Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of radio and television wireless equipment, in particular to a small portable high-standard-definition wireless coding transmitter and a mechanical structure for disassembling and replacing an expansion card of the transmitter. The small portable high-standard-definition wireless coding transmitter disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can realize convenient and stable assembly and disassembly of different expansion cards and a host machine through two different clamping hook modes and locking modes which are mutually matched, can meet various environmental conditions and small high-standard-definition wireless coding transmitters in various occasions, has small and compact structure, stable use and flexible and simple operation, is further combined with other structural designs, and has attractive appearance, is integrated and can prevent shaking.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of radio and television wireless equipment, and particularly relates to a small portable high-standard-definition wireless coding transmitter and a mechanical structure for disassembling and replacing an expansion card of the transmitter.

Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the invention claims a small portable high-standard-definition wireless coding transmitter, which comprises a host 1 and an expansion card 2, wherein the host is provided with a built-in transmitting antenna, a key, a control switch, a cover plate and a connector 11; the expansion card is provided with a display screen, a key and an expansion card shell. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the back of the expansion card 2 of the wireless encoding transmitter of the present invention is provided with an upper connecting portion, the upper connecting portion is provided with a connecting unit and a card slot structure 9, the connecting unit is electrically connected to the connector on the lower connecting portion, and the host and the expansion card 2 are clamped and fixed by the clamping and fixing member 7 and the card slot structure 9 on the upper connecting portion. The guide groove 8 is composed of a wide groove and a narrow groove which are connected into a whole.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the number of the guide rails 6 and the guide grooves 8 is 4, and the guide rails 6 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower connecting part of the main machine, two on each side; the guide grooves 8 are formed in the left side and the right side of the lower surface of the expansion card, are formed in each side, are in bilateral symmetry on the surface of the host 1 and the surface of the expansion card shell 3, have the best stabilizing effect, and can prevent the expansion card 2 from shaking left and right after installation.
When the expansion card 2 is placed on the connecting part of the host 1, the guide rail is butted with the wide groove of the guide groove 8, and when the expansion card 2 is electrically connected with the host 1, the guide rail 6 on the expansion card 2 slides to the narrow groove of the guide groove 8, so that mutual locking is realized. Besides stabilizing the expansion card 2, the installation of the expansion card 2 can be ensured to be correct, and other problems such as component damage and component life reduction caused by reverse installation can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 5, the fastening component 7 on the top of the host is a hook component, and the slot structure 9 on the expansion card is a groove matching with the hook. The bottom of the host is provided with a screw hole corresponding to the copper embedded nut 13 on the expansion card. Through the screw holes and the copper insert 13 by screws or other fastening means. The connection unit on the expansion card is a gold finger 10, the connector 11 on the host is a PCIE connector 11, and the gold finger and the PCIE connector 11 are mutually inserted and combined to realize electrical connection.

A small portable high-standard-definition wireless coding transmitter comprises a transmitter host and an expansion card, wherein a built-in transmitting antenna, a key, a control switch, a cover plate and a connector are arranged on the host; the expansion card is provided with a display screen, a key and an expansion card shell,
the method is characterized in that: the host is also provided with a lower connecting part, the lower connecting part is provided with a convex clamping and fixing part, and the connector is arranged at the lower connecting part; the expansion card is provided with an upper connecting part which is provided with a connecting unit and a clamping groove structure, the connecting unit is electrically connected with the connector on the lower connecting part, the host and the expansion card are clamped and fixed with the clamping groove structure on the upper connecting part through the clamping and fixing part,
the lower connecting part is also provided with a plurality of raised guide rails, the upper connecting part is provided with a plurality of guide grooves, the number of the guide rails corresponds to that of the guide grooves, and the guide rails are correspondingly connected with the guide grooves;
the guide slot comprises wide groove and narrow groove, wide groove and narrow groove link to each other as an organic whole.
