Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of towels, in particular to a three-dimensional colorful printed towel.
Background
At present, although printed patterns in the towel industry are colorful, the printed patterns are generally only designed in a plane and have no three-dimensional effect; although the jacquard pattern has many variations, it can only represent monotonous colors and patterns. The jacquard is cut to achieve a certain stereoscopic effect, but the jacquard has no color intersection and insufficient stereoscopic impression.
At present, although a towel combining jacquard weave and printing is researched, the design is only carried out on the angle of a plane, and no three-dimensional stereo is presented, so that the towel is not novel.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: aiming at the defects in the prior art, the three-dimensional multicolor printed towel which shows the three-dimensional pattern effect, has strong visual impact force, strong clamping force of the hair warp and is difficult to fall is provided.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the three-dimensional multicolor printed towel is characterized in that the wool warps of the towel are made of pure cotton yarns, and the ground warps and/or the weft are made of polyester yarns; adopting four-weft fluffy tissues on the upper part and the lower part and ground warp tissues on the lower part and the upper part to weave jacquard patterns with concave-convex effects; the wool warps and the weft yarns are woven into a jacquard pattern of the jacquard pattern, and the ground warps and the weft yarns are woven into a bottom tissue of the jacquard pattern; the jacquard pattern forms a three-layer structure with a visible middle layer through surface velvet cutting treatment, and then the three-dimensional multicolor printed towel is obtained through printing by adopting fluorescent disperse dye.
As an improved technical proposal, the jacquard pattern and the printed pattern of the towel are different patterns.
As an improved technical scheme, the wool warp, the ground warp and the weft are respectively selected from yarns with different fineness; the weft yarns are boiled polyester yarns.
As a preferred technical scheme, the wool warp is made of 46.6tex pure cotton yarn; the weft yarns are boiled polyester yarns of 27.8 tex; the ground warp is 27.8tex multiplied by 2 polyester yarn.
As an improved technical scheme, the scouring polyester yarn is obtained by scouring for 30min at a high temperature of more than 130 ℃; before weaving, the polyester yarn used as ground warp is subjected to sizing treatment by adopting composite modified starch.
Because the polyester thread is easy to shrink under the subsequent dyeing and finishing high-temperature washing condition, the shrinkage proportion changes along with the temperature and time, so the product size is difficult to guarantee to be unified, the shrinkage rate also can not reach the requirement of a customer, in order to guarantee the product size and the shrinkage rate, the polyester thread used as weft yarn is firstly boiled at high temperature and shrunk in advance, and thus the weft shrinkage of the product can be effectively reduced.
The terylene used as ground warp is too smooth and has great weaving difficulty, so the applicant improves the yarn sizing aspect. The pure cotton sizing adopts common modified starch, and the ground warp polyester yarns are sized by composite modified starch, which is different from the ground warp polyester yarns. The graft-crosslinked composite modified starch produced by Shandong Aoni Biotech Co., Ltd is preferably used in the present invention. The starch uses no auxiliary agent (comprising wax flakes) and polymers (such as propylene and PVA) which are commonly used for hydrophobic sizing, and takes starch as a main body. The starch project is patented by the nation, and is successfully used for the first time in towel products. The introduction of an ether group can make the paste have good permeability and lubricity, the sizing film has good forming property, flexibility and elasticity, the dry lease property of the sizing is good, the hairiness clings well, the sizing drops are few, the good axial rate of the sizing shaft is high, the opening is clear during weaving, and the efficiency of the loom is obviously improved. Considering that polyester finishes sizing by covering and bundling, and considering the requirement of a small amount of cotton yarns, the sizing is performed by using medium-pressure sizing, and the pressure is controlled to be 10-16 KN.
As a technical proposal for improvement, the weft density of the towel is designed to be 64 pieces/2.54 cm.
As an improved technical proposal, the ground warp of the hemmed part of the towel adopts pure cotton yarn. The ground warp of the hemmed part adopts pure cotton yarn, thereby increasing the friction between weft yarn and ground warp, reducing slippage between yarns and improving the smoothness of the hemmed part and the operability of hemmed.
As an improved technical scheme, the reel density of the towel during weaving is 0.55-0.65 kg/cubic decimeter. When the yarn is wound, the tension of the winding shaft is properly increased, so that the density of the winding shaft is increased, the common towel is only 0.45 kg/cubic decimeter, the clamping force of the warp yarn to the terry is increased, and the ideal weaving efficiency is achieved.
As an improved technical scheme, the drying temperature during printing is 135-140 ℃; the steaming temperature is 170-180 ℃, the steaming time is 8 minutes, and the relative humidity is 8-12%. The printing adopts a Japanese imported east-Shen flat screen printing machine, and RD-HT synthetic paste of the Xiangsmelt textile dyeing (China) company Limited is used for printing, so that the permeability of the product and the fineness of the pattern can be ensured.
As an improved technical scheme, the grey cloth treatment of the towel before printing adopts a treatment process of firstly slightly bleaching and then heavily bleaching. The grey cloth is only desized and lightly bleached before printing, and then the overflow machine is used for oxygen bleaching whitening and reduction cleaning after printing, so that the key point of bleaching is shifted to the point after printing, and the whiteness of a jacquard part on the surface of a product is ensured.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the three-dimensional multicolor printed towel, the wool warps of the towel are made of pure cotton yarns, and the ground warps and/or the weft are made of polyester yarns; adopting four-weft fluffy tissues on the upper part and the lower part and ground warp tissues on the lower part and the upper part to weave jacquard patterns with concave-convex effects; compared with the common warp structure with four wefts, two wefts and three wefts, or the warp structure with four wefts, two wefts and four wefts, the special warp structure with four wefts, one upper weft, one lower weft and two warps and one lower warp is adopted, so that the clamping force is higher. The wool warps and the weft yarns are woven into a jacquard pattern of the jacquard pattern, and the ground warps and the weft yarns are woven into a bottom tissue of the jacquard pattern; the jacquard patterns are subjected to surface velvet cutting treatment to form three layers of tissues with visible middle layers, then the three layers of tissues are printed by adopting fluorescent disperse dyes, and the fluorescent disperse dyes only dye terylene and do not dye cotton, so that the printing is only dyed on the middle layers of the three layers of tissues, one pattern is invisibly visible on the middle layers of the patterns on the surface of a product, the pattern is combined with another pattern, a three-dimensional pattern effect is shown, and the jacquard patterns are bright in color and hazy and graceful. The jacquard pattern convex surface is fluffy and soft after velvet cutting, the pattern is neat, the stereoscopic impression is strong, fluorescent printing color is exposed on the concave surface, printing patterns are partially displayed, and the jacquard pattern and the printing patterns are combined to show another pattern effect.
The technical difficulty of the three-dimensional colorful printed towel lies in how to show the three-dimensional effect on the common towel, not only printing the pattern on the middle layer of the product, but also not influencing the jacquard patterns on the front and back surfaces, and also showing the third pattern effect by the combination of the jacquard and the printing. The inventor conducts long-term theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the wool warp, the ground warp and the weft are designed and woven by using different materials, the wool warp is made of pure cotton yarns, the ground warp and the weft are made of polyester yarns with different finenesses, printing is conducted by utilizing the characteristic that fluorescent disperse dyes only dye polyester and do not dye cotton, and then jacquard weave, printed patterns and cut velvet are matched for treatment, so that the three-dimensional effect is expressed.
The invention skillfully utilizes different characteristics of various textile materials, and fully utilizes the combination of the weaving process and the printing process to express various patterns, match with each other and mutually reflect, so that the product has three-dimensional appearance without unification, is bright and dazzling, and is harmonious and beautiful.
