step A1, the IM client provides a login panel, after receiving the account and the password input by the home terminal user on the login panel, the IM client sends a command for verifying the validity of the account and the password to the IM server through a protocol channel with the IM server, the IM client receives the verification result from the IM server, and when the verification result shows that the account and the password are valid, the login process of the IM client is started, and the step A2 is executed.
And if the verification result shows that the account and/or the password are invalid, the IM client prompts the home terminal user that the login fails, and further prompts the home terminal user to input the account and the password again.
Step A2, the IM client receives the instruction of the local user selecting the plug-in by intercepting the Windows message, obtains the plug-in unique identification PluginCoreNam corresponding to the plug-in, and uses the PluginCoreNam to inquire the plug-in platform unit to know whether the current plug-in is the plug-in which the client can identify, if so, the step A3 is continuously executed, otherwise, the flow is ended.
Wherein, save the plug-in list on the plug-in platform unit, save plug-in corename and corresponding plug-in information in this plug-in list, wherein the plug-in information includes: identification information indicating whether the plug-in can be identified by the IM client, position information of an application program of the plug-in a plug-in directory, Uniform Resource Locator (URL) for downloading a plug-in installation package, state information indicating whether the plug-in is in an Enable state or a disable state, an interface for calling the plug-in application program and the like; and the IM client queries the plug-in platform unit through the PluginCoreNam to know whether the plug-in can be identified by the IM client.
The plugin corename and the corresponding plugin information are information stored on the plugin platform unit after an installation package of a plugin is installed, and whether the plugin in the plugin information can be identified by the IM client or not can be obtained by the IM client according to an effective plugin list issued by the IM server, or whether the plugin can be identified by the IM client or not can be determined when the installation package of the plugin is installed, for example, if the installed plugin has a security problem, the plugin cannot be identified is recorded.
Step A3, the IM client uses PluginCoreName to inquire the plug-in platform unit, to obtain the position information of the application program of the plug-in the plug-in catalog, and further inquire the plug-in catalog, to judge whether the application program of the plug-in exists in the plug-in catalog, that is, to judge whether the plug-in is installed, if not, to execute step A4, if so, to execute step A6.
Step A4, the IM client end prompts the user of the local end whether to install the plug-in, if receiving the instruction of installing the plug-in, the step A5 is executed, otherwise, the flow is ended.
Step A5, the IM client uses PluginCoreName to inquire the plug-in platform unit to obtain the URL address corresponding to the plug-in, uses the URL address to send HTTP request to HTTP Server, downloads the corresponding installation package, after downloading successfully, runs the installation package and installs the plug-in application program, and jumps to step A7.
Step A6, the IM client uses PluginCoreName to inquire the plug-in platform unit, to obtain the state information of the corresponding plug-in, when the state of the plug-in is Enable, the step A7 is executed, when the state of the plug-in is forbidden, the step A8 is executed.
Step A7, the plug-in application is started, and the flow is ended.
Step A8, the IM client end prompts the user whether to open the plug-in, if receiving the command of opening the plug-in, it inquires the plug-in platform unit and gets the interface of the application program to start the plug-in, otherwise, it does not start the application program.
