Further, the bridge membrane comprises a bridge silica gel piece, a first fixing sleeve piece and a second fixing sleeve piece which are arranged at two ends of the bridge silica gel piece, and a silica gel cone is arranged at the middle position of the bottom of the bridge silica gel piece.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-7, a liquid stopping piston pump device for a soap dispenser comprises a liquid storage bottle 1 and a liquid stopping piston pump device connected with the liquid storage bottle 1, wherein the liquid stopping piston pump device comprises a piston pump core 2, a piston 3 connected with the piston pump core 2 and a button 4; the piston pump core 2 is provided with a liquid inlet 5 and a liquid outlet cavity 6, the liquid inlet 5 and the liquid outlet cavity 6 are both communicated with a core inner cavity 7, and the liquid outlet cavity 6 is communicated with a liquid outlet 8; a bridge membrane 9 is arranged at the liquid inlet 5; an umbrella-shaped membrane 10 is arranged in the liquid outlet cavity 6; the inner cavity 7 of the movement is provided with a spring 11, one end of the spring 11 is connected with a piston pump pressing piece 12, the other end of the spring 11 is connected with the piston 3, and a sealing ring 13 and a sealing ring cover 14 are arranged at the joint of the piston 3 and the inner cavity 7 of the movement. The liquid inlet 5, the inner cavity 7 of the movement, the liquid outlet 6 and the liquid outlet 8 are communicated to form a telescopic closed channel; the piston 3, the sealing ring 13 and the piston pump core 2 form a closed cavity. When in actual installation, the cone top of the silica gel cone 9-4 of the bridge membrane 9 is arranged towards the liquid inlet 5 of the piston pump core 2, and the first fixing sleeve piece 9-2 and the second fixing sleeve piece 9-3 are sleeved on the cylinder of the piston pump core 2, so that the silica gel cone 9-4 plays a role in blocking the liquid inlet and the channel of the inner cavity of the core.
The bridge membrane 9 works in the practical application as follows: when the piston pump forms pulling force, the bridge membrane stretches towards the inner direction of the piston pump under the action of the pulling force, the silica gel cone is opened, and liquid enters the piston pump from the liquid inlet; when the piston pump forms pressure, the silica gel cone is pressed towards the direction of the liquid inlet to form a closed state, and the liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet of the umbrella-shaped membrane on the other side.
Specifically, the umbrella-shaped membrane 10 comprises an umbrella root 10-1 and umbrella leaves 10-2 connected with the umbrella root 10-1, when in actual installation, the top 10-3 of the umbrella-shaped membrane 10 is arranged towards the inner cavity 7 of the movement, and the tail 10-4 of the umbrella-shaped membrane 10 is arranged towards the liquid outlet 8; thus, the umbrella leaves of the umbrella-shaped membrane 10 and the liquid outlet cavity form a closed state, and the function of blocking the inner cavity of the movement and the passage of the liquid outlet cavity is achieved. In addition, the umbrella-shaped film 10 in this embodiment is made of a silicone sheet.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the spring is compressed and bounces towards the direction of the button, a pulling force is formed in the piston pump, the bridge membrane is opened towards the direction of the button under the action of the pulling force, the channels of the liquid inlet and the inner cavity of the machine core are opened, liquid in the liquid storage bottle enters the inner cavity of the machine core through the liquid inlet, and the umbrella-shaped membrane and the liquid outlet cavity are in a closed state;
when the spring is compressed by external force, pressure is formed in the piston pump, the bridge membrane is compressed towards the direction of the liquid inlet and compresses the liquid inlet, and the liquid inlet is plugged by the silica gel cone, so that the effect of sealing the liquid inlet and a channel of the inner cavity of the movement is achieved; the umbrella-shaped membrane is opened in the direction of the liquid outlet, and the liquid passes through the channels of the umbrella-shaped membrane and the liquid outlet cavity and is discharged from the liquid outlet.
When the spring is not acted by external force, the umbrella blade of the umbrella-shaped film and the inner wall of the liquid outlet cavity form a closed state, so that the liquid stopping and backflow preventing effects are achieved.
