The invention relates to a display device, which comprises a flexible display screen with a first part and a second part, a fixed support body for supporting the first part, a floating plate capable of supporting the second part, a movable support body which is capable of floatingly supporting the floating plate and can slide, and a reel mechanism for winding the second part; the movable support body is provided with a contraction position and an expansion position; when the movable support body is positioned at the contraction position, the floating plate sinks and is embedded into the fixed support body, and the second part is wound by the winding mechanism; when the second part is unfolded and covered on the floating plate, the floating plate floats upwards, the side edge of the floating plate is abutted against the fixed supporting body. Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of display technologies, and in particular, to a display device and an electronic product.
Background
The electronic product is required to be convenient to carry and small in size when being carried while a large screen and a large visual field are required.
At present, a display device of an electronic product generally adopts a flexible display screen, and the flexible display screen can meet the requirement of a large screen and a large visual field when being unfolded; meanwhile, the flexible display screen can meet the requirement of convenience in carrying when being wound and contracted.
However, when the flexible display screen is unfolded and needs to be touched or operated, the flexible display screen is flexible, so that the operation is inconvenient. That is to say, the flexible display screen of the display device of the current electronic product has poor stiffness when being unfolded, and cannot meet the requirements of touch control or other operations.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, a new display device is provided.

When the flexible display screen is unfolded, the display device presents a large screen and a large visual field; the back of the flexible display screen is supported by the floating plate, so that good stiffness can be kept, and the requirements of touch control or other operations can be met; when the second part of the flexible display screen is wound, the volume of the whole display device is reduced, and the flexible display screen is convenient to carry.
In one embodiment, the side of the fixed support body is provided with an insertion cavity for the sliding rail to be inserted into. The winding mechanism comprises a reel sleeve, an elastic element for driving the reel sleeve to rotate, and a supporting shaft for supporting the elastic element; the supporting shaft is fixed on the movable supporting body.
Optionally, the movable supporting body comprises two parallel sliding rails, and the side edge of the fixed supporting body is provided with an insertion cavity for inserting the sliding rails.
Optionally, a top block is arranged on the movable supporting body, and when the flexible display screen contracts, the top block jacks up one side of the fixed supporting body away from the floating plate, so that the floating plate sinks close to one side of the fixed supporting body.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the invention, are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a display device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a flexible display panel 110, a fixed support 120, a movable support 130, a floating plate 150, and a winding mechanism.
The flexible display screen 110 is a core component of the display device 100, and is used for displaying images. Preferably, the flexible display screen 110 is a flexible display touch screen, that is, the flexible display screen integrates both a display function and a touch function.
The flexible display screen 110 is divided into a first portion 101 and a second portion 102 along the winding direction. The first portion 101 is always in the deployed state. That is, the first portion 101 of the flexible display screen 110 is not rolled; the second portion 102 may be rolled up to be in a rolled state, or may be unrolled to be in an unrolled state. That is, winding is started from the side of the second portion 102 away from the first portion 101, that is, the side is the winding start side.
Wherein the main function of the fixed support 120 is to support the first portion 101 of the flexible display screen 110. Since the first portion 101 is always in the unfolded state, the fixed supporter 120 always supports the first portion 101. In particular, the fixed support 120 is fixedly connected with the first portion 101 of the flexible display screen 110. Preferably, the end of the flexible display screen 110 away from the second portion 102 is fixed to the fixed support 120, and the other portions are not fixed. Of course, it is understood that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned position, and the first portion 102 may be fixed in a manner that the first portion does not slip during the unwinding or winding process.
The main function of the floating plate 150 is, among other things, to be able to be used to support the second portion 102 of the flexible display screen 110. That is, when the second section 102 is in the deployed state, the floating plate 150 is supported on the back of the second section 102.
The movable support 130 is mounted on a side of the fixed support 120 and can slide relative to the fixed support 120. The movable support 130 mainly serves to support the floating plate 150. The floating plate 150 is floatingly supported on the movable support 130; that is, the floating plate 150 and the movable supporter 130 are displaced only in the longitudinal direction and are not displaced in the lateral direction, i.e., the floating plate 150 slides together with the movable supporter 130 with respect to the fixed supporter 120.
When the second portion 102 is in the winding state, the second portion 102 does not need to be supported by the floating plate 150 and the movable support 130, and the movable support 130 and the floating plate 150 slide in a direction approaching the fixed support 120, so that the volume of the whole display device 100 is reduced; when the second portion 102 is in the expanded state, the second portion 102 needs to be supported by the floating plate 150 and the movable support 130, and at this time, the movable support 130 slides away from the fixed support 120, so as to drive the floating plate 150 to move away from the fixed support 120; the floating plate 150 supports the second portion 102 in the deployed state.
Wherein the main function of the winding mechanism is to wind the second portion 102 of the flexible display screen 110. Specifically, the winding mechanism is mounted at an end of the movable support 130 away from the fixed support 120, so that the winding mechanism can start winding from a side of the second portion 102 away from the first portion 101.
Specifically, the winding mechanism includes a spool sleeve 141, a torsion spring 142 for driving the spool sleeve 141 to rotate by a preload, and a support shaft for supporting the torsion spring 142. The torsion spring 142 may be configured as a spring clip or other elastic element.
The support shaft is fixed to the movable support 130, so that the entire winding mechanism moves in a direction approaching or separating from the fixed support 120 along with the movable support 130. When the pre-tightening force of the torsion spring 141 drives the reel sleeve 141 to rotate and wind, the non-winding side of the flexible display screen 110 is fixed to the fixed support 120, and the force generated by winding drives the support 120 to move toward the fixed support 120, so that the movable support 130 also moves toward the fixed support 120.
The movable support 130 has a retracted position and an extended position; when the movable support 130 is in the retracted position, the floating plate 150 is lowered and embedded in the fixed support 120, and the second portion 102 is wound by the winding mechanism; when the movable support 130 is in the deployed position, the floating plate 150 floats up and the side edge of the floating plate 150 abuts against the fixed support 120, and the second portion 102 is deployed to cover the floating plate 150.
Preferably, the bonding end of the flexible display screen 110 is fixed with the fixed support 120. Thus, the bonding end is prevented from being wound, damage caused by winding the bonding end is avoided, and the reliability and the service life of the whole display device are improved.
In one embodiment, the movable support 130 includes two parallel sliding rails 131. Further, both ends of the support shaft are fixed to an end of the slide rail 131 away from the fixed support 120.
In order to further reduce the volume of the whole display device 100, an insertion cavity for inserting the sliding rail 131 is formed at the side of the fixed support 120. This makes it possible to effectively use the space inside the fixed support 120, thereby making the entire display device 100 smaller in size in the collapsed state; in addition, the inserting cavity can further guide the sliding rail 131 to move, so that the sliding rail 131 can move more stably; meanwhile, the sliding rail 131 is located in the insertion cavity in the contraction state, so that the risk that the sliding rail 131 is damaged due to external impact is avoided.
In a specific embodiment, the movable supporting body 130 is provided with a top block 170, and the top block 170 is mainly used for jacking up the side of the floating plate 150 away from the fixed supporting body 120, so that the side of the floating plate 150 close to the fixed supporting body 120 sinks based on the lever principle; further, the floating plate 150 is not in contact with the fixed support 120. Thus, the floating plate 150 can be embedded in the fixed support 120 by the torsion spring 142.
More preferably, a knob 160 for driving the top block 170 to move is provided on the sidewall of the movable support 120. This facilitates the operation of the top block 170.
In one embodiment, the movable support 130 is movably connected to the floating plate 150; a compression spring 180 is provided between the movable support 130 and the floating plate 150. The compression spring 180 is used for separating the movable support 130 and the floating plate 150 from each other, but because the movable support 130 is movably connected with the floating plate, the floating plate 150 floats upwards under the action of the compression spring under the condition of not receiving external force, and when the pressure spring 180 is compressed and the floating plate 150 sinks. This facilitates the floating support of the floating plate 150 on the movable support 130.
In one embodiment, the winding mechanism further comprises a fixed block fixed at one end of the support shaft, and a movable block 145 supported at the other end of the support shaft; the torsion spring 142 is sleeved on the supporting shaft, one end of the torsion spring 142 is fixed on the fixed block, and the other end of the torsion spring 142 is fixed on the movable block so as to drive the reel sleeve 141 to rotate through the movable block.
The process of expanding and contracting the display device will be explained below.
Referring to fig. 1, when the display device is in a contracted state, if it is necessary to completely unfold the flexible display screen 110, the movable support 130 is pulled outward in a direction away from the fixed support 120, and the floating plate 150 is in floating connection with the movable support 130, so that the floating plate 150 moves outward together with the movable support 130 and gradually comes off from the fixed support 120 (see fig. 4). The movable support 130 simultaneously drives the support shaft and the scroll sleeve 141 to move outwards, the scroll sleeve 141 is rotated and unreeled under the action of the outwards moving force, and the second part 102 of the flexible display screen 110 is slowly unfolded; meanwhile, the torsion force of the reel sleeve 141 deforms the torsion spring 142, thereby generating a pre-tightening force.
Until the floating plate 150 is completely released from the fixed support 120 (see fig. 5), the floating plate floats under the action of the compression spring, and the side edge of the floating plate 150 close to the fixed support 120 abuts against the side wall of the fixed support 120 close to the movable support 130 (see fig. 6). At this time, when the hand is released, the floating plate abuts against the fixed support, so that the floating plate 150 does not slide toward the fixed support 120 even by the action of the torsion spring. At this time, referring to fig. 2, the first portion 101 of the flexible display screen 110 is supported by the fixed support 120, while the second portion 102 of the entire flexible display screen 110 is fully unfolded, the second portion 102 is supported on the floating plate 150, and the floating plate 150 is supported on the movable support 130. Since the back surface of the second portion 102 is supported by the floating plate 150, the flexible display screen 110 has certain stiffness to meet the touch operation or other operation requirements.
When the display device needs to be contracted, the knob 160 is rotated to drive the jacking block 170 to jack up, so that one side of the floating plate 150, which is far away from the fixed support 120, is jacked up, one side of the floating plate 150, which is close to the fixed support 120, is liable to sink, the side edge of the floating plate 150, which is close to the fixed support 120, is not abutted against the side wall of the fixed support 120, which is close to the movable support 130, and the blocking force disappears; under the action of the pre-tightening force of the torsion spring 142, the reel sleeve 141 rotates and winds up, the acting force generated by winding up enables the reel sleeve 141 and the supporting shaft to move along the direction close to the fixed supporting body 120, and further drives the movable supporting body 130 and the floating plate 150 to move towards the direction close to the fixed supporting body 120 until the movable supporting body 130 cannot further approach the fixed supporting body 120, and at the moment, the floating plate 150 is completely embedded into the fixed supporting body 120.
According to the display device, when the flexible display screen is unfolded, the flexible display screen can display the whole screen, and a large screen and a large visual field are presented at the moment; the back of the flexible display screen is provided with the curtain-shaped supporting layer, so that the flexible display screen is supported by the curtain-shaped supporting layer, good stiffness can be kept, and the requirements of touch control or other operations can be met; when the second part of the flexible display screen is wound, the volume of the whole display device is reduced, and the flexible display screen is convenient to carry.
