step three, drying for the second time: drying the second product for the second time until the water content is reduced by 20% to obtain a third product;
step four, third drying: drying the third product for the third time until the water content is reduced by 10%, and standing to room temperature after the third drying to obtain a fourth product;
step five, tabletting: crushing the fourth product into particles with the particle size of 25-35 meshes, and tabletting to obtain a fifth product, wherein the width of the fifth product is 15-50 mm;
step six, fourth drying: and (3) drying the fifth product for the fifth time to obtain a product, wherein the water content of the product is 7-20%.
Preferably, the sectional drying method further comprises: the flavoring step is carried out between the fourth step and the fifth step;

Removing stems of fresh tea leaves to obtain a first product 1; drying the first product 1 at 60 ℃ for 30min until the water content is reduced by 30%, thus obtaining a second product 1; drying the second product 1 at 85 ℃ for 70min until the water content is reduced by 20%, thus obtaining a third product 1; drying the third product 1 at 100deg.C for 80min, standing to room temperature after the water content is reduced by 10%, and spraying folium Camelliae sinensis extract 1 on the surface of the standing product to obtain a fourth product 1; crushing the fourth product 1 into particles with the particle size of 25-35 meshes, and tabletting to obtain a fifth product 1 with the diameter of 15-50 mm; and drying the fifth product 1 at 110 ℃ for 120min to obtain the product 1 with the water content of 5-15%.
In the embodiment, the spraying amount of the tea extract 1 is 4ml/Kg of standing product; the preparation method of the tea extract 1 comprises the following steps: crushing tea leaves to 25-35 meshes, dissolving the crushed tea leaves in water, and concentrating the crushed tea leaves for 60 minutes at 120 ℃ to obtain tea extract 1.
Example 2
This example is a specific example of the preparation of product 2.
Removing stems of fresh tea leaves to obtain a first product 2; drying the first product 2 at 65 ℃ for 60min until the water content is reduced by 30%, thus obtaining a second product 2; drying the second product 2 at 90 ℃ for 40min until the water content is reduced by 20%, thus obtaining a third product 2; drying the third product 2 at 80 ℃ for 50min, standing to room temperature after the water content is reduced by 10%, and spraying tea extract 2 on the surface of the standing product to obtain a fourth product 2; crushing the fourth product 2 into particles with the particle size of 25-35 meshes, and tabletting to obtain a fifth product 2 with the diameter of 15-50 mm; and drying the fifth product 2 at 120 ℃ for 60min to obtain the product 2 with the water content of 5-15%.
In the embodiment, the spraying amount of the tea extract 2 is 3ml/Kg of standing product; the preparation method of the tea extract 2 comprises the following steps: crushing tea leaves to 25-35 meshes, dissolving the crushed tea leaves in water, and concentrating the crushed tea leaves for 120min at the temperature of 90 ℃ to obtain tea extract 2.
Example 3
This example is a specific example of the preparation of product 3.
Removing stems of fresh tea leaves to obtain a first product 3; drying the first product 3 at 80 ℃ for 35min until the water content is reduced by 30%, thus obtaining a second product 3; drying the second product 3 at 70 ℃ for 50min until the water content is reduced by 20%, thus obtaining a third product 3; drying the third product 3 at 85 ℃ for 70min, standing to room temperature after the water content is reduced by 10%, and spraying tea extract 3 on the surface of the standing product to obtain a fourth product 3; crushing the fourth product 3 into particles with the particle size of 25-35 meshes, and tabletting to obtain a fifth product 3 with the diameter of 15-50 mm; and drying the fifth product 3 at 90 ℃ for 90min to obtain the product 3 with the water content of 5-15%.
In the embodiment, the spraying amount of the tea extract 3 is 5ml/Kg of standing product; the preparation method of the tea extract 3 comprises the following steps: crushing tea leaves to 25-35 meshes, dissolving the crushed tea leaves in water, and concentrating the crushed tea leaves for 100min at the temperature of 110 ℃ to obtain tea extract 3.
Example 4
This example is a specific example of determining the suction scores of the products 1 to 3 produced in examples 1 to 3.
The product 1-3 is made into tea cigarette bullet product 1-3 by the conventional cigarette bullet rolling method, each product is evaluated and absorbed by 3 evaluation staff, the four dimensions of taste, smoke content, aroma and comprehensive score are scored, the score is 1-5, the score is 5 is the highest score, and the average score of each product to be measured is counted; in this embodiment, the reference 1 is a traditional cigarette bullet, and the reference 2 is a tobacco shred of a commercial tea cigarette to make an electronic cigarette bullet.
In the process of evaluating the suction of the evaluator, blind measurement is carried out, namely the evaluator does not know the specific sample name measured by the evaluator, in the process of evaluating the suction of the evaluator, three samples to be tested are sucked for scoring, the average score of each sample to be tested is calculated, and the obtained result is shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, compared with the traditional cartridges, the product prepared by the technical scheme provided by the invention has the comprehensive score superior to that of the traditional cartridges, and the taste and aroma of the product are basically the same as those of the traditional cartridges; compared with the commercial tea cigarette, the comprehensive score, the taste and the aroma of the tea cigarette are superior to those of the commercial tea cigarette, and the smoke content is greatly improved.
Example 5
This example is a specific example for measuring the refreshing effect of the products 1 to 3 produced in examples 1 to 3; in this embodiment, the selected reference 1 is a certain commercial cigarette bullet, and the reference 2 is tobacco shred of a certain commercial tea cigarette to make into an electronic cigarette bullet.
A total of 30 mice with the weight of 250+/-10 g are selected, and the mice are divided into 5 groups randomly, wherein 3 female mice and 3 male mice are respectively arranged in each group.
After the mice are kept for 48 hours and can not rest by using a micro-current stimulation mode, the samples to be tested are respectively combusted in independent spaces of the activities of each group of mice (the samples to be tested are subjected to suction combustion by adopting the electronic cigarettes with the same specification), the stimulation is stopped, the movement condition of the mice is observed, and the obtained results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the product prepared by the technical scheme provided by the invention has slightly better refreshing effect than the cigarette bullet sold in the market and obviously better refreshing effect than the cigarette bullet prepared by the tea cigarette sold in the market.
According to the technical scheme, the preparation method of the tea filaments and the application of the tea filaments in preparing tea cartridges provided by the embodiment of the invention have the following advantages:
1. through the pretreatment step of stem removal, only leaves in the tea leaves are reserved, tea stem parts with high lignin and cellulose content are removed, the smoke in the sucking process is effectively reduced, and the sucking taste is improved; further measurement shows that the cellulose and lignin content in the prepared product is obviously reduced;
2. unlike the traditional tea product preparation method by experience, the method has strict process standard in the whole processing process in a data quantitative control mode, reduces the dependence on experience and improves the stability of the product;
3. the tea processing product prepared by the invention can effectively play a role in refreshing and has good refreshing effect;
4. the tea processing product prepared by the invention not only can suck and refresh as a substitute of the traditional electronic cigarette bullet, but also can be brewed and drunk like the traditional tea;
5. according to the invention, the prepared product is prepared into a bullet-shaped tea processed product according to a traditional electronic cigarette bullet rolling method, and can be used as a refreshing product in a smoking cessation stage;
6. in the invention, the product quality can be effectively improved by removing the stems, the good tabletting effect can be effectively ensured, and the tabletting instrument is prevented from being damaged due to the too high content of part of the cellulose in the stems, so that the tabletting effect is prevented from being influenced; meanwhile, substances with too high content of partial cellulose are prevented from puncturing the cigarette paper in the process of rolling finished products, and the defective rate is effectively reduced.

The preparation method of the tea shreds and the application of the tea shreds in preparing tea tobacco cartridges provided by the invention solve the technical defects of large smoke, poor smoking and refreshing effects and poor smoking experience of the commercial tea cigarettes in the prior art.
