Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to equipment for medical examination and a using method thereof, in particular to a cup for collecting a semen sample and a semen collecting method.
Background
In modern society, tube babies are gradually accepted and welcomed by people as a common treatment means for infertility, and more sterile couples realize the dream of self-born and female-nurturing through the tube babies, in a reproductive medical test, semen of a male is often used as a test object or sperm and ovum are fertilized to form an embryo, so that a container for collecting semen is required to be used, but no special container for collecting the semen exists in the prior art, a common laboratory cup with a cup cover is usually used for collecting the semen, and the following problems exist in the process of collecting the semen by using the common laboratory cup:
1. because the diameter of the common experiment cup is larger, the amount of the collected semen is small, and a part of the semen is stuck to the wall of the cup to cause waste;
2. the ordinary laboratory cup is provided with simple scales. However, because the inner diameter of the cup is large and the amount of the semen contained is small, the amount of the semen cannot be accurately calculated by means of the scales on the cup;
3. the semen generally contains some particles, and because the front duct of the suction tube is generally thin, when the particles in the semen are sucked, the particles can be blocked, which brings great inconvenience to the experimenter.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a semen collecting cup which can fully collect semen and has accurate scales, and the collecting cup also solves the problem of blockage caused by the semen with particles.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is that the semen collection cup is designed and manufactured, and comprises the following components: the cup comprises a transparent cup body and a cup cover for sealing an opening of the cup body; the cup also comprises a transparent built-in cup which is placed in the cup body, the built-in cup is provided with a larger opening part and a smaller funnel-shaped bottom part, and scales are marked on the transparent funnel-shaped built-in cup. Therefore, the collected semen is concentrated at the funnel-shaped bottom with a smaller caliber, waste is avoided, the scales of each grid can be more accurately made, and the semen collector can be convenient for operators to extract samples.
In order to avoid the problems of blockage of a suction pipe and blockage of sperm recovery during semen washing caused by sucking particles and unliquefied mucus, the built-in cup is provided with a bypass pipe, the upper end opening of the bypass pipe is communicated with the opening part, the lower end opening of the bypass pipe is communicated with the funnel-shaped bottom, and a filter screen is arranged at the inlet of the upper end opening of the bypass pipe. When the particles and the unliquefied mucus are sucked in the process of sucking the sample, the particles and the unliquefied mucus are extruded to the filter screen of the bypass pipe, and the semen without the particles and the unliquefied mucus can be collected at the funnel-shaped bottom in a reciprocating way, so that the sample can be conveniently extracted by an operator.
The top edge of the opening part of the built-in cup is tightly matched with the inner wall of the cup body, so that the built-in cup is prevented from falling out easily.
The funnel-shaped bottom of the built-in cup is 20 mm to 30 mm high, and the inner diameter is 12 mm to 20 mm.
The cup is characterized in that a circle of groove is formed in the inner wall of the upper portion of the cup body, a circle of flange is arranged towards the outside in a protruding mode at the top of the opening portion of the built-in cup, and the flange is just matched with the groove.
The technical solution adopted by the present invention to solve the above technical problems also includes a method for using the semen collection cup, the semen collection cup includes: the cup comprises a transparent cup body, a cup cover for sealing an opening of the cup body and a transparent built-in cup which is placed in the cup body and is graduated, wherein the built-in cup is provided with a larger opening part and a smaller funnel-shaped bottom; the built-in cup is provided with a bypass pipe, the upper end opening of the bypass pipe is communicated with the opening part, the lower end opening of the bypass pipe is communicated with the funnel-shaped bottom part, and a filter screen is arranged at the inlet of the upper end opening of the bypass pipe; the use method of the semen collection cup comprises the following steps:
i. semen is collected into the built-in cup, all the collected semen is gathered at the funnel-shaped bottom of the built-in cup, and the amount of the semen is read through the scales of the transparent built-in cup;
ii. Sucking semen, mixed particles and unliquefied mucus by using a suction pipe, extruding the semen, the mixed particles and the unliquefied mucus in the suction pipe to an opening at the upper end of the bypass pipe, wherein the semen flows back to the funnel-shaped bottom of the built-in cup through the bypass pipe, and the particles and the unliquefied mucus are retained on the upper surface of the filter screen;
iii, repeating the step ii several times until the semen collected at the bottom of the funnel shape does not contain particles and unliquefied mucus, thus obtaining the semen for testing.
Another use method of the semen collection cup comprises the following steps:
i. semen is collected into the built-in cup, all the collected semen is gathered at the funnel-shaped bottom of the built-in cup, and the amount of the semen is read through the scales of the transparent built-in cup;
ii. Sucking the semen retained at the funnel-shaped bottom by using a suction pipe, directly using the suction pipe for an experiment if the semen in the suction pipe does not contain particles and non-liquefied mucus substances, extruding the semen in the suction pipe, mixed particles and non-liquefied mucus substances to an opening at the upper end of a bypass pipe if the semen in the suction pipe contains the particles and the non-liquefied mucus substances, allowing the semen to flow back to the funnel-shaped bottom of the built-in cup through the bypass pipe, and retaining the particles and the non-liquefied mucus substances on the upper surface of the filter screen;
iii, repeating the step ii until the experiment is finished.
Compared with the prior art, the semen collecting cup is provided with the built-in cup with a smaller bottom caliber, so that waste caused by the fact that semen is stuck to the wall of the cup is reduced, the diameter of the bottom of the built-in cup is smaller, and the amount of the semen read through scales on the built-in cup is more accurate; the arrangement of the bypass pipe and the filter screen thereof can conveniently remove particles and unliquefied mucus in the semen, and is also greatly convenient for operators. The collection method of the invention can be used for quickly and conveniently collecting the required test semen without particles and unliquefied mucus.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description is to be read with reference to the best mode embodiment as shown in the drawings.
As shown in figures 1 and 2, the semen collection cup of the present invention comprises: the cup comprises a transparent cup body 1 with a cylindrical outer layer, a cup cover 2 for sealing an opening of the cup body 1, and a transparent built-in cup 3 placed in the cup body 1. Wherein,
the built-in cup 3 is in a funnel shape with a large upper part and a small lower part, scales are marked on the built-in cup 3, the upper part of the built-in cup is an opening part 31 with a large caliber, as shown in figure 3, the top of the opening part 31 is convexly provided with a circle of flanges 35 outwards and is just matched with a circle of grooves 11 arranged on the inner wall of the upper part of the cup body 1, so that the cup body 1 and the built-in cup 3 are tightly matched at the position. The lower part of the opening part 31 is gradually narrowed to be connected with a funnel-shaped bottom part 32 with a smaller caliber at the lower part, the height of the funnel shape is 20 mm to 30 mm, the inner diameter is 12 mm to 20 mm, the capacity can meet the requirement of the test, and the semen can be concentrated as much as possible for convenient use.
In order to remove the particles in the semen, as shown in fig. 1, a bypass tube 33 is further disposed at one side of the built-in cup 3, an upper end opening of the bypass tube 33 is communicated with the opening portion 31, a lower end opening thereof is communicated with the funnel-shaped bottom portion 32, and a filter screen 34 capable of filtering the particles is disposed at an inlet of the upper end opening of the bypass tube 33.
The use of the semen collection cup of the present invention is described as follows:
i. semen is collected into the built-in cup 3, all the collected semen is gathered at the funnel-shaped bottom 32 of the built-in cup 3, and the amount of the semen is read through the scale of the funnel-shaped built-in cup 3;
ii. Sucking semen, mixed particles and non-liquefied mucus materials by using a suction pipe, extruding the semen, the mixed particles and the non-liquefied mucus materials in the suction pipe to an opening at the upper end of the bypass pipe 33 together, allowing the semen to flow back to the funnel-shaped bottom of the built-in cup through the bypass pipe 33, and allowing the particles and the non-liquefied mucus materials to be retained on the upper surface of the filter screen 34;
iii, repeating the step ii several times until the semen collected in the funnel-shaped bottom 32 is free of particles and unliquefied mucus, thus obtaining the semen for testing.
Another use of the semen collection cup of the present invention is described below:
i. semen is collected into the built-in cup 3, all the collected semen is gathered at the funnel-shaped bottom of the built-in cup 3, and the amount of the semen is read through the scales of the transparent built-in cup 3;
ii. Sucking the semen retained at the funnel-shaped bottom 32 by using a suction pipe, directly using the semen in the suction pipe for experiment if the semen in the suction pipe does not contain particles and unliquefied mucus, extruding the semen in the suction pipe together with mixed particles and unliquefied mucus to an opening at the upper end of the bypass pipe 33 if the semen in the suction pipe contains particles and unliquefied mucus, allowing the semen to flow back to the funnel-shaped bottom of the built-in cup through the bypass pipe 33, and retaining the particles and the unliquefied mucus on the upper surface of the filter screen 34;
iii, repeating the step ii until the experiment is finished.
Claims (5)
1. A semen collection cup comprising: a transparent cup body (1) and a cup cover (2) for sealing the opening of the cup body (1); the method is characterized in that: the cup also comprises a graduated transparent built-in cup (3) placed in the cup body (1), wherein the built-in cup (3) is provided with a larger opening part (31) and a smaller funnel-shaped bottom part (32); the built-in cup (3) is provided with a bypass pipe (33), the upper end opening of the bypass pipe (33) is communicated with the opening part (31), the lower end opening of the bypass pipe is communicated with the funnel-shaped bottom part (32), and a filter screen (34) is arranged at the inlet of the upper end opening of the bypass pipe (33).
2. The semen collection cup of claim 1, wherein: the funnel-shaped bottom (32) of the built-in cup (3) is 20 mm to 30 mm high, and the inner diameter is 12 mm to 20 mm.

The semen collection cup according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the cup is characterized in that a circle of groove (11) is formed in the inner wall of the upper portion of the cup body (1), a circle of flange (35) is arranged on the top of the opening portion (31) of the built-in cup (3) in a protruding mode, and the flange (35) is just matched with the groove (11).

A method of using a semen collection cup, the semen collection cup comprising: the cup comprises a transparent cup body (1), a cup cover (2) for closing an opening of the cup body (1) and a graduated transparent built-in cup (3) placed in the cup body (1), wherein the built-in cup (3) is provided with a larger opening part (31) and a smaller funnel-shaped bottom part (32), the built-in cup (3) is provided with a bypass pipe (33), an upper end opening of the bypass pipe (33) is communicated with the opening part (31), a lower end opening of the bypass pipe is communicated with the funnel-shaped bottom part (32), and a filter screen (34) is arranged at an inlet of the upper end opening of the bypass pipe (33); the use method of the semen collection cup comprises the following steps:
i. semen is collected into the built-in cup (3), all the collected semen is gathered at the funnel-shaped bottom (32) of the built-in cup (3), and the amount of the semen is read through the scale of the transparent built-in cup (3);
ii. Sucking semen, mixed particles and non-liquefied mucus materials by using a suction pipe, extruding the semen, the mixed particles and the non-liquefied mucus materials in the suction pipe to an opening at the upper end of a bypass pipe (33), wherein the semen flows back to a funnel-shaped bottom (32) of the built-in cup (3) through the bypass pipe (33), and the particles and the non-liquefied mucus materials are retained on the upper surface of a filter screen (34);
iii, repeating the above step ii several times until the semen collected in said funnel-shaped bottom (32) is free of particles, thereby obtaining a test semen.
5. A method of using a semen collection cup, the semen collection cup comprising: the cup comprises a transparent cup body (1), a cup cover (2) for closing an opening of the cup body (1) and a graduated transparent built-in cup (3) placed in the cup body (1), wherein the built-in cup (3) is provided with a larger opening part (31) and a smaller funnel-shaped bottom part (32); the built-in cup (3) is provided with a bypass pipe (33), the upper end opening of the bypass pipe (33) is communicated with the opening part (31), the lower end opening of the bypass pipe is communicated with the funnel-shaped bottom part (32), and a filter screen (34) is arranged at the inlet of the upper end opening of the bypass pipe (33); the use method of the semen collection cup comprises the following steps:
i. semen is collected into the built-in cup (3), all the collected semen is gathered at the funnel-shaped bottom (32) of the built-in cup (3), and the amount of the semen is read through the scale of the transparent built-in cup (3);
ii. Sucking the semen retained at the funnel-shaped bottom (32) by using a suction pipe, if the semen in the suction pipe does not contain particles and unliquefied mucus, directly using the semen in the suction pipe for experiment, if the semen in the suction pipe contains the particles and the unliquefied mucus, extruding the semen in the suction pipe, mixed particles and the unliquefied mucus together to an opening at the upper end of a bypass pipe (33), enabling the semen to flow back to the funnel-shaped bottom (32) of the built-in cup (3) through the bypass pipe (33), and enabling the particles and the unliquefied mucus to be retained on the upper surface of a filter screen (34);
iii, repeating the step ii until the experiment is finished.
