Description
技术领域
本发明涉及角膜接触镜片(contact lenses)。更具体的,本发明提供具有多个过滤紫外光(UV)和蓝光之一或两者的环的角膜接触镜片。
背景技术
采用眼镜(spectacle)和角膜接触镜片来校正视觉敏锐度是公知的。虽然用于降低或阻挡眼睛暴露到紫外光的太阳镜已经市场化,但是可比得上的角膜接触镜片还不能广泛可得。但是,在本领域中已经知道提供具有吸光或反光材料的实体区(solid area)或渐变区(graded area)的角膜接触镜片来降低或阻挡进入镜片佩戴者眼睛的UV光线。光吸收材料实体区的缺点在于镜片佩戴者当透过镜片观察时在视场内可以看见实体结构或者阻挡。渐变区也有缺点在于所述渐变会导致光散射,从而导致到达视网膜的图像衰减。

本发明详述和优选实施方案
本发明提供了角膜接触镜片及其制备方法,所述角膜接触镜片基本上阻挡UV和蓝光之一或两者进入镜片佩戴者的瞳孔。本发明发现,通过在镜片上或镜片中提供多个一定材料的同心环,所选波长的光量可以减少或者基本消除,同时不使镜片佩戴者视力衰退。
在一个实施方案中,本发明提供角膜接触镜片,该镜片的至少一个表面包括视区、基本由视区组成、或者由视区组成,所述视区(optic zone)具有中心圆形区域和至少第一和第二同心环,其中所述中心圆形区域和第二环能够基本阻挡UV光、蓝光或者两者的透射。
“基本阻挡透射”是指光的透射率小于大约50%,优选小于大约25%。“紫外光”或“UV光”是指波长为大约100-大约400nm的光。“蓝光”是指波长为大约400-大约515nm的光。
在图1中,示出了本发明的一个实施方案,镜片10。示出的是具有视区12的镜片的前表面或凸表面11。区域13位于视区12内,所述区域13是中心位于镜片10的几何中心的中心圆形光阻挡区,被在非光阻挡环14、16和18与光阻挡环15、17和19之间交替的同心环围绕着。
视区内包括中心圆形光阻挡区域和光阻挡环的区域可以和所述视区尺寸相同,在典型的角膜接触镜片中其直径是大约9mm或更小。优选,所述区域的直径小于或等于2mm。中心圆形区域自身的直径是大约0.3-大约1mm。任何数量的光阻挡环可以围绕这该中心光阻挡区域,环的数量及其宽度取决于所述视区的包含所述光阻挡区域和环的那部分的直径,其中,更大的直径允许使用更多的光阻挡环。优选地,光阻挡环和非光阻挡环的每一的宽度是大约0.1mm-大约0.25mm。所述环的每一可以和一个或多个其它环具有相同宽度或不同宽度。优选地,光阻挡环和非光阻挡环等间距分开。
中心圆形光阻挡区域和周围的同心环可以包含(be composed of)任何阻挡光透射到所需程度的合适材料。在一个实施方案中,中心圆形区域和光阻挡环是单色的(solid colored)、或者带色的区域。在替换性实施方案中,所述中心圆形区域和环包括不透明的点,所述点经过尺寸设计并分开以提供所需的光透射阻挡。对于小于大约50%的光透射,可以使用直径为大约0.1mm、分开大约0.029mm的不透明点。对于小于大约35%的透射,相同的点分开大约0.013mm。
合适的着色剂包括但不限于可聚合的着色剂,比如丙烯酰氧基或者甲基丙烯酰氧基取代的2,4-二羟基二苯酮类化合物,和不可聚合的着色剂,比如2,2’,4,4’-四羟基二苯酮和2,2’-二羟基-4,4’-二甲氧基二苯酮。另外的着色剂包括但不限于4-[(2,4-二甲基苯基)偶氮]-2,4-二氢-5-甲基-2-苯基-3H-吡唑啉-3-酮、1,4-二[(4-甲基苯基)氨基]-9,10-蒽二酮、和1,羟基-4-[(4-甲基苯基)氨基]-9,10-蒽二酮。
作为另一替换方案,可以使用活性染料。合适的这种染料包括但不限于苯磺酸、4-(4,5-二氢-4-((2-甲氧基-5-甲基-4-((2-(磺基氧基)乙基)磺酰基)苯基)偶氮-3-甲基-5-氧代-1H-orazol-1-基、[2-萘磺酸,7-(乙酰基氨基)-4-羟基-3-((4-磺基氧基乙基)磺酰基)苯基)偶氮]、{5-((4,6-二氯-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)氨基-4-羟基-3-((1-磺基-2-萘基偶氮-2,7-萘-二磺酸,三钠盐],铜,29H,31H-酞菁酸根合(2-)-N29,N30,N31,N32)-磺基((4-((2-磺基氧基)乙基)磺酰基)苯基)氨基)磺酰基衍生物,[2,7-萘磺酸,4-氨基-5-羟基-3,6-二((4-((2-(磺基氧基)乙基)磺酰基)苯基)偶氮)四钠盐,和其组合。
另一替代实施方案是适用于角膜接触镜片的有机或无机颜料,或者所述颜料的组合。示例性的有机颜料包括但不限于酞菁蓝、酞菁绿、咔唑紫、还原橙#1和类似物和其组合。有用的无机颜料的示例包括但不限于氧化铁黑、氧化铁棕、氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、和二氧化钛等和其组合。除了这些颜料以外,可以使用可溶染料和不可溶的染料,包括但不限于基于二氯三嗪和基于乙烯基砜的染料。有用的染料和颜料是市售可得的。
所选的染料或颜料可以和预聚物或粘合聚合物和溶剂中的一种或多种组合,以形成着色剂,用于制备用在本发明镜片中的半透明的和不透明的层。也可以使用其它可用于角膜接触镜片的着色剂中的添加剂。可用于本发明的着色层中的粘合聚合物、溶剂和其它添加剂是已知的,并且或者有市售或者其制备方法是已知的。
在另一实施方案中,提供UV阻挡的中心圆形区域和光阻挡环可以由光致变色化合物或组合物形成,所述化合物和组合物是公知的。光致变色材料包括但不限于下列材料类:色烯类,比如萘并吡喃类、苯并吡喃类、茚并萘并吡喃类和菲并吡喃类;螺吡喃类,比如螺(苯并二氢吲哚)萘并吡喃类、螺(二氢吲哚)苯并吡喃类、螺(二氢吲哚)萘并吡喃类、螺(二氢吲哚)喹啉并吡喃类和螺(二氢吲哚)吡喃类;噁嗪类,比如螺(二氢吲哚)萘噁嗪类、螺(二氢吲哚)吡啶并苯并噁嗪类、螺(苯并二氢吲哚)吡啶并苯并噁嗪类、螺(苯并二氢吲哚)萘噁嗪类和螺(二氢吲哚)苯并噁嗪类;双硫腙汞、俘精酸酐、fulgimide、和这种光致变色化合物的混合物。
另外的合适光致变色材料包括但不限于有机-金属双硫腙盐,比如(芳基偶氮)-硫代甲酸芳基酰肼化物((arylazo)-thioformicarylhydrazidate),例如,双硫腙汞;和俘精酸酐类和fulgimides、萘并噁嗪类、螺苯并吡喃类;可聚合的螺苯并吡喃类和螺苯并吡喃类;可聚合的俘精酸酐类;可聚合的并四苯二酮类;可聚合的螺噁嗪类;和可聚合的聚烷氧基化的萘并吡喃类。所述光致变色材料可以单独使用或者与一种或多种其它合适的、补充性的光致变色材料结合使用。
其它有用的光致变色材料包括茚并-稠合的萘并吡喃,选自茚并[2’,3’:3,4]萘并[1,2-b]吡喃和茚并[1’,2’:4,3]萘并[2,1-b]吡喃,其中所述茚并-稠合的萘并吡喃的位置13是未取代的、单取代的或者二取代的,前提是如果所述茚并-稠合的萘并吡喃的位置13是双取代的,那么取代基并不一起形成降冰片烷;和(ii)基团,所述基团扩展所述茚并-稠合的萘并吡喃的π-共轭系统,在其位置11处键合,其中所述基团是取代的或者未取代的芳基、取代的或未取代的杂芳基、或者-X=Y或-X’≡Y’代表的基团,其中X、X’、Y和Y’如下所述和如同权利要求中所给出的;或者,所述扩展所述茚并-稠合的萘并吡喃的π-共轭系统的基团和在所述茚并-稠合萘并吡喃的位置12处键合的基团一起或者和在所述茚并-稠合的萘并吡喃的位置10处键合的基团一起形成稠合基团,前提是所述稠合基团不是苯并稠合基团,其更具体地公开在2005年4月8日提交的名为OPHTHALMIC DEVICES COMPRISING PHOTOCHROMICMATERIALS HAVING EXTENDED PI-CONJUGATED SYSTEMS ANDCOMPOSITIONS AND ARTICLES INCLUDING THE SAME的美国系列No.11/102047中。另外的合适的光致变色化合物是具有活性基团的萘并吡喃类,比如更具体公开在2005年4月8日提交的名为OPHTHALMICDEVICES COMPRISING PHOTOCHROMIC MATERIALS WITHREACTIVE SUBSTITUENTS的美国系列No.11/101979中。合适的光致变色化合物的特定的非限制性示例在下式中所示:
其中,R1-R10可以包含H、单取代的烷基或者芳基,其可以任选的包含杂原子比如O、N或S、烯基或者炔基,并且其可以组合起来形成稠合环或非稠合环,前提是一个或多个R基团包括可聚合的基团,比如甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸酯、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、反丁烯二酸酯、苯乙烯基、N-乙烯基酰胺基团,优选甲基丙烯酸酯基团。合适的萘并吡喃化合物的具体的非限制性例子包括在下式中描述的那些:

所用的着色剂、染料、颜料或光致变色材料的量有效地实现所需的UV光阻挡、蓝光阻挡或者两者。所用的特定量也取决于所选的镜片材料以及镜片厚度。
本发明可以用于提供硬或软的角膜接触镜片,所述镜片由任何已知的镜片材料或者适于制备这种镜片的材料制备。优选的,本发明的镜片是水含量为大约0-大约90%的软角膜接触镜片。更优选地,所述镜片由包含羟基、羧基或者两者的单体制成,或者由含硅酮的聚合物比如硅氧烷、水凝胶、硅酮水凝胶和其组合制备。用于形成本发明镜片的材料可以通过将大分子单体、单体和其组合的混合物和添加剂比如聚合引发剂反应来制备。合适的材料包括但不限于由硅酮大分子单体和亲水单体制备的硅酮水凝胶。这种硅酮大分子单体的示例包括但不限于用亲水侧基甲基丙烯酸化的聚二甲基硅氧烷、具有可聚合官能团的聚二甲基硅氧烷大分子单体、和其组合。它们也可以采用结合了亲水单体的聚硅氧烷大分子单体、或者包含聚二甲基硅氧烷嵌段和聚醚嵌段的大分子单体制备。
合适的材料也可以由oxyperm和ionoperm的组合制备。亲水单体可以结合到所述共聚物中,包括甲基丙烯酸2-羟基乙基酯(HEMA)、丙烯酸2-羟基乙基酯、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMA)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、2-乙烯基-4,4’-二甲基-2-噁唑啉-5-酮、甲基丙烯酸和2-羟乙基-甲基丙烯酰胺。可以结合其它的硅氧烷单体,比如三(三甲基硅氧烷基)甲硅烷基丙基甲基丙烯酸酯或者硅氧烷单体。
用于制备角膜接触镜片的材料是公知的和市售可得的。在一个非限制性实施方案中,所用材料是基于HEMA的水凝胶,更优选是etafilconA,粘合聚合物是由如下材料形成的:MAA、HEMA和甲基丙烯酸月桂基酯(LMA)的线性无规嵌段共聚物、MAA和HEMA的线性无规嵌段共聚物、HEMA和LMA的线性无规嵌段共聚物、或者HEMA均聚物。Etafilcon A通常是如下的配方:100重量份(pbw)的HEMA、大约1.5-大约2.5pbw的MAA、大约0.3-大约1.3pbw乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、大约0.05-大约1.5pbw的1,1,1-三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、和大约0.017-大约0.024pbw的可视色料。优选地,etafilcon A和MAA、HEMA和LMA的线性无规嵌段共聚物(0.47MAA:100HEMA:4.14LMA)一起使用,或者和HEMA和MAA的线性无规嵌段共聚物(99.9HEMA:0.1MAA-99.5HEMA:0.5MAA)一起使用。
中心圆形光阻挡区域和环可以施加到或印刷到镜片的一个或多个表面上,或者可以印刷到于其中将沉积和固化镜片形成材料的模具的一个或多个表面上。在形成结合了本发明设计的镜片的优选方法中,可以使用由任何合适材料制备的热塑性光学模具,所述合适材料包括但不限于环聚烯烃和聚烯烃比如聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯树脂、基于环烯烃的聚合物比如TOPAS,其是基于环烯烃和乙烯的无定形共聚物并可得自Ticona、由降冰片烯化合物的开环异位聚合并随后氢化制备的聚合物,比如可得自Zeon Corporation的Zeonor、玻璃、金属或者石英。光阻挡区域和环沉积在模具的成型表面的所需部分上。“成型表面”是指模具或半模具用于形成镜片表面的表面。所述沉积可以通过喷射、压印(pad printing)、移印(tampo printing)、刷涂或模冲进行。优选的,所述沉积通过如下所述的压印来进行。
金属板,优选由钢、更优选由不锈钢制成,覆盖有能够一旦固化就变得不溶于水的光刻胶材料。所述中心光阻挡区域和环经设计然后使用多种技术比如成像技术中的任何来减少到所需尺寸,放置在金属板上,固化光刻胶材料。
所述板随后用水溶液清洗,所得的图像蚀刻到所述板中合适的深度,例如大约20微米。随后,含有粘合聚合物、溶剂和颜料或染料的着色剂沉积到该元件上以用着色剂填充凹陷。将几何形状适用于在所述表面上印刷并且硬度变化(通常大约1-大约10)的硅垫压靠所述板上的图像以去除着色剂,然后通过溶剂蒸发而略微干燥所述着色剂。然后,所述垫压靠光学模具的成型表面。模具脱气至多12小时以去除过量溶剂和氧气,然后用镜片材料填充所述模具。然后,采用互补性的半模具来完成模具组装,所述模具组装暴露到适于固化所用镜片材料的条件。所述条件是本领域公知的,依赖于所选的镜片材料。一旦完成固化并将镜片从模具中脱模,则将其在缓冲盐水溶液中平衡。
在优选实施方案中,使用透明的预聚物层,其中预聚物层覆盖至少所述中心圆形光阻挡区域和光阻挡环,优选形成全部的镜片最外表面。
Claims (8)
1.角膜接触镜片,包括视区,所述视区具有中心圆形区域和在其周围的至少第一和第二同心环,其中所述中心圆形区域和第二环能够基本上阻挡UV光、蓝光或两者的透射,所述镜片进一步包括第三、第四、第五和第六同心环,其中所述第四和第六环能够基本阻挡UV光、蓝光或两者的透射。
2.权利要求1的镜片,其中所述中心圆形区域的中心位于所述镜片的几何中心,并且直径为0.3-1mm。
3.权利要求1的镜片,其中所述环的每一的宽度是0.1mm-0.25mm。
4.权利要求2的镜片,其中所述环的每一的宽度是0.1mm-0.25mm。
5.权利要求1的镜片,其中所述中心圆形区域和所述光阻挡环包括单色区域。
6.权利要求1的镜片,其中所述中心圆形区域和环包括不透明的点。
7.权利要求6的镜片,其中所述点的直径为0.1mm并且分开0.029mm。
8.用于提供光阻挡角膜接触镜片的方法,包括提供具有视区的角膜接触镜片的步骤,所述视区包括中心圆形区域和位于其周围的至少第一和第二同心环,其中所述中心圆形区域和第二环能够基本阻挡UV光、蓝光或两者的透射,所述镜片进一步包括第三、第四、第五和第六同心环,其中所述第四和第六环能够基本阻挡UV光、蓝光或两者的透射。
