and the outside of the other piston arranged in the cylinder barrel is sequentially and fixedly connected with a second insulating plate and an anode plate, and the piston can drive the second insulating plate and the anode plate on the outer side of the piston to synchronously move towards the outside of the cylinder barrel.

a first insulating plate and a negative electrode plate are sequentially arranged outside a piston arranged in the cylinder barrel, and the piston can drive the first insulating plate and the negative electrode plate on the outer side of the piston to synchronously move towards the outside of the cylinder barrel;
and a second insulating plate and an anode plate are sequentially arranged outside the other piston arranged in the cylinder barrel, and the piston can drive the second insulating plate and the anode plate on the outer side of the piston to synchronously move towards the outside of the cylinder barrel.
In the electroosmosis filter plate, the frame is of a square cavity structure, the sealing strips are arranged on the periphery of the frame, the sealing of the square cavity in the whole frame, the insulating plate and the electrode plate can be realized, the sealing is provided for a cavity between the filter plates, and the leakage of materials is prevented.
In the electroosmosis filter plate, the first insulating plate and the second insulating plate are respectively provided with a filtrate outflow vertical water channel for facilitating the outflow of the filtrate.
In the electroosmosis filter plate, a filtrate water outlet hole is formed in the lower side of the frame and connected with an external pipeline. Through setting up filtrating apopore, the concentrated emission of filtrating of being convenient for.
In the electroosmosis filter plate, a plurality of water outlet holes are uniformly distributed on the cathode plate and the anode plate. The water can be discharged from both sides of the cathode and anode electrode plates simultaneously.
In the electroosmosis filter plate, the first insulating plate, the cathode plate, the frame, the anode plate and the second insulating plate are arranged together in a penetrating way through holes arranged in the middle parts of all the parts.
In the electroosmosis filter plate, the number of the cylinder barrels is four, the cylinder barrels are uniformly distributed in the frame and are communicated with each other, and each cylinder barrel is correspondingly provided with two pistons from two sides. When the automatic discharging device is used, the oil inlet and the oil return port of the frame are connected with hydraulic oil, the two pistons in the cylinder barrel can synchronously move through hydraulic driving to drive the insulating plates on two sides and the cathode and anode electrode plates to synchronously move, the volume of a cavity in the frame is reduced, and after pressing is finished, the insulating plates and the electrode plates are pushed through the pistons, so that automatic discharging of a filter chamber is realized

The electroosmosis filter plate can be applied to sludge drying, the balance of electric fields of the cathode plate and the anode plate can be ensured, the reliability of the filter plate unit is improved, and filtrate is discharged in a tissue manner. In addition, the piston stroke in the cylinder barrel is controllable, so that automatic discharging of the filter chamber is realized conveniently.

The embodiment provides an electro-osmosis filter plate, the structure of which is shown in fig. 1, comprising:
the frame is a square cavity structure, an oil inlet and an oil return port are arranged on the frame, four cylinder barrels 2 are welded in the frame 1, the four cylinder barrels 2 are mutually communicated and are communicated with the oil inlet and the oil return port, and hydraulic oil entering from an oil inlet is discharged through the oil return port after passing through the four cylinder barrels 2;
a middle plate 10 is welded in each cylinder barrel 2, and two pistons (namely a first piston 2 and a second piston 7) are respectively arranged at two sides of the middle plate 10; the first insulating plate 3 and the cathode plate 4 are sequentially fixed to one side piston (i.e., the first piston 2), and the second insulating plate 8 and the anode plate 9 are sequentially fixed to the other side piston (i.e., the second piston 7). When the filter plate is used, at least two filter plates with the structure are combined together, the piston is pushed through hydraulic driving, the insulating plate and the electrode plate synchronously move outwards along with the piston, the cavity of the filter chamber is reduced, and sludge squeezing is realized.

the frame is respectively provided with an oil inlet and an oil return port which are communicated with the inside of the cylinder barrel;
the first insulating plate and the cathode electrode plate are fixedly connected outside a piston arranged in the cylinder barrel in sequence, and the piston can drive the first insulating plate and the cathode electrode plate on the outer side of the piston to synchronously move towards the outside of the cylinder barrel;
the outside of the other piston arranged in the cylinder barrel is sequentially and fixedly connected with a second insulating plate and an anode plate, and the piston can drive the second insulating plate and the anode plate on the outer side of the piston to synchronously move towards the outside of the cylinder barrel;
and filtrate outflow vertical water channels are arranged on the first insulating plate and the second insulating plate.
2. The electro-osmosis filter plate of claim 1, wherein the frame is a square cavity structure, and a sealing strip is arranged on the periphery of the frame.
3. The electro-osmotic filter plate of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first and second insulating plates each have a vertical filtrate outflow channel.
4. The electro-osmosis filter plate of claim 1 or 2, wherein the frame is provided at a lower side thereof with filtrate outlet holes, and the filtrate outlet holes are connected to an external pipe.
5. The electro-osmosis filter plate of claim 1 or 2, wherein a plurality of water outlet holes are uniformly distributed on the cathode plate and the anode plate.
6. The electro-osmotic filter plate of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first insulating plate, the cathode plate, the frame, the anode plate and the second insulating plate are inserted through holes provided at intermediate portions of the respective members.
7. The electro-osmosis filter plate of claim 1 or 2, wherein the number of the cylinder barrels is four, the four cylinder barrels are uniformly distributed in the frame and are communicated with each other, and each cylinder barrel is correspondingly provided with two pistons from two sides.
