The upper end of the clamping position 11 is provided with an elastic pressing block 112 which is symmetrically arranged along the vertical center line of the clamping position 11. The elastic pressing block 112 is slidably connected with an elastic seat 113 provided on the mounting plate 10. A spring 114 is disposed between the elastic pressing block 112 and the elastic seat 113 to press the elastic pressing block 112 toward the inner side of the clamping position 11. As shown in fig. 12, the mechanism further includes a first feeding block 13 provided at the upper end of the mounting plate 10. The first loading block 13 is provided with a first cavity 131 for placing the second workpiece Q2Q 3. A first slider 132 is slidingly connected to one side of the first cavity 131, and the first slider 132 is in transmission connection with a first fixed power member 133. During working, after the coil is dispensed under the action of the dispensing component, the coil is mounted in the concave cavity, and then the heating piece 114 heats the coil to accelerate the solidification of the coil in the concave cavity; after the cover is glued, it will then be mounted outside the cavity and set up by the heating element 114.
The clamping assembly is arranged on the periphery of the clamping position, so that the first workpiece Q1 is fixed on the clamping position, and the second workpiece Q2Q3 and the third workpiece Q3 are conveniently installed in the concave cavity of the first workpiece Q1. The mechanism accurately positions the first workpiece Q1, the second workpiece Q2Q3 or the third workpiece Q3, and is convenient for grabbing the second workpiece Q2Q3 or the third workpiece Q3 and installing the second workpiece Q2Q3 or the third workpiece Q3 to the first workpiece Q1. The invention is doubly fixed, so that the first workpiece Q1 is positioned more accurately.
In the rotary dispensing method, a rotary mechanism 70 drives a clamping mechanism 40 fixed on the rotary mechanism to rotate, when the rotary mechanism rotates to a first station g1, a first workpiece Q1 is mounted on a clamping position 11, a second workpiece Q2 is mounted on a first feeding block 13, and a third workpiece Q3 is mounted on a second feeding block 14; the rotating mechanism 70 drives the clamping mechanism 40 to rotate by a set angle so as to enable the clamping mechanism 40 to rotate to the second station g2; the dispensing mechanism 80 arranged at the second station g2 dispenses glue to a concave cavity arranged on the first workpiece Q1; after dispensing, the clamping mechanism 40 rotates to a third station g3, and the material sucking component 93 sucks the second workpiece Q2 from the first feeding block 13 of the clamping mechanism 40; the first positioning component 91 is used for positioning the second workpiece Q2, the second positioning component 92 is used for positioning the concave cavity of the first workpiece Q1, and the control center is used for calculating a moving path according to the position relation of the first positioning component 91 and the second positioning component 92 and converting the moving path into a signal so as to adjust the first grabbing power piece 931, the second grabbing power piece 932, the third grabbing power piece 933 and the angle power piece 934 which are electrically connected with the control center, so that the second workpiece Q2 is mounted to the concave cavity of the first workpiece Q1; the clamping mechanism 40 continues to rotate to a fourth working position g4, the grabbing head grabs the third workpiece Q3 from the clamping mechanism 40 under the action of the adjusting component and the rotating component, and the gluing mechanism glues the periphery of the third workpiece Q3; the third CCD lens and the third laser distance meter respectively position and measure the distance of the third workpiece Q3 and the first workpiece Q1, and transmit measurement information to the control center so that the control center adjusts the relative positions of the adjusting component and the rotating component, and further adjusts the position of the third workpiece Q3, so that the third workpiece Q3 is conveniently mounted to a concave cavity of the first workpiece Q1; the third workpiece Q3 is maintained in the concave cavity for 50-100 s, and the heating element of the clamping mechanism 40 heats the concave cavity to 30-60 degrees; after the third workpiece Q3 is fixed in the cavity, the clamping mechanism 40 continues to rotate to the first station g1, and the first workpiece Q1 is unloaded.
The rotating mechanism 70 can be provided with a plurality of clamping mechanisms 40, and the clamping mechanisms 40 work simultaneously, so that the working efficiency of the whole equipment is improved.
In summary, according to the invention, the clamping mechanism is mounted on the rotating mechanism, and is driven by the rotating mechanism to respectively rotate to the first station, the second station, the third station and the fourth station, and the mechanisms of the working steps are respectively arranged on the stations, so that the mechanisms work separately to enable the second workpiece and the third workpiece to be mounted in the concave cavity of the first workpiece, and the second workpiece and the third workpiece are discharged at the first station.
