The left telescopic arm and the right telescopic arm can adopt mature structures in the prior art, such as telescopic rods driven by micro cylinders, and can realize the functions of stretching and positioning at fixed points. The device can also adopt a two-section screw rod screwing type structure, namely, the screw rod and the thread bush are connected in a rotating way through threads, and the combined length of the screw rod and the thread bush can be adjusted by rotating the thread bush.

The left and right pressure stabilizing chambers are respectively arranged on the left and right sliding sleeves; the left and right pressure stabilizing bins comprise inflatable pressure stabilizing bin bodies, each inflatable pressure stabilizing bin body comprises a bin plate with a section in the shape of ㄱ, a silica gel film is arranged at an opening of each bin plate, and the bin plates and the silica gel films enclose an inflatable space; the bin plate is provided with an inflation hole, and the inflation hole is connected with an air valve and an inflation pump through an inflation pipe.
The left and right outer sides of the left and right mounting columns are respectively and longitudinally provided with a left and right strip-shaped outer inserting holes, the upper ends of the left and right strip-shaped outer inserting holes are open, and the left and right inner inserting blocks can be respectively inserted into the left and right strip-shaped outer inserting holes from the open ends of the left and right strip-shaped outer inserting holes and can slide up and down along the left and right strip-shaped outer inserting holes, but can not be transversely separated from the left and right strip-shaped outer inserting holes.
A left strip-shaped inner inserting hole and a right strip-shaped inner inserting hole are formed in the opposite inner sides of the left mounting upright post and the right mounting upright post, and the upper ends of the left strip-shaped inner inserting hole and the right strip-shaped inner inserting hole are open; the left mounting block and the right mounting block are respectively inserted into the left strip-shaped inner inserting hole and the right strip-shaped inner inserting hole from the open ends of the left strip-shaped inner inserting hole and the right strip-shaped inner inserting hole and can slide up and down along the left strip-shaped inner inserting hole and the right strip-shaped inner inserting hole; the opposite surfaces of the left and right mounting blocks are respectively provided with a left and a right spherical insertion holes, and the left and the right sides of the laparoscope fixing ring are respectively inserted and fixed in the left and the right spherical insertion holes through a left and a right spherical rotating insertion blocks.
The application method of the laparoscopic puncture hole hemostasis device comprises the following steps:
(1) the patient selects a flexible inner hoop with a proper size, and the central through hole of the circular ring-shaped chassis of the inner hoop base is aligned to the part to be inserted with the gastroscope;
(2) when the external thread sleeve is rotated reversely, the left top mounting and the right top mounting can drive the left top mounting arc plate and the right top mounting arc plate to loosen the left sliding frame and the right sliding frame, so that the left sliding frame and the right sliding frame move to the upper limit positions in the left direction and the right direction, and a patient can directly lie between the left sliding frame and the right sliding frame; the left and right inner insertion blocks are respectively inserted into the left and right strip-shaped outer plug-in holes from the opening ends of the left and right strip-shaped outer plug-in holes and can slide downwards along the left and right strip-shaped outer plug-in holes to a lower limit position; meanwhile, the left and right pressure stabilizing bins are adjusted to enable the silica gel film to face the left and right sides of the flexible inner hoop of the patient;
(3) cutting the skin at 1cm below the umbilicus, inserting pneumoperitoneum needle at 45 deg. into the incision, drawing back to remove blood, connecting with a needle tube, and if saline smoothly flows in, indicating that the puncture is successful, placing the needle in the abdominal cavity; the carbon dioxide inflator is connected, the air inlet speed is not more than 1L/min, and the total amount is preferably 2-3L. Intra-abdominal pressure not exceeding 2.13KPa (16 mmHg); meanwhile, the left and right pressure stabilizing bins are inflated, so that the left and right pressure stabilizing bins can fix the patient from the left and right sides;
(4) the operator holds the laparoscope by hands, and inserts the trocar of the laparoscope into the through holes of the laparoscope fixing ring and the circular base plate from the upper part of the laparoscope in sequence until the trocar is vertically and slowly inserted into the abdominal cavity operator; the upper part of the laparoscope is clamped and fixed on the upper part of the laparoscope fixing ring, and an operator can swing the laparoscope to carry out treatment operation.
(5) After the operation is finished, the laparoscope is pulled out, the pull ring is pulled, the sterile hemostatic plaster is pulled out of the plaster storage bin through the first traction line and the second traction line, and meanwhile, the release paper can be peeled from the plaster body through the release paper pulling plate; the first and second pull wires of tractive, until applying ointment or plaster the body and cover the through-hole on ring shape chassis completely, the lower surface central point of applying ointment or plaster the body puts and covers the operation incision, and the cyclic annular mucigel of applying ointment or plaster body lower surface can laminate the skin around the operation incision, realizes hemostasis function.
The invention has the temporary hemostasis protection function aiming at the laparoscopic surgery, and has the advantages that an operator can support the weight of the laparoscope by the laparoscope fixing ring and the annular chassis without influencing the flexibility of the laparoscope, the labor intensity of the operator is effectively reduced, and the influence of over-fatigue or shaking on the surgery effect is avoided.
The foregoing is directed to preferred embodiments of the present invention, other and further embodiments of the invention may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof, and the scope thereof is determined by the claims that follow. Any simple modification, equivalent change and modification of the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention, without departing from the technical solution of the present invention, still belong to the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.

1. The laparoscope puncture hole hemostasis device is characterized by comprising an external fixing frame and a flexible inner hoop, wherein the flexible inner hoop can be sleeved in the external fixing frame; the flexible inner hoop comprises a flexible strap and an inner hoop base, the inner hoop base comprises a circular base plate, the left side and the right side of the circular base plate are respectively provided with a left strap insertion groove and a right strap insertion groove, and the left side and the right side of the upper part of the circular base plate are respectively provided with a left mounting upright post and a right mounting upright post; the head end and the tail end of the flexible strap are respectively connected and fixed in the left strap inserting groove and the right strap inserting groove of the inner hoop base; a laparoscope puncture fixing bracket is fixedly arranged on the left and right mounting upright posts; the external fixing frame can contain and fix the laparoscope puncture fixing bracket;
