Technical Field

Background

Cosmetic modification cosmetics, namely color cosmetics, are an important class of cosmetics and are generally divided into three types according to the principle:

ointments (salves): the wax is used as a main formula and matched with pigments, powder and some additives;

powder preparation: the powder is used as a main formula and matched with pigments, grease and some additives;

aqueous solutions, emulsions: the formula mainly comprises grease, water and an emulsifier, and is matched with pigments, powder and some additives.

Common emulsion-type products are classified into oil-in-water (O/W) and water-in-oil (W/O) formulation systems.

The commercially available lip gloss product is generally an ointment formula system, and a sealing film is formed on the lip by using grease to prevent water from evaporating, so that the lip gloss product has a moisturizing effect. But have limited moisturizing capabilities for lips that are otherwise deficient in water.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the emulsified lip gloss of the water-in-oil formula system, water is used as a raw material in the formula, and the lip gloss is used to achieve the effect of lasting moisture preservation by utilizing the characteristic that water in the water-in-oil system is difficult to evaporate in the internal phase.

Wherein the oil phase is selected from glyceryl caprylate, phytosterol canola glycerides, microcrystalline wax, beeswax, polyethylene, hydrogenated soybean glycerides, squalane, tridecyl trimellitate, dipentaerythritol tri-hydroxystearate, diisostearyl malate, jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, octyldodecanol, coco-caprylate/caprate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, hydrogenated polydecene, and hydrogenated (styrene/isoprene), and mixtures of one or more of vitamin E, ethylhexyl glycerol, and vitamin E.

The amount of the emulsified lip gloss oil of the present invention is preferably 60% or more, and particularly preferably 75% or more, based on the total amount of the emulsified lip gloss. If the amount is too small, the spreadability and stability are poor. The amount of the oil phase is preferably 80% or less, and when the amount is too large, the stability or the feeling of use is poor.

Wherein the emulsifier is selected from the compound of silica silylate, sorbitan stearate and glyceryl behenate/eicosateyl ester, and the weight ratio of the compound of the three is (1.0-5.0): (1.0-5.0): (1.0-5.0).

Wherein the water phase is selected from one or more of 1, 2-hexanediol, butanediol, glycerol and deionized water.

Wherein the cosmetic pigment is selected from one or more of CI77891, CI77019, CI77491, CI77492, CI77499, CI45380, CI15850, CI19140, CI45410, CI73360, CI42090 and CI 77002.

In addition, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the emulsified lip gloss, which comprises the following steps:

(1) adding the oil phase and emulsifier into an emulsifying pot, heating to 90-95 ℃, and then homogenizing at high speed until the oil phase and the emulsifier are completely and uniformly dissolved to obtain a phase A;

(2) mixing cosmetic pigments and a part of phase A in a mass ratio of 1: 2, grinding the mixture for three times by a three-roll grinder, and adding the mixture back to the rest phase A; keeping the temperature at 90-95 ℃;

(3) adding the water phase into a water phase pot, heating to 65-70 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a phase B;

(4) gradually adding the phase B into the phase A, stirring at the speed of 500-1000 rpm/min for 20-30min, mixing uniformly, stopping stirring, continuing stirring uniformly, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the emulsified lip gloss.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

Detailed Description

The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples, which are, however, not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

The starting materials and reagents used in the examples of the present invention are commercially available.

The test or evaluation method of each performance index comprises the following steps:

coating property: 0.05g of the lip gloss is brushed and evenly smeared on the lips, and the phenomenon during smearing is observed.

Stability: heating the sample to 85-90 ℃, filling the sample into 5 plastic flat-bottom wide-mouth small boxes, and cooling the plastic flat-bottom wide-mouth small boxes for 24 hours at room temperature; placing in constant temperature biological incubator at-15 deg.C, 4 deg.C, 25 deg.C, 40 deg.C, and 50 deg.C, respectively, and testing for 4 weeks; the observation period was 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks.

And (3) moisture retention efficacy evaluation: selecting 35 female with dry lips and age of 20-55 years, and using the sample in morning and evening for 4 weeks; and testing and comparing the water content of the horny layer before and after use by using a horny layer water content tester, and calculating whether the horny layer water content is significant or not by using a formula.

And (3) durability evaluation: brushing 0.05g of lip gloss, and uniformly coating the lip gloss on the lips; taking pictures for comparison at 0 hour, 1 hour and 4 hours after smearing; the evaluation scale was good, general, and poor.

Example 1

An emulsified lip gloss comprises the following components:

oil phase: 0.3 part of glycerol caprylate, 1.0 part of phytosterol canola oil glycerides, 1.4 parts of microcrystalline wax, 1.4 parts of beeswax, 1.8 parts of polyethylene, 2 parts of hydrogenated soybean oil glycerides, 5 parts of squalane, 5 parts of tridecyl alcohol trimellitate, 5 parts of dipentaerythritol tri-hydroxystearate, 4.26 parts of diisostearyl malate, 7 parts of jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, 9 parts of octyldodecanol, 9 parts of coco alcohol-caprylate/caprate, 10 parts of hydrogenated polyisobutene, 10 parts of hydrogenated polydecene and (styrene/isoprene) and 10 parts of vitamin E, and 0.05 part of ethylhexyl glycerol and vitamin E;

emulsifier: 2 parts of silica silylate, 2 parts of sorbitan stearate and 3 parts of glycerol behenate/eicosanoate;

cosmetic pigments: CI 454100.3 parts, CI 770020.35 parts, CI 158500.54 parts and CI 778910.5 parts;

water phase: 0.5 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1 part of butanediol, 2 parts of glycerol and 10.55 parts of deionized water.

The preparation method of the emulsified lip gloss comprises the following steps:

(1) adding oil phase (glyceryl caprylate, phytosterol canola oil glycerides, microcrystalline wax, beeswax, polyethylene, hydrogenated soybean oil glycerides, squalane, tridecyl trimellitate, dipentaerythritol tri-polyhydroxystearate, diisostearyl malate, jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, octyldodecanol, coco-caprylate/caprate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, hydrogenated polydecene, and hydrogenated (styrene/isoprene), and vitamin E, ethylhexyl glycerol, and vitamin E) and emulsifier (silica silylate, sorbitan stearate, glyceryl behenate/eicosanoate) into an emulsifying pot, heating to 90-95 deg.C, and homogenizing at high speed until completely dissolved to obtain phase A;

(2) mixing cosmetic pigments (CI 45410, CI77002, CI15850 and CI 77891) with a part of phase A in a mass ratio of 1: 2, grinding the mixture for three times by a three-roll grinder, and adding the mixture back to the rest phase A; keeping the temperature at 90-95 ℃;

(3) adding the water phase (1, 2-hexanediol, butanediol, glycerol, deionized water) into a water phase pot, heating to 65-70 deg.C, and stirring to obtain phase B;

(4) gradually adding the phase B into the phase A, stirring at 1000 rpm/min for 30min, mixing, stopping stirring, continuing stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain emulsified lip gloss; the test results of the respective performance indexes are shown in table 1.

Example 2

1 part of silica silylate, 2 parts of sorbitan stearate and 5 parts of glycerol behenate/eicosanoate; the remaining examples are the same as example 1, and the test results of the respective performance indexes are shown in Table 1.

Example 3

5 parts of silica silylate, 3 parts of sorbitan stearate and 1 part of glycerol behenate/eicosanoate; the remaining examples are the same as example 1, and the test results of the respective performance indexes are shown in Table 1.

Example 4

2 parts of silica silylate, 5 parts of sorbitan stearate and 3 parts of glycerol behenate/eicosanoate; the remaining examples are the same as example 1, and the test results of the respective performance indexes are shown in Table 1.

Comparative example 1

the oil phase is selected from glyceryl caprylate, phytosterol canola oil glycerides, microcrystalline wax, beeswax, polyethylene, hydrogenated soybean oil glycerides, squalane, tridecyl alcohol trimellitate, dipentaerythritol tri-polyhydroxystearate, diisostearyl malate, jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil, octyldodecanol, coco alcohol-caprylate/caprate, hydrogenated polyisobutene, hydrogenated polydecene, and hydrogenated (styrene/isoprene), and one or more of vitamin E, ethylhexylglycerin, and vitamin E;

the water phase is selected from one or more of 1, 2-hexanediol, butanediol, glycerol and deionized water.

2. The water-in-oil emulsified lip gloss according to claim 1, wherein said cosmetic pigments are selected from the group consisting of CI77891, CI77019, CI77491, CI77492, CI77499, CI45380, CI15850, CI19140, CI45410, CI73360, CI42090, and CI77002, in admixture.

3. The method for preparing a water-in-oil type emulsified lip gloss according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by comprising the steps of:

(2) mixing cosmetic pigments and a part of phase A in a mass ratio of 1: 2, grinding the mixture for three times by a three-roll grinder, and adding the mixture back to the rest phase A, wherein the temperature is kept between 90 and 95 ℃;
