Abstract
The invention discloses a driver supporting assembly of a flotation machine, which comprises two longitudinal beams, wherein the two longitudinal beams are connected through two cross beams to form a frame structure, two detachable small beams are connected between the two longitudinal beams, a side beam extends from the outer side of each longitudinal beam and is connected with the side wall of a flotation tank, a driver is installed on the two small beams, a steel grating plate or a checkered plate is floated and paved on the driver supporting assembly to form a platform for walkway, maintenance and instrument installation, the driver supporting assembly comprises a double-layer platform arranged on the outer sides of the two longitudinal beams, and a monitoring instrument and a control operation device are installed on the lower-layer platform. Lifting lugs are arranged on the small beams. The support device is suitable for supporting a driver of a large-sized flotation machine, not only meets the support requirements of a conventional stirring shaft and a driving device, but also can provide enough space, and is convenient for implementation of detection and control processes.

Background
Mechanical agitation flotation machines are widely used in the flotation of minerals where the agitation mechanism is used for slurry agitation and dispersing air and the flotation machine drive support assembly is the main component that supports the entire agitation mechanism and drive. The prior art has the following disadvantages:

the flotation cell comprises two longitudinal beams, wherein the two longitudinal beams are connected through two cross beams to form a frame structure, two detachable small beams are connected between the two longitudinal beams, the outer sides of the two longitudinal beams respectively extend out of a side beam to be connected with the side wall of a flotation cell, a driver is installed on the two small beams, and a steel grating plate or a pattern plate is paved above a supporting component of the driver to form a platform for walkway, maintenance and instrument installation.
The platform is including locating the double-deck platform in two longeron outsides, wherein, lower floor's platform installation monitoring instrument appearance and control operation device.
And lifting lugs are arranged on the small beams.
The flotation machine driver supporting component is suitable for supporting a large flotation machine driver, can meet the requirements of supporting a conventional stirring shaft and a driving device, can provide enough space, and is convenient for implementing a detection and control process.

2) the instrument is placed on the lower-layer platform, is closer to an object to be monitored and controlled (namely ore pulp, liquid level and the like in a flotation tank) when being installed, and is not required to be additionally provided with an overlong and overhigh instrument supporting frame or supporting platform, so that the installation supporting strength and the measurement control precision are guaranteed;
3) after more instruments are placed on the lower platform, the upper platform is wider and flat, and personnel can walk on the platform to inspect and operate and maintain equipment conveniently;
4) the increase of the side beam enables the stress points of the whole supporting assembly to be more dispersed and the supporting to be more firm;
5) the detachable trabecula design is convenient for the disassembly and the assembly and the maintenance of the stirring shaft.

lower platforms are respectively arranged at the outer sides of the two longitudinal beams and the lower parts of the two sides of the side beam, and a space is reserved between the upper platform and the lower platform to be used as an installation layer for monitoring instruments and controlling operation devices.
2. The flotation machine drive support assembly of claim 1, wherein the two joists are removable joists.
