One end of the line pressing U-shaped groove 11 is provided with a buckle 14, the buckle 14 is in an inverted Y shape, a through hole through which a power supply line can pass is formed between the lower end of the buckle 14 and the line pressing U-shaped groove 11, and the buckle 14 has elasticity and can swing along the direction of the line pressing U-shaped groove 11. The wire pressing crank 24 is arranged above the arc-shaped copper sheet 23, as shown in fig. 3, the structure of the wire pressing crank 24 is shown in fig. 8-9, the whole appearance of the wire pressing crank 24 is spoon-shaped, the wire pressing crank 24 comprises a crank 241, the length of the crank 241 is equal to that of the wire pressing U-shaped groove 11, and when the crank 241 is horizontally placed, the upper end of the crank 241 is limited and fixed by the buckle 14; the lower extreme of crank 241 is equipped with wire holder 242, and wire holder 242's both ends are equipped with fixed cylinder 243, and fixed cylinder 243 inserts in jack 13, and fixed cylinder 243 and jack 13 clearance fit to guarantee that wire crank 24 is rotatable. The bottom of the wire pressing seat 242 is provided with a wire inserting groove 244. A gap exists between the bottom end of the wire pressing seat 242 and the arc-shaped copper sheet 23, so that the wire pressing crank 24 can rotate 60-90 degrees by taking the fixed cylinder 243 as the axis.
