Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a memo method and device for a chat record, electronic equipment and a storage medium, which can quickly acquire effective contents from the chat record and quickly create a memo event. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a memo creating request initiated by a user; creating the memo indication includes: establishing a memo trigger mark and a designated memo template mark; inquiring the corresponding relation between the memo template and the message collection rule, and acquiring the message collection rule corresponding to the specified memo template identifier; capturing chat records according to corresponding message collection rules and a trigger mark for creating a memo; and assembling the captured chatting records with the specified memo template to generate a memo event.

Technical Field

Background
In the age of the prevalence of instant messaging APP (application), the amount of chat records is changed from massive data to massive data. How to find the desired information again in the massive chat information and convert the information into a memo becomes a troublesome problem for the user in life and work.
In the prior art, there are various methods for converting chat messages into memos by instant messaging APP. For example, the WeChat APP can convert chat messages into collections, and the nailing APP can convert chat messages into to-do modes.
However, the inventors of the present invention have found that at least the following problems exist in the existing technology for converting chat messages into memos:
first, when chat messages are converted into memo, only one message can be converted into a memo event at a time, and a plurality of chat messages cannot be converted into the memo event at a time, which results in complicated operation when a user backs up chat records. For example, in WeChat APP, a user can only convert one chat message to a favorite at a time. If the user wants to convert 20 related messages to favorites, the operation needs to be repeated 20 times. Moreover, since the 20 related messages are stored in 20 collections respectively, but cannot be stored in one collection, the memo content is scattered, and the searching and management by the user are inconvenient.
Secondly, when the chat information is converted into the memo, the user can only manually record and maintain the chat affiliate information, but cannot directly convert the chat affiliate information into the memo, so that the backup operation is complicated. For example, in a group chat scenario in the WeChat APP, a user can only convert one chat message into one collection, but cannot automatically convert information of some or all members of the group chat into the collection at the same time.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a memo method, apparatus, electronic device and storage medium for a chat record, so as to quickly capture a plurality of pieces of effective content from the chat record and quickly create a memo event.

According to the technical scheme of the invention, one embodiment of the invention has the following advantages or beneficial effects: by pre-storing the memo template and the corresponding relation between the memo template and the message collection rule, a plurality of effective chat messages can be quickly captured according to the corresponding message collection rule after receiving a memo creating instruction of a user; and, through directly assembling the chat message that will snatch with appointed memorandum template, can generate the memorandum event fast. Therefore, the technical defects of complex operation, dispersed backup contents and the like of the existing memo method are effectively overcome.

The inventor of the invention finds that the existing method for converting the chat records in the instant messaging application into the memo has the defects of complicated operation, dispersed memo content, inconvenience for centralized management and the like. In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the inventor of the invention provides a novel chatting recording memo method, device, electronic equipment and storage medium.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating main steps of a memo method for chat records in an instant messaging application according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the memo method for instant messaging application chat records according to the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:

Furthermore, by pre-storing various memo templates and message collection rules corresponding to the various memo templates, the variety and flexibility of creating the memo are improved, and the experience of creating the memo by a user is improved.
The memo method according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2. In the embodiment of the invention, by pre-storing the corresponding relation between the memo template and the message collection rule, a plurality of chat messages can be quickly and accurately captured according to the corresponding message collection rule when a memo is created; the captured chat messages are assembled with the specified memo template, so that the memo events can be generated conveniently and rapidly. Therefore, the technical defects of complex operation, low memo efficiency, dispersed backup contents and the like of the existing memo method are overcome, the variety and flexibility of creating the memo are improved, and the experience of creating the memo by a user is improved.
