Referring to fig. 6, a blocking structure for blocking lubricating grease from entering the mounting opening 6 is arranged in the accommodating groove 2, a flow guide hole 5 communicated with the contact surface 1 is formed in the mounting opening 6/blocking structure which is avoided in the accommodating groove 2, and the lubricating grease enters the contact surface 1 through the flow guide hole 5.
In the scheme, considering that the mounting port 6 is directly communicated to the lowest position on the contact surface 1 and is not beneficial to the diffusion of the lubricating grease, in the invention, referring to fig. 6 and 7, a blocking structure for blocking the lubricating grease from entering the mounting port 6 is arranged in the accommodating groove 2, so that the lubricating grease can only enter the contact surface 1 at the bottom of the body through the flow guide hole 5.
Preferably, referring to fig. 6, the blocking structure includes an annular rib 7 disposed around the mounting opening 6, the annular rib 7 is higher than the height of the diversion hole 5 in the accommodating groove 2, and the annular rib 7 and the inner wall of the accommodating groove 2 form an annular lubricating grease storage chamber.
Preferably, the contact surface 1 is a downward convex arc surface, and a diffusion structure is arranged on the arc surface and communicated with the storage chamber.
In the above scheme, the lubricating grease is favorably and uniformly distributed on the contact surface 1 by designing the diffusion structure.
Preferably, the diffusion structure comprises a diffusion groove 4 arranged on the contact surface 1, the body is provided with a diversion hole 5 communicated with the storage chamber, an inlet of the diversion hole 5 is positioned in the storage chamber, and an outlet of the diversion hole 5 is positioned in the diffusion groove 4.
Preferably, the diffusion structure comprises an annular diffusion groove 4 formed along the circumference of the contact surface 1, a plurality of flow guide holes 5 are formed in the body at intervals along the annular diffusion groove 4, and the flow guide holes 5 guide lubricating grease in the storage chamber to be uniformly distributed on the annular diffusion groove 4.

The third embodiment provides a washing machine with the suspender ball seat in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, the washing machine comprises a box body, a washing barrel is arranged in the box body, four corners of the box body are respectively provided with an angle plate, the washing barrel is respectively hung on the corresponding angle plate through four suspender rods, the top of each suspender rod is provided with the suspender ball seat, an installation opening is formed in the angle plate, the suspender rods are installed on the installation opening through the suspender ball seats, the installation opening is provided with a lower concave surface, and the bottom of the suspender ball seat protrudes to form a contact surface 1 matched with the lower concave surface.

Claims (6)

1. A hanger rod ball seat of a washing machine is arranged on an angle plate of a washing machine box body and is provided with a contact surface matched with the angle plate, and the hanger rod ball seat is characterized in that the surface of one side opposite to the contact surface is concave inwards to form a storage chamber for storing lubricating grease, the storage chamber is communicated with the contact surface, and the lubricating grease enters the contact surface from the storage chamber;
the suspender ball seat comprises a body, the top surface of the body is integrally sunken to form an accommodating groove, a storage chamber is arranged in the accommodating groove, or a plurality of accommodating grooves are formed at a plurality of positions on the top surface of the body and are sunken in the top of the body, and the accommodating grooves are respectively communicated with the contact surface;
an installation opening for the hanger rod to penetrate through is formed in the accommodating groove, a blocking structure for blocking lubricating grease from entering the installation opening is arranged in the accommodating groove, a flow guide hole communicated with the contact surface is formed in the accommodating groove and is used for avoiding the installation opening/blocking structure, and the lubricating grease enters the contact surface through the flow guide hole;
the blocking structure comprises an annular convex rib arranged around the mounting opening in a circle, the annular convex rib is higher than the height of the flow guide hole in the accommodating groove, and an annular lubricating grease storage cavity is formed by the annular convex rib and the inner wall of the accommodating groove;
a plurality of flow guide openings are formed in the edge of the accommodating groove, and lubricating grease flows into the contact surface at the bottom of the body through the flow guide openings.

A hanger bar tee for a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top surface of the body is integrally recessed to form a receiving groove, the bottom of the body has a contact surface engaging with said corner plate, and the inner/peripheral side surface of the body is provided with a communicating structure communicating said receiving groove and said contact surface, and the communicating structure guides grease to said contact surface.
3. A hanger bar tee of a washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the communication structure includes a guide hole formed in the body to pass through the receiving groove and the contact surface, the guide hole guiding grease to flow into the contact surface;
or the communicating structure comprises a plurality of flow guiding openings formed in the edge of the accommodating groove in the body, and lubricating grease flows into the contact surface at the bottom of the body through the flow guiding openings.
4. A hanger bar tee for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein said contact surface is a downwardly convex curved surface having a diffuser structure disposed thereon, said diffuser structure communicating with said storage chamber.
5. A hanger bar tee for a washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein said diffuser structure includes diffuser grooves formed in said contact surface, said body having a flow directing hole communicating with said storage chamber, said flow directing hole having an inlet located in said storage chamber and an outlet located in said diffuser grooves.
6. A hanger bar ball seat of a washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the diffuser structure comprises an annular diffuser groove formed along a circumference of the contact surface, the body is provided with a plurality of flow guide holes at intervals along the annular diffuser groove, and the flow guide holes guide the lubricating grease in the storage chamber to be uniformly distributed on the annular diffuser groove.
