Abstract

The invention provides a household appliance which comprises a front frame, a clamping piece and a side plate, wherein the clamping piece is clamped and fixed on the front frame, a first clamping hole is formed in the side plate, a clamping part matched with the first clamping hole is formed in the clamping piece, and the clamping part is clamped with the first clamping hole to fixedly connect the side plate with the clamping piece, so that the side plate is fixedly connected with the front frame. The clamping piece is arranged on the front frame, and the clamping part is arranged on the clamping piece to be matched with the first clamping hole of the side plate in a mutually clamping mode, so that the side plate and the front frame are fixedly connected, a good fixing effect is achieved, the using space of the front frame and the side plate is reasonably utilized, the clamping part and the first clamping hole are clamped to easily separate the clamping piece from the side plate, meanwhile, the front frame and the side plate are easily separated, redundant parts in the household appliance are not required to be detached, and the difficulty in assembling, disassembling and maintaining the household appliance is reduced.

The present invention relates to the field of household appliances, and in particular to a household appliance.

Background technique

With the improvement of the quality of life, consumers' demands for the functions and appearance of independent ovens are gradually increasing. The screw-hidden side panels used in independent ovens can better meet the above needs, and therefore have been widely used. The screw-hidden side panels have the advantages of no screws on the side and the front frame, and are beautiful and generous. However, due to the cancellation of the side screws and the certain structural design limitations of the existing side panels, it is difficult to disassemble the side panels, which increases the difficulty of oven maintenance and assembly.

Summary of the invention

An embodiment of the present invention provides a household appliance, which includes a front frame, a clamping piece and a side panel, wherein the clamping piece is clamped and fixed to the front frame, the side panel is formed with a first clamping hole, the clamping piece is formed with a clamping portion that cooperates with the first clamping hole, the clamping portion is clamped with the first clamping hole to fixedly connect the side panel and the clamping piece, thereby fixing the side panel to the front frame.

In the above household appliance, the engaging member is arranged on the front frame, and then a clamping portion is arranged on the engaging member to engage with the first clamping hole of the side panel, so as to fix the side panel and the front frame. The fixing effect is good, and the use space of the front frame and the side panel is reasonably utilized. The engagement of the clamping portion with the first clamping hole makes it easy to separate the engaging member from the side panel, and the front frame and the side panel are also easy to separate. There is no need to disassemble unnecessary parts in the household appliance, which reduces the difficulty of assembling, disassembling and repairing the household appliance.

In some embodiments, the first clamping hole includes a first portion and a second portion that are connected, the area of the first portion is larger than the area of the second portion, and the first portion is configured to allow the clamping member to pass through and then be clamped to the second portion.

In some embodiments, the snap-fitting part includes a base, a first connecting part and a second connecting part, the base is formed with a connecting surface, the first connecting part connects the connecting surface and the second connecting part, and the cross-sectional dimension of the second connecting part is larger than the cross-sectional dimension of the first connecting part so that the base, the first connecting part and the second connecting part form the snap-fitting part.

In some embodiments, the front frame includes a front frame body and a connecting piece extending backward from the edge of the front frame body, the connecting piece is formed with a second card hole, the engaging piece is formed with an elastic hook that cooperates with the second card hole, the engaging piece is fixed to the front frame by the engagement of the elastic hook with the second card hole, and the side panel covers the connecting piece.

In some embodiments, the elastic hook includes a first state and a second state. When the elastic hook is in the first state, the elastic hook is engaged with the second hole; when the elastic hook is in the second state, the elastic hook is disengaged from the second hole.

In some embodiments, the number of the elastic hooks is two, the two elastic hooks are arranged at an interval, and the parts of the two elastic hooks engaging with the second hook holes face opposite directions.

In some embodiments, the locking member includes a base, the base is formed with a connecting surface, the elastic hook is arranged away from the connecting surface, the elastic hook includes an elastic arm extending from the base and a locking block formed at one end of the elastic arm away from the base, the elastic arm passes through the second locking hole, and the locking block is locked to the surface of the front frame.

In some embodiments, the engaging block includes an engaging surface and a guiding inclined surface, the engaging surface is engaged with the surface of the front frame, and the guiding inclined surface is used to guide the elastic hook to engage in the second engaging hole.

In some embodiments, the engaging member includes a limiting portion connected to the base, the limiting portion is spaced apart from the elastic hook, the surface of the front frame includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, the engaging block is engaged with the first surface, and the limiting portion abuts against the second surface.

Referring to FIG. 1 , the present invention provides a household appliance 100. The household appliance 100 may be, for example, an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, or the like, which has a cavity 40 for placing food to be processed. The cavity 60 is a space inside the household appliance 100. The cavity 60 in this embodiment includes all or part of the space formed by the front frame 30 and the side panel 10. The present invention is further described by taking an oven as an example, but this should not be construed as limiting the present invention.

Please refer to Figures 1-3. The present invention provides a household appliance 100, which includes a front frame 30, a clamping member 10 and a side panel 20. The clamping member 10 is clamped and fixed to the front frame 30. The side panel 20 is formed with a first clamping hole 22. The clamping member 10 is formed with a clamping portion 11 that cooperates with the first clamping hole 22. The clamping portion 11 is clamped with the first clamping hole 22 to fix the side panel 20 and the clamping member 10, so that the side panel 20 is fixedly connected to the front frame 30.

In the above-mentioned household appliance 100, the engaging member 10 is arranged on the front frame 30, and then the engaging portion 11 is arranged on the engaging member 10 to engage with the first engaging hole 22 of the side panel 20, so as to fix the side panel 20 and the front frame 30. It has a good fixing effect, which not only reasonably utilizes the use space of the front frame 30 and the side panel 20, but also makes it easy to separate the engaging member 10 from the side panel 20 through the engaging portion 11 and the first engaging hole 22, and at the same time, it is easy to separate the front frame 30 from the side panel 20, without removing unnecessary parts in the household appliance 100, thereby reducing the difficulty of assembling and disassembling the household appliance 100.

Please refer to Figures 3 and 8-9. In some embodiments, the first card hole 22 includes a first part 222 and a second part 224 that are connected. The area of the first part 222 is larger than the area of the second part 224. The first part 222 is configured to allow the locking member 10 to pass through and then be locked to the second part 224.

The first clamping hole 22 is simply set up without occupying much space, and the process of clamping and cooperating with the clamping member 10 (clamping portion 11) is also relatively simple. Specifically, since the first part 222 is connected to the second part 224, and the area of the first part 222 is larger than the area of the second part 224, when assembling the clamping member 10 and the first clamping hole 22, the clamping member 10 first passes through the first part 222 with a larger area, and then under the action of external force, the clamping member 10 slides along the edge of the first part 222 or from the hollow part of the first part 222 to the second part 224 with a smaller area, so that the clamping portion 11 and the first clamping hole 22 are clamped together. The advantage of such a design is that when assembling the clamping member 10 and the side panel 20 by sliding, the operation is easy, the implementation is convenient, and time and labor are saved.

In one embodiment, the first portion 222 is substantially arc-shaped, and the second portion 224 is substantially U-shaped.

In this way, the edges of the first part 222 and the second part 224 are relatively smooth, which is convenient for sliding, and convenient for the insertion and engagement of the engaging member 10. The arc-shaped first part 222 has a larger area, which is convenient for the engaging member 10 to pass through. The U-shaped second part 224 has a moderate length, which is convenient for the engaging member 10 to engage. The engaging member 10 is not easy to loosen when it is engaged with the second part 224, and the engaging member 10 is also easy to move at the connection between the first part 222 and the second part 224. Of course, the shapes of the first part 222 and the second part 224 are not limited to the arc shape and U shape mentioned above. Under the premise of not affecting the stability of the fixed connection between the engaging member 10 and the side plate 20, specific selection can be made in the specific implementation.

Please refer to Figures 10-13. In some embodiments, the snap-fitting member 10 includes a base 12, a first connecting portion 13 and a second connecting portion 14. The base 12 is formed with a connecting surface 122. The second connecting portion 14 connects the connecting surface 122 and the first connecting portion 13. The cross-sectional dimension of the first connecting portion 13 is greater than the cross-sectional dimension of the second connecting portion 14 so that the base 12, the first connecting portion 13 and the second connecting portion 14 form a snap-fitting portion 11.

Specifically, when the engaging member 10 is connected to the side panel 20, the first connecting portion 13 passes through the first engaging hole 22, the second connecting portion 14 is engaged in the first engaging hole 22, the engaging portion 11 is engaged with the second portion 224, and the connecting surface 122 can contact the surface of the side panel 20, that is, the base 12 can abut against the side panel 20. It is worth noting that the engaging portion 11 is the part of the engaging member 10 and the side panel 20 formed between the first connecting portion 13, the second connecting portion 14 and the base 12.

In some embodiments, the cross-sectional dimension of the first connecting portion 13 is smaller than that of the first portion 222 and larger than that of the second portion 224 , the cross-sectional dimension of the second connecting portion 14 is smaller than that of the second portion 224 , and the dimension of the connecting surface 122 is larger than that of the first portion 222 .

Specifically, the cross-sectional size of the first connecting portion 13 is smaller than the size of the first portion 222, which facilitates the first connecting portion 13 to pass through the first portion 222, so as to facilitate the subsequent engagement of the clamping portion 11 with the second portion 224. The cross-sectional size of the first connecting portion 13 is larger than the size of the second portion 224, so that the first connecting portion 13 can be abutted by the edge of the second portion 224 to prevent the first connecting portion 13 from loosening and sliding out of the second portion 224 (side plate 20). The cross-sectional size of the second connecting portion 14 is smaller than the size of the second portion 224, which facilitates the engagement of the second connecting portion 14 with the second portion 224. The connecting portion 14 (clamping portion 11) is snapped into the second portion 224, and the size of the connecting surface 122 is larger than the size of the first portion 222, which can prevent the snap-fitting member 10 from being completely inserted into the first portion 222 (first clamping hole 22), which may easily lead to an unstable clamping between the snap-fitting member 10 and the side panel 20, and the base 12 can also abut against the edge of the first clamping hole 22 (first portion 222), spacing the side panel 20 and the front frame 30 to avoid mutual contact and friction between the two, and limit the mutual movement between the side panel 20 and the front frame 30.

In some embodiments, the first connection portion 13 and the second connection portion 14 are substantially cylindrical, and the connection surface 122 is substantially square.

The edge of the cylinder is smooth and easy to slide, so that the friction force when the engaging member 10 contacts and rubs with the first engaging hole 22 is small, specifically the friction that may exist when the first connecting portion 13 passes through the first portion 222 and the sliding friction between the second connecting portion 14 and the edge of the first engaging hole 22, and corresponding to the arc-shaped first portion 222 and the U-shaped second portion 224, it is not easy to get stuck between the engaging member 10 and the first engaging hole 22, which is convenient for the fixed connection between the front frame 30 and the side panel 20, and improves the installation and disassembly efficiency of the household appliance 100, and the square connecting surface 122 is easy to shape, has a large area and a regular appearance, and it can be understood that the base 12 is roughly square. Of course, the above description of the graphics and shapes is only exemplary and should not be understood as limiting the present invention.

Please refer to Figures 4-7. In some embodiments, the front frame 30 includes a front frame body 32 and a connecting piece 34 extending backward from the edge of the front frame body 32. The connecting piece 34 is formed with a second clamping hole 342. The engaging member 10 is formed with an elastic hook 15 that cooperates with the second clamping hole 342. The engaging member 10 is fixed to the front frame 30 by the engagement of the elastic hook 15 with the second clamping hole 342, and the side panel 20 covers the connecting piece 34.

In this way, the positional structural relationship between the various components of the front frame 30 is clear, the provision of the second clamping hole 342 improves the space utilization rate of the front frame 30, and is convenient for assembly with the side panel 20. The side panel 20 covers the first connecting piece 34 to increase the connection area between the side panel 20 and the front frame 30, and enhances the connection stability between the side panel 20 and the front frame 30. The second clamping hole 342 and the elastic clamping hook 15 have a better fixing effect, and the implementation difficulty is low, and the operation is convenient.

In some embodiments, the elastic hook 15 includes a first state and a second state. When the elastic hook 15 is in the first state, the elastic hook 15 is engaged with the second engaging hole 342 ; when the elastic hook 15 is in the second state, the elastic hook 15 is disengaged from the second engaging hole 342 .

Specifically, please refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3. When the front frame 30 and the side plate 20 are installed and connected, first, the elastic hook 15 is in the first state (as shown in FIG. 10), and the elastic hook 15 is not engaged with the second engaging hole 342. The elastic hook 15 is deformed to the second state (as shown in FIG. 11) to generate extra space, so that the elastic hook 15 can pass through the second engaging hole 342. After the elastic hook 15 passes through the second engaging hole 342, the elastic force of the elastic hook 15 restores itself to a normal state, that is, the first state. At this time, the elastic hook 15 is engaged with the second engaging hole 342, and the engaging member 10 is fixedly arranged on the front frame 30. It is worth noting that the first state discussed above refers to the state in which the elastic hook 15 is not deformed. At this time, the elastic hook 15 and the second engaging hole 342 can be engaged or non-engaged. The second state is the state in which the elastic hook 15 is deformed.

In one embodiment, the elastic hook 15 is made of metal, rubber or plastic, so that it has the ability to be deformed to ensure that the elastic hook 15 can return to its original shape after deformation.

In some embodiments, there are two elastic hooks 15 , and the two elastic hooks 15 are disposed at intervals, and the portions of the two elastic hooks 15 that engage with the second engaging holes 342 face opposite directions.

It can be understood that the number of elastic hooks 15 is not limited to two, for example, it can be one to simplify the structure of the engaging member 10 and reduce the production cost; or it can be three, four, five or more numbers, and a larger number of elastic hooks 15 form a engaging member 10 with a stronger engaging effect; the present embodiment adopts two symmetrically spaced elastic hooks 15 to ensure that the elastic hooks 15 are not easily affected by each other during the deformation process, and the engaging members 342 are engaged in the opposite direction thereof, which also has a better engaging and fixing effect. At the same time, the space occupied by the engaging member 10 is less, which is convenient for the arrangement of other components of the engaging member 10, and the production cost is also lower.

In one embodiment, the number of the second latching holes 342 is two, and the number of the engaging members 10 is two, that is, the number of the elastic latching hooks 15 is two groups, and the number of each group of elastic latching hooks 15 is two.

The two second clamping holes 342 and the two groups of elastic hooks 15 are engaged and fixed with each other to meet the basic stability of the fixed connection between the front frame 30 and the side panel 20. Of course, the number of the second clamping holes 342 is not limited to two, and can be three, four, five or more, and the corresponding number of the engaging members 10 is three, four, five or more, to obtain higher clamping stability; or the number of the second clamping holes 342 is one, and the number of the engaging members 10 is one, to simplify the connection between the front frame 30 and the side panel 20. The above numbers are only exemplary and do not specifically limit the present invention. The number of the second clamping holes 342 and the number of the engaging members 10 can be specifically set in a specific embodiment.

Please refer to Figures 10 and 11. In some embodiments, the locking member 10 includes a base 12, the base 12 is formed with a connecting surface 122, the elastic hook 15 is arranged away from the connecting surface 122, the elastic hook 15 includes an elastic arm 152 extending from the base 12 and a locking block 154 formed at one end of the elastic arm 152 away from the base 12, the elastic arm 152 passes through a second locking hole 342, and the locking block 154 is locked on the surface of the front frame 30.

Furthermore, in the first state, the elastic arms 152 of the two elastic hooks 15 are roughly parallel to each other, and the distance between the two elastic hooks 15 is the maximum, so that they can be smoothly and properly embedded in the second clamping hole 342; in the second state, the elastic arms 152 of the two elastic hooks 15 are relatively inclined, and a certain space is generated by deformation to allow the engaging member 10 (elastic hook 15) to pass through the clamping hole. A limiting structure (not shown) can be set at the part where the elastic hook 15 is connected to the base 12 to avoid reverse bending of the elastic hook 15 due to misoperation and cause damage, so as to ensure the quality of the engaging member 10.

Please refer to FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 . In some embodiments, the engaging block 154 includes an engaging surface 1542 and a guiding inclined surface 1544 . The engaging surface 1542 is engaged with the surface of the front frame 30 . The guiding inclined surface 1544 is used to guide the elastic hook 15 to engage in the second engaging hole 342 .

Specifically, the engaging surface 1542 is substantially perpendicular to the elastic arm 152 and substantially parallel to the surface of the front frame 30, so that the engaging surface 1542 and the surface of the front frame 30 can be relatively flatly engaged (stacked) together, thereby improving the tightness between the engaging surface 1542 and the surface of the front frame 30, thereby improving the tightness between the engaging member 10 and the body of the front frame 30, and ultimately improving the stability of the engagement. The guiding slope 1544 is spaced from the engaging surface 1542 and is inclined relative to the engaging surface 1542, so that when the elastic hook 15 is set in the second engaging hole 342, the engaging block 154 can be guided to the surface of the front frame 30 or the engaging block 154 can slide into the engaging hole through the guiding slope 1544, and the guiding slope 1544 can reduce the collision between the elastic hook 15 and the front frame 30, thereby reducing the difficulty of connecting the engaging member 10 and the front frame 30. The engaging surface 1542, the surface of the front frame 30 and the guiding inclined surface 1544 can be relatively smooth to facilitate the assembly between the engaging member 10 and the front frame 30. Of course, the relative smoothness of the above surfaces is only exemplary and does not specifically limit the present invention. The engaging surface 1542 and the guiding inclined surface 1544 are also not limited to the positions and settings discussed above. For example, the engaging surface 1542 can be an inclined surface forming a certain angle with the elastic arm 152, and the guiding inclined surface 1544 can be a plane relatively perpendicular to the elastic arm 152. The specific selection can be made in the specific implementation method.

In some embodiments, the cross-section of the engaging block 154 relative to the base 12 is substantially trapezoidal.

In this way, a relatively vertical engagement surface 1542 and a relatively inclined guiding surface 1544 can be formed on the elastic arm 152 to simplify the structure of the elastic hook 15. Compared with other shapes, the trapezoid occupies less space and requires less material, which can reduce a certain production cost. Of course, the shape of the cross section is not limited to the trapezoid. On the premise of ensuring the stability of the engagement between the engagement block 154 and the surface of the front frame 30, it can be a rectangle, a square or other regular or irregular shapes.

Please refer to Figures 10 and 11. In some embodiments, the locking member 10 includes a limiting portion 16 connected to the base 12, the limiting portion 16 is spaced apart from the elastic hook 15, the surface of the front frame 30 includes a first surface 343 and a second surface 344 opposite to each other, the locking block 154 is locked on the first surface 343, and the limiting portion 16 abuts against the second surface 344.

The limiting portion 16 is used to maintain the distance between the side plate 20 and the front frame 30 and to support the front frame 30 via the limiting portion 16 to prevent the front frame 30 and the side plate 20 from being relatively offset due to the insufficient firm engagement between the elastic hook 15 and the second clamping hole 342 .

In some embodiments, the limiting portion 16 includes a connecting segment 162 and a limiting segment 164 . The connecting segment 162 extends from the base 12 , and the limiting segment 164 extends from an end of the connecting segment 162 away from the base 12 toward a direction away from the elastic hook 15 .

More preferably, the connecting section 162 is substantially perpendicular to the base 12, the limiting section 164 is substantially parallel to the base 12, the limiting section 164 is formed with a supporting surface 1642 cooperating with the second surface 344, the limiting portion 16 is substantially L-shaped relative to the cross-section of the base 12, the connecting section 162 is a long section of L, and the limiting section 164 is a short section of L; or the connecting section 162 is a short section of L, and the limiting section 164 is a long section of L; or the connecting section 162 and the limiting section 164 are of equal length. Among them, when the limiting section 164 is longer, the distance between the side plate 20 and the front frame 30 is farther, and when the limiting section 164 is shorter, the distance between the side plate 20 and the front frame 30 is closer, that is, the distance between the front frame 30 and the side plate 20 can be limited by setting the length of the limiting section 164; and, when the limiting section 164 is longer, the contact area between the limiting portion 16 and the second surface 344 is larger, so that the area of the front frame 30 supported on the engaging member 10 is larger, and the connection and support between the front frame 30 and the engaging member 10 are more stable; when the limiting section 164 is shorter, the contact area between the limiting portion 16 and the second surface 344 is smaller, which reduces the material cost and production cost of the limiting portion 16. In some embodiments, there are two limiting portions 16 , the two limiting portions 16 are symmetrically and spaced apart, and the limiting sections 164 of the two limiting portions 16 face opposite directions.

In this way, the space of the engaging member 10 can be reasonably utilized, and two symmetrical and spaced limiting portions 16 can be set to have a more regular appearance, and the engaging member 10 can be better and more tightly engaged with the front frame 30, better supporting the surface of the front frame 30, improving the stability of the fixed connection between the engaging member 10 and the front frame 30, and then improving the stability of the connection between the front frame 30 and the side panel 20, and finally making the internal structure of the household appliance 100 tighter and more stable.

In one embodiment, the base 12, the first connection part 13, the second connection part 14 and the limiting part 16 of the engaging member 10 can be made by integral molding, and the elastic hook 15 is subsequently arranged on the base 12. The base 12, the first connection part 13, the second connection part 14 and the limiting part 16 made by integral molding have good integrity and external strength, and can form a relatively regular engaging member 10. Due to the deformability of the elastic hook 15, the elastic hook 15 is subsequently arranged on the base 12 by gluing or welding to distinguish the functions of the various components in the engaging member 10.
