Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a suction head and a dust collector with the suction head
Background
Dust collectors have become increasingly popular as tools for cleaning and sanitizing floors and removing floor impurities. The common dust collector can only be used for absorbing solid garbage such as dust; for liquid garbage, a large suction force and a narrow suction opening are needed to clean the liquid garbage, and a certain suction opening area is needed to be ensured for a common dust collector to cope with the large-size garbage, so that the common dust collector cannot be used for cleaning the liquid garbage.
In view of this, there is a vacuum cleaner in the prior art, such as US2005/0251950A1, which discloses a vacuum cleaner comprising a cleaner body, a dust collecting box provided at a front end of the cleaner body, a lifting seat attached with a wiper strip, a cover plate and a knob mounted at a nozzle opening of the dust collecting box, wherein the nozzle opening of the dust collecting box extends inward to form an inner tube, and a closed space is provided inside the dust collecting box, and a concave space for accommodating the lifting seat, the cover plate and the knob is provided at the front end of the nozzle opening; the lifting seat is matched with the concave space of the dust box, the front end of the lifting seat is embedded with a water scraping strip, and the center of the lifting seat is provided with a spiral column; the cover plate is arranged above the suction nozzle opening concave space, and the end surface of the cover plate is provided with an opening; the knob is an opening penetrating through the cover plate, and the lower end of the knob is provided with an inner spiral pipe which is correspondingly screwed with the spiral column of the lifting seat. The lifting seat is used for lifting to realize the opening and closing degree adjustment of the suction nozzle opening, the suction nozzle opening can be used for dry dust collection when the suction nozzle opening is large, the water scraping strip is exposed when the suction nozzle opening is small, and the suction force is strongest, so that the suction nozzle opening can be used for adsorbing liquid garbage.
However, in the cleaner disclosed in US2005/0251950A1, the dry and wet suction ports overlap, when the cleaner is used to absorb liquid garbage such as water, a small amount of water remains near the bottom edge of the suction port, and when the cleaner is used again to absorb solid garbage such as dust, a small amount of dust will mix with a small amount of water remaining on the suction port to form slurry, and the surface to be cleaned is polluted along with the movement track of the cleaner, which greatly reduces the cleaning effect of the cleaner; meanwhile, a cleaning rolling brush is usually arranged in the suction port in order to make the effect better when cleaning dry garbage; in contrast, the cleaner disclosed in US2005/0251950A1 is difficult to mount the cleaning roller brush because the lifting base is lowered to cause interference with the cleaning roller brush when the suction port is narrowed, which results in poor cleaning effect of the cleaner.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Embodiment one:
a suction head comprising:
the bottom of the body 1 is provided with a first suction opening 3 for sucking a first object to be sucked;
an output part, which comprises a negative pressure channel 8 communicated with the first suction port 3 and used for outputting sucked objects to be sucked;
and a second suction opening 4 for sucking a second object to be sucked, wherein the opening size of the second suction opening 4 is smaller than that of the first suction opening 3, and the opening edge of the first suction opening 3 is at least partially not overlapped with the opening edge of the second suction opening 4. Thus, since the first suction port 3 and the second suction port 4 are at least partially misaligned, the situation that the overlapped part pollutes the ground due to the slurry formed by mixing water and dust is reduced.
And a switching device is arranged on the second suction port 4 and is used for switching between a dry state of opening the first suction port 3 and a wet state of communicating the second suction port 4 with the negative pressure channel 8. In this way, in the dry state, the first suction port for sucking solid substances and the second suction port for sucking liquid substances are at least partially misaligned in the wet state, which can reduce the situations that water and dust are mixed to form slurry so as to pollute the ground and block the sliding block moving channel; in this embodiment, the edges of the first suction port 3 and the second suction port 4 do not overlap, so that the mixing of water and dust to form slurry can be reduced to the maximum limit.
The switching device is provided with a movable part 2, and the second suction port 4 is formed on the movable part 2; in a wet state, the movable portion 2 seals the first suction port 3 while communicating the second suction port 4 with the negative pressure passage 8; in the dry state, the movable portion 2 opens the first suction port 3, and the second suction port 4 is not in communication with the negative pressure passage. Thus, in a wet state, the movable portion closes the first suction opening 3, and the second suction opening 4 is thereby communicated through the first suction opening 3, at which time it is available for sucking a liquid substance; in the dry state, the movable portion 2 opens the first suction opening 3, and is used for sucking solid matter at this time.
The body 1 is formed with an inner recess 17 for receiving the movable portion 2 when the first suction opening is opened. In this way, after the movable part opens the first suction opening 3, it can be accommodated to reduce the volume of the cleaner head.
In this embodiment, the movable portion 2 is a plate-like member having a size not smaller than the opening size of the first suction port 3. In an alternative embodiment, the movable part 2 may also be plug-like or other shape.
In this embodiment, one end of the movable portion 2 is a fixed end, the other end is a movable end, the fixed end is hinged to one side of the first suction port 3, and the movable end can rotate around the fixed end to the other side of the first suction port 3 to block the first suction port 3, or reversely rotate the movable end to open the first suction port 3. Thus, the first suction port can be conveniently and rapidly closed and opened through the overturning motion, and then the second suction port 4 is connected or disconnected, so that the switching is convenient in a dry state and a wet state.
A first connected part 5 is arranged on one side of the movable end of the movable part 2; a first connecting part 6 is arranged on one side of the first suction port 3 and is matched with the first connected part 5 when the movable part 2 seals the first suction port 3; the concave portion 17 has a second connecting portion 7 at one end thereof, and is engaged with the first connected portion 5 when the movable portion 2 opens the first suction port 3. In this way, the movable end of the movable portion 2 can be fixed while the movable portion 2 closes or opens the first suction port 3 to maintain the opened or closed state of the first suction port 3.
In this embodiment, the first connecting portion 6, the second connecting portion 7 and the first connected portion 5 are magnetic members, and the magnetic poles of the first connecting portion 6 and the second connecting portion 7 are opposite to the magnetic poles of the first connected portion 5. In an alternative embodiment, the first connecting portion 6, the second connecting portion 7 and the first connected portion 5 may be in a snap-fit connection structure, and the first connected portion 5 is a protrusion, and the first connecting portion 6 and the second connecting portion 7 are recesses capable of being matched with the first connecting portion 5, and the protrusion is inserted into the recesses and fixed.
Preferably, a rolling brush is arranged in the first suction port.
Preferably, wiper strips are arranged on two sides of the second suction port.

In this way, the movable end of the movable portion 2 can be fixed while the movable portion 2 closes or opens the first suction port 3 to maintain the opened or closed state of the first suction port 3.
In this embodiment, the third connecting portion 15, the fourth connecting portion 16 and the second connected portion 14 are magnetic members, and the magnetic poles of the third connecting portion 15 and the fourth connecting portion 16 are opposite to the magnetic poles of the second connected portion 14. In an alternative embodiment, the third connecting portion 15, the fourth connecting portion 16 and the second connected portion 14 may be a snap-fit structure, that is, the second connected portion 14 is a protrusion, and the third connecting portion 15 and the fourth connecting portion 16 are recesses that can be matched with the first connecting portion 5, and the protrusion is inserted into the recesses and fixed.
