The plate cutting is a very common operation procedure in industrial production, the existing plate cutting device is heavy, an operator needs to hold all the time in the operation process, the plate cutting device is labor-consuming and low in efficiency, the mode of supporting the plate fixing seat can slow down some effects, but the plate cutting device is labor-consuming and time-consuming for long-time operation, is not easy to move and is difficult to carry, and the speed of cutting another plate is slow after one plate is cut.

When the cutting device is not used, the sliding plate 18 is erected upwards through the hinge base 16, the sliding plate 18 is embedded into the fixture 48 and then locked through the fourth locking bolt 49 to achieve the effect of folding, the guide vertical rod 52 is sleeved with a plurality of mutually superposed balancing weights 53, the weight is increased, and the device is prevented from toppling.
