Working principle:
As shown in fig. 9 to 13, when the lid 2 is placed at the lid opening position of the pot body 1, that is, the initial position of closing the lid 2, the push rod 43 and the button 41 of the driving device 4 are in a separated state from the fastening device 5 under the action of the second elastic member 52, the gravity valve presses the air vent 24 under the action of gravity to make the air vent 24 in a sealed state, and the air vent rod 61 is in a position away from the pressure release valve 25 under the action of the fourth elastic member 65.

In the process of cooking food in the pressure cooker, when the pressure in the pressure cooker reaches a certain degree, for example, reaches 4Kpa, the float 27 on the cover 2 of the pressure cooker rises and clamps the connecting rod 56, at this time, the connecting rod 56 cannot displace horizontally, and the connecting rod head 57 is blocked by the large circular edge 122, so that the cover 2 cannot be rotated.

In the process of manual pressure relief, as the first pusher head 433 and the second pusher head 434 are both arranged on the pusher 43 of the driving device 4, after the push button 41 is pressed to enable the pusher 43 to be buckled with the buckling device 5, the first pusher head 433 and the bolt stress end 32 act to unlock the pot cover 2, and the second pusher head 434 and the pressure relief stress end 62 act to realize the pressure relief action of the pressure pot; however, the cover cannot be opened at this time, because the pressure in the cooker is still large, the float 27 of the pressure cooker cover 2 is still in an ascending state, and when the pressure is released to a certain extent, the float 27 on the cooker cover 2 descends, and the locking of the cooker cover 2 is further released.
During the process of rotating the pot cover 2, the buckling end 432 leaves the buckling part 54, the button 41 moves upwards under the action of the first elastic piece 42 to realize resetting, the first push rod head 433 leaves the bolt stress end 32, and the bolt head 36 rotates around the bolt pivot 33 to return to the original position for preparing for the next locking action; meanwhile, the second pusher head 434 is also separated from the pressure release stressed end 62, the supporting end 66 rotates around the pressure release fulcrum 63 under the gravity action of the pressure release valve 25, and the pressure release valve 25 moves downwards under the gravity action of the supporting end and contacts with the air exhaust hole 24, so that the air exhaust hole 24 is in a sealed state again, and the situation that a consumer forgets to reset the pressure release valve 25 when using the pressure cooker, so that the pressure cooker cannot work normally can be effectively prevented.
When the user needs to uncap, the user only needs to press the button 41 of the driving device 4, can realize pressure release and unlocking actions by one key, and convenient operation, and in the uncapping process, the driving device 4 and the pressure release valve 25 can be reset automatically again, and the user only needs to rotate the pot cover 2 to be closed when using the pressure cooker next time, so that other actions are not needed, the operation steps of the pressure cooker are simplified effectively, and the safety performance of the pressure cooker in use is also ensured.
