Abstract

本发明涉及一种纸尿裤，特别是一种舒适贴身的纸尿裤。其包括亲水面层、防水底层，在亲水面层与防水底层之间是吸水棉芯层，在纸尿裤的纵向端装配有弹性腰围，弹性腰围是直接粘贴在防水底层的背面。因为本发明的弹性腰围装在背面，可以不受胶带安装的约束，将弹性腰围的横向宽度做得足够宽，所以伸展性良好，穿着时很贴身舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸尿裤，特别是一种舒适贴身的纸尿裤。
背景技术
传统的纸尿裤，其结构大致是：上面为一亲水面层，下面为一防水底层（即纸尿裤的背面），中间为吸水棉芯层。经一体裁剪压合成型，在纸尿裤两侧边各设有一立体护围，以防排泄物量大时从侧边漏出；另外在裤体的后端两侧设有一对魔术贴，以便将裤体的前后端粘连起来穿戴在人体上。传统纸尿裤的弹性腰围都是装配在纸尿裤的亲水面层与防水底层之间，或者直接粘合在亲水面层上。因为生产工艺上左右魔术贴需要占用一定的腰围位置，传统工艺下安装的弹性腰围的横向宽度都不是很宽，拉伸时的伸展性有限；不够舒适贴身。
发明内容
本发明需解决的技术问题是：针对传统纸尿裤的弹性腰围安装工艺的不足，而提供一种将弹性腰围安装在背面的纸尿裤。
本发明所采用的技术方案：其包括亲水面层、防水底层，在亲水面层与防水底层之间是吸水棉芯层，在纸尿裤的纵向端装配有弹性腰围，弹性腰围是直接粘贴在防水底层的背面。
上述弹性腰围与防水底层的粘贴位置最好是处于吸水棉芯层纵向两端的外侧。
可以在纸尿裤的纵向上下两端各装配有一个弹性腰围。
本发明的有益效果：因为本发明的弹性腰围装在背面，可以不受左右魔术贴安装的约束，将弹性腰围的横向宽度做得足够宽，所以伸展性良好，穿着时很贴身舒适。

具体实施方式
参见图1，本发明包括亲水面层、防水底层1（即纸尿裤的背面），在亲水面层与防水底层1之间是吸水棉芯层2（图中虚线表示的部分），在纸尿裤的纵向端装配有弹性腰围3，可在纵向上下两端各装配一个。弹性腰围3是直接粘贴在防水底层1上，其粘贴位置处于吸水棉芯层2纵向两端的外侧。为了保证良好的伸展性，使穿着时更贴身，可将弹性腰围的横向宽度做得足够长，甚至可以超过防水底层的横向宽度。此外，传统纸尿裤的立体护围立面的基部是粘贴在亲水面层上，然后再与防水底层粘合，尿液有时会沿亲水面层渗漏，本发明将立体护围立面的基部直接粘贴在防水底层上，且可将立体护围做成双层的，这样防侧漏效果更佳，所以本发明不仅解决了前后漏问题，也解决了侧漏问题。

Claims (5)

1.一种弹性腰围装配在背面的纸尿裤，包括亲水面层、防水底层，在亲水面层与防水底层之间是吸水棉芯层，在纸尿裤的纵向端装配有弹性腰围，其特征在于：弹性腰围是直接粘贴在防水底层的背面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性腰围装配在背面的纸尿裤，其特征在于：弹性腰围与防水底层的粘贴位置处于吸水棉芯层纵向两端的外侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性腰围装配在背面的纸尿裤，其特征在于：弹性腰围的横向宽度等于防水底层的横向宽度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性腰围装配在背面的纸尿裤，其特征在于：在纸尿裤的纵向上下两端各装配有一个弹性腰围。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性腰围装配在背面的纸尿裤，其特征在于：立体护围立面的基部是直接粘贴在防水底层上。
