技术领域
本发明涉及清洁组合物,特别是具有良好皮肤感觉特性、漂洗特性和起泡性质的温和的个人清洁组合物,这些清洁组合物适于同时清洁和调整皮肤和/或头发,使用的形式可以例如是泡沫浴制剂、喷淋产品、皮肤清洁剂、手、面部和身体的清洁剂、香波等。
发明的背景
温和的化妆用组合物必须满足一些标准,包括对皮肤、头发和眼粘膜来说,温和/低刺激/良好的感觉、清洁能力和起泡特性。皮肤由几层细胞组成,包覆和保护着形成其结构骨架的角质和胶原纤维蛋白。最外层叫作角质层,已知由250A蛋白束组成,包层厚80A。头发也有一保护外层,称为表层,包裹着发纤维。阴离子表面活性剂能穿透角质层和表层,通过脱脂破坏膜整体。这种对皮肤和头发保护膜的干扰作用使得皮肤产生粗糙感、对眼睛有刺激,最终造成表面活性剂与角质和发蛋白相互作用,导致刺激性和损失屏障及保留水份的功能。
理想的化妆用清洁剂应当柔和地清洗皮肤或头发,不会脱脂和/或使皮肤和头发干燥,不刺激眼粘膜或在经常使用后不使皮肤有紧绷感。大多数的起泡肥皂、淋浴和盆浴产品、香波和条皂都在这些方面存在缺陷。
已知一些合成表面活性剂是温和的,但是和高标准的香波和条皂相比,大多数温和的合成表面活性剂系列在配制成香波或个人清洁品时所存在的一个主要缺陷是起泡性能不好。因此,最温和的表面活性剂其起泡能力却很勉强。另外,利用已知的高起泡性阴离子表面活性剂如硫酸烷基盐与起泡促进剂能获得可接受的泡沫体积和质量,但是却造成临床的皮肤温和性的损失。这两方面使表面活性剂的选择、起泡性和温和性的配方具有微妙的平衡作用。
因此需要一种个人清洁制品:这种清洁产品使用时赋予可接受的皮肤感觉,但不使皮肤脱水或损失其柔度;在清洗和洗产品中具有调节皮肤的特性而这在先前仅由独立的清洁后化妆保湿剂来提供,表现出理想的漂洗性能,产生的泡沫稳定且质量高;这些清洁产品是头发和皮肤有效的清洁剂,它们有良好的漂清特性,同时产品及粘度稳定,在长期和苛刻的贮放温度条件下保持充分稳定性。
现已发现改良皮肤感觉和保湿特点的个人清洁组合物,通过混合短链烷基硫酸盐和阳离子聚合物和温和的表面活性剂和/或非离子表面活性剂能得到具有理想清洗性能和良好稳定性的产品,在使用中和用后都有上述改良效果。令人惊奇的是,短链烷基硫酸盐(高CMC)和阳离子聚合物混合对皮肤提供温和性能特别有利,同时尤其是在应用中诸如浓缩用法或直接作用于皮肤例如淋浴制品、手和皮肤清洁剂等具有良好的起泡特性。还发现短链烷基硫酸盐和特殊的烷基乙氧基硫酸盐(alkyl ethoxy sulphate)表面活性剂混合在温和性和清洗性方面对个人清洁组合物赋予特殊的效果。
本发明的概述

除非特指,本发明中全部浓度和比值是以清洁组合物的重量为基础的。在无特别说明的情况下,表面活性剂的链长也是以重均链长为基础的。
本发明的液体清洁组合物是基于短链烷基硫酸盐和其它温和表面活性剂和聚合的皮肤调节剂的混合物。优选的实施方案还含有香料或化妆用油。
作为主要组份,本发明的组合物包含短链烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂,其中此处所指的“短链”指平均碳链长是C10或更短。对于提供改善的皮肤温和特性、产品漂洁性能以及理想的起泡轮廓,本发明的短链烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂对浴液组合物(shower gel composition)是很重要的组份。适合作为本发明组合物组份的烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂有通式(I):

作为主要特点,本发明组合物包括的烷基乙氧基硫酸盐表面活性剂在烷基链上碳原子数是约12-22,优选是约12-18,较优选是约12-14。从最佳温和性和起泡特征角度看,本发明优选使用的是1mol高级脂肪醇和约1mol-12mol环氧乙烷的反应产物的硫酸酯的盐,钠、镁和铵是优选的抗衡离子。特别优选的硫酸烷基盐含有约1-6、优选约2-4,更优选约3mol的环氧乙烷,例如月桂基聚氧乙烯醚-2硫酸钠、月桂基聚氧乙烯醚-3硫酸钠和月桂基聚氧乙烯醚-3.6硫酸镁钠,尤其优选的是月桂基聚氧乙烯醚-3硫酸钠。在本发明组合物中,烷基乙氧基硫酸盐表面活性剂含有约15%-30%重量的AE3S,约10%-20%重量的AE4S和约10%-20%重量的AE2S。在优选实施方案中,阴离子表面活性剂含有至少约50%、尤其是至少约75%重量的乙氧化的硫酸烷基盐。
除了通过常规钠催化乙氧化技术和之后的硫酸化工艺得到的宽范围的乙氧化的烷基硫酸盐以外,特别适合于本发明的组合物为从窄范围乙氧化物(NRES)得到的乙氧化烷基硫酸盐。窄范围乙氧化烷基硫酸盐对本发明组合物赋予改善的皮肤温和性和产品起泡特性特别重要。适于本发明使用的窄范围的乙氧化烷基硫酸盐选自所含环氧乙烷平均摩尔数是约1-6、优选约2-4、尤其是约3mol的硫酸化烷基乙氧化物,例如NRE月桂基聚氧乙烯醚-3硫酸钠。适于本发明的NRE原料所包含的理想环氧乙烷(EOn)的分布范围从15%至约30%重量EOn、约10%至约20%重量EOn+1、约10%至约20%重量EOn-1。最优选的NRE原料含有小于约9%重量的环氧乙烷为7mol或大于7mol的乙氧化烷基硫酸盐和小于约13%重量的非乙氧化烷基硫酸盐。合适的月桂基聚氧乙烯醚3硫酸盐NRE原料来自Hoechst,商品名是GENAPOL ZRONarrow Range和GENAPOL Narrow Range。
烷基乙氧化硫酸盐表面活性剂的量从约1%至约15%,优选从约2%至约12%,较优选从约3%至约8%重量。在优选的组合物中,短链烷基硫酸盐和烷基乙氧化硫酸盐表面活性剂的比例范围从约1∶3至约3∶1,优选范围从约2∶1至约1∶2。
作为另一个主要特征,本发明的组合物包括一个水溶性辅助表面活性剂的温和表面活性剂体系。适合作为本发明组合物组份的温和表面活性剂通常具有一条碳原子数为约12至约22的亲脂链,可选自阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂及其混合物。辅助表面活性剂的总量优选是约3%至约40%、较优选约4%至约20%、尤其是约5%至约15%重量。该组合物优选包含阴离子表面活性剂与两性离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂的混合物。如果存在的话,辅助阴离子、两性离子和两性表面活性剂组份各自的含量范围是组合物重量的约1%至约15%,尤其是约2%至约13%重量。如有的话,非离子表面活性剂的含量范围从约0.1%至约20%重量,优选从约0.5%至约16%,较优选是从约1%至约12%重量。辅助阴离子表面活性剂与两性离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂的重量比例范围从约1∶2至约6∶1。辅助阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂的总重量占组合物重量的约8%-35%,优选约10%-30%。本发明范畴的其它合适的组合物包括阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂与一种或多种非离子表面活性剂的混合物。本发明优选利用的是可溶的或可分散的非离子表面活性剂,选自乙氧化的动物和植物油和脂及其混合物,有时在本发明中称作“油衍生的”非离子表面活性剂。
适合本发明组合物所包含的辅助阴离子表面活性剂常被认为是温和的合成洗涤表面活性剂,包括乙氧化的烷基硫酸盐、烷基甘油基醚磺酸盐、甲基酰基牛磺酸盐、脂肪酰基甘氨酸盐、N-酰基谷氨酸盐、酰基羟乙磺酸盐、磺基琥珀酸烷基酯盐、乙氧基磺基琥珀酸烷基酯盐、α-磺化脂肪酸及其盐和/或它们的酯,烷基乙氧基羧酸盐、磷酸烷基酯、乙氧基化磷酸烷基酯、烷基硫酸盐、酰基肌氨酸盐和脂肪酸/蛋白质缩合物以及它们的混合物。这些表面活性剂的烷基和/或酰基链长是C12-C22,优选是C12-C18,较优选是C12-C14。
从优异的漂洗特性以及理想的柔和和起泡特点看,本发明优选利用的是磺基琥珀酸烷基酯盐表面活性剂。适于本发明利用的磺基琥珀酸烷基酯盐表面活性剂包括由McIntyre Inc.所得的商品名分别是Mackanate LO和Makanate LA的琥珀酸月桂基酯磺酸二钠和琥珀酸月桂基酯磺酸二铵。
本发明的组合物还包含辅助的水溶性非离子表面活性剂,含量是约0.1%至约20%、较优选是约0.1%至约10%,尤其是约1%至约8%重量。这类表面活性剂包括C12-C14脂肪酸单和二乙醇酰胺、蔗糖聚酯表面活性剂和具有下列通式(II)的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂:
根据式(IX)优选的N-烷基、N-烷氧基或N-芳氧基、多羟基脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂是这样的化合物:其中R8是C5-C31烃基,优选是C6-C19烃基,包括直链和支链烷基和链烯基或它们的混合基团;R9一般是C1-C8烷基或羟烷基,优选是甲基或下式的基团:-R1-O-R2,其中R1为C2-C8烃基,包括直链、支链和环状的(包括芳基),优选是C2-C4亚烷基,R2是C1-C8直链、支链和环状烃基,包括芳基和氧代烃基,优选C1-C4烷基,尤其是甲基或苯基。Z2是多羟基烃基部分,具有线状烃基链,其至少有2个(在甘油醛的情况下)或至少3个羟基(在其它还原糖的情况下)直接连到该链上,或者是其烷氧化衍生物(优选乙氧化的或丙氧基化的)。Z2优选衍生自还原胺化反应中的还原糖,最优选的Z2是glycityl。合适的还原糖包括葡萄糖、果糖、麦芽糖、乳糖、半乳糖、甘露糖和木糖以及甘油醛。作为原料,能利用高右旋糖玉米浆、高果糖玉米浆和高麦芽糖玉米浆以及上述各种糖。这些玉米浆可产生作为Z2糖组份的混合物。应理解的是,这决不排除其它合适的原料。Z2优选选自-CH2-(CHOH)2-CH2OH、-CH(CH2OH)-(CHOH)n-1-CH2H、CH2(CHOH)2(CHOR1)CHOH-CH2OH,其中n是从1至5的整数(包括1和5),R1是H或环状的单或多糖化物及其烷氧化衍生物。如上所述,最优选的是n为4的glycityl,特别是-CH2-(CHOH)4-CH2OH。
最优选的多羟基脂肪酸酰胺的分式子是R8(CO)N(CH3)CH2(CHOH)4CH2OH,其中R8是C6-C19直链烷基或链烯基。在上述式子的化合物中,R8-CO-N<例如是椰子酰胺、硬脂酰胺、油酰胺、月桂酰胺、肉豆蔻酰胺、癸酰胺、棕榈酰胺、牛油酰胺等。
制备上述式(II)化合物优选的方法包括:在基本无低级(C1-C4)醇溶剂条件下,将脂肪酸甘油三酯与N-取代多羟基胺反应,但优选与烷氧化醇或烷氧化烷基酚例如NEODOL反应,并在约50℃至约140℃温度下利用烷氧化物催化剂,得到高产率的所需产物(90%-98%)。在US-A-5,194,639和US-A-5,380,891中概述了制备所需多羟基脂肪酸酰胺化合物的合适的方法。
适用于本发明的组合物还含有水溶性辅助两性表面活性剂,在本发明组合物中适用的两性表面活性剂包括:
(a)咪唑啉表面活性剂式(III)其中R1是C7-C22烷基或链烯基,R2是氢或CH2Z,Z分别是CO2M或CH2CO2M,M是H、碱金属、碱土金属、铵或链烷醇铵;和/或式(IV)的铵衍生物其中R1、R2和Z定义如上;
(b)式(V)的氨基链烷酸盐
R1NH(CH2)nCO2M
式(VI)的亚氨基二链烷酸盐
R1N[(CH2)mCO2M]2
(c)它们的混合物。
合适的(a)型两性表面活性剂以商品名Miranol和Empigen出售,已知包括多种混合的复合体。一般,Miranols被描述作具有通式III,但是CTFACosmetic Ingredient Dictionary,第3版指出是非环状结构IV,同时第4版还指出是其中R2是O-连接的(非N-连接的)另一种结构异构体。在实际中,可能存在环状和非环状种类的混合复合体,为全面起见,这里给出二者的定义。但是,本发明优选利用的是非环状种类。
合适的(a)型两性表面活性剂的例子包括式III和/或IV的化合物,其中R1是C8H17(尤其是异辛基,isocapryl)、C9H19和C11H23烷基。特别优选的化合物中R1是C9H19,Z是CO2M且R2是H;化合物中R1是C11H23,Z是CO2M且R2是CH2CO2M;化合物中R1是C11H23,Z是CO2M且R2是H。
在CTFA命名法中,适用于本发明的物质包括椰子两性羧基丙酸酯、椰子两性羧基丙酸,尤其是椰子两性乙酸酯和椰子两性二乙酸酯(另外称作椰子两性羧基甘氨酸酯)。特定的商品包括以下列商品名出售的产品:Ampholak7TX(羧基甲基牛油多丙基胺钠盐),Empigen CDL 60和CDR 60(Albright &Wilson),Miranol H2M Conc.Miranol C2M Conc.N.P.,Miranol C2M Conc.O.P.,Miranol C2M SF,Miranol CM Special(Rhone-Poulenc);Alkateric2CIB(Alkaril Chemicals);Amphoterge W-Z(Lonza,Inc.);Monateric CDX-38,Monateric CSH-32(Mona Industries);Rewoteric AM-2C(Rewo ChemicalGroup);和Schercotic MS-2(Scher Chemicals)。
应知道的是,许多商购的这种两性表面活性剂的制造和出售形式是与例如氢氧化物抗衡离子或与阴离子硫酸盐或磺酸盐表面活性剂的电中性配合物(复合体),尤其是硫酸化的C8-C18醇、C8-C18乙氧化醇或C8-C18酰基甘油酯型。但是考虑到温和性和产品的稳定性,优选的组合物基本上不含有(非乙氧化)硫酸化醇表面活性剂。还要注意的是两性表面活性剂的浓度和重量比在本发明中是基于表面活性剂的未配合形式,任何阴离子表面活性剂抗衡离子被视作整个阴离子表面活性剂组份含量的一部分。
优选(b)型两性表面活性剂的例子包括N-烷基聚三亚甲基聚-,羧甲基胺,以商品名Ampholak X07和Ampholak 7CX由Berol Nobel出售,还有盐,尤其是三乙醇铵盐和N-月桂基-β-氨基丙酸和N-月桂基-亚氨基-二丙酸的盐。这些物质是由Henkel以商品名Deriphat和由Rhone-Poulenc以商品名Mirataine出售。
本发明组合物还含有从约0.1%至约20%、优选从约0.1%至约10%、尤其是从约1%至约8%的两性离子表面活性剂。
适合包含于本发明组合物中的水溶性辅助甜菜碱表面活性剂包括式子是R5R6R7N+(CH2)nCO2M(VIII)的烷基甜菜碱和式子是(IX)的酰氨基甜菜碱其中R5是C11-C22烷基或链烯基,R6和R7分别是C1-C3烷基,M是H、碱金属、碱土金属、铵或烷醇铵,n、m分别是1-4的数。优选的甜菜碱包括椰子酰氨丙基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱、月桂酰氨丙基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱和Tego甜菜碱(RTM)。
适合包含于本发明组合物中的水溶性辅助磺基甜菜碱(sultaine)表面活性剂包括式子(X)的烷基磺基甜菜碱(sultaines);其中R1是C7-C22烷基或链烯基,R2和R3分别是C1-C3烷基,M是H、碱金属、碱土金属、铵或烷醇铵,m和n是1-4的数字。本发明优选利用的是椰子酰氨丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱(sultaine)。
适合包含于本发明组合物中的水溶性辅助氧化胺表面活性剂包括烷基氧化胺R5R6R7NO和式子是(XI)的酰氨氧化胺其中R5是C11-C22烷基或链烯基,R6和R7分别是C1-C3烷基,M是H、碱金属、碱土金属、铵或烷醇铵,m是1-4的数字。优选的氧化胺包括椰子酰氨丙基氧化胺、月桂基二甲基氧化胺和肉豆蔻基二甲基氧化胺。
本发明的组合物还包括一种调节皮肤的阳离子聚合物。在疏水改性的纤维素醚部分存在条件下,对于赋予皮肤触感特性和改善的流变性及使用性能,该阳离子聚合物是本发明组合物中有益的。该聚合的皮肤调节剂的含量优选从约0.01%至约5%,较优选是从约0.01%至约3%,尤其是从约0.01%至约2%重量。或者,阳离子调理聚合物的存在量为约0.05%-4%,优选约0.1%-2%,特别是约0.5%-1.5%重量。
合适的聚合物是高分子量物质(例如由光散射测定的质均分子量一般从约2,000至约5,000,000,优选是从约5,000至约3,000,000,较优选是从100,000至约1,000,000)。
该聚合物代表性的种类包括阳离子多糖;衍生自丙烯酸和/或异丁烯酸的阳离子均聚物和共聚物;阳离子纤维素树脂;二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和丙烯酰胺和/或丙烯酸的阳离子共聚物;二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵的阳离子均聚物;阳离子聚亚烷基和乙氧聚亚烷基亚胺;季铵化聚硅氧烷和它们的混合物。
通过举例介绍,适用于本发明的阳离子聚合物包括阳离子瓜耳树胶例如羟丙基三甲基铵瓜耳树脂(d.s.0.11-0.22),以商品名Jaguar C-14-S(RTM)和JaguarC-17(RTM)和Jaguar C-16(RTM)能商购到,它们除上述阳离子基团外还含有羟丙基取代基(d.s.0.8-1.1);季铵化羟基乙基纤维素醚,以商品名Ucare PolymerJR-30M、JR-400、Catanal(RTM)和Celquat能商购到。其它合适的阳离子聚合物是以商品名Merquat 100能商购到的二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵均聚物;氨基乙基异丁烯酸二甲基酯和丙烯酰胺的共聚物,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和丙烯酰胺的共聚物,以商品名Merquat 550和Merquat S能商购到;以商品名Merquat 3330能商购到的丙烯酸/二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵/丙烯酰胺共聚物;以商品名商购得到的氨基醇的季铵化乙烯基吡咯烷酮丙烯酸酯或异丁烯酸酯共聚物,例如Polyquatemium 11、23和28(乙烯基吡咯烷酮和氨基乙基异丁烯酸二甲基酯的季铵化共聚物-Gafquat 755N和HS-100),以商品名Luviquat HM552,Polyquatemium2能商购到的乙烯基吡咯烷酮/乙烯基咪唑鎓盐甲氯化物共聚物,聚亚烷基亚胺,例如聚亚乙基亚胺和乙氧化的聚亚乙基亚胺。
本发明组合物还优选包含约0.1%至约20%、优选从约1%至约15%,较优选从约2%至约10%重量的油衍生的非离子表面活性剂或油衍生的非离子表面活性剂的混合物。油衍生的非离子表面活性剂对本发明组合物在使用中和使用后所提供的皮肤触感特性很重要。本发明使用的合适的油衍生物非离子表面活性剂包括水溶性植物和动物衍生物润肤剂,例如插入有聚乙二醇链的三甘油酯,乙氧化的单和二甘油酯,聚乙氧化的羊毛脂和乙氧化奶油衍生物。本发明利用的一个优选的油衍生物非离子表面活性剂具有通式(XII)其中n从约5至约200,优选从约20至约100,较优选从约30至约85,其中R包含的脂族残基的平均碳原子数是约5-20,优选是约7-18或者优选约9-20,较优选约11-18,最优选约12-16个碳原子数。
这类合适的乙氧化油脂包括椰子酸甘油酯、己酸甘油酯、辛酸甘油酯、牛油酸甘油酯、棕榈酸甘油酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、月桂酸甘油酯、油酸甘油酯、蓖麻醇酸甘油酯,源于三甘油酯的甘油基脂肪酯,例如棕榈油、杏仁油和玉米油,优选牛油酸甘油酯和椰子酸甘油酯,的聚乙二醇衍生物。
这类合适的油源非离子表面活性剂来自Croda Inc.(纽约,美国)的Crovol系列的物质例如Crovol EP40(PEG 20晚樱草(evening primrose)甘油酯)、Crovol EP 70(PEG 60晚樱草甘油酯)、Crovol A-40(PEG 20杏仁甘油酯)、Crovol A-70(PEG 60杏仁甘油酯)、Crovol M-40(PEG 20玉米甘油酯)、Crovol M-70(PEG 60玉米甘油酯)、Crovol PK-40(PEG 12棕榈仁甘油酯)和Crovol PK-70(PEG 45棕榈仁甘油酯),Solan系列物质例如Solan E,E50,和来自Westbrook Lanolin的X聚乙氧化的羊毛脂和Aqualose L-20(PEG 24羊毛脂醇)和Aqualose W15(PEG 15羊毛脂醇)。另外,这类合适的表面活性剂商购自Sherex Chemical Co.(Dublin,Ohio,USA)的Varonic LI系列表面活性剂和Rewo的Rewoderm系列表面活性剂。这些表面活性剂例如包括VaronicLI 48(聚乙二醇(n=80)牛油酸甘油酯,也称作PEG 80牛油酸甘油酯),VaronicLI 2(PEG 28牛油酸甘油酯),Varonic LI 420(PEG 200牛油酸甘油酯),VaronicLI 63和67(PEG 30和PEG 80椰子酸甘油酯),Rewoderm LI5-20(PEG-200棕榈酸酯),Rewoderm LIS-80(PEG-200棕榈酸酯和PEG-7椰子酸甘油酯)和Rewoderm LIS-75(PEG-200棕榈酸酯和PEG-7椰子酸甘油酯)和它们的混合物。适用的其它油生软化剂是玉米油、鳄梨油和巴巴苏油的PEG衍生物以及Softigen 767(PEG(6)辛/癸酸甘油酯)。
本发明适用的还有这样的非离子表面活性剂:来自从牛油(Shea)树(Butyrospermum karkii kotschy)果实提取的复合植物脂,和其衍生物。在中非,该植物脂即牛油树脂以各种方式被广泛利用,例如制肥皂和遮盖霜,由Sederma(78610 Le Perray En Yvelines,法国)出售。特别合适的是来自Karlshamn Chemical Co.(Columbos,Ohio,USA)以它们Lipex系列的化学品为名的牛油树脂的乙氧化衍生物,例如Lipex102 E-75和Lipex 102 E-3(牛油树脂的乙氧化单、二甘油酯);来自Croda Inc.(New York,USA)的Crovol系列物质,例如Crovol SB-70(牛油树脂的乙氧化单、二甘油酯)。同样,本发明组合物中还可以用芒果、可可和印度赤铁树和(Illipe butter)的乙氧化衍生物。尽管这些都被分类成乙氧化的非离子表面活性剂,但是应知道也可以保留一定量的非乙氧化的植物油或脂。
其它合适的油衍生非离子表面活性剂包括以下油的乙氧化衍生物:杏仁油、花生油、大米糠油、麦胚油、亚麻籽油、霍霍巴油(jojoba oil)、杏核油、核桃油、棕榈坚果油、乳香黄连木油、芝麻油、菜子油、杜松油、玉米油、桃核油、罂粟子油、松子油、蓖麻油、大豆油、鳄梨油、红花油、椰子油、榛子油、橄榄油、葡萄籽油和向日葵籽油。
从最佳的柔和及皮肤触感特性看,本发明最优选的油衍生非离子表面活性剂是Lipex 102-3(RTM)(PEG-3牛油树脂乙氧化的衍生物)和Softigen767(RTM)(PEG-6辛/癸酸甘油酯)。
本发明的组合物还包含作为护肤活性成份的亲油性乳化剂。合适的亲油性护肤活性成份包括阴离子食品级乳化剂,其包含混以单甘油酯,例如琥珀酰化的单甘油酯、单硬脂基柠檬酸酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯、二乙酰基酒石酸酯和它们的混合物的二酸。
本发明的组合物还可以包含多达约20%重量的香料或化妆油。特别地,本发明的组合物还可以包括不溶性香料或化妆用油或蜡或它们的混合物,含量高达约10%,优选高达约3%重量,其中的油或蜡不溶的含义是指在25℃下不溶于产品基质中。添加这样的油或蜡能为本发明个人清洁组合物提供润肤、柔和和漂清性能。但是,本发明的一个特征是,能够得到优异的润肤和柔和性同理想的物理特性(透明性等)相结合的组合物,其基本上无油的,即所添加的油相含量是小于约1%、优选小于约0.5%重量。物理学上,这种优选的组合物的形式是光洁净的溶液或微滴乳状液。在包括附加香料或化妆用油或蜡的组合物中,油衍生的非离子表面活性剂与所添加油的优选重量比是至少约1∶2,较优选是至少约3∶1。
本发明所用的合适的不溶性化妆用油和蜡选自:水不溶性聚硅氧烷,包含:非挥发性聚烷基和聚芳基硅氧烷胶和流体、挥发性环状和线状聚烷基硅氧烷,聚烷氧化的聚硅氧烷、氨基和季铵改性的聚硅氧烷、刚性交联和补强的聚硅氧烷及其混合物;C8-C30脂肪酸的C1-C24酯,例如肉豆蔻酸异丙基酯、肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻基酯和蓖麻醇酸十六烷基酯;苯甲酸的C8-C30酯,蜂蜡,饱和和不饱和的脂肪醇如山嵛醇,烃类例如矿物油、矿脂角鲨烷和角鲨烯、聚丁烯、脂肪脱水山梨糖醇酯(参见1976年10月26日出版的US-A-3988255,Seiden),羊毛脂和油状羊毛脂衍生物,动物和植物三甘油酯例如杏仁油、花生油、小麦胚芽油、大米糠油、亚麻籽油、霍霍巴油、杏核油、核桃油、棕榈坚果实、乳香黄连木油、芝麻油、菜籽油、杜松油、玉米油、桃核油、罂粟子油、松油、蓖麻油、大豆油、鳄梨油、红花油、椰子油、榛子油、橄榄油、葡萄籽油和向日葵籽油,和二聚物和三聚物酸的C1-C24酯例如二聚酸二异丙基酯、苹果酸二异硬脂基酯、二异硬脂基二聚酸酯和三异硬脂基三聚酸酯。
在本发明的组合物中,作为附加的皮肤保湿剂,可利用非离子水溶性纤维素醚。广泛使用的商购的非离子纤维素醚包括甲基纤维素、羟基丙基甲基纤维素、羟基乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素和乙基羟乙基纤维素。作为保湿助剂特别优选的是疏水改性的羟乙基纤维素材料。一种适于本发明使用的商购原料是NATROSOL PLUS Grade 330 CS(RTM),一种来自Aqualon Company,Wilmington,Delaware的疏水改性的羟乙基纤维素。该物质的C16烷基取代度是0.4%-0.8%重量,羟乙基摩尔取代度是3.0-3.7。改性前水溶性纤维素的平均分子量大约是300,000。这类另一种物质是由Aqualon Company,Wilmington,Delaware以商品名NATROSOL PLUS CS Grade D-67(RTM)出售。该物质的C16取代度是0.50%-0.95%重量,羟乙基摩尔取代度是2.3-3.7。改性前水溶性纤维素的平均分子量是约700,000。
本发明的组合物还包含尿烷基聚乙二醇共聚物增稠剂,例如是由Rohm和Haas以商品名Acrosyl 44可得的尿烷C1-C20烷基PEG共聚物。这种尿烷基共聚物增稠剂对提供优异的增稠性、提高起泡性和保持理想的漂清感觉特性是有益的。
本发明的组合物还包含非离子或阴离子聚合增稠剂,尤其是分子量大于约20,000的水溶性聚合物质。“水可溶性聚合物”是指在25℃水中1%浓度该物质形成基本清澈的溶液,并增加水的粘度。理想地用作本发明组合物中附加增稠剂的水可溶性聚合物的例子是羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸、聚乙烯基醇、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮K-120、葡聚糖例如来自D & O Chemicals的纯化粗级2P的葡聚糖、羧甲基纤维素、植物渗出物例如阿拉伯树胶、茄替胶和黄蓍胶、海藻提取物例如海藻酸钠、海藻酸丙二醇酯和角叉菜胶钠。本发明组合物优选的附加增稠剂是天然的多糖物质。这种物质的例子是瓜耳树脂、刺槐豆胶和黄原胶。适合本发明优选的还有分子量约为700,000的羟乙基纤维素。
添加的聚合增稠剂包括丙烯酸/丙烯酸乙酯共聚物和羧乙烯基聚合物,其由B.F.Goodrich公司以商品名Carbopol树脂出售。这些树脂主要是由和0.75%至2.00%例如聚烯丙基蔗糖或聚烯丙基季戊四醇的交联剂交联的丙烯酸的胶态水溶性聚链烯基聚醚交联聚合物组成的。例子包括Carbopol 934、Carbopol 940、Carbopol 950、Carbopol 980、Carbopol 951和Carbopol981。Carbopol 934是用相对于每个蔗糖分子平均为约5.8个烯丙基的约1%的蔗糖的聚烯丙基醚交联的丙烯酸的水溶性聚合物。适用于本发明的还有具两亲性的丙烯酸的疏水改性的交联聚合物,商品名是Carbopol 1382、Carbopol 1342和Pemulen TR-1(CFTA定义:丙烯酸酯/10-30丙烯酸烷基酯交联聚合物)。适于本发明使用的还有聚链烯基聚醚交联丙烯酸聚合物和疏水改性的交联丙烯酸聚合物。
若聚合增稠剂存在于本发明组合物中,其量从0.1%至10%,优选是0.3%-5.0%,较优选是0.4%-3.0%重量。
适合本发明利用的增稠剂还包括脂肪酸的乙二醇或聚乙二醇酯,其具有约16-约22个碳原子和多达7个乙烯氧基单元,优选硬脂酸乙二醇酯,单和二硬脂酸酯,但特别是含小于约7%单硬脂酸酯的二硬脂酸酯;具有约16-约22个碳原子、优选约16-18个碳原子的脂肪酸的链烷醇酰胺,例如硬脂酸单乙醇酰胺、硬脂酸二乙醇酰胺、硬脂酸单异丙醇酰胺和硬脂酸单乙醇酰胺;烷基(C16-C22)二甲基氧化胺例如硬脂基二甲基氧化胺;和电解质例如硫酸镁和氯化钠盐。含有约12-约22个碳原子的作为增稠组份的脂肪醇或脂肪酸物质也适于用在本发明的组合物中作为增稠剂。合适的脂肪酸和脂肪醇增稠剂包括来自Albright和Wilson的Laurex NC(C12/14脂肪醇)以及来自Unichema的Prifac 7908(棕榈核脂肪酸)。适合本发明用作增稠剂的还有葡糖苷的脂肪酸酯,例如PEG 120甲基葡糖苷二油酸酯(来自Amercol的商品名Glucamate DOE 120)。如果存在的话,所添加的增稠剂的量是0.1%-10%,优选是0.3-5.0%重量。
最后组合物的粘度(Brookfield RTV DCP,1rpm和Cone CP41或CP52,25℃,neat)优选至少约500cps,较优选是约1,000-约50,000cps,特别是约4,000-约30,000cps,更特别的是约4,000-约15,000cps。
清洁组合物可选择包括能溶于清洁组合物基质中的其它的头发或皮肤保湿剂。这些保湿剂优选的量是约0.5%-约20%重量。在优选的实施方案中,保湿剂选自自然存在于皮肤的角质层的基本氨基酸化合物和水可溶性非多元醇非包藏物(nonocclusive)及其混合物。
一些较优选的非包藏保湿剂的例子是聚丁烯、角鲨烷、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、乳酸、L-脯氨酸、胍、吡咯烷酮、水解蛋白和其它的胶原衍生蛋白质、芦荟凝胶、乙酸单乙醇酰胺和乳酸单乙醇酰胺和它们的混合物。
本发明的组合物还包括遮光剂或珠光剂。这些原料的含量是从约0.01%至约5%,优选从约0.2%至约1.3重量。本发明组合物所包含的合适的遮光剂是由Morton International以商品名Lytron 621 & 631(RTM)出售的聚苯乙烯分散体。
适合作为本发明组合物组份的添加的遮光剂/珠光剂包括:二氧化钛,TiO2;EUPERLAN 810(RTM);TEGO-PEARL(RTM);长链(C16-C22)酰基衍生物例如碳原子数是约16-约22、乙烯氧基单元多达7个的脂肪酸的二醇酯或聚乙二醇酯;碳原子数是约16-约22、优选是约16-18的脂肪酸的链烷醇酰胺,例如硬脂酸单乙醇酰胺、硬脂酸二乙醇酰胺、硬脂酸单异丙醇酰胺和硬脂酸单乙醇酰胺和烷基(C16-C22)二甲基氧化胺如硬脂基二甲基氧化胺。
在优选的组合物中,遮光剂/珠光剂是晶体形式。在最优选的组合物中,遮光剂/珠光剂是颗粒状的聚苯乙烯分散体,其粒径从约0.05微米至约0.45微米,优选是从约0.17微米至约0.3微米,鉴于提供最佳的流变学和剪切稀化性能,这样的分散体是优选的。最优选的是苯乙烯PVP共聚物和Lyton631(RTM)。
很多选择添加的物质可加到本清洁组合物中,其量分别从约0.1%至约2%重量。这些物质包括蛋白质和多肽及它们的衍生物;水可溶性或水溶解的防腐剂例如DMDM Hydantoin、Germall 115,羟基苯甲酸的甲基、乙基、丙基和丁基酯,EDTA,Euxyl(RTM)K400,天然防腐剂例如苄醇、山梨酸钾和红没药醇;苯甲酸钠和2-苯氧基乙醇;其它的保湿剂例如透明质酸、几丁质,和淀粉接枝的聚丙烯酸钠例如来自Celanese Superabsorbent Materials,Portsmith,VA,USA并记载于US-A-4,076,663中的Sanwet(RTM)IM-1000,IM-1500和IM-2500;溶剂;抗菌剂例如Oxeco(苯氧基异丙醇);低温相调节剂例如铵离子源(如NH4Cl);粘度控制剂例如硫酸镁和其它电解质;着色剂;TiO2和TiO2-包覆的云母;香料和香料加溶剂;沸石例如ValfourBV400及其衍生物,和Ca2+/Mg2+多价螯合剂例如聚羧化物、氨基聚羧化物、聚膦酸盐、氨基聚膦酸盐、EDTA等,水软化剂例如柠檬酸钠。水的含量优选是本组合物重量的约15%-约97.89%,优选是约40%-约90%,较优选是至少约65%重量。
组合物的pH值优选是约4-约10,较优选是约6-约9,尤其是约5-约7。

组合物I至XII的制备方法是:先在25℃水中在三掺合机(Tri-blender)(RTM)中分散水溶性或胶态水溶性聚合流变改性剂或在用NaOH或其它碱混合物中和和水合作用前延长搅拌。在实施例II、IV和VI中,把混合物加热到约50℃以增强分散效率。接着,在进一步搅拌下加入加溶剂。然后表面活性剂和其它护肤剂连同剩余的水溶性、油不溶性组份加入其中。在包含水不溶性组份的组合物中,油相B由那些油溶性组份形成,然后在室温中与A混合。随后,把聚合分散体添加到室温混合物中,最后加入剩余的水、防腐剂、遮光剂和香料。
组合物的粘度范围(Brookfield RVT DCP,1rpm Cone CP41或CP52,25℃,neat)在500-50,000cps,优选是1,000-10,000cps。
本发明的产品在使用有效性方面表现优异,包括温和性、皮肤调节性、皮肤保湿性、良好的产品稳定性、清洁性、起泡性和优异的漂清性能。
Claims (34)
1.一种液体个人清洁组合物,包括:
(a)1%-15%重量的短链烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂及其混合物,在烷基链上平均有8-10个碳原子;
(b)1%-15%重量的C12-C22烷基乙氧基硫酸盐表面活性剂,平均乙氧化度是1-6;
(c)0.1%-10%重量的水溶性辅助表面活性剂,其选自除C8-C10烷基硫酸盐和C12-C22烷基乙氧基硫酸盐以外的阴离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂,两性离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂及其混合物;
(d)0.01%-5%重量的质均分子量为5,000-3,000,000的阳离子调理聚合物并且选自阳离子多糖;丙烯酸和/或异丁烯酸衍生的阳离子均聚物和共聚物;阳离子纤维素树脂;二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和丙烯酸的阳离子共聚物;二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵的阳离子均聚物;阳离子聚亚烷基和乙氧聚亚烷基亚胺;季铵化的硅氧烷以及它们的混合物;和
(e)水,
其中短链烷基硫酸盐与烷基乙氧基硫酸盐的比例范围是1∶3-3∶1。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中短链烷基硫酸盐包含至少80%重量的C10烷基硫酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中短链烷基硫酸盐包含至少90%重量的C10烷基硫酸盐。
4.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中短链烷基硫酸盐包含至少95%重量的C10烷基硫酸盐。
5.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中短链烷基硫酸盐包含至少99%重量的C10烷基硫酸盐。
6.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中短链烷基硫酸盐的含量是1%-10%重量。
7.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中短链烷基硫酸盐的含量是2%-5%重量。
8.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中组合物的粘度范围是500-50,000厘泊。
9.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中烷基乙氧基硫酸盐表面活性剂的含量是2%-12%重量。
10.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中烷基乙氧基硫酸盐表面活性剂的含量是3%-8%重量。
11.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中烷基乙氧基硫酸盐表面活性剂平均含2-4摩尔的环氧乙烷。
12.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中烷基乙氧基硫酸盐表面活性剂平均含3摩尔的环氧乙烷。
13.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中烷基乙氧基硫酸盐表面活性剂含有15%-30%重量的AE3S,10%-20%重量的AE4S和10%-20%重量的AE2S。
15.根据权利要求14的组合物,其中两性表面活性剂选自式III的咪唑啉衍生物和/或式IV的铵衍生物。
16.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中水溶性辅助阴离子表面活性剂选自乙氧化的烷基硫酸盐、烷基甘油基醚磺酸盐、甲基酰基牛磺酸盐、脂肪酰基甘氨酸盐、烷基乙氧基羧酸盐、N-酰基谷氨酸盐、酰基羟乙磺酸盐、磺基琥珀酸烷基酯盐、乙氧磺基琥珀酸烷基酯盐、α-磺化的脂肪酸及它们的盐和/或酯、磷酸烷基酯、乙氧化的磷酸烷基酯、酰基肌氨酸盐、脂肪酸/蛋白质缩合物和它们的混合物。
17.根据权利要求1的组合物,其还包含0.1%-20%重量的选自C12-C14脂肪酸单和二乙醇酰胺和多羟基脂肪酸酰胺表面活性剂的辅助非离子表面活性剂。
18.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中两性离子表面活性剂选自烷基甜菜碱、酰氨甜菜碱、烷基磺基甜菜碱和它们的混合物。
19.根据权利要求1的组合物,包含辅助阴离子表面活性剂和两性离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂的混合物,其中阴离子、两性离子和两性表面活性剂含量分别是1%-15%重量。
20.根据权利要求1的组合物,包含辅助阴离子表面活性剂和两性离子表面活性剂和/或两性表面活性剂的混合物,其中阴离子、两性离子和两性表面活性剂含量分别是2%-13%重量。
21.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中辅助阴离子表面活性剂与两性离子和/或两性表面活性剂的比例范围是1∶2-6∶1。
22.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中辅助阴离子、两性离子和两性表面活性剂总共是组合物的8%-35%重量。
23.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中辅助阴离子、两性离子和两性表面活性剂总共是组合物的10%-30%重量。
25.根据权利要求24的组合物,其中n是20-100,其中R包括脂肪族残基,其碳原子数平均是5-20。
26.根据权利要求24的组合物,其中n是30-85,其中R包括脂肪族残基,其碳原子数平均是5-20。
27.根据权利要求24的组合物,其中n是5-200,其中R包括脂肪族残基,其碳原子数平均是9-20。
28.根据权利要求24的组合物,其中n是5-200,其中R包括脂肪族残基,其碳原子数平均是11-18。
29.根据权利要求24的组合物,其中n是5-200,其中R包括脂肪族残基,其碳原子数平均是12-16。
30.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中阳离子调节聚合物的含量是0.05%-4%重量。
31.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中阳离子调节聚合物的含量是0.1%-2%重量。
32.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中阳离子调节聚合物的含量是0.5%-1.5%重量。
33.根据权利要求1的组合物,还包含多达20%重量的香料或化妆油。
34.根据权利要求1的组合物,附加包含选自吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、L-脯氨酸及其混合物的保湿剂。
