本发明涉及一种带pH检测功能的纸巾及其制备方法。
背景技术:
众所周知,纸巾是日常生活中必不可少的物品,但其只具备擦拭功能。在医疗健康、饮食出行中,为了快速、准确的持续监测,往往需要纸巾在擦拭各种残留液体时,可以快速方便的获得pH值信息,以便提高监测效率,尤其在对体液检测时,通常需要使用各种专业试纸,容易造成环境尴尬,因此带有pH检测功能的纸巾就显得尤为重要。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用简单、方便携带的带pH检测功能的纸巾及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是: 一种带pH检测功能的纸巾,包括纸巾本体,所述纸巾本体上设有pH试纸。
进一步的,上述纸巾本体包括从上往下顺序设置的透水面层、吸附中层和透明保护面层,所述吸附中层与透明保护层之间的中部嵌有pH试纸,所述透明保护面层的一端背面设有pH比色卡。
进一步的,上述透水面层为丝薄柔棉,所述吸附中层为亲水无纺布,所述透明保护面层为离型纸。
本发明一种带pH检测功能的纸巾制备方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)将丝薄柔棉浸泡于中药提取液中45-60min,晾干后作为透水面层备用;
(2)在吸附中层和透明保护面层之间嵌入pH试纸;
(3)将透水面层、吸附中层、pH试纸以及透明保护面层一体压合;
(4)在透明保护面层的背面黏贴pH比色卡。
进一步的,上述步骤(1)中的中药提取液的主要原料按重量份计包括:乌蔹莓30-35份、鸡眼草20-29份、虎耳草18-26份、叶下珠17-26份、艾草17-25份、紫草15-17份、木贼10-13份、苦参20-28份、蛇床子15-18份、黄柏15-18份、苍术6-8份、玫瑰花50-80份、柚子皮60-80份。
进一步的,上述中药提取液的制备方法为:将乌蔹莓、鸡眼草、虎耳草、叶下珠、艾草、紫草、木贼、苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、苍术、玫瑰花、柚子皮分别经水提、分离,制得提取液,混合各提取液,得混合提取液,将混合提取液进行脱色处理,调节pH至中性,浓缩至相对密度为1.20-1.25,得中药提取液。
带pH检测功能的纸巾的使用方法:用纸巾中部直接擦拭待测液体,擦拭完成后观察pH试纸的颜色变化,可以通过离型纸背面的pH比色卡或手机拍照,得到被测液体pH值,给客户提供一个方便准确的参考。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下效果:1、本发明结构简单、价格低廉,携带使用方便,在清理过程中可以快速方便的得到附加信息,在医疗健康、饮食行业中提供出快速的、准确的持续监测;2、本发明制备简单,无中药气味,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、白色念珠菌、白色葡萄球菌、淋球菌均有明显的抗菌作用,有显著预防女性细菌性尿道炎的作用,适合日常使用。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
如图1-2所示,实施例一:本发明带pH检测功能的纸巾,包括纸巾本体1,所述纸巾本体上设有pH试纸2。
本实施例中,上述纸巾本体1包括从上往下顺序设置的透水面层101、吸附中层102和透明保护面层103,所述吸附中层102与透明保护层103之间的中部嵌有pH试纸2,所述透明保护面层103的一端背面设有pH比色卡3。
本实施例中,上述透水面层101为丝薄柔棉,透水性能好,方便急速吸收液体;吸附中层102为亲水无纺布,透明保护面层103为离型纸。
本实施例中,丝薄柔棉、亲水无纺布、pH试纸2以及离型纸一体压合成型,纸巾的边缘依靠离型纸密封防潮,使用时,用丝薄柔棉擦拭被测液体,被测液体依次穿过丝薄柔棉和亲水无纺布,与pH试纸2发生反应,从离型纸的背面观察pH试纸2的颜色变化,使用离型纸上的pH比色卡3或者手机拍照识别,得到被测液体的pH值。
实施例二:本实施例中,纸巾本体1为普通吸水纸,纸巾本体1的中间表面覆盖有pH试纸2,纸巾边缘印刷有pH比色卡,使用时,直接用pH试纸2擦拭被测液体,在通过比色卡或者用手机拍照识别,得到被测液体的pH值。
本发明一种带pH检测功能的纸巾的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)将丝薄柔棉浸泡于中药提取液中45-60min,晾干后作为透水面层备用;
(2)在吸附中层102和透明保护面层103之间嵌入pH试纸,即在亲水无纺布和离型纸纸巾中部嵌入pH试纸;
(3)将透水面层101、吸附中层102、pH试纸2以及透明保护面层103一体压合,即丝薄柔棉、亲水无纺布、pH试纸以及离型纸一体压合形成带pH检测功能的纸巾;
(4)在透明保护面层103的背面黏贴pH比色卡3。
实施例一:步骤(1)中的中药提取液的主要原料按重量份计包括:乌蔹莓30份、鸡眼草20份、虎耳草18份、叶下珠17份、艾草17份、紫草15份、木贼10份、苦参20份、蛇床子15份、黄柏15份、苍术6份、玫瑰花50份、柚子皮60份;所述中药提取液的制备方法为:将乌蔹莓、鸡眼草、虎耳草、叶下珠、艾草、紫草、木贼、苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、苍术、玫瑰花、柚子皮分别经水提、分离、浓缩、制得提取液,混合各提取液,得混合提取液,将混合提取液进行脱色处理,调节pH至中性,干燥,得中药提取液。
实施例二:步骤(1)中的中药提取液的主要原料按重量份计包括:乌蔹莓32份、鸡眼草25份、虎耳草22份、叶下珠20份、艾草21份、紫草16份、木贼11份、苦参24份、蛇床子17份、黄柏16份、苍术7份、玫瑰花65份、柚子皮70份;所述中药提取液的制备方法为:将乌蔹莓、鸡眼草、虎耳草、叶下珠、艾草、紫草、木贼、苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、苍术、玫瑰花、柚子皮分别经水提、分离、浓缩、制得提取液,混合各提取液,得混合提取液,将混合提取液进行脱色处理,调节pH至中性,干燥,得中药提取液。
实施例三:步骤(1)中的中药提取液的主要原料按重量份计包括:乌蔹莓35份、鸡眼草29份、虎耳草26份、叶下珠26份、艾草25份、紫草17份、木贼13份、苦参28份、蛇床子18份、黄柏18份、苍术8份、玫瑰花80份、柚子皮80份;所述中药提取液的制备方法为:将乌蔹莓、鸡眼草、虎耳草、叶下珠、艾草、紫草、木贼、苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、苍术、玫瑰花、柚子皮分别经水提、分离、浓缩、制得提取液,混合各提取液,得混合提取液,将混合提取液进行脱色处理,调节pH至中性,干燥,得中药提取液。
体外抗菌实验:
采用试管二倍稀释法,实验时取分别装有8.9ml,含硫乙醇培养基,淋球菌培养基或霉菌培养基的试管若干支,每管分别加入按两倍稀释法稀释成一系列浓度的本实施例2的中药组合物1ml和稀释菌液0.1ml,菌液浓度为104CFU/ml。置37℃培养24h,无细菌生长管的药物浓度即为最小抑菌浓度,结果见表1。从表1可见,本发明对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌的最小抑菌浓度为0.025ml(药液)/ml,对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、白色葡萄球菌、淋球菌的最小抑菌浓度为0.0125ml(药液)/ml。

由表1可知,本发明的带pH纸巾对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、白色念珠菌、白色葡萄球菌、淋球菌均有明显的抗菌和杀菌作用。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种带pH检测功能的纸巾,其特征在于:包括纸巾本体,所述纸巾本体上设有pH试纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带pH检测功能的纸巾,其特征在于:所述纸巾本体包括从上往下顺序设置的透水面层、吸附中层和透明保护面层,所述吸附中层与透明保护面层之间的中部嵌有pH试纸,所述透明保护面层的一端背面设有pH比色卡。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带pH检测功能的纸巾,其特征在于:所述透水面层为丝薄柔棉,所述吸附中层为亲水无纺布,所述透明保护面层为离型纸。
4.如权利要求1-3任一所述的一种带pH检测功能的纸巾的制备方法,其特征在于:包含如下步骤:
(1)将丝薄柔棉浸泡于中药提取液中45-60min,晾干后作为透水面层备用;
(2)在吸附中层和透明保护面层之间嵌入pH试纸;
(3)将透水面层、吸附中层、pH试纸以及透明保护面层一体压合;
(4)在透明保护面层的背面黏贴pH比色卡。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带pH检测功能的纸巾的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的中药提取液的主要原料按重量份计包括:乌蔹莓30-35份、鸡眼草20-29份、虎耳草18-26份、叶下珠17-26份、艾草17-25份、紫草15-17份、木贼10-13份、苦参20-28份、蛇床子15-18份、黄柏15-18份、苍术6-8份、玫瑰花50-80份、柚子皮60-80份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的带pH检测功能的纸巾制备方法,其特征在于:所述中药提取液的制备方法为:将乌蔹莓、鸡眼草、虎耳草、叶下珠、艾草、紫草、木贼、苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、苍术、玫瑰花、柚子皮分别经水提、分离,制得提取液,混合各提取液,得混合提取液,将混合提取液进行脱色处理,调节pH至中性,浓缩至相对密度为1.20-1.25,得中药提取液。
