and receiving the response message sent by the manufacturing execution system, and judging whether the gold machine to be verified is used for executing the calibration process according to the response message.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the response message is standard configuration information, the standard configuration information at least comprises an applicable calibration procedure of a standard golden machine, and the standard golden machine is a golden machine which is saved in a manufacturing system and corresponds to the identification information;
