Detailed Description
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal can store the communication information of one user identity module, wherein the user identity module belongs to another mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal can carry out PS service according to the stored communication information of the user identity module.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user identity identification module comprises: SIM card, or USIM card. The user identity module belongs to the first mobile terminal, namely the user identity module is inserted into the first mobile terminal for use, and as long as a second mobile terminal stores the communication information of the user identity module, the second mobile terminal can carry out PS service according to the stored communication information of the user identity module.
Referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, a mobile terminal includes: a memory unit 100 and a service processing unit 200. Wherein,
a storage unit 100, configured to store communication information of a first subscriber identity module, where the first subscriber identity module belongs to another mobile terminal;
and the service processing unit 200 is connected to the storage unit 100, and configured to perform network registration according to the communication information of the first subscriber identity module stored in the storage unit after receiving the first start instruction, and initiate Packet Switching (PS) service connection after successful registration to perform PS service processing.
Here, the first start instruction corresponds to communication information of the first sim. The memory cell 100 includes: a non-volatile memory.
The process of the storage unit storing the communication information of the first subscriber identity module comprises the following steps: and inserting the first user identification module into the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal acquires the communication information of the first user identification module and stores the communication information into the storage unit, and then taking out the first user identification module from the mobile terminal. Alternatively, the process comprises: the first subscriber identity module is inserted into another mobile terminal, and the communication information of the first subscriber identity module is transmitted to the mobile terminal in the embodiment for storage through data communication.
The service processing unit 200 specifically includes: a first authentication module 210, a first registration module 220 and a first service processing module 230.
The first authentication module 210 is configured to perform authentication according to the identity information in the communication information of the first subscriber identity module stored in the storage unit after receiving the first start instruction, and send a first authentication passing instruction to the first registration module 220 when the authentication passes. Here, the authentication means may use various existing authentication means, and may be simply password authentication, for example: a PIN code; complex may be fingerprint recognition, etc.
The first registration module 220 is configured to perform network registration according to the communication information of the first subscriber identity module stored in the storage unit after receiving the first authentication passing instruction, and send a first registration success instruction to the first service processing module 230 after the network registration is successful.
The first service processing module 230 is configured to initiate a PS service connection for PS service processing after receiving the first registration success instruction.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal only stores the communication information of the first subscriber identity module, and the first subscriber identity module is inserted into another mobile terminal for use. When the mobile terminal performs PS service processing, another mobile terminal may or may not be in a powered-on state. When the other terminal is switched on, the two mobile terminals should not be located too far apart from each other, and it is necessary to ensure that they are under the coverage of the same exchange, so that the network can locate the two terminals at the same time.
When the mobile terminal storing the communication information of the first subscriber identity module performs the PS service processing, another mobile terminal to which the first subscriber identity module belongs generally does not initiate the PS service, and of course, the another mobile terminal may also perform the PS service, for example: by adopting the time division multiplexing technology, the two mobile terminals can carry out different PS services.
At present, a second generation communication network 2G network does not support PS service and Circuit Switching (CS) service to work simultaneously, so when another mobile terminal to which a first subscriber identity module belongs performs a CS service, the PS service connection must be disconnected, at this time, the mobile terminal storing communication information of the first subscriber identity module also receives a signal that a base station disconnects the PS service, at this time, the mobile terminal also disconnects the PS service connection, and shields received CS service data. That is, the mobile terminal storing the communication information of the first subscriber identity module receives the instruction of disconnecting the PS service connection, disconnects the established PS service connection, and then shields the received CS service data.
The third generation communication network 3G network can support the PS service and the CS service to work simultaneously, so that when another mobile terminal to which the first subscriber identity module belongs performs the circuit switched CS service, the PS service does not need to be disconnected, and at this time, the mobile terminal storing the communication information of the first subscriber identity module does not need to disconnect the PS service, but only needs to shield the received CS service data. Because the PS service and the CS service use different channels, their communication procedures do not interfere with each other regardless of whether the two mobile terminals are in the range of the same base station.
After the mobile terminal storing the communication information of the first subscriber identity module finishes the PS service, only the PS service connection with the network is disconnected, and network logout is not performed, so that the network cannot page another mobile terminal to which the first subscriber identity module belongs. Of course, when it is determined that the other mobile terminal is in the power-off state or the idle state, network logout may be performed, so that normal network registration may be performed when the other mobile terminal is powered on or restarted, thereby performing communication using the first subscriber identity module.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal storing the communication information of the first subscriber identity module may also be inserted into the second subscriber identity module, that is, the second subscriber identity module belongs to the mobile terminal. Then, referring to fig. 2, the mobile terminal includes not only: the storage unit 100 and the service processing unit 200 further include: a mode selection unit 300.
The mode selection unit 300 is connected to the storage unit 100 and the second subscriber identity module belonging to the mobile terminal, and is configured to read communication information of the second subscriber identity module belonging to the mobile terminal, read communication information of the first subscriber identity module from the storage unit 100, and present a first start instruction corresponding to the communication information of the first subscriber identity module and a second start instruction corresponding to the communication information of the second subscriber identity module.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the mobile terminal is powered on, the mode selection unit 300 respectively reads the communication information of the second subscriber identity module and the communication information of the first subscriber identity module from the storage unit 100, so that a first start instruction and a second start instruction are presented to the user for selection, and when the user selects the first start instruction corresponding to the communication information of the first subscriber identity module, the mode selection unit 300 sends the first start instruction to the service processing unit 200; when the user selects a second start instruction of the communication information with the second subscriber identity module, the mode selection unit 300 sends the second start instruction to the service processing unit 200.
Thus, the service processing unit 200 is connected to the storage unit 100 and the mode selection unit 300, and when receiving the first start instruction, performs network registration according to the communication information of the first subscriber identity module stored in the storage unit, and after the registration is successful, initiates packet switching PS service connection to perform PS service processing. Or after receiving a second starting instruction, performing network registration according to the communication information of the second subscriber identity module, and after the registration is successful, performing PS communication or circuit switched CS communication.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the service processing unit includes: the first authentication module 210, the first registration module 220, and the first service processing module 230 further include: a second authentication module 240, a second registration module 250, and a second traffic processing module 260. The specific functions and connections of the first authentication module 210, the first registration module 220, and the first service processing module 230 are the same as those in fig. 1, and are not described in detail.
The second authentication module 240 is configured to perform authentication according to the identity information of the communication information of the second user identity module belonging to the mobile terminal after receiving the second start instruction, and send a second authentication passing instruction to the second registration module 250 when the authentication passes;
a second registration module 250, configured to perform network registration according to the communication information of the second subscriber identity module after receiving the second authentication pass instruction, and send a second registration success instruction to the second service processing module 260 after the network registration is successful;
and the second service processing module 260 is configured to perform PS communication or circuit switched CS communication after receiving the second registration success instruction.
Certainly, after the mobile terminal storing the communication information of the first subscriber identity module is inserted into the second subscriber identity module, the mobile terminal may also not include the mode selection unit, and the service processing unit directly receives the first start instruction or the second start instruction, so that after receiving the first start instruction, the service processing unit performs network registration according to the communication information of the first subscriber identity module stored in the storage unit, and after the registration is successful, initiates Packet Switching (PS) service connection to perform PS service processing. Or after receiving the second start instruction, the service processing unit performs network registration according to the communication information of the second subscriber identity module, and performs PS communication or circuit switched CS communication after successful registration.
The following describes in detail the usage process of the mobile terminal in the embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings of the specification.
In this embodiment, the user identity module is an SIM card, the mobile terminal 1 stores communication information of a first SIM card, and the mobile terminal 1 is inserted with a second SIM card, and the first SIM card is inserted with the mobile terminal 2. I.e. a first SIM card is attributed to mobile terminal 2 and a second SIM card is attributed to mobile terminal 1.
The communication network architecture in this embodiment is as shown in fig. 3, where the mobile terminal 1 is in the coverage of the base station 1, the mobile terminal 2 is in the coverage of the base station 2, and the base station 1 and the base station 2 are in the same core network of the exchange. Under the communication architecture, fig. 4 shows a process of multiplexing PS services by a mobile terminal, which includes:
step 401: the mobile terminal 1 reads the communication information of all the SIM cards.
The communication information of all the SIM cards comprises: the communication information of the SIM card stored by the mobile terminal 1, and the communication information of the SIM card belonging to the mobile terminal 1.
Here, the storage unit of the mobile terminal 1 stores therein the communication information of the first SIM card, and the mobile terminal 1 inserts the second SIM card, and therefore, the mode selection unit of the mobile terminal 1 reads the communication information of the first SIM card and the communication information of the second SIM card.
Step 402: and judging whether the determined starting instruction is the first starting instruction, if so, executing step 403, otherwise, executing step 406.
Here, the mobile terminal 1 has only the communication information of the two SIM cards, which correspond to the first start instruction and the second start instruction, respectively, and therefore, the start instruction is determined according to the selection of the user, when the user selects the communication information with the first SIM card, the determined start instruction is the first start instruction, step 403 is executed, when the user selects the communication information with the second SIM card, the determined start instruction is the second start instruction, and step 406 is executed.
Of course, when the mobile terminal 1 stores communication information of a plurality of SIM cards, the communication information of each SIM card corresponds to one activation instruction, and thus, different activation instructions can be selected.
Step 403: the mobile terminal 1 performs network registration according to the stored communication information of the first SIM card.
Here, the first authentication module of the mobile terminal 1 authenticates the identity according to the PIN code of the first SIM card, and performs network registration according to the communication information of the first SIM card after the authentication is passed. Certainly, when the authentication fails, the first SIM card cannot be used, and thus, network registration cannot be performed, and the use process fails.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the mobile terminal 2 is turned on before the mobile terminal 1 is turned on or during the turn-on process of the mobile terminal 1, the mobile terminal 2 also accesses the network through the base station 2 according to the communication information of the inserted first SIM card and performs network registration, at this time, the mobile terminal 2 may perform a PS service or a CS service according to the communication information of the first SIM card after the registration is successful. In this embodiment, the mobile terminal 1 and the mobile terminal 2 are under the coverage of the core network of the same exchange, so the network can locate the positions of the two terminals at the same time.
Step 404: the mobile terminal 1 initiates a PS service connection to perform PS service processing.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal 1 carries out PS service, and the mobile terminal 2 mainly carries out CS service, because the PS and the CS use different channels, no matter whether the mobile terminal 1 and the mobile terminal 2 are in the range of the same base station, the communication of the mobile terminal 1 and the mobile terminal 2 can not cause mutual interference.
When the mobile terminal 1 performs the PS service, the mobile terminal 2 generally does not use the first SIM card to perform the communication service. Of course, the mobile terminal 2 may also perform PS service processing according to the communication information of the first SIM card. At this time, technologies such as time division multiplexing can be adopted to realize that two mobile terminals process PS services simultaneously.
During the PS service processing of the mobile terminal 1, if the mobile terminal 2 initiates a CS service, for example, making or receiving a call. At this time, when the communication network architecture shown in fig. 3 is a 2G network architecture, and the 2G network architecture does not support the PS service and the CS service to work simultaneously, the mobile terminal 2 disconnects the PS service, so that the mobile terminal 1 also receives an instruction of the base station to disconnect the PS service, that is, the mobile terminal 1 cannot perform the PS service processing, and at this time, the PS service connection is disconnected. And, when receiving the CS service data delivered by the network side, the mobile terminal 1 shields the CS service data, and does not respond, that is, does not perform the CS service. In this case, the mobile terminal 1 needs to be turned on again to perform network registration in order to recover the PS service.
When the communication network architecture shown in fig. 3 is a 3G network architecture, the 3G network architecture supports the PS service and the CS service to work simultaneously, so that the mobile terminal 2 may disconnect the PS service or may not disconnect the PS service. The case where the mobile terminal 2 disconnects the PS service is as described above, and will not be described again. When the mobile terminal 2 does not disconnect the PS service connection, the mobile terminal 1 does not need to disconnect the PS service connection, and can continue to perform the PS service processing, but when receiving the CS service data delivered by the network side, the mobile terminal 1 still shields the CS service data, does not respond, that is, does not perform the CS service.
Step 405: the mobile terminal 1 ends the PS service, disconnects the PS service connection, and ends the processing flow.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the mobile terminal 2 also carries out network registration, the mobile terminal 1 finishes the PS service, only disconnects the PS service connection, and does not carry out network logout. Otherwise, the network may not be able to page the mobile terminal 2. And, when the mobile terminal 1 initiates the PS service again, it is only necessary to re-establish the PS service connection.
Of course, when the mobile terminal 2 does not perform network registration, here, the mobile terminal 1 may perform network registration after terminating the PS service.
Step 406: and the mobile terminal 1 performs network registration according to the communication information of the second SIM card.
Step 407: after the mobile terminal 1 is successfully registered, PS communication or circuit switching CS communication is performed according to the communication information of the second SIM card. The service processing process is finished.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the application processes of step 406 and step 407 are consistent with the prior art, and thus, the description is not repeated.
It can be seen that, after receiving a first start instruction, the mobile terminal in the embodiment of the present invention performs network registration according to the stored communication information of the first subscriber identity module, and after the registration is successful, initiates packet switching PS service connection to perform PS service processing, where the first subscriber identity module belongs to another mobile terminal, and the first start instruction corresponds to the communication information of the first subscriber identity module.
Moreover, when performing the PS service processing, the other mobile terminal generally does not initiate the PS service, and of course, the other mobile terminal may also perform the PS service, for example: by adopting the time division multiplexing technology, the two mobile terminals can carry out different PS services.
When the mobile terminal is in the 2G network and another mobile terminal performs the Circuit Switching (CS) service, the mobile terminal receives an instruction of disconnecting the PS service connection, firstly disconnects the established PS service connection, and then shields the received CS service data. Of course, the mobile terminal does not initiate CS services either.
When the mobile terminal is in the 3G network and another mobile terminal performs the circuit-switched CS service, the mobile terminal may disconnect the established PS service connection or may not disconnect the established PS service connection, but the mobile terminal must shield the received CS service data. Of course, the mobile terminal does not initiate CS services either.
When the mobile terminal in the embodiment of the present invention is inserted into the second subscriber identity module, that is, the second subscriber identity module belongs to the mobile terminal, before the mobile terminal receives the first start instruction corresponding to the first subscriber identity module, the method further includes:
the mobile terminal reads the communication information of a second user identification module belonging to the mobile terminal, reads the stored communication information of the first user identification module, and presents a first starting instruction corresponding to the communication information of the first user identification module and a second starting instruction corresponding to the communication information of the second user identification module.
Therefore, after receiving the first starting instruction, the mobile terminal performs network registration according to the stored communication information of the first subscriber identity module, and initiates Packet Switching (PS) service connection to perform PS service processing after the registration is successful. Or,
and after receiving a second starting instruction corresponding to the communication information of the second user identity identification module belonging to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal performs network registration according to the communication information of the second user identity identification module, and performs PS communication or Circuit Switching (CS) communication after the registration is successful.
Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal may not present the first start instruction or the second start instruction, but directly receive the first start instruction or the second start instruction, and then perform subsequent service processing.
In the embodiment of the invention, the storage unit of the mobile terminal can store the communication information of one, two or more user identity modules. Each subscriber identity module is attributed to other corresponding mobile terminals. The process of the mobile terminal performing the PS service processing according to the communication information of any one of the subscriber identity modules is as described above.
The mobile terminal in the embodiment of the invention can store the communication information of the user identity module and carry out PS service processing according to the stored communication information of the user identity module, so that a plurality of mobile terminals can correspond to one user identity module, and thus, a plurality of mobile terminals can use the same user identity module to carry out network registration and PS service processing in different places. Therefore, the utilization efficiency of the user identification module is improved, and the cost for maintaining a plurality of user identification modules can be saved.
In addition, the mobile terminal storing the communication information of the user identity module can shield the CS service data aiming at the user identity module, thereby avoiding the confusion of the CS service.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
