Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The core of the invention is to provide a waterproof and drainage loudspeaker device which can realize waterproof and drainage operation after local water inflow, can prevent the influence on the working of a loudspeaker caused by internal water inflow, has a simple structure, and does not need to be provided with redundant waterproof parts.
Another core of the present invention is to provide an electronic apparatus including the above-described waterproof and water-draining speaker device.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a speaker device for waterproof and drainage provided by the present application; fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a waterproof and drainage speaker device provided herein; fig. 3 is a front sectional view of a natural state of the waterproof and water-draining speaker device provided by the present application; fig. 4 is a front sectional view of a water-repellent speaker device of the present invention; fig. 5 is a bottom view of a speaker provided herein; fig. 6 is a top view of a speaker provided herein.
The waterproof and waterproof speaker device provided by the application comprises a lower shell 202, an upper shell 201 which can relatively approach to or separate from the lower shell 202, and a speaker arranged in a cavity formed by the upper shell 201 and the lower shell 202; the circumference of the loudspeaker is in sealing connection with the upper shell 201 and the lower shell 202, so that the loudspeaker divides the cavity into a front sound cavity 302 and a rear sound cavity which are not communicated, the front sound cavity 302 is provided with a sound outlet 101, and the movement of the upper shell 201 relative to the lower shell 202 is used for changing the volume of the front sound cavity 302.
The speaker device of the present application is a speaker having an upper case, a lower case, and a cavity formed by the upper case 201 and the lower case 202, wherein the speaker is sealed circumferentially with the upper case 201 and the lower case 202 so as to divide the cavity into two sub-cavities which are not communicated, the sub-cavity on which the side of the speaker provided with the diaphragm 301 is located is a front sound cavity 302, and the wall surface of the front sound cavity 302 is provided with a sound outlet hole 101.
Since the speaker is hermetically connected to both the upper case 201 and the lower case 202, and the upper case and the lower case can be moved relatively toward and away from each other, the inner wall surface of the front sound chamber 302 must have at least one of the inner wall portion of the upper case 201 and the inner wall portion of the lower case.
The sound outlet 101 may be a through hole provided in a wall surface of the front sound chamber 302, or may be a gap between the upper case 201 and the lower case 202, which may be changed in size when the upper case 201 approaches or moves away from the lower case.
In the use process of the speaker device, water may enter the front sound cavity 302 through the sound outlet 101, and because the speaker is in detailed sealing connection with the upper shell 201 and the lower shell 202, the water can not enter the rear sound cavity through the front sound cavity 302 and only remains in the front sound cavity 302, but moisture stored in the front sound cavity 302 also affects the diaphragm 301, so that the moisture needs to be discharged, the upper shell 201 and the lower shell 202 can be applied with extrusion force to move towards each other, so that the volume of the front sound cavity 302 is reduced, and the water in the front sound cavity 302 is pressed to be discharged through the sound outlet 101. After ejection, the relative movement of the upper and lower shells can be controlled in a number of ways and returned to the original relative position.
The waterproof and waterproof speaker device that drains that this application provided can utilize the sealing connection and the positional relationship of speaker and front sound chamber 302, prevents the inside of water entering speaker device, and makes the outside of water discharge speaker device through the relative movement of upper and lower shell, avoids the contact moisture of diaphragm 301 of speaker too long. The waterproof drainage speaker device that this application provided can utilize inherent structure and the characteristic in the speaker structure to realize waterproof and drainage function, avoids increasing too much waterproof component, avoids promoting the complexity of structure, has both realized the waterproof purpose to the speaker inside, can not increase the design of structure again and the complexity of installation, has reduced speaker device's design production cycle.
It should be noted that, in all embodiments of the present application, the sound outlet 101 may be a through hole on the upper shell 201 or a through hole on the lower shell 202, which needs to be located on a wall surface of the front sound cavity. Or the sound outlet hole 101 may be a slit where the upper case 201 and the lower case 202 are connected.
In the above two arrangements of the sound outlet 101, the former only uses the through hole to realize sound and water inlet and outlet, and the upper case 201 and the lower case 202 may have a gap or may have no gap during the rest and movement of the upper case 201 and the lower case 202. The latter requires the sound to be emitted and the water to be introduced and discharged through the slit, and thus the upper case 201 and the lower case 202 must have the slit during the mutual movement of the upper case 201 and the lower case 202.
The through holes and slits in the above-described two arrangements of the sound outlet holes 101 are collectively referred to as the sound outlet holes 101 in the following embodiments.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the upper case 201 may be moved relative to the lower case 202, that is, the upper case 201 may be moved toward the lower case 202 as a whole, or a part of the upper case 201 may be partially close to the lower case 202, that is, the upper case 201 may be deformed by being pressed, and a part of the upper case 201 may be formed to be close to the lower case 202, which may also reduce the volume of the front sound cavity 302.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the speaker is further connected to the upper case 201 or the lower case 202 through an elastic member, and the elastic force of the elastic member acting on the speaker is used to jack up the speaker to expand the volume of the front sound chamber 302.
Referring to fig. 3, the speaker is connected to the upper case 201 and the lower case 202 in a circumferential sealing manner, and is also connected to the upper case 201 or the lower case 202 through an elastic member, wherein the elastic member is used for enabling the upper case and the lower case to be relatively far away from each other without being affected by external force, so as to restore the volume of the front sound cavity 302.
Alternatively, the elastic member may be disposed between the speaker and the lower case 202, and in a compressed state when the external force is applied, so that the elastic member presses the speaker to jack up the upper case 201 and enlarge the front sound cavity 302 after the external force is removed. Or the elastic member may be further disposed between the speaker and the upper case 201, and in a state of being in a stretched state when an external force is applied, so that the elastic member pulls the speaker to lift up the upper case 201 and enlarge the front sound cavity 302 after the external force is removed.
In this embodiment, after the force of pressing the upper and lower shells to move relatively is removed by the elastic member, the upper and lower shells can be restored to the original positions, so as to ensure the normal use of the front sound cavity 302. On the other hand, the operation drainage effect of the upper and lower shells is poor due to single extrusion, and multiple extrusion is possibly needed, so that an operator can only provide extrusion force through the arrangement of the elastic piece, and the upper and lower shells can automatically recover after the extrusion force is removed, so that the operation of pulling the upper and lower shells apart is avoided.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, in a natural state, the speaker is inclined in the front sound chamber 302 by the elastic force of the elastic member, and the inclined surface faces to the gap between the upper case 201 and the lower case 202 or to the sound outlet 101 of the front sound chamber 302.
When the elastic members act on the upper case 201 and the lower case 202, the speaker can be held stationary in the upper and lower cases only by the pressing force of the upper and lower cases and the urging force of the elastic members. If the speaker still keeps the diaphragm 301 facing the upper case 201 or the lower case 202, it may result in that all of the water cannot be squeezed out when a pressing force is applied to the upper case 201. Therefore, the gap between the sound outlet 101 or the upper case 201 and the lower case 202 is located on one side of the upper case and the lower case, i.e., not in the middle of the upper case 201 and the lower case 202, and the diaphragm 301 side of the speaker acted by the elastic member is disposed toward the sound outlet 101, so that water can flow to the side close to the sound outlet 101, and in this state, the upper case and the lower case are pressed, so that water can flow out of the sound outlet 101 more quickly.
In this embodiment, the direction of the force of the elastic member is set, so that the water entering the front sound cavity can be controlled to approach the sound outlet 101, so that the water can be drained smoothly and quickly.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the speaker is connected to the upper case 201 by a first waterproof seal and to the lower case 202 by a second waterproof seal;
the elastic member includes:
a first elastic member applying a force against the first waterproof seal to the speaker and a second elastic member applying a force against the second waterproof seal to the speaker; both are disposed between the speaker and the lower case 202, and the elastic coefficient of the second elastic member is smaller than that of the first elastic member.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned first waterproof sealing member and the second waterproof sealing member are used to realize the sealing isolation between the front and rear sound chambers, and considering the relative movement between the upper and lower shells, the first waterproof sealing member may be fixedly connected to one of the speaker and the upper shell 201, and may be tightly pressed and slidably connected to the other, and the second waterproof sealing member may be fixedly connected to one of the speaker and the lower shell 202, and may be tightly pressed and slidably connected to the other. The first and second watertight seals may be shaped and configured according to the upper case 201, the lower case 202, and the speaker.
The above-mentioned compressing effect is achieved through the first elastic member and the second elastic member, please refer to fig. 3, wherein the first elastic member and the second elastic member are both disposed on the speaker, the first elastic member is applied at a position close to the first waterproof sealing member for compressing the speaker against the first waterproof sealing member, and the second elastic member is applied at a position close to the second waterproof sealing member for compressing the speaker against the second waterproof sealing member.
In actual setting, in order to realize that the speaker faces the sound outlet 101, the elastic force of the first elastic member is required to be larger than the force of the second elastic member, and therefore, the first elastic member is a large spring 401a, and the second elastic member is a small spring 401c, and in contrast, the elastic coefficient of the large spring 401a is larger than that of the small spring 401 c.
Alternatively, when other types of elastic members are selected, the speaker may be formed in the above position by the length of the elastic members or the like.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the first elastic member is located at a position far from the sound outlet 101, and the second elastic member is located at a position close to the sound outlet 101, that is, the second elastic member is located between the first elastic member and the sound outlet 10, and a third elastic member is further disposed between the first elastic member and the second elastic member, and two ends of the third elastic member in the elastic expansion direction are respectively connected to the speaker and the lower case 202.
Optionally, one side of the speaker far away from the sound outlet 101 is provided with at least two first elastic members, one side of the speaker near the sound outlet 101 is provided with at least two second elastic members, and the third elastic member is arranged in the middle of the speaker.
It should be noted that the third elastic member is used to balance the elastic effects of the two elastic members on the speaker. Correspondingly, the third elastic member may be selected as the middle spring 401b, and the elastic coefficient thereof may be larger than that of the small spring 401c and smaller than that of the large spring 401 a.
For the setting position of the elastic piece, since the loudspeaker generally has a certain width, on one side where the first elastic piece is arranged, the requirement of the first elastic piece in the transverse direction can be met by arranging two or more first elastic pieces, and two or more second elastic pieces can be also arranged to meet the requirement of the transverse direction. However, the third elastic member is located in the middle of the speaker, and its function is to balance the entire speaker, so that the number of the third elastic member is only one, but may be plural.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the first waterproof seal and the second waterproof seal are both waterproof foam having viscosity, the first waterproof seal adheres to one of the speaker and the upper case 201, and the second waterproof seal adheres to one of the speaker and the lower case 202.
In fig. 3, the first waterproof sealing member is a first waterproof foam 203a, and the second waterproof sealing member is a second waterproof foam 203b.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the upper case 201 and the lower case 202 are connected by the connection flexible glue 102.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the upper case 201 and the lower case 202 provided in the present application may be connected by a soft structure, and a distance between opposite movements of the two is ensured to be limited on the premise of ensuring a gap between the two.
On the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the speaker and/or the lower case 202 is provided with an elastic member positioning column, and an end of the elastic member is connected to the elastic member positioning column.
Referring to fig. 3, the first elastic member is disposed near the first waterproof foam 203b, and first spring fixing columns 402a are disposed on the speaker and the lower case 202 for fixing the first elastic member;
the second elastic piece is arranged near the second waterproof foam 203b, and a second spring fixing column 402b is arranged on the loudspeaker and the lower shell 202;
the third elastic member is disposed in the middle of the speaker, and third spring fixing posts 402c are provided on both the speaker and the lower case 202.
Optionally, a lead 303 of the speaker is arranged on the side of the speaker facing the lower shell, i.e. in the rear sound cavity, and functions to connect the speaker with the product circuit board for providing signals to the speaker.
In the use process of the speaker device provided by the application, after water enters the front sound cavity 302 through the sound outlet hole 101, a user can press the edge (close to the sound outlet hole 101 end) of the upper shell 201 (or the lower shell 202) of the product, the acting force of the upper shell 201 is applied to the first waterproof foam 203a, the speaker moves downwards at the left end in fig. 3 due to the acting force of the first waterproof foam 203a, and the big spring 401a, the middle spring 401b and the small spring 401c are stressed and compressed to the state of fig. 4, and meanwhile, the second waterproof foam 203b is compressed under a certain force. In the above process, the space between the upper shell 201 and the lower shell 202 is reduced, the space of the front sound cavity 302 is reduced, and water can be drained through the sound outlet 101; the state of fig. 4 is that the front volume 302 space is compressed to a minimum limit.
By releasing the upper case 201 and the lower case 202, the elastic forces of the large spring 401a, the middle spring 401b, and the small spring 401c act to jack up the speaker, and the state of fig. 4 is restored to the state of fig. 3. In order to ensure that the water in the front sound cavity 302 can be drained completely, the above operation can be repeated several times, thereby realizing the water draining function of the product and realizing the water-proof requirement of the product.
