The beneficial effects of this application are: the fixing structure can be symmetrical, the position of the hinge hole can be at the left side, also can be at the right side, and is bilaterally symmetrical, so that the installation and the operation are convenient, and the limiting function of the two parts is utilized to play a good limiting role on dislocation movement of the process floor along the length direction of the ground rail. Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, the floor fixing structure 5 of the technology comprises a hinge structure capable of being opened and closed, wherein the hinge structure is composed of a floor rail fixing assembly 6 and a floor fixing assembly 7.
Referring to fig. 2, the ground rail fixing assembly 6 comprises a ground rail upper clamping plate 10, a ground rail T-groove clamping member 12, a tail positioning key 14, a cylindrical pin 9, a hinge shaft 11 and a pin shaft 15, wherein one side of the ground rail upper clamping plate 10 is provided with a first hinge hole 4, the hinge shaft 11 penetrates through the first hinge hole 4, the cylindrical pin 9 is inserted into the limiting holes on the hinge shaft 11 and the first hinge hole 4 to limit, the ground rail T-groove clamping member 12 can be embedded into a spline groove of the cabin ground rail 2, the tail positioning key 14 can be fixed at the tail of the ground rail T-groove clamping member 12 through the pin shaft 15, the ground rail upper clamping plate 10 is connected with the ground rail T-groove clamping member 12 through the knurled screw 8, and the split pin 13 is used for preventing the pin shaft of the screw from being broken, so that excessive residues are avoided in the use process.

When the aircraft cabin process floor is installed by using the fixing structure of the aircraft cabin process floor, firstly, a group of symmetrical floor fixing assemblies 7 are installed at preset positions on one side of the process floor 1, which is close to the aircraft cabin ground rail 2, and then the process floor 1 is paved at preset positions in the aircraft cabin; secondly, embedding a group of symmetrical ground rail T-groove clamping pieces 12 of the ground rail fixing assembly 6 into the proper positions of the T-shaped grooves of the cabin ground rail 2; the hinge shaft 11 passes through the second hinge hole 5 by utilizing the sliding characteristic of the unclamped ground rail fixing assembly 6, and the corresponding ground rail upper clamping plate 10 is connected with the floor mounting plate 7 to complete the assembly of the hinge mechanism; finally, the upper clamping plate 10 of the ground rail is connected with the T-shaped clamping piece 12 of the ground rail through the knurled screw 8, and the positioning key 14 at the tail part of the T-shaped clamping piece of the ground rail is stirred to be clamped in the ground rail hole, so that the installation of the process floor is completed.
