发明背景
1.发明领域
本发明涉及反渗透过滤系统领域。
2.现有技术
反渗透水过滤系统借助源水而对适当隔膜的一侧加压,从而导致水缓慢地穿过隔膜,并且将水内杂质留在隔膜的源水一侧,以便借助经过隔膜的过量源水的可控制流动而将其冲走。穿过隔膜的过滤后的水或成品水积聚在贮存罐内,该贮存罐具有柔性囊体,柔性囊体将贮存罐分割为成品水贮存区域和挤压水区域。一般地,当由囊体所限定的成品水贮存罐区域充满的时候,囊体平贴着罐壁。现在当要分发成品水的时候,挤压水配合到囊体与罐壁之间的区域。然而,因为囊体平贴着罐壁,挤压水在囊体和罐壁之间渗出需要一定时间。因此,挤压水流动时具有初始停顿,并且因而在对成品水加压时具有初始停顿,从而在开始分发成品水时产生了不需要的停顿和不确定性。

优选实施例详述
公开了一种反渗透过滤贮存罐,其具有改善的可制造性和性能。如图1所示,优选实施例的贮存罐20由上、下壳体22和24制造而成,且下壳体24具有中空环状底座26,用于将完成后的罐20支撑于平坦表面上。图1为罐的截面图,其分别展示了上、下罐壳体22和24内的肋部或突出部28和30。这些肋部为一体地模制在罐壳体内表面上的肋状突出物,肋部的功能将在随后描述。图2为观察到上壳体22内部的视图,从而提供了肋部的端面图。
图1中同时展示了顶部元件32,该顶部元件32上设置有中央开口34,用于让成品水进入囊体和从囊体出去,囊体将放置在罐内;及多个周缘开口36,用于为分发目的而让挤压水选择性地对成品水加压。在优选实施例中,两个罐壳体22和24旋转熔接在一起,从而提供了两个元件强固和永久的连接,从而限定了大致为球形的内表面,且该内表面主要由所述肋部断开。
现在参考图3,附图的左侧展示了与图1相同的截面图,而附图的右侧则展示了囊体38安装之后的罐截面图。囊体38优选地为球形吹塑成型的囊体,且囊体由传统地用于反渗透过滤贮存罐囊体的任何柔性材料制成,并且囊体具有颈部,该颈部与元件32的向下突出部40配合,并且该颈部相对于突出部40而密封。如图3下部分所示,肋部30局部地使囊体保持远离壳体24的壁,且图1所示的肋部28在围绕壳体内周缘的其它位置处也保持远离壳体22。关于这一点,两个壳体22和24之间的相对角度朝向并不重要,并且不需要对其进行控制。
图4展示了优选实施例的完成后的组件的透视图。如图所示,在优选实施例中,上壳体22的顶部42具有刺刀型连接器44,连接器44借助对成品水密封且位于O型沟槽46内(参考图1和图2)的O型环及位于顶部42内周缘内且对该内部周缘密封的O型配件,而将罐的顶部42固定到反渗透过滤系统组件的其余部位上,从而防止挤压水的泄漏,尤其是当被加压的时候。
在运行的过程中,当过滤时,罐20的囊体38与内周缘之间的挤压水区域上提供有用于排放的排放口,从而使穿过反渗透隔膜的成品水将积聚在囊体的内部。因此,囊体将基本上随着成品水而膨胀,从而将大多数挤压水为排放目的而排出去。然而,罐内周缘上的肋部28和30局部地使囊体远离罐内壁,从而为围绕肋部的这些区域留下穿过端口36的流动通路。结果,当囊体充满且系统关闭的时候,这些流动通路将保留于肋部的每个侧边。现在,当例如通过打开水笼头或拧开制冰机的阀门而需要成品水的时候,并且当系统对挤压水加压的时候,挤压水可自由地流入罐的囊体38与内周缘之间的区域中,从而为分发目的而大致地立刻对成品水加压。结果,本发明的罐可容易地注塑成型,并且旋转熔接起来,并具有进一步的优点:即消除了从充满的贮存罐中开始分发成品水时的停顿和不确定性。
在优选实施例中,肋部设置在罐内表面上,从而为挤压水的初始流入限定了流动路径。备选地,罐壁内可以使用类似的凹入部,但这些凹入部不是优选地,因为它们削弱了罐的强度,并且使罐需要有点更厚的平均壁厚,从而增加了费用。然而作为进一步的备选实施例,肋部不需要沿着罐的整个内表面延伸或者周向地朝向,但至少应当从挤压水连接处发散到罐。每个“肋部”也可以为彼此相邻的两个突出区域,从而在突出区域之间限定了另外的挤压水流动路径。类似地,罐壳体可以限定球形之外的内部形状,及/或可以借助旋转熔接之外的方法装配起来,虽然旋转熔接是优选的,因为其提供了非常廉价的制造技术,该制造技术提供了大致与模制材料本身一样强固的熔接强度。
因此,虽然为解释目的而不是为限制目的而在文中揭露并描述了本发明的一定优选实施例,那些熟悉本领域的技术人员应当理解:在没有脱离发明本意与范围的情况下,可以做出多种形式改变和细节改变。

Claims (16)

1、一种反渗透成品水贮存罐,其包括:
互相配接起来从而形成外壳的第一模制壳体和第二模制壳体;
囊体,其位于所述外壳内并且配接成将成品水从所述外壳内的挤压水中分离出去;
通过所述外壳的壁的第一端口,用于提供到所述囊体的所述成品水一侧的水通路;
通过所述外壳的壁的第二端口,用于提供到所述囊体的所述挤压水一侧的挤压水通路;
所述外壳的内表面具有一定构形,所述构形配置成当所述囊体充满成品水时在所述外壳的所述内表面与所述囊体之间限定多个通道,用于当所述囊体充满成品水时将流入所述外壳的挤压水容纳于所述外壳与所述囊体之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的罐,其特征在于,所述多个通道从所述第二端口附近发散。
3、根据权利要求1所述的罐,其特征在于,所述构形包括多个肋部,所述肋部模制到所述第一模制壳体和第二模制壳体的所述内表面中。
4、根据权利要求1所述的罐,其特征在于,所述第一模制壳体和第二模制壳体限定了大致为球形的外壳。
5、根据权利要求4所述的罐,其特征在于,所述第一模制壳体和第二模制壳体旋转熔接在一起。
6、根据权利要求1所述的罐,其特征在于,所述第一端口和第二端口为同心端口。
7、根据权利要求6所述的罐,其特征在于,所述第一模制壳体具有在内部带有嵌入件的开口,所述开口限定了用于成品水的中央管路及至少一个用于挤压水的靠近所述中央管路的通路,所述囊体配接到所述中央管路上。
8、一种反渗透成品水贮存罐,其包括:
第一模制壳体和第二模制壳体,其在一个平面内互相配接起来从而形成外壳,所述壳体具有垂直于所述平面的公共轴线;
囊体,其位于所述外壳内并且配接成将成品水从挤压水中分离出去;
位于所述第一模制壳体内且大致位于其轴线上的在内部带有嵌入件的开口,所述开口限定了用于成品水的中央管路及至少一个用于挤压水的靠近所述中央管路的通路,所述囊体配接到所述中央管路上;
所述外壳的内表面具有一定构形,所述构形配置成当所述囊体充满成品水时在所述外壳的所述内表面与所述囊体之间限定多个通道,用于当所述囊体充满成品水时将流入所述外壳的挤压水容纳于所述外壳与所述囊体之间。
9、根据权利要求8所述的罐,其特征在于,所述多个通道从所述第一模制壳体内的所述开口附近发散。
10、根据权利要求8所述的罐,其特征在于,所述构形包括多个肋部,所述肋部模制到所述第一模制壳体和第二模制壳体的所述内表面中。
11、根据权利要求8所述的罐,其特征在于,所述第一模制壳体和第二模制壳体限定了大致为球形的外壳。
12、根据权利要求8所述的罐,其特征在于,所述第一模制壳体和第二模制壳体旋转熔接在一起。
13、一种反渗透成品水贮存罐,其包括:
第一模制壳体和第二模制壳体,其在一个平面内旋转熔接起来从而形成球形外壳,所述壳体具有垂直于所述平面的公共轴线;
囊体,其位于所述外壳内并且配接成将成品水从挤压水中分离出去;
位于所述第一模制壳体内且大致位于其轴线上的在内部带有嵌入件的开口,所述开口限定了用于成品水的中央管路及至少一个用于挤压水的靠近所述中央管路的通路,所述囊体配接到所述中央管路上;

16、一种反渗透成品水贮存罐,其包括:
第一模制壳体和第二模制壳体,其在一个平面内旋转熔接起来从而形成球形外壳,所述壳体具有垂直于所述平面的公共轴线;
囊体,其位于所述外壳内并且配接成将成品水从挤压水中分离出去;
位于所述第一模制壳体内且大致位于其轴线上的在内部带有嵌入件的开口,所述开口限定了用于成品水的中央管路及至少一个用于挤压水的靠近所述中央管路的通路,所述囊体配接到所述中央管路上;
所述外壳的内表面具有多个肋部,所述肋部模制到所述第一模制壳体和第二模制壳体的所述内表面中,并且所述肋部从所述第一模制壳体内的所述开口附近发散,从而当所述囊体充满成品水时在所述外壳的所述内表面与所述囊体之间限定多个通道,用于当所述囊体充满成品时将流入所述外壳的挤压水容纳于所述外壳与所述囊体之间。
