The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a bactericidal composition containing terpene alcohol and trifloxystrobin and application thereof in preventing and treating crop diseases.
Background
Terpene alcohol, named tea tree oil in English, is a melaleuca alternifolia extract, is a novel biological bactericide developed by Stockton in Israel, and has good control effect on various diseases such as downy mildew, powdery mildew, early blight, late blight, leaf spot and the like of various crops; the safety to crops and environment is high, the usage amount of field pesticides can be greatly reduced, and the environment protection is facilitated. At present, registration is obtained in more than 30 countries in the world, and the registration is used for preventing and controlling powdery mildew and epidemic disease in China.
The trifloxystrobin belongs to trifloxystrobin broad-spectrum bactericides, is a novel fluorine-containing bactericide successfully developed by taking natural products Strobilurins as bactericide lead compounds, has the characteristics of high efficiency, broad spectrum, protection, treatment, eradication, permeation, systemic activity, rain wash resistance, long duration and the like, is effective on strains which generate resistance to 1, 4-demethylated mildew inhibitors, benzamides, dicarboxamides and benzomicazole, has no cross resistance with the existing bactericides, has good activity on almost all fungal (ascomycetes, basidiomycetes, oomycetes and fungi imperfecti) diseases such as powdery mildew, leaf spot, rust disease, downy mildew, rhizoctonia solani and the like, and can be quickly degraded in soil and water, so the bactericide is safe to the environment.
In order to solve the practical factors such as the reduction of the control effect caused by the resistance problem, compounding different pesticide active ingredient varieties is a hot direction for pesticide research. Terpene alcohol has the characteristics of multifunction, broad spectrum, safety and the like, and particularly has high compatibility with most chemical pesticides, so that the terpene alcohol becomes a biological pesticide with great value. Through retrieval, no related report about the combination of the terpene alcohol and the trifloxystrobin is found.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the active ingredients of the bactericidal composition at least comprise terpene alcohol and trifloxystrobin, wherein the weight ratio of the terpene alcohol to the trifloxystrobin is 1:30-10:1, preferably, the weight ratio is 1:10-5: the control effect is better when the weight ratio is 4:1, and the control effect is optimal when the weight ratio is 4: 1.
Furthermore, the content of the terpene alcohol and the trifloxystrobin in the bactericidal composition is 1-80% by weight, preferably 10-60% by weight, and the balance is auxiliary agents, carriers and/or other known substances which are helpful for the stability of the effective components in storage and use and the exertion of the drug effect.
Furthermore, the bactericidal composition can be processed into any one dosage form suitable for agricultural production by a conventional method, namely by being supplemented with auxiliary components commonly used in pesticide preparation processing, and the dosage form comprises but is not limited to one of missible oil, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, suspending agents, microemulsions, aqueous emulsions and microcapsule suspending agents.
Further, the germicidal composition may be provided in the form of a finished formulation, i.e., the materials in the composition have been mixed; or in separate formulations which are self-mixing in a tub or tank prior to use and optionally diluted with water depending on the concentration of active desired.
Further, the bactericidal composition may further contain other agricultural active ingredients, including but not limited to one or more of other kinds of pesticides, bactericides, nematicides, synergists, fertilizers, safeners and plant growth regulators.
Compared with the prior art, the bactericidal composition has the beneficial effects that:
1. after the bactericidal composition is compounded according to the proportion, the control effects of the bactericidal composition are not simple superposition, but show a certain synergistic effect;
2. the active ingredients in the bactericidal composition have different action mechanisms, and the combination of the active ingredients and the bactericidal composition can delay the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, thereby being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the pesticide active ingredients;
3. the bactericidal composition can reduce the usage amount of pesticide active ingredients and the use cost, and meanwhile, the bactericidal composition is safe to crops and is environment-friendly and harmless.
Detailed Description

| 50% trifloxystrobin water dispersible granule | 90 | 51.4 | 72.8 |
The field efficacy test results are shown in table 2, and it can be seen from table 2 that the control effect of the compound pesticide composition of terpene alcohol and trifloxystrobin on tomato late blight is obviously better than that of the control single agent; in addition, no phytotoxicity to tomato crops is observed in the application range, which shows that the bactericidal composition is good in safety and worthy of popularization and application.
