Background
Human beings cannot survive the air, and the physical property change and the chemical composition change of the air directly affect the health of the human body. The toxic and harmful waste gas emitted by the volatilization of the oil smoke not only has a stimulating effect on human bodies, but also has a toxic effect on viscera, and also has mutagenic substances and carcinogens.
The main sources of oil smoke include oil smoke generated during cooking and oil smoke generated during industrial production. The cooking fume generated in the cooking process contains a large amount of fume particles and oil stains, if the cooking fume is not treated, equipment and facilities in a kitchen can be polluted, and great physical harm can be generated to people, in the traditional technology, the generated fume is generally collected through a range hood arranged above a cooking range and then is directly discharged into the atmosphere through a residential fume pipeline, so that the atmosphere is polluted in a manner of no less than automobile exhaust gas, and a large amount of inflammable oil stains can be accumulated in the fume pipeline after long-time discharge, so that serious fire hazards are formed. Some equipment in the mill also can produce the oil smoke when processing the work piece, on the one hand, the oil smoke can pollute workshop environment, on the other hand, the oil smoke is inhaled by the workman and still can cause the disease, endangers workman's health.
The current fume purifier generally adopts an electrostatic treatment method, and electrons emitted from the surface or nearby of a metal wire of a negative electrode rapidly move to a positive electrode under the action of an external high voltage by an electric field, collide with gas molecules and ionize. When the oil fume waste gas passes through the high-voltage electric field, the oil fume particles collide and capture gas ions in a very short time to cause charge, and the oil fume particles move towards the positive dust collecting plate under the action of the electric field force, so that the separation effect is achieved. However, the existing oil smoke purifier generally has the problems of complex structure, easy electric leakage, poor safety and poor purifying effect, so that the existing oil smoke purifier needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the technical problems, and provides the oil fume purifier which has good oil fume purifying effect and convenient cleaning and maintenance.
The invention aims to solve the defects of the technical problems, and adopts the technical scheme that the oil smoke purifier comprises an oil smoke purifying box, an oil smoke inlet pipe, a spraying component, an electrostatic dust remover, a flexible filter layer and an extrusion component of the compressible flexible filter layer, wherein the oil smoke purifying box is provided with an oil smoke inlet and a drain outlet, the electrostatic dust remover is arranged in the middle part of the oil smoke purifying box, the flexible filter layer is arranged above the electrostatic dust remover, and the spraying component is arranged below the electrostatic dust remover.
As a further optimization of the oil fume purifier, the oil fume purifier further comprises a spray assembly, wherein the spray assembly comprises a spray pipe, a plurality of spray heads and a circulating pump, the spray heads are arranged on the spray pipe, the spray pipe is horizontally arranged below the electrostatic precipitator, the spray heads are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the spray pipe, a water pumping port of the circulating pump is connected to the bottom of the oil fume purifying box through a pipeline, and a water outlet of the circulating pump is connected to the spray pipe through a pipeline.
As a further optimization of the oil fume purifier, a demisting plate is arranged between the spraying assembly and the electrostatic precipitator.
As a further optimization of the oil fume purifier, the extrusion assembly comprises a plurality of extrusion plates arranged side by side, each extrusion plate comprises two extrusion plates which are respectively arranged above and below the flexible filter layer through a rotating shaft, and the extrusion plates can rotate around the rotating shaft to be parallel or perpendicular to the flexible filter layer.
As a further optimization of the oil fume purifier, the extruding plate positioned below is provided with the water squeezing holes.
As a further optimization of the oil smoke purifier, the rotating shafts are arranged on the side edges of the extrusion plates, the rotating shafts of the upper extrusion plate and the lower extrusion plate in the same group are arranged oppositely, the extrusion plate positioned above can rotate downwards around the rotating shaft to extrude the flexible filter layer, and the extrusion plate positioned below can rotate upwards around the rotating shaft to extrude the flexible filter layer.
As a further optimization of the oil fume purifier, the rotating shaft is arranged along the axis of the extrusion plate and can move along the vertical direction of the oil fume purifying box.
As a further optimization of the oil fume purifier, the oil fume purifying box is further provided with a water supplementing port, and the water supplementing port is connected to a water source through a water supplementing pump.
As a further optimization of the oil fume purifier, the bottom of the oil fume purifying box is also provided with a liquid level sensor, and the liquid level sensor is electrically connected with a controller of the water supplementing pump.
Advantageous effects
1. The oil fume purifier has good purifying effect and has the characteristic of multiple oil fume purifying treatments. Firstly, the oil fume to be purified enters water at the bottom of an oil fume purifying box, a part of impurities in the oil fume can remain in the water to finish the first purifying treatment, then, the high-temperature fume which comes out of the water rises and enters an electrostatic precipitator after being sprayed to perform the second purifying treatment, and finally, the fume which is treated by the electrostatic precipitator passes through a flexible filter layer to adsorb the residual impurities in the fume to finish the third purifying treatment. The absorbed flue gas can be used as clean flue gas to be discharged into the atmosphere;
2. the oil fume purifier is convenient to maintain and low in maintenance cost, on one hand, an electrostatic dust collector which is commonly used in the prior art is used in the equipment, so that the equipment can be improved on the basis of the existing oil fume purifier and is convenient to popularize in the market, on the other hand, an extrusion component capable of compressing the flexible filter layer is specially arranged in the equipment, when moisture absorbed by the flexible filter layer is close to saturation, the flexible filter layer is extruded through the extrusion component, the moisture absorbed by the flexible filter layer can be extruded and flows back to the bottom of the oil fume purifying box, and when the adsorption of the flexible filter layer is saturated, the flexible filter layer is taken out through an operation hole on the side wall of the oil fume purifying box, and a new flexible filter layer is replaced.

Example 1
As shown in figure 1, the oil smoke purifier comprises an oil smoke purifying box 1, an oil smoke inlet pipe 2, an electrostatic precipitator 6, a spraying assembly, a flexible filter layer 3 and an extrusion assembly of the compressible flexible filter layer 3, wherein the flexible filter layer 3 is synthetic fiber filter cotton, the flexible filter layer 3 is arranged above the electrostatic precipitator 6, the flexible filter layer 3 can be simply fixed in the oil smoke purifying box 1, and can be placed in the oil smoke purifying box 1 by extrusion deformation force, and an operation hole is formed in the side wall of the oil smoke purifying box 1 corresponding to the flexible filter layer 3, so that the invalid flexible filter layer 3 is conveniently taken out. The electrostatic precipitator 6 is a state-of-the-art electrostatic precipitator. Be provided with oil smoke import 4 and drain 5 on the oil smoke purifying box 1, oil smoke import 4 sets up the lateral wall at oil smoke purifying box 1, and drain 5 sets up the bottom at oil smoke purifying box 1, and drain 5 is provided with the blowoff valve, and oil smoke advances pipe 2 and stretches into in the oil smoke purifying box 1 by oil smoke import 4 to make the gas outlet of oil smoke advances pipe 2 be located under the liquid level through the return bend, such structure makes the flue gas can directly get into in the aquatic of oil smoke purifying box 1 bottom, does benefit to the partial material in the flue gas and dissolves in water. Because the oil-water mixture in the oil fume purifying box 1 can separate out oil through the oil-water separator, and also can discharge some sewage through the drain, therefore, the side wall of the oil fume purifying box 1 is also provided with a water supplementing port, the water supplementing port is connected to a water source through a water supplementing pump, the bottom of the oil fume purifying box 1 is also provided with a liquid level sensor, the liquid level sensor is electrically connected with a controller of the water supplementing pump, and when the liquid level sensor detects that the liquid level of the oil fume purifying box 1 is lower than a set liquid level, the controller sends an instruction to the water supplementing pump, and the water supplementing pump is started to supplement water in the oil fume purifying box 1. The spray assembly comprises a spray pipe 7, a plurality of spray headers 8 and a circulating pump, wherein the spray headers 8 are arranged on the spray pipe 7, the spray pipe 7 is horizontally arranged below the electrostatic precipitator 6, the spray headers 8 are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the spray pipe 7, a water pumping port of the circulating pump is connected to the bottom of the oil smoke purifying box 1 through a pipeline, a water outlet of the circulating pump is connected to the spray pipe 7 through a pipeline, a plurality of spray headers 7 can be arranged side by side according to actual conditions, smoke can be enabled to contact with sprayed water in the rising process of the spray assembly, and purifying effect is improved. Be provided with defogging board 12 between spray assembly and the electrostatic precipitator 6, defogging board 12's effect is the water smoke in the removal flue gas, prevents that flue gas from carrying water smoke and entering electrostatic precipitator 6 together, and defogging board 12 can adopt the mature dewatering fog equipment among the prior art.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 7, the squeeze assembly comprises a plurality of squeeze plates 9 arranged side by side, each set of squeeze plates 9 comprising two squeeze plates 9 arranged above and below the flexible filter layer 3, respectively, by means of a rotation axis 10, the squeeze plates 9 being rotatable about the rotation axis 10 to be parallel or perpendicular to the flexible filter layer 3. The rotating shafts 10 are arranged on the side edges of the extrusion plates 9, the rotating shafts 10 of the upper extrusion plate 9 and the lower extrusion plate 9 in the same group are oppositely arranged, the extrusion plates 9 located above can rotate downwards around the rotating shafts 10 to extrude the flexible filter layer 3, the extrusion plates 9 located below can rotate upwards around the rotating shafts 10 to extrude the flexible filter layer 3, the extrusion plates 9 located below are provided with the water extrusion holes 11, and in a normal running state, the extrusion plates 9 are in a vertical state and do not influence the normal emission of smoke. One end of the rotating shaft 10 extends out of the side wall of the oil smoke purifying box 1, the rotating shaft 10 can rotate through manual operation, extrusion of the flexible filtering layer 3 is achieved, all the rotating shafts 10 can be linked through a linkage mechanism, then the rotating shafts are driven to rotate through a motor, a plurality of structures capable of achieving the function exist in the prior art (for example, the structures are in the form of chain wheels and chains, the chain wheels are sleeved on the rotating shaft, the chains are used for connecting a plurality of chain wheels together, and the chain wheels are driven to rotate together through the motor and the chains), and the embodiment is not described in detail.
The working principle of the oil smoke purifier is that oil smoke to be purified enters water at the bottom of an oil smoke purifying box, part of impurities in the oil smoke can remain in the water to finish first purification treatment, then high-temperature smoke from the water rises and enters an electrostatic precipitator after spraying to perform second purification treatment, and finally the smoke after being treated by the electrostatic precipitator passes through a flexible filter layer to adsorb the impurities remained in the smoke to finish third purification treatment. The absorbed flue gas can be used as clean flue gas to be discharged into the atmosphere. When the moisture absorbed by the flexible filter layer reaches saturation, the rotating shafts in the extrusion assembly are rotated, the rotating directions of the upper rotating shaft and the lower rotating shaft of the same group are opposite, so that the upper extrusion plate is extruded downwards, the lower extrusion plate is extruded upwards, the extrusion of the flexible filter layer is completed, and in the extrusion process, the moisture in the flexible filter layer flows to the bottom of the oil fume purifying box through the water extrusion holes and other gaps.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the purifier of the present embodiment is identical to the structure of embodiment 1 in its entirety, except that the pressing assembly includes a plurality of pressing plates 9 arranged side by side, each of the plurality of pressing plates 9 includes two pressing plates 9 arranged above and below the flexible filter layer 3 through a rotation shaft 10, respectively, and the pressing plates 9 are rotatable about the rotation shaft 10 to be parallel or perpendicular to the flexible filter layer 3. The rotating shaft 10 is arranged along the axis of the extrusion plate 9, and the rotating shaft 10 can move along the vertical direction of the oil fume purifying box 1. Among the existing mechanical structure, there are many structures that can realize that pivot 10 rotates and can reciprocate, can set up horizontally linkage strip at the inner wall of fume purification case 1 corresponding to the lateral wall at pivot 10 both ends, the end of pivot 10 wears to establish in the linkage strip and can free rotation, the both ends of pivot 10 are overlapped respectively and are equipped with the sprocket, link through the chain between the sprocket of a plurality of pivots 10, transmission connection between chain and the motor, the accessible motor drive drives a plurality of pivots 10 and rotates together, simultaneously, the linkage strip can follow fume purification case 1's vertical direction through the track and remove, and the linkage strip is connected with electric putter, the electric putter reciprocates, electric putter and the control end setting of motor are outside fume purification case 1. When the flexible filter layer 3 is required to be extruded, the rotating shaft 10 is rotated to enable the extrusion plate 9 to be in a horizontal state, and then the rotating shaft 10 drives the extrusion plate 9 to move downwards to finish extrusion of the flexible filter layer 3.

When the moisture absorbed by the flexible filter layer reaches saturation, the rotating shafts in the extrusion assembly are rotated, the rotating directions of the upper rotating shaft and the lower rotating shaft of the same group are opposite, so that the upper extrusion plate is extruded downwards, the lower extrusion plate is extruded upwards, the extrusion of the flexible filter layer is completed, and in the extrusion process, the moisture in the flexible filter layer flows to the bottom of the oil fume purifying box through the water extrusion holes and other gaps.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, but is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and any simple modification, equivalent changes and modification made to the above-mentioned embodiments according to the technical matters of the present invention can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present invention.
