2. The illumination device for periosteal rehabilitation as recited in claim 1, wherein: the operation screen (9) is a touch display screen, the status indicator lamp (8) is an LED lamp, and the type of the controller (18) is KY 12S.
3. The illumination device for periosteal rehabilitation as recited in claim 1, wherein: the voice prompter (3) is a voice alarm, and the sound pressure level of the voice prompter (3) is adjustable from fifty decibels to eighty decibels.
4. The illumination device for periosteal rehabilitation as recited in claim 1, wherein: the power plug (15) is connected with the battery cabinet (17) through a power line, and the power line connected with the power plug (15) is wound inside the automatic winder (24).
5. The illumination device for periosteal rehabilitation as recited in claim 1, wherein: the battery cabinet (17) is connected to the sliding rail (16) in a sliding mode, and the battery cabinet (17) is formed by a plurality of battery packs connected in series.
6. The illumination device for periosteal rehabilitation as recited in claim 1, wherein: the heat dissipation fan (23) is fixed on the inner wall of the rack box body (1) through screws, and the heat dissipation fan (23) is right opposite to the battery cabinet (17).

The illumination device for periosteal rehabilitation as recited in claim 1, wherein: the storage box (21) is welded inside the rack box body (1), the rotating seat (22) is fixed in the storage box (21) through screws, and the multi-section supporting arms (4) are fixed on the rotating seat (22) through bearings.
8. The illumination device for periosteal rehabilitation as recited in claim 1, wherein: the multi-section supporting arm (4) is provided with at least three movable joints, and the multi-section supporting arm (4) adopts a hollow structure.
