceeding the distance between the first drive force and the second drive wheel is used to house the downstream banknote counter drive apparatus.
5. The banknote authentication apparatus modification method according to claim 1, wherein a side portion of the top frame is slidably fitted with a side portion of the upper bracket.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the top frame has an inclined chute on a side portion thereof, and the upper bracket has an inclined slider on a side portion thereof, the slider being inserted into the chute.
7. A banknote authentication device produced by the method of claim 1 wherein the upper and lower supports are detachably connected.
