技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于向生物体投给药剂离子的棒式离子电渗疗装置。
背景技术
上述那样的离子电渗疗装置是向皮肤或粘膜渗透药液的装置,以往,即使是面积小的情况,也仍然以20cm左右这样面积比较大的皮肤或粘膜作为对象。
另一方面,例如,在口内炎症治疗、口腔内的局部麻醉、牙科治疗的局部麻醉等的口腔内的治疗/处置、黑素瘤(melanoma)、皮肤癌等外皮部的治疗中,有时通过向作为生物体一部分(精确部位)的患部直接注射药剂,来增加治疗效果。
这时,与注射相比,通过离子电渗疗法来渗透药剂的方法是非侵袭性的方法,所以比注射更为优选。
此外,在进行PDT(PhotodynamicTherapy:光动力疗法)时,在投给了光敏反应(″photosensitization reaction)物质后,进行光照射,从而期待抗癌作用,但是因为光敏剂在体内循环,所以患者必须不能被太阳照射到,此外,有时循环到患部以外的部位而引起副作用。因此,在光动力疗法中,优选只对患部投给光敏剂。
发明内容
本发明的课题在于,提供一种离子电渗疗装置,例如在口腔内的局部麻醉、黑素瘤治疗等情况下,使医生能够从外部观察确认而向生物体的一部分渗透药液时使用。
通过以下的各实施例能够解决上述课题。
(1)一种棒式离子电渗疗装置,具有:作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体,用于利用离子电渗疗法投给离子型药剂,直流电源,以不同极性与所述作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体相连接;该棒式离子电渗疗装置的特征在于,具有:棒状构件,用于支撑上述作用侧电极结构体及上述非作用侧电极结构体,棒状保持部,可自由装卸地支撑该棒状构件;上述作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体设置在上述棒状构件的前端,而且在它们相互之间设置有一定距离的间隙。
(2)如(1)所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,上述离子型药剂是通过吸收光来发挥作用的光敏反应物质,上述保持部具有从上述作用侧电极结构体的前端附近进行光照射的照射光学系统。
(3)如(2)所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,上述保持部具有:光源,由发光二极管或者激光二极管构成,上述发光二极管或者上述激光二极管发射具有使上述光敏反应物质感应的波长的光;照射用光纤,将从该光源射出的光导向上述棒状构件或者其附近。
(4)如(1)至(3)中任意一项所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,在上述保持部内收容有连接至上述直流电源的布线,而且,该棒式离子电渗疗装置具有经由该布线与直流电源的不同极性相连接的电源侧作用电极端子及电源侧非作用电极端子,在上述棒状构件在向上述保持部的拆卸侧基端具有作用侧电极端子及非作用侧电极端子,该作用侧电极端子及非作用侧电极端子在装卸时与上述电源侧作用电极端子及电源侧非作用电极端子接触或分离,所述作用侧电极端子及非作用侧电极端子与上述作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体的作用侧电极及非作用侧电极相连接。
(5)如(4)所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,在上述保持部设置有控制装置,该控制装置设置在上述电源侧作用电极端子及电源侧非作用电极端子和上述直流电源之间的电源电路上,用于在通电时的电流值和作为投给时间的通电时间中至少调节电流值。
(6)如(1)至(5)中任意一项所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,上述作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体配置成各自的中心轴线相互平行。
(7)如(1)至(5)中意一项所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,上述作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体配置成各自的中心轴线向前端方向扩散。
(8)如(1)至(5)中的任意一项所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,上述作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体被配置成各自的中心轴线在前端方向上交叉。
(9)如(1)至(8)中的任意一项所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,上述作用侧电极结构体具有:作用侧电极,连接至上述直流电源的极性与上述离子型药剂的带电离子相同的一极上,电解液保持部,设置在该作用侧电极的前表面,用于保持电解液,第二离子交换膜,设置在该电解液保持部的前表面,用于选择极性与上述离子型药剂的带电离子相反的离子,药液保持部,设置在该第二离子交换膜的前表面,用于保持上述离子型药剂,第一离子交换膜,设置在所述药液保持部的前表面,用于选择极性与上述离子型药剂的带电离子相同的离子;上述非作用侧电极结构体具有:非作用侧电极,连接至上述直流电源的极性与上述离子型药剂的带电离子相反的一极上,第二电解液保持部,设置在该非作用侧电极的前表面,用于保持第二电解液,第三离子交换膜,设置在该第二电解液保持部的前表面,用于选择极性与上述离子型药剂的带电离子相同的离子,第三电解液保持部,设置在该第三离子交换膜的前表面,用于保持第三电解液,第四离子交换膜,设置在该第三电解液保持部的前表面,用于选择极性与上述离子型药剂的带电离子相反的离子。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对用于实施本发明的最佳实施方式进行说明。
如图1、图2所示,该最佳实施方式的棒式离子电渗疗装置10具有:用于投给离子型药剂的作用侧电极结构体12以及非作用侧电极结构体14,与上述电极结构体一体且支持上述电极结构体的棒状构件16,和以不同极性与上述作用侧电极结构体12以及非作用侧电极结构体14相连接的直流电源18。
上述作用侧电极结构体12以及非作用侧电极结构体14被安装在棒状构件16的前端,该棒状构件16被可自由装卸地支撑在棒状的保持部20的前端,由此,作用侧电极结构体12、非作用侧电极结构体14和棒状构件16能够作为一个整体来进行更换。上述保持部20上与棒状构件16相反的一侧的基端部是握持部21,其直径较粗,能够由人手握持。
上述保持部20具有照射光学系统26,其中所述照射光学系统26包括:位于其内部的、由发光二极管(LED)或者激光二极管构成的照射光源22,以及将从该照射光源22射出的光导向上述棒状构件16附近的照射用光纤24。如图2所示,上述照射用光纤24的前端被设置为与棒状构件16相邻,从该前端射出照射光,从而对在作用侧电极结构体12能够接触的位置生物体的患部等进行照射。
上述作用侧电极结构体12以及非作用侧电极结构体14,经由电源电路28与上述直流电源18的不同极性相连接。此外,照射光源22也经由开关23与直流电源18相连接。
在上述棒状构件16的保持部20一侧的端部,设置有与作用侧电极结构体12连接的作用侧电极端子32,和与非作用侧电极结构体14连接的非作用侧电极端子34。
当将棒状构件16安装至保持部20时,所述作用侧电极端子32和非作用侧电极端子34分别与该保持部20侧的电源侧作用侧电极端子33和电源侧非作用侧电极端子35相连接。
上述电源侧作用侧电极端子33和电源侧非作用侧电极端子35经由上述电源电路28与设置在更外部的上述直流电源30相连接。
上述棒状构件16是直径比上述保持部20的前端小的圆柱形构件,通过向保持部20的前端的内螺纹部20A拧入外螺纹部16A来进行安装,且可以通过向相反方向旋转来卸下上述棒状构件16。
如图3放大表示,作用侧电极结构体12和非作用侧电极结构体14被配置为各自的中心轴线相互平行。此外,上述作用侧电极结构体12由作用侧电极36、电解液保持部38、第二离子交换膜40、药液保持部42、第一离子交换膜44而从棒状构件16一侧开始以上述顺序层叠而构成,形成为直径为2~6mm左右的圆板形状。
上述作用侧电极36可以由涂在基片13的一个面上的导电涂料构成,其中所述导电涂料由例如碳糊等非金属导电填充料混合而成。该作用侧电极36也可由铜板或金属薄膜来构成,但由于考虑到所溶出的金属在药剂投给时会向生物体移动,所以最好使用非金属。
上述电解液保持部38,例如由涂敷在上述作用电极36上的电解质涂料构成。该电解质涂料是含有电解质的涂料,使用下述电解质效果尤佳,即,比水的电解反应(在正极发生氧化以及在负极发生还原)更容易被氧化或还原的电解质,例如,抗坏血酸(维生素C)或者抗坏血酸钠等药剂、乳酸、草酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、富马酸等有机酸以及/或者这些酸的盐类,由此,能够抑制氧气或氢气的产生,此外,混合在溶解于溶剂时成为缓冲电解液的组合的多种电解质,从而能够抑制通电pH的变化。
为了提高涂料的涂敷性和成膜性,上述电解质涂料混合了聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙二醇等亲水性高分子,此外,为了调节电解质涂料的粘度,混合适量的水、乙醇、丙醇等溶剂。并且,也可以适当地添加增粘剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、颜料、香料、着色料等成分。
上述第二离子交换膜40是通过将第二离子交换涂料涂在上述电解液保持部38上而构成的。
该第二离子交换涂料含有导入了离子交换基团的后述的离子交换树脂,其中该离子交换基团是指,将导电类型与药液保持部42中的药物离子的相反的离子作为反离子的离子交换基团,而且,当药液保持部42中的药效成分采用了可分解为正的药物离子的药剂时,混合阴离子交换树脂;相反,当药效成分采用了可分解为负的药物离子的药剂时,则混合阳离子交换树脂。
上述药液保持部42,由涂敷在上述第二离子交换膜40上的药剂涂料构成,是含有药剂(包括药剂的前躯体)的涂料,其中该药剂是通过溶解到水等溶剂中使药效成分分解出正的或负的离子(药物离子)的药剂;作为药效成分分解出正离子的药剂,例如有作为麻醉药的盐酸利多卡因和吗啡等;作为药效成分分解出负离子的药剂,例如有作为维他命药剂的抗坏血酸等。
上述第一离子交换膜44,由涂敷在药液保持部42上的第一离子交换涂料形成。该第一离子交换涂料是含有导入了离子交换基团的离子交换树脂的涂料,其中该离子交换基团是指,将导电类型与药液保持部42中的药物离子的相同的离子作为反离子的离子交换基团,当药液保持部42中使用了药效成分可分解出正的或负的药物离子的药剂时,则混合阴离子交换树脂或者阳离子交换树脂。
作为上述阳离子交换树脂,可以无限制地使用下述离子交换树脂,即,向聚苯乙烯、丙烯酸系树脂等的烃系树脂,或者具有全氟碳化合物骨架的氟系树脂等的、具有三维网眼构造的高分子中,导入了磺酸基、羧酸基、磷酸基等的阳离子交换基团(反离子为阳离子的交换基团)的离子交换树脂。
此外,作为上述阴离子交换树脂,可以无限制地使用下述离子交换树脂,即,向与上述阳离子交换树脂相同的具有三维网眼构造的高分子中,导入了一至三级的氨基、四级的铵基、嘧啶基、咪唑基、嘧啶鎓基、咪唑鎓基等阴离子交换基团(反离子为阴离子的交换集团)的离子交换树脂。
上述非作用侧电极结构体14,由设置在非作用侧基片15的一个面上的非作用侧电极46、第二电解液保持部48、第三离子交换膜50、第三电解液保持部52、第四离子交换膜54以上述的顺序层叠而构成,与上述作用侧电极结构体12相同呈圆板形状。
上述非作用侧电极46与上述作用侧电极结构体12中的作用侧电极36结构相同,此外,上述第二电解液保持部48以及第三电解液保持部52的结构和成分都与上述电解液保持部38相同。
此外,上述第三离子交换膜50由涂在上述第二电解液保持部48上的离子交换涂料形成。该离子交换涂料与形成上述第一离子交换膜44的第一离子交换涂料相同,和第一离子交换膜44同样能够实现离子交换膜的功能。
上述第四离子交换膜54由涂在上述第三电解液保持部52上的与上述相同的第二离子交换涂料形成。该第四离子交换膜54与第二离子交换膜40同样能够实现离子交换膜的功能。
在上述基片13的另一面,设置有作用侧电极端子板32A,该作用侧电极端子板32A经由设置在基片13上的通孔而与上述作用侧电极结构体12上的作用侧电极36相导通,同时与上述作用侧电极端子32相连接。
同样,在上述非作用侧电极结构体15中的另一面,设置有非作用侧电极端子板34A,该非作用侧电极端子板34A经由形成在非作用侧基片15上的通孔而与非作用侧电极结构体14上的非作用侧电极46相导通,同时与上述非作用侧电极端子34相连接。
上述作用侧电极结构体12以及非作用侧电极结构体14同时露出各自前端的上述第一交换膜44和第四离子交换膜54,从而与生物体侧接触。
上述直流电源18,例如由AC/DC转换器构成,在该直流电源18和上述电源侧作用电极端子33及电源侧非作用电极端子35之间的上述电源电路38上,设置有在通电时的电流值和作为投给时间的通电时间中至少可以调整电流值的控制装置56,从而能够在一定范围内调节电流值和投给时间。
在此,通电时,在上述作用侧电极结构体12以及非作用侧电极结构体14各自的前端的上述第一交换膜44和第四离子交换膜54之间,为了在通电时不直接产生电流,而设置有一定的间隙S。该间隙S与上述第一交换膜44和第四离子交换膜54的直径大致相等。
另外,在上述实施方式例中,虽然上述作用侧电极结构体12和非作用侧电极结构体14被安装为中心轴线互相平行,但是本发明并不局限于此,例如,可以如图4所示,将上述作用侧电极结构体12和非作用侧电极结构体14的中心轴线配置为在前端方向交叉60°,或者,也可以如图5所示,采用中心轴线扩散的结构。
在这些实施方式例中,在棒状保持部20的前端,作用侧电极结构体12和非作用侧电极结构体14被设置为留有间隔S,因此在进行体外(例如黑素瘤、皮肤癌等)或口中的治疗或处置(例如牙科治疗的局部麻醉、口内炎治疗、口腔内的局部麻醉等)时,当使药液向患部渗透时,医生握住握持部21,使前端的作用侧电极结构体12前端的第一交换膜44紧贴患部,同时非作用侧电极结构体14前端的第四交换膜54也紧贴患部附近的粘膜等,并进行通电,则能够容易地使目的药液精确地渗透至目的部位。当患部是口腔内时,打开开关23,使光从照射光学系统26的照射用光纤24的前端进行照射,从而能够照明。
此外,由于作用侧电极结构体12和非作用侧电极结构体14能够与棒状构件16一起从保持部20上卸下,所以能够容易地更换药液。
上述棒式离子电渗疗装置10在例如利用光动力疗法(PDT)进行治疗时也可以被使用,其中所述光动力疗法(PDT)是在向癌细胞涂上光敏反应物质后进行光照射而使其吸收的一种抗癌疗法。
在该情况下,在上述作用侧电极结构体12中的药液保持部42中保持光敏反应物质,从而从上述照射光源22经由照射用光纤24,以适合被光敏反应物质吸收的波长的光向患部进行照射。在PDT的情况下,在利用离子电渗疗法使光敏反应物质渗透进患部后,将作用侧电极结构体12从患部移开,使照射用光纤24的前端对准患部,照射可被光敏反应物质吸收的光。
在患部为复杂形状的情况(2维凸凹状的情况)下,在第一离子交换膜44上涂敷遮光绝缘涂料,使得留出上述形状。若在该状态下按压皮肤并进行离子电渗疗法,则光敏反应物质只进入到患部,同时在患部外周附着了遮光绝缘涂料。即,光敏反应物质既不会进入到正常部位并且不会被光照射到,能够起到双重保护的作用。
第一实施例
下面,对图6和图7中所表示的本发明的第二实施例的棒式离子电渗疗装置60进行说明。
在该棒式离子电渗疗装置60中,在保持部20的前端设置有与照射用光纤24相连接的环状光导管62,并且,作用侧电极结构体12和非作用侧电极结构体14能够与棒状构件16一起在前后方向上向癌滑动。
该滑动结构与圆珠笔上的使前端位于突出或按入的两个位置的按压式(knock)结构相同,在此省略其详细说明。
此外,环状的光导管62将与其连接的照射用光纤24的前端所射出的光以环状引导,而且使光从其内周面发出。
此外,该光导管62的前端与位于突出位置的上述作用侧电极结构体12和非作用侧电极结构体14的前端大致一致。
因此,在药液投入时,使上述棒状构件16等位于突出位置,在药液投入后,使其位于缩入位置,这样一来,投入了药液的患部与作用侧电极结构体12分离,来自光导管62的内周面的光向该间隙照射。
另外,上述实施例中,虽然在保持部20设置有照射用光纤24,但是在不用于PDT的情况下,在不需要患部照明情况下,不需要包括照射用光纤24的照射光学系统26。
产业上的可利用性
在本发明中,离子电渗疗装置中的作用侧电极结构体和非作用侧电极结构体设置在棒状构件的前端,且该棒状构件被可自由装卸地支撑在棒状的保持部的前端,例如,利用离子电渗疗法将抗癌剂向黑素瘤的部位等的精确渗透,能够使副作用小而高效地进行治疗。此外,能够将作用侧电极结构体和非作用侧电极结构体与棒状构件一起从支撑构件上卸下,从而更换药液。
Claims (9)
1.一种棒式离子电渗疗装置,具有:
作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体,用于利用离子电渗疗法投给离子型药剂,
直流电源,以不同极性与所述作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体相连接;
该棒式离子电渗疗装置的特征在于,具有:
棒状构件,用于支撑上述作用侧电极结构体及上述非作用侧电极结构体,
棒状保持部,可自由装卸地支撑该棒状构件;
上述作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体设置在上述棒状构件的前端,而且在它们相互之间设置有一定距离的间隙。
2.如权利要求1所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,
上述离子型药剂是通过吸收光来发挥作用的光敏反应物质,
上述保持部具有从上述作用侧电极结构体的前端附近进行光照射的照射光学系统。
3.如权利要求2所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,上述保持部具有:
光源,由发光二极管或者激光二极管构成,上述发光二极管或者上述激光二极管发射具有使上述光敏反应物质感应的波长的光;
照射用光纤,将从该光源射出的光导向上述棒状构件或者其附近。
4.如权利要求1至权利要求3中任意一项所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,
在上述保持部内收容有连接至上述直流电源的布线,而且,该棒式离子电渗疗装置具有经由该布线与直流电源的不同极性相连接的电源侧作用电极端子及电源侧非作用电极端子,
在上述棒状构件在向上述保持部的拆卸侧基端具有作用侧电极端子及非作用侧电极端子,该作用侧电极端子及非作用侧电极端子在装卸时与上述电源侧作用电极端子及电源侧非作用电极端子接触或分离,
所述作用侧电极端子及非作用侧电极端子与上述作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体的作用侧电极及非作用侧电极相连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,在上述保持部设置有控制装置,该控制装置设置在上述电源侧作用电极端子及电源侧非作用电极端子和上述直流电源之间的电源电路上,用于在通电时的电流值和作为投给时间的通电时间中至少调节电流值。
6.如权利要求1至权利要求5中任意一项所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,上述作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体配置成各自的中心轴线相互平行。
7.如权利要求1至权利要求5中任意一项所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,上述作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体配置成各自的中心轴线向前端方向扩散。
8.如权利要求1至权利要求5中任意一项所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,上述作用侧电极结构体及非作用侧电极结构体被配置成各自的中心轴线在前端方向上交叉。
9.如权利要求1至权利要求8中任意一项所述的棒式离子电渗疗装置,其特征在于,
上述作用侧电极结构体具有:
作用侧电极,连接至上述直流电源的极性与上述离子型药剂的带电离子相同的一极上,
电解液保持部,设置在该作用侧电极的前表面,用于保持电解液,
第二离子交换膜,设置在该电解液保持部的前表面,用于选择极性与上述离子型药剂的带电离子相反的离子,
药液保持部,设置在该第二离子交换膜的前表面,用于保持上述离子型药剂,
第一离子交换膜,设置在所述药液保持部的前表面,用于选择极性与上述离子型药剂的带电离子相同的离子;
上述非作用侧电极结构体具有:
非作用侧电极,连接至上述直流电源的极性与上述离子型药剂的带电离子相反的一极上,
第二电解液保持部,设置在该非作用侧电极的前表面,用于保持第二电解液,
第三离子交换膜,设置在该第二电解液保持部的前表面,用于选择极性与上述离子型药剂的带电离子相同的离子,
第三电解液保持部,设置在该第三离子交换膜的前表面,用于保持第三电解液,
第四离子交换膜,设置在该第三电解液保持部的前表面,用于选择极性与上述离子型药剂的带电离子相反的离子。
