The natural raw materials are mixed, coated and cut into the oily gauze with different specifications, the mixture of olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol, bismuth subgallate and the like is adopted, the aseptic coating process, the leveling, the cutting, the compound packaging and the sterilization are adopted, the use by doctors is convenient, the oily gauze is easy to take off after being used, the coating area is controllable, the skin is not allergic, the exudate is easy to separate out, and the growth of wound tissue cells is promoted.
The above materials are put into a professional device according to the proportion, mixed and emulsified evenly in vacuum, coated in a full-automatic sterile manner, leveled, cut, packaged in a compound manner, and sterilized for use. When in use, the oily gauze is stuck on the wound, the periphery is stuck, and the wound is wrapped by sterile gauze.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the oily gauze for treating the wound, provided by the invention, adopts the mixture of olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol, bismuth subgallate and the like, adopts an aseptic coating process, is cut, packaged and sterilized, is convenient for a doctor to use, is easy to take off after use, has controllable coating area, does not cause skin allergy, is easy to separate out exudates, promotes the growth of wound tissue cells and the like.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Experimental procedures without specifying the detailed conditions in the following examples are generally carried out according to the conditions recommended by the manufacturers. Unless otherwise indicated, percentages and parts are by weight. The test materials and reagents used in the following examples are commercially available without specific reference.
Example 1
The oil sand cloth for treating wounds, bedsores and postoperative inflammation wounds provided by the embodiment comprises: a cloth body and a mixture coating coated on the cloth body; the periphery of the oiled sandcloth is provided with a sticky adhesive tape;
the mixture coating comprises olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol and bismuth subgallate; the concrete mass percentages are:
25% of olive oil; 25% of sunflower oil; 8% of beeswax; 40% of vaseline; 0.1% of borneol: 1.9% of bismuth subgallate; the solid content is more than 99.5 percent.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a method for preparing a tarpaulin for treating wounds, bedsores and post-operative inflamed wounds, which comprises the following steps:
step S1, preparing a raw material mixture, taking a set amount of olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol and bismuth subgallate, and placing the above substances into a device for vacuum mixing and emulsification;
in the embodiment, the specific mass percentages are as follows: 25% of olive oil; 25% of sunflower oil; 8% of beeswax; 40% of vaseline; 0.1% of borneol: 1.9% of bismuth subgallate; the content of condensate is more than 99.5 percent;
(S2) coating the mixed emulsion on a flat cloth body;
(S3) cutting the coated oil gauze;
step S4, adhesive tapes are arranged on the periphery of the cut oil gauze.
Step S5, packaging the prepared oil gauze; and step S1-S5 are fully automatically completed.
Example 2
The oil sand cloth for treating wounds provided by the embodiment comprises: a cloth body and a mixture coating coated on the cloth body; the mixture coating comprises olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol and bismuth subgallate.
In this embodiment, the mixture coating comprises: 20kg of olive oil, 30kg of sunflower oil, 5kg of beeswax, 50kg of vaseline, 0.01kg of borneol and 0.02kg of bismuth subgallate.
The preparation method of the tarpaulin for treating wounds provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S1, preparing a raw material mixture, taking a set amount of olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol and bismuth subgallate, and uniformly stirring;
step S2, coating the mixed emulsion on a cloth body;
and step S3, cutting and packaging the coated oil gauze.
Steps S1, S2, S3 may be fully automated.
Example 3
The oil sand cloth for treating wounds provided by the embodiment comprises: a cloth body and a mixture coating coated on the cloth body; the mixture coating comprises olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol and bismuth subgallate.
In this embodiment, the mixture coating comprises: 30kg of olive oil, 29kg of sunflower oil, 10kg of beeswax, 30kg of vaseline, 0.02kg of borneol and 0.02kg of bismuth subgallate.
The preparation method of the tarpaulin for treating wounds provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S1, preparing a raw material mixture, taking a set amount of olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol and bismuth subgallate, and uniformly stirring;
step S2, coating the mixed emulsion on a cloth body;
and step S3, cutting and packaging the coated oil gauze.
Steps S1, S2, S3 may be fully automated.
Example 4
The oil sand cloth for treating wounds provided by the embodiment comprises: a cloth body and a mixture coating coated on the cloth body; the mixture coating comprises olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol and bismuth subgallate.
In this embodiment, the mixture coating comprises: 30kg of olive oil, 20kg of sunflower oil, 10kg of beeswax, 35kg of vaseline, 0.01kg of bismuth subgallate and 0.02kg of borneol.
The preparation method of the tarpaulin for treating wounds provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S1, preparing a raw material mixture, taking a set amount of olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol and bismuth subgallate, and uniformly stirring;
step S2, coating the mixed emulsion on a cloth body;
and step S3, cutting and packaging the coated oil gauze.
Steps S1, S2, S3 may be fully automated.
Example 5
The oil sand cloth for treating wounds provided by the embodiment comprises: a cloth body and a mixture coating coated on the cloth body; the mixture coating comprises olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol and bismuth subgallate.
In this embodiment, the mixture coating comprises: 30kg of olive oil, 10kg of sunflower oil, 5kg of beeswax, 50kg of vaseline, 0.05kg of bismuth subgallate and 0.01kg of borneol.
The preparation method of the tarpaulin for treating wounds provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S1, preparing a raw material mixture, taking a set amount of olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol and bismuth subgallate, and uniformly stirring;
step S2, coating the mixed emulsion on a cloth body;
and step S3, cutting and packaging the coated oil gauze.
Steps S1, S2, S3 may be fully automated.
Comparative example:
example 6 animal model test
New Zealand female white rabbits (2 kg-3kg in weight) were shaved and sterilized on the ventral side of the rabbit without the great vessels, and then the whole skin was microscopically excised with a trephine to the cartilage surface. Circular wound incisions of about 0.6cm in diameter were obtained, 5 on each side.
The oil gauze in the embodiments 1-5 and the respective proportions are cut into proper sizes, attached to the surface of the wound, changed every 1 day, and the wound surface is observed to count the time for healing of the wound. The test results are shown in the following table.

From the experimental results, the oil gauze can obviously shorten the wound healing time. In animal model experiments, the inventor finds that the wounds of the experimental animals of the comparative experimental group are not only long in healing time, but also inflammatory infection is observed, and more than about half of the experimental animals have abnormal wound inflammation. The experimental animals of the groups using the examples of the present invention showed no infection nor sensitization.
In conclusion, the oily gauze for treating the wound provided by the invention adopts the mixture of olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol, bismuth subgallate and the like, adopts an aseptic coating process, is cut, packaged and sterilized, is convenient for doctors to use, and has the advantages of easiness in taking off after use, controllable coating area, no sensitivity to skin, promotion of wound growth and the like.

Claims (9)

The oily gauze is characterized by comprising a gauze body and a mixture coating coated on the gauze body, wherein the mixture coating consists of olive oil, sunflower oil, beeswax, vaseline, borneol and bismuth subgallate, and the mixture coating consists of the following components in percentage by weight:

6. A method for preparing a tarpaulin for the treatment of wounds, bedsores and post-operative inflamed wounds according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the steps of:
(1) preparing raw material mixture
Mixing oleum Olivarum, oleum Helianthi, Cera flava, vaseline, Borneolum Syntheticum, and bismuth subgallate, and emulsifying to obtain emulsion;
(2) coating the emulsion obtained in the step (1) on a flat cloth body;
(3) and cutting the coated cloth body to obtain the oil gauze.
