Claims (52)

1. A method for transmitting a phase noise reference signal, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that first equipment determines information to be transmitted;
the first equipment determines a phase noise reference signal carrying the information to be transmitted according to the information to be transmitted;
the first device transmits the phase noise reference signal to a second device.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the information to be transmitted is data reception feedback information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the data reception feedback information is acknowledgement reception information for indicating successful data reception; or,
the data receiving feedback information is non-confirmation receiving information and is used for indicating data receiving failure;
wherein the phase noise reference signal used for carrying the acknowledgement receipt information is different from the phase noise reference signal used for carrying the non-acknowledgement receipt information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the information to be transmitted is a resource indication; the resource indication is used for indicating the first device to transmit data at a preset time interval after the current time interval.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the information to be transmitted is a resource indication; the resource indication is used to indicate the first device to send data at an nth time interval after the current time interval, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and the phase noise reference signals carrying the resource indication are different from each other according to different values of N.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the information to be transmitted is a new transmission indicator, and the new transmission indicator is used for indicating that current data is data transmitted for the first time; or the information to be transmitted is a retransmission indication, and the retransmission indication is used for indicating that the current data is retransmission data; wherein the phase noise reference signal carrying the new transmission indication is different from the phase noise reference signal carrying the retransmission indication; or,
the information to be transmitted is a transmission frequency indication, the transmission frequency indication is used for indicating that the current data is data transmitted for the Mth time, M is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and phase noise reference signals bearing the transmission frequency indication are different along with different values of M; or,
the information to be transmitted is a retransmission time indication, the retransmission time indication is used for indicating that the current data is the data retransmitted for the Kth time, the K is an integer greater than or equal to 0, and phase noise reference signals bearing the transmission time indication are different along with different values of the K.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the information to be transmitted is a beam update indication, and wherein the beam update indication is used to request updating of a beam.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the first device is a terminal and the second device is a network device, the information to be transmitted is a scheduling request; the scheduling request is used for requesting allocation of uplink resources.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein when the first device is a network device and the second device is a terminal, the information to be transmitted is a Channel State Information (CSI) report requirement indication, and the CSI report requirement indication is used for indicating that CSI is reported according to a preset format.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein when the first device is a network device and the second device is a terminal, the information to be transmitted is Transmit Power Control (TPC) information.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the TPC information is used to control transmit power of data feedback information.
12. The method of claim 10 or 11, wherein the TPC information is first TPC information, the first TPC information being used to indicate an increased transmit power; or,
the TPC information is second TPC information which is used for indicating to reduce the transmitting power;
the phase noise reference signal carrying the first TPC information is different from the phase noise reference signal carrying the second TPC information.
13. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the first device is a network device and the second device is a terminal, the information to be transmitted is a signaling indication, and the signaling indication is used to request the second device to send a channel sounding reference signal to the first device.
14. A method for transmitting a phase noise reference signal, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that second equipment receives a phase noise reference signal sent by first equipment, wherein the phase noise reference signal is used for bearing information to be transmitted;
and the second equipment acquires the information to be transmitted according to the phase noise reference signal.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the information to be transmitted is data reception feedback information.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the data reception feedback information is acknowledgement reception information for indicating successful data reception; or,
the data receiving feedback information is non-confirmation receiving information and is used for indicating data receiving failure;
wherein the phase noise reference signal used for carrying the acknowledgement receipt information is different from the phase noise reference signal used for carrying the non-acknowledgement receipt information.
17. The method of claim 14, wherein the information to be transmitted is a resource indication; the resource indication is used for indicating the first device to transmit data at a preset time interval after the current time interval.
18. The method of claim 14, wherein the information to be transmitted is a resource indication; the resource indication is used to indicate the first device to send data at an nth time interval after the current time interval, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and the phase noise reference signals carrying the resource indication are different from each other according to different values of N.
19. The method according to claim 14, wherein the information to be transmitted is a new transmission indicator, and the new transmission indicator is used for indicating that current data is data transmitted for the first time; or the information to be transmitted is a retransmission indication, and the retransmission indication is used for indicating that the current data is retransmission data; wherein the phase noise reference signal carrying the new transmission indication is different from the phase noise reference signal carrying the retransmission indication; or,
the information to be transmitted is a transmission frequency indication, the transmission frequency indication is used for indicating that the current data is data transmitted for the Mth time, M is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and phase noise reference signals bearing the transmission frequency indication are different along with different values of M; or,
the information to be transmitted is a retransmission time indication, the retransmission time indication is used for indicating that the current data is the data retransmitted for the Kth time, the K is an integer greater than or equal to 0, and phase noise reference signals bearing the transmission time indication are different along with different values of the K.
20. The method of claim 14, wherein the information to be transmitted is a beam update indication, and wherein the beam update indication is used to request updating of a beam.
21. The method according to claim 14, wherein when the first device is a terminal and the second device is a network device, the information to be transmitted is a scheduling request; the scheduling request is used for requesting allocation of uplink resources.
22. The method of claim 14, wherein when the first device is a network device and the second device is a terminal, the information to be transmitted is a CSI report requirement indication, and the CSI report requirement indication is used for indicating that CSI is reported according to a preset format.
23. The method of claim 14, wherein when the first device is a network device and the second device is a terminal, the information to be transmitted is Transmit Power Control (TPC) information.
24. The method of claim 23, wherein the TPC information is used to control transmit power of data feedback information.
25. The method of claim 23 or 24, wherein the TPC information is first TPC information, the first TPC information being used to indicate an increased transmit power; or,
the TPC information is second TPC information which is used for indicating to reduce the transmitting power;
the phase noise reference signal carrying the first TPC information is different from the phase noise reference signal carrying the second TPC information.
26. The method according to claim 14, wherein when the first device is a network device and the second device is a terminal, the information to be transmitted is a signaling indication, and the signaling indication is used to request the second device to send a channel sounding reference signal to the first device.
27. A phase noise reference signal transmission apparatus, comprising:
the processing module is used for determining information to be transmitted; determining a phase noise reference signal carrying the information to be transmitted according to the information to be transmitted;
a sending module, configured to send the phase noise reference signal to a second device.
28. The apparatus of claim 27, wherein the information to be transmitted is data reception feedback information.
29. The apparatus according to claim 28, wherein the data reception feedback information is acknowledgement reception information for indicating successful data reception; or,
the data receiving feedback information is non-confirmation receiving information and is used for indicating data receiving failure;
wherein the phase noise reference signal used for carrying the acknowledgement receipt information is different from the phase noise reference signal used for carrying the non-acknowledgement receipt information.
30. The apparatus of claim 27, wherein the information to be transmitted is a resource indication; the resource indication is used for indicating the first device to transmit data at a preset time interval after the current time interval.
31. The apparatus of claim 27, wherein the information to be transmitted is a resource indication; the resource indication is used for indicating the first device to send data at an nth time interval after the current time interval, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and the phase noise reference signals carrying the resource indication are different from each other according to different values of N.
32. The apparatus of claim 27, wherein the information to be transmitted is a new transmission indicator, and the new transmission indicator is used to indicate that current data is data transmitted for the first time; or the information to be transmitted is a retransmission indication, and the retransmission indication is used for indicating that the current data is retransmission data; wherein the phase noise reference signal carrying the new transmission indication is different from the phase noise reference signal carrying the retransmission indication; or,
the information to be transmitted is a transmission frequency indication, the transmission frequency indication is used for indicating that the current data is data transmitted for the Mth time, M is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and phase noise reference signals bearing the transmission frequency indication are different along with different values of M; or,
the information to be transmitted is a retransmission time indication, the retransmission time indication is used for indicating that the current data is the data retransmitted for the Kth time, the K is an integer greater than or equal to 0, and phase noise reference signals bearing the transmission time indication are different along with different values of the K.
33. The apparatus of claim 27, wherein the information to be transmitted is a beam update indication, and wherein the beam update indication is used to request updating of a beam.
34. The apparatus according to claim 27, wherein when the first device is a terminal and the second device is a network device, the information to be transmitted is a scheduling request; the scheduling request is used for requesting allocation of uplink resources.

the TPC information is second TPC information which is used for indicating to reduce the transmitting power;
the phase noise reference signal carrying the first TPC information is different from the phase noise reference signal carrying the second TPC information.

The apparatus according to claim 27, wherein when the first device is a network device and the second device is a terminal, the information to be transmitted is a signaling indication, and the signaling indication is used to request the second device to send a channel sounding reference signal to the first device.
40. A phase noise reference signal transmission apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a phase noise reference signal sent by first equipment, wherein the phase noise reference signal is used for bearing information to be transmitted;
and the processing module is used for acquiring the information to be transmitted according to the phase noise reference signal.
41. The apparatus of claim 40, wherein the information to be transmitted is data reception feedback information.
42. The apparatus according to claim 41, wherein the data reception feedback information is acknowledgement reception information for indicating successful data reception; or,

the information to be transmitted is a transmission frequency indication, the transmission frequency indication is used for indicating that the current data is data transmitted for the Mth time, M is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and phase noise reference signals bearing the transmission frequency indication are different along with different values of M; or,
