Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a detection and rejection system for the loose-end cigarettes, which can automatically transport the cigarettes, automatically detect the loose-end defects of the cigarettes, and automatically collect the defective cigarettes and the qualified cigarettes respectively, thereby saving labor, having high intelligent degree, greatly improving the working efficiency, and having accurate and reliable detection results.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a detection and rejection system for a loose-end cigarette comprises a cigarette feeding mechanism, a detection mechanism and a rejection mechanism from left to right in sequence;
the cigarette feeding mechanism comprises a conveying track, a cigarette conveying supporting plate and a steering mechanism which are sequentially connected from left to right, the left end of the conveying track is connected with upstream cigarette conveying equipment, the right end of the conveying track is connected with the steering mechanism, and the cigarette conveying supporting plate is connected between the right end surface of the conveying track and the steering mechanism in a sliding manner; the left end face of the steering mechanism is provided with a cigarette inlet matched with a cigarette to be detected transversely, the cigarette inlet is positioned above the right end of the slideway, a limiting baffle is formed between the cigarette inlet and the slideway, the lower end of the steering mechanism is provided with a cigarette outlet, and the inner diameter of the cigarette outlet is matched with the outer diameter of the cigarette to be detected vertically; the upper end surface of the cigarette feeding supporting plate is a slope surface which is high at the left and low at the right;
the detection mechanism comprises a horizontal rotation platform, four connecting arms are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the horizontal rotation platform along the same horizontal plane, the tail end of each connecting arm is fixedly connected with a detection material cylinder matched with a cigarette to be detected, a correlation photoelectric sensor is arranged above the detection material cylinder, and a detection thimble is arranged in the detection material cylinder; setting the position of an upper end opening of a detection material cylinder as a first station when the detection material cylinder moves to the leftmost side, setting the position of the upper end opening of the detection material cylinder as a second station when the detection material cylinder moves to the rearmost side, setting the position of the upper end opening of the detection material cylinder as a third station when the detection material cylinder moves to the rightmost side, setting a smoke outlet of a steering mechanism right above the first station, and setting a correlation type photoelectric sensor right above the second station; the transmitting end and the reflecting end of the correlation type photoelectric sensor are oppositely arranged in front and back, and a detection channel for the cigarette to be detected to pass through is formed between the transmitting end and the reflecting end of the correlation type photoelectric sensor;
the rejecting mechanism comprises a returned material collecting bin and a negative pressure device, an inlet of the returned material collecting bin is communicated with a material sucking pipe matched with the cigarettes to be detected, the tail end of the material sucking pipe is arranged right above the third station, and an outlet of the returned material collecting bin is communicated with the negative pressure device;
the output end of the correlation photoelectric sensor is connected with the detection signal input end of the central processing module, the rotation control end of the central processing module is connected with the controlled end of the horizontal rotation platform, and the negative pressure control end of the central processing module is connected with the controlled end of the negative pressure device.
Further, the cigarette collecting device comprises a cigarette conveying mechanism, the cigarette conveying mechanism comprises a cigarette collecting bin, an inlet of the cigarette collecting bin is communicated with a collecting pipe, the upper end of the collecting pipe is fixedly arranged above the correlation type photoelectric sensor, an outlet of the cigarette collecting bin is communicated with an external negative pressure fan through a first negative pressure pipe, and the first negative pressure pipe is provided with a first negative pressure valve.

Furthermore, the steering mechanism comprises a fixed plate, a first sector plate and a second sector plate which is positioned at the rear side of the first sector plate are arranged in the fixed plate, and the first sector plate and the second sector plate are different in length; the arc-shaped end face of the first sector plate is arranged backwards, the arc-shaped end face of the second sector plate is arranged forwards, the top of the arc-shaped end face of the first sector plate and the top of the arc-shaped end face of the second sector plate form a smoke inlet, the bottom of the arc-shaped end face of the first sector plate and the bottom of the arc-shaped end face of the second sector plate form a smoke outlet, and a steering channel for smoke to pass through is formed between the arc-shaped end face of the first sector plate and the arc-shaped end face of the second sector plate.
Furthermore, a smoke inlet photoelectric sensor is arranged at a smoke outlet of the steering mechanism.
Furthermore, a screen is horizontally arranged in the returned material collecting bin, and an inlet and an outlet of the returned material collecting bin are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the screen.
Further, the negative pressure device comprises a second negative pressure pipe communicated with the external negative pressure fan and a second negative pressure valve arranged on the second negative pressure pipe.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) by arranging the cigarette feeding mechanism, the detection mechanism and the rejection mechanism, the transverse cigarettes can be automatically turned to the vertical direction and transferred to the detection mechanism, so that automatic transfer, automatic detection and automatic rejection of the loose-end cigarettes are realized, the intelligent degree is high, the labor consumption is greatly reduced, the detection structure is accurate and reliable, and the quality of the cigarettes discharged from the factory is guaranteed;
(2) the detection thimble is arranged in the detection material cylinder, so that the hollow cigarettes completely fall into the detection material cylinder, the qualified cigarettes are extended out of the detection material cylinder, and when the detection material cylinder runs to the position below the correlation type photoelectric sensor, the upper end of the qualified cigarettes shields the correlation type photoelectric sensor and the correlation type photoelectric sensor is not shielded, the automatic detection of the hollow cigarettes is realized by using a simple structure, meanwhile, the hollow cigarettes which are transferred to the position below the air suction pipe are removed by using the suction force of negative pressure air by using the electric connection relation between the central processing module and the correlation type photoelectric sensor and the negative pressure device, the automatic removal of the hollow cigarettes is realized, the manpower consumption of the traditional detection method is reduced, and the working efficiency and the detection precision are improved;
(3) the cigarette conveying mechanism is arranged, so that the cigarettes can be automatically and independently collected, the hollow cigarettes are eliminated, the hollow cigarettes are automatically connected with the next process, the field work efficiency is greatly improved, and the cigarette conveying mechanism is simple in structure and convenient to use;
(4) through set up perpendicular mutually perpendicular's horizontal baffle and stand pipe in good cigarette collection storehouse, the cigarette that makes to fall into is automatic to be put along with horizontal baffle slope, and because the inclination of stand pipe, makes the cigarette all put according to same direction, guarantees the regularity nature that good cigarette was collected.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the invention comprises a cigarette feeding mechanism, a detection mechanism, a good cigarette conveying mechanism and a rejecting mechanism.
As shown in fig. 2, the cigarette feeding mechanism comprises a conveying track, a cigarette conveying supporting plate and a steering mechanism 3 which are sequentially connected from left to right, the left end of the conveying track is connected with upstream cigarette 2 conveying equipment, the right end of the conveying track is slidably connected with the cigarette conveying supporting plate, and the cigarette conveying supporting plate is vertically slidably connected between the right end surface of the conveying track and the left end surface of the steering mechanism 3; 3 left end faces of steering mechanisms are provided with a cigarette inlet matched with a cigarette 2 to be detected, the upper end face of the cigarette conveying supporting plate is a slope surface inclined towards the lower right, the upper end face of the cigarette conveying supporting plate slides up and down between the upper end face of the conveying track and the cigarette inlet, the lower end face of the steering mechanisms 3 is provided with a cigarette outlet, and the inner diameter of the cigarette outlet is matched with the outer diameter of the cigarette 2 to be detected.
The detection mechanism comprises a horizontal rotation platform 22, four connecting arms 23 are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the horizontal rotation platform 22 along the same horizontal plane, the tail end of each connecting arm 23 is fixedly connected with a detection material cylinder matched with a to-be-detected object, a correlation photoelectric sensor 12 is arranged above the detection material cylinder, and a detection thimble 7 is arranged in the detection material cylinder; setting the position of an upper end opening of a detection material cylinder as a first station when the detection material cylinder moves to the leftmost side, setting the position of the upper end opening of the detection material cylinder as a second station when the detection material cylinder moves to the rearmost side, setting the position of the upper end opening of the detection material cylinder as a third station when the detection material cylinder moves to the rightmost side, setting a smoke outlet of a steering mechanism 3 right above the first station, and setting a correlation photoelectric sensor 12 right above the second station; the transmitting end and the reflecting end of the correlation type photoelectric sensor are oppositely arranged front and back, and a detection channel for the cigarette 2 to be detected to pass through is formed between the transmitting end and the reflecting end of the correlation type photoelectric sensor.
The good cigarette conveying mechanism comprises a good cigarette collecting bin 17, an inlet of the good cigarette collecting bin 17 is communicated with a collecting pipe 14, the upper end of the collecting pipe 14 is fixedly arranged above the correlation type photoelectric sensor 12, an outlet of the good cigarette collecting bin 17 is communicated with an external negative pressure fan through a first negative pressure pipe, and the first negative pressure pipe is provided with a first negative pressure valve.
The rejecting mechanism comprises a returned material collecting bin 15 and a negative pressure device, an inlet of the returned material collecting bin 15 is communicated with a material sucking pipe 13 matched with the cigarette 2 to be detected, the tail end of the material sucking pipe 13 is arranged right above a third station, and an outlet of the returned material collecting bin 15 is communicated with the negative pressure device.
The height of the detection thimble 7 in the detection material cylinder is set according to the empty head height standard of cigarettes 2 with different lengths, the cigarette 2 with the length of 84mm is taken as an example for explanation, and the height of the detection thimble 7 is set to be 4 mm.
For a better understanding of the present invention, the technical solutions of the present invention are further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the invention comprises a cigarette feeding mechanism, a detection mechanism, a good cigarette conveying mechanism and a rejecting mechanism.
The cigarette feeding mechanism comprises a conveying track, a cigarette conveying supporting plate and a steering mechanism 3 which are sequentially connected from left to right, the conveying track adopts a slide way 1 with a slope surface with a left high surface and a right low surface, baffles are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the slide way 1, the distance between the two baffles is matched with the length of a cigarette 2 to be detected, the left end of the slide way 1 is connected with upstream cigarette 2 conveying equipment, the right end of the slide way 1 is connected with the steering mechanism 3 which is used for steering the transverse cigarette 2 into a vertical cigarette 2, and the cigarette conveying supporting plate is vertically connected between the right end of the; the left end face of the steering mechanism 3 is provided with a cigarette inlet matched with the cigarette 2 to be detected, the shape of the cigarette inlet is matched with the size of the cigarette 2 to be detected in the transverse direction, the cigarette inlet is higher than the right end of the slideway 1, and the left end face of the steering mechanism 3 between the cigarette inlet and the right end face of the slideway 1 forms a limit baffle of the cigarette 2; the lower end of the steering mechanism 3 is provided with a cigarette outlet, and the inner diameter of the cigarette outlet is matched with the diameter of the cigarette 2 to be detected; the upper end surface of the cigarette feeding supporting plate is a slope surface inclined towards the lower right, and the upper end surface of the cigarette feeding supporting plate is matched with the diameter of the cigarette 2 to be detected.
As shown in fig. 2, the cigarette feeding supporting plate 4 comprises a supporting plate body and a rotary supporting plate 20 arranged at the bottom of the left end face of the supporting plate body, the lower end of the rotary supporting plate 20 is connected with a linear driving mechanism in a transmission manner for driving the rotary supporting plate 20 to slide up and down, the linear driving mechanism comprises a rotary plate 19 and a feeding motor 5 arranged on the left side of the driving rotary plate 19, and the feeding motor 5 is connected with the rotary plate 19 in a transmission manner; the edge of the right end face of the rotary disc 19 is provided with a columnar slide block 21 matched with the lower end face of the rotary supporting plate 20, and the diameter of a circular track formed by the rotation of the slide block 21 along with the rotary disc 19 is smaller than the length of the rotary supporting plate 20.
As shown in fig. 3, the steering mechanism 3 includes a fixed plate, a first sector plate 3a and a second sector plate 3b located behind the first sector plate 3a are provided in the fixed plate, the lengths of the first sector plate 3a and the second sector plate 3b are different, if the filter tip of the cigarette 2 on the slide way 1 is arranged forward, the length of the first sector plate 3a located at the front side is longer, and if the filter tip of the cigarette 2 on the slide way 1 is arranged backward, the length of the second sector plate 3b located at the rear side is longer, taking the length of the second sector plate 3b as an example.
The arc-shaped end face of the first sector plate 3a is arranged backwards, the arc-shaped end face of the second sector plate 3b is arranged forwards, the arc-shaped end face top of the first sector plate 3a and the arc-shaped end face top of the second sector plate 3b form a smoke inlet, the arc-shaped end face bottom of the first sector plate 3a and the arc-shaped end face bottom of the second sector plate 3b form a smoke outlet, a steering channel for enabling a cigarette 2 to pass through is formed between the arc-shaped end face of the first sector plate 3a and the arc-shaped end face of the second sector plate 3b, and the smoke outlet is provided with a smoke inlet photoelectric sensor 6 for detecting the smoke inlet information of the material cylinder.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the detection mechanism comprises a horizontal rotating platform 22, the horizontal rotating platform 22 is driven by a rotating motor 10, and the rotating motor 10 is positioned above the horizontal rotating platform 22 and connected with the horizontal rotating platform 22 through a rotating shaft 11; four connecting arms 23 are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the horizontal rotating platform 22 along the same horizontal plane, the tail end of each connecting arm 23 is fixedly connected with a detection material cylinder matched with a to-be-detected object, a correlation photoelectric sensor 12 is arranged above the detection material cylinder, and a detection thimble 7 is arranged in the detection material cylinder; setting the position of an upper end opening of a detection material cylinder as a first station when the detection material cylinder moves to the leftmost side, setting the position of the upper end opening of the detection material cylinder as a second station when the detection material cylinder moves to the rearmost side, setting the position of the upper end opening of the detection material cylinder as a third station when the detection material cylinder moves to the rightmost side, setting a smoke outlet of a steering mechanism 3 right above the first station, and setting a correlation photoelectric sensor 12 right above the second station; the transmitting end and the reflecting end of the correlation type photoelectric sensor are oppositely arranged front and back, and a detection channel for the cigarette 2 to be detected to pass through is formed between the transmitting end and the reflecting end of the correlation type photoelectric sensor.
The good cigarette conveying mechanism comprises a good cigarette collecting bin 17, the right side plate of the good cigarette collecting bin 17 is a movable plate, a good cigarette inlet and a negative pressure outlet are formed in the good cigarette collecting bin 17, a horizontal partition plate 18 which is horizontally inclined from high to low is arranged in the good cigarette collecting bin 17, the good cigarette inlet and the negative pressure outlet are respectively located on the upper side and the lower side of the horizontal partition plate 18, the good cigarette collecting bin 17 is divided into an upper cavity and a lower cavity by the horizontal partition plate 18, and a ventilation hole which is communicated with the upper cavity and the lower cavity is formed in the horizontal partition plate 18; the good cigarette inlet is communicated with a collecting pipe 14 matched with the cigarette 2 to be detected, the tail end of the collecting pipe 14 is fixedly arranged above the correlation type photoelectric sensor 12, the good cigarette outlet is communicated with an external negative pressure fan through a first negative pressure pipe, and the first negative pressure pipe is provided with a first negative pressure valve.
In order to guarantee the orientation consistency when good cigarette 2 is automatically put in the good cigarette collecting bin 17, a guide pipe is arranged at a good cigarette inlet of the good cigarette collecting bin 17, the guide pipe is obliquely arranged forward, namely, the upper end of the guide pipe is positioned at the front side of the lower end of the guide pipe, so that cigarette ends are put backward after the cigarette 2 falls into the good cigarette collecting bin 17, and the consistency of the cigarette feeding direction is kept.
The removing mechanism comprises a returned material collecting bin 15, an inlet and an outlet are arranged on the returned material collecting bin 15, a screen 16 communicated with the upper part and the lower part is arranged in the returned material collecting bin 15, and the inlet and the outlet which are arranged on the returned material collecting bin 15 are respectively positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the screen 16; an inlet of the returned material collecting bin 15 is communicated with a material suction pipe 13 matched with the cigarette 2 to be detected, the tail end of the material suction pipe 13 is arranged right above the third station, an outlet of the returned material collecting bin 15 is communicated with an external negative pressure motor through a second negative pressure pipe, and the second negative pressure valve is arranged on the second negative pressure pipe.
The invention also comprises a control panel 8, the control panel 8 comprises a central processing module and a human-computer interface 9 for displaying detection information of each detection material cylinder, the communication end of the central processing module is connected with the communication end of the human-computer interface 9, the output end of the correlation type photoelectric sensor 12 is connected with the detection signal input end of the central processing module, the smoke inlet photoelectric sensor 6 is connected with the smoke inlet information input end of the central processing module, the rotation control end of the central processing module is connected with the controlled end of the horizontal rotation platform 22, the feeding control end of the central processing module is connected with the controlled end of the feeding motor 5, the first negative pressure control end of the central processing module is connected with the controlled end of the first negative pressure valve, and the second negative pressure control end of the central processing module is connected with the controlled end of the second negative pressure valve.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
turning the cigarette 2 to feed: the transverse cigarette 2 slides rightwards through the inclined slideway 1 and is pushed between the left end surface of the fixed plate and the slideway 1 under the limiting action of the left end surface of the fixed plate. Detecting cigarettes 2: the detection material cylinders corresponding to the first station to the fourth station when the first station to the fourth station are static are respectively a first detection material cylinder a1, a second detection material cylinder a2, a third detection material cylinder a3 and a fourth detection material cylinder a 4.
The cigarette 2 falls from a cigarette outlet and enters a first detection material cylinder a1 of a first station, at the moment, when the cigarette 2 falls and passes through a cigarette inlet photoelectric sensor 6, the cigarette inlet photoelectric sensor 6 sends a low level to a central processing module, after the cigarette 2 completely falls into a first detection material cylinder a1, the cigarette inlet photoelectric sensor 6 sends a high level signal to the central processing module again, the central processing module drives a horizontal rotating platform 22 to rotate clockwise until the first detection material cylinder a1 rotates to a second station, at the moment, the second work carries out the empty head detection, and a fourth detection material cylinder a4 of the first station carries out the turning feeding action of the cigarette 2;
the empty head detection process comprises the following steps: cigarette 2 falls into first detection material jar a1 after, if a cigarette 2 odd height more than or equal to 4mm, then the detection probe can submerge cigarette 2 completely, 2 upper ends of cigarette are no longer than first detection material jar a1 up end, can not block correlation formula photoelectric sensor 12, correlation formula photoelectric sensor 12 sends the high level to central processing module, if a cigarette 2 odd height is less than 4mm, then the detection probe can not submerge cigarette 2 completely, a cigarette 2 upper end surpasss first detection material jar a1 up end, a cigarette 2 that probes blocks correlation formula photoelectric sensor 12, correlation formula photoelectric sensor 12 sends the low level to central processing module. The central processing module receives the low level signal, judges that the cigarette 2 is good cigarette, controls the first negative pressure valve to open, and the collecting pipe 14 sucks the good cigarette at the second station by using negative pressure air and falls into a good cigarette collecting bin 17; and the central processing module receives the high-level signal, judges that the cigarette 2 is a hollow cigarette 2, controls the second negative pressure valve to open, and sucks the hollow cigarette 2 at the third station by the suction pipe 13 by using negative pressure air and falls into the returned material collecting bin 15 after the cigarette 2 rotates from the second station to the third station.

The four detection material cylinders are arranged to simultaneously perform feeding, detection and rejection actions at different stations, manual participation is not needed, the structure is simple, the bridge deck is designed, the automation degree is high, and the detection efficiency of cigarettes 2 is greatly improved.
