The die holder is arranged on the sliding shaft in a sliding manner, and is in transmission connection with the first cam connecting rod mechanism.
The pushing plate is connected with one end of a pushing rod, the pushing rod is arranged on the sliding seat in a sliding mode, and the other end of the pushing rod is connected with the second cam connecting rod mechanism in a transmission mode.
The push rod is movably sleeved with a pressing plate, the pressing plate is arranged on the slide rod in a sliding mode, the pressing plate is connected to the fixed plate through an elastic piece, the pressing plate is pressed on the flanging die under the action of the elastic piece, and the pressing plate is driven by the pushing plate to be separated from the flanging die.
The laser knife comprises an outer ring punching knife, an inner ring indentation knife and a radial indentation knife connected with the outer ring punching knife and the inner ring indentation knife, wherein the radial indentation knife is distributed at the corners of the outer ring punching knife and the inner ring indentation knife, and the outer ring punching knife is a point-break punching knife.
And a heating component is arranged on the flanging opening.
The heating part is a heating belt which is wound at the outer end of the flanging opening.
The improved bottom paper die-cutting device for the square paper container has the advantages that the structure is reasonable, the paperboard is quickly punched, the folding edge of the paperboard is creased, the paperboard is directly pushed into the folding edge by the pushing plate to be folded, the heating part is arranged on the folding edge, and the folding edge is subjected to heat treatment and shaping, so that the folding edge is quick and the shaping is stable.

Detailed Description
The drawings illustrate the structure of the present invention, and details thereof are further described below with reference to the drawings. The bottom paper die-cutting device of the square paper container comprises a paper feeding mechanism 1, a die-cutting mechanism 2 and a pushing mechanism 3, wherein the paper feeding mechanism 1 is a plurality of paper feeding roller groups, and a paper feeding path of the paper feeding mechanism 1 sequentially passes through the die-cutting mechanism 2 and the pushing mechanism 3; the die cutting mechanism 2 comprises a laser cutter 21 and a backing plate 22, wherein the laser cutter 21 comprises an outer ring punching cutter 211, an inner ring punching cutter 212 and a radial punching cutter 213 for connecting the outer ring punching cutter 211 and the inner ring punching cutter 212, the radial punching cutters 213 are distributed at corners of the outer ring punching cutter 211 and the inner ring punching cutter 212, the outer ring punching cutter 211 is a point-breaking punching cutter, the laser cutter 21 is arranged on a die holder 23, the die holder 23 is movably arranged, in particular, the die holder 23 is slidably arranged on a sliding shaft 24, the die holder 23 is in transmission connection with a first cam connecting rod mechanism 25, and the laser cutter 21 and the backing plate 22 are mutually matched for die cutting; the pushing mechanism 3 comprises a pushing plate 31 and a flanging die 32, the pushing plate 31 is movably arranged, specifically, the pushing plate 31 is connected with one end of a pushing rod 33, the pushing rod 33 is arranged on a sliding seat 34 in a sliding mode, the other end of the pushing rod 33 is connected with a second cam connecting rod mechanism in a transmission mode, a flanging opening 35 is formed in the flanging die 32, the pushing plate 31 is matched with the flanging opening 35, and a die-cut paperboard is pushed into the flanging opening 35 to be folded by the pushing plate 31.
The push rod 33 is movably sleeved with a pressing plate 36, the pressing plate 36 is slidably arranged on a slide rod 37, the pressing plate 36 is connected to a fixed plate 39 through an elastic piece 38, the fixed plate 39 is fixedly arranged on the slide seat 34, the pressing plate 36 is pressed on the hemming die 32 under the action of the elastic piece 38, and the pressing plate 36 is driven by the pushing plate 31 to be separated from the hemming die 32, wherein the elastic piece 38 is a spring.
The heating component 4 is arranged on the flanging opening 35, the heating component 4 is a heating belt, the heating belt is wound at the outer end of the flanging opening 35, and heat treatment shaping is carried out on the flanging, so that the flanging is stable in shaping.
When the paper feeding device works, paper is conveyed by the paper feeding mechanism 1 to pass through the space between the laser cutter 21 and the backing plate 22, the die holder 23 is driven by the first cam connecting rod mechanism to enable the laser cutter 21 to be attached to the backing plate 22 for die cutting, wherein an outer ring punching cutter 211 of the laser cutter 21 is used for punching the paper in a point-breaking way, an inner ring punching cutter 212 and a radial punching cutter 213 are used for punching the folded part of the paper, then the paper is conveyed by the paper feeding mechanism 1 to pass through the space between the material pushing plate 31 and the edge folding die 32, the material pushing plate 31 is used for pushing the paper subjected to the point-breaking and die cutting into the edge folding opening 35 after being broken by the push rod 33, in order to match with the paper breaking, the pressing plate 36 is used for pressing the periphery of the fixed paper under the action of the elastic piece 38, the outer edge of the die-cut paper is folded to form a folded edge by touching the edge folding opening 35, and the heating part 4 is used for heat treatment shaping the folded edge, and then the folded edge of the paper is pushed out of the edge folding opening 35 by the material pushing plate 31 to enter the rotary die holder 23 for vacuum absorption.
