The above nut type installation method is convenient, but when the method is used, the electronic device can only be installed on the installation screen with the corresponding specific opening, and the installation site often has the situation that the installation screen is already opened, if the installation screen is already opened and is not the specific installation hole corresponding to the electronic device, such as the installation screens 102, 103 and 104 corresponding to the three common standard opening sizes a, b and c from small to large as shown in fig. 4a-4c, the electronic device cannot be used, and if the electronic device needs to be used, the installation screen must be replaced, so that the installation cost is increased. The auxiliary mounting rack provided by the invention is characterized in that a mounting hole and a positioning hole are formed in the middle of the auxiliary mounting rack and are used for matching a mounting column and a positioning column arranged on the back of an electronic device; the front face of the device is provided with a plurality of groups of clamping columns corresponding to standard openings of different mounting screens, the positions of the clamping columns correspond to the corner positions of the openings, each clamping column is connected by two elastic arms, and two sides of each elastic arm are hollowed-out strip holes.

Fig. 6a to 6d show an electronic device mounting mechanism and a mounting process thereof according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device mounting mechanism of the present invention includes an auxiliary mounting bracket 1, mounting posts 2a and positioning posts 2b on an electronic device 2, and a nut type mounting bracket 3. The nut type mounting frame 3 is annular, an inner ring is arranged in the middle of the nut type mounting frame, an inner thread matched with the outer thread of the mounting column 2a is arranged on the inner ring, a plurality of high-low clamping teeth are arranged at the front end of the outer circumferential surface of the nut type mounting frame 3, and four raised handles are arranged on the rear end face of the nut type mounting frame 3.

Fig. 7a-7c are schematic diagrams showing the positioning of the auxiliary mounting frame 1 and three standard square opening mounting screens 102, 103 and 104, wherein three sets of clamping posts 1a, 1b and 1c of the auxiliary mounting frame 1 can be positioned on the mounting screens 102, 103 and 104 respectively.
As shown in fig. 8a-8c, when the electronic device 2 is mounted on the mounting screens 102, 103 and 104 by using the auxiliary mounting frame 1, only one group of clamping posts has a positioning function, as shown in fig. 8a, when the electronic device is mounted on the mounting screen 102, the other two groups of clamping posts 1b and 1c contact the back surface of the mounting screen 102, in the screwing process of the nut type mounting frame 3, the back surface of the mounting screen 102 and the two groups of clamping posts 1b and 1c generate interaction force, and the elastic arms 1d connected with the clamping posts 1b and 1c elastically deform and retract, so that the positioning depth and reliability of the clamping posts 1a are not affected. As shown in fig. 8b, the positioning function is that the clamping column 1b, as the principle is the same, the elastic arm 1d connected with the clamping column 1c is elastically deformed and retreated, so that the positioning depth and reliability of the clamping column 1b are not affected. As shown in fig. 8c, the positioning function is that the clamping columns 1c are used, and the positioning depth and reliability of the clamping columns 1c are not affected by the other two groups of clamping columns 1a and 1 b.
According to the auxiliary mounting frame disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, through the arrangement of the mounting holes, the positioning holes and the clamping posts, the electronic device can adapt to various mounting holes without reconfiguring a designated mounting screen, so that the mounting cost is saved, the electronic device is more adaptive, and the market competitiveness is improved.
