技术领域
本发明涉及具有自动定位补偿的容器传输装置，特别是，用于从初始支撑物向容器载体传输样品容器的装置，它能自动补偿容器载体中的容器可能的错误定位。
本文所使用的术语“容器”是指，容纳生物样品并且具有可供内容物进入的管状开口的物品，例如试管。
背景技术
在自动化临床化学实验室的入口，需要将样品容器从初始支撑物，例如输入/输出模块(IOM)，输送到容器载体(例如，本申请人的PCT申请No.PCT/EP2006/067294所公开的)，然后，容器载体通过电动传送带移动通过一系列工作站。
已知的容器传输装置包括固定架和可在上部位置与下部位置之间移动的容器夹持器。
当处于下部位置时，容器夹持器通过可移动的指状物夹持初始支撑物内的容器，然后上升并移动到位于传送带上的容器载体的上方。
最后，容器夹持器向下移动，将所夹持的容器定位在容器载体的内部。
容器夹持器在上部位置与下部位置之间的垂直距离是标准的，而容器在初始支撑物即IOM中的垂直位置会因为人们的失误而变化，这样容器的底部就不能正确接触初始支撑物的接触平面。
如果容器没有正确定位在初始支撑物中内，容器夹持器的夹持器指状物所夹持的容器会比通常时候低一些。
结果，当容器夹持器将容器放入容器载体时，容器底部没有接触载体的接触平面，即容器没有正确定位在载体中。
容器在其载体内的错误定位会在其通过数个工作站的过程中产生许多问题。
美国专利US2002/0102736公开了容器传输装置。
发明概述
本发明的目的是提供一种具有自动定位补偿的容器传输装置，特别是用于从初始支撑物向容器载体传输样品容器的装置，它能将容器准确地定位在容器载体中。
为此，本发明提供了一种用于从初始支撑物向容器载体传输样品容器的装置，它包括夹持器支撑架和相对于所述夹持器支撑架在上部位置与下部位置之间可选择地移动的容器夹持器，其中，容器夹持器的夹持器指状物能在初始支撑物中抓持容器，或将容器留在容器载体中，其特征在于，包括可在工作位置与静止位置之间移动的夹持器阻滞部件，在工作位置，所述夹持器阻滞部件使容器夹持器的向下部位置的移动停止在所述上部与下部位置之间的中间位置；在静止位置，如果在容器夹持器到达下部位置之前，容器的底部接触容器载体的接触平面，所述夹持器阻滞部件使容器夹持器沿容器的侧表面滑动，到达下部位置。

根据本发明，在静止位置时，如果在夹持器到达下部位置之前，容器的底部接触容器载体的接触平面，所述夹持器阻滞部件使容器夹持器到达下部位置，沿容器的侧表面滑动。
阻滞部件处于工作位置时，容器夹持器由此停在中间位置，其中夹持器指状物能从初始支撑物中抓持容器，任何一个都处于其垂直位置。然后容器夹持器向目标载体移动，并且阻滞部件处于静止位置，它向下部位置下降，在那里它使容器的容器底部接触载体的邻近水平面，通过使夹持器指状物沿容器的侧表面垂直滑动。这样，能防止容器可能产生的错误定位。
本发明的优点是，它能将容器准确地定位在容器载体中。

具体实施方式
图1-5所示的容器传输装置1用于将容器2从输入/输出模块的初始支撑物转移到可在电动传送带上移动的容器载体20(目标支撑物，图6)。
传输装置包括容器夹持器3，它可通过托架4沿支撑架6的垂直引导件5和垂直引导杆7在上部位置101与下部位置103之间可选择地移动。容器夹持器3包括可移动的抓持指状物8。
装置1还包括被驱动地在静止位置(图2)与工作位置(图1)之间可选择地移动的阻滞指示器9，和减震器13。指示器9由包括气动活塞11的气动装置10进行驱动。
在所述工作位置，指示器9与固定于托架4的刚性件12接合，因此，容器夹持器3被停止在所述上部位置101与所述下部位置103之间的中间位置102。
首先，考虑容器夹持器3处在初始支撑物内的样品容器2上方的上部位置101，容器夹持器3向下移动至中间位置102(图3和4)，其指示器9处于图1、3和4所示的工作位置，并与刚性件12结合。
中间位置102与下部位置103之间的垂直距离(见图4-5)足以实现本发明的上述目的。
因此，容器2被夹持在高于指示器9处于静止位置的状态。
然后，容器2上移，架子6被驱动，将容器2置于容器载体20(图6)之上方。
现在容器夹持器3向下部位置103移动，其指示器9处于图2和5所示的静止位置。
如果在夹持器3运转结束之前，容器2的底部接触容器载体20的接触平面21，指状物8在已经被正确定位的容器2的外部侧表面滑动(图6)。
显然，夹持器3的推力大于指状物8的抓持力。
最后，夹持器3离开正确定位的容器。
使用很简单的装置，实现了在目标支撑物中的完美定位。

Claims (6)

1.用于从初始支撑物向容器载体(20)传输样品容器(2)的装置，它包括夹持器支撑架(6)和相对于所述夹持器支撑架(6)在上部位置(101)与下部位置(103)之间可选择地移动的容器夹持器(3)，其中，容器夹持器(3)的夹持器指状物(8)能在初始支撑物中抓持容器(2)，或将容器(2)留在容器载体(20)中，其特征在于，包括可在工作位置与静止位置之间移动的夹持器阻滞部件(9)，在工作位置，所述夹持器阻滞部件(9)使容器夹持器(3)的向下部位置(103)的移动停止在所述上部与下部位置(101，103)之间的中间位置(102)；在静止位置，如果在容器夹持器(3)到达下部位置(103)之前，容器(2)的底部接触容器载体(20)的接触平面(21)，所述夹持器阻滞部件(9)使容器夹持器(3)沿容器(2)的侧表面滑动，到达下部位置(103)。
