Abstract

本发明提供一种连接器组件,包括固定并电性连接于一电路板的连接器单元及一接口保护装置,该连接器单元包括一接口及一抵持部,该接口保护装置包括一开口和一卡持部,该接口保护装置罩设并抵持于该连接器单元上,该接口与该开口相对,该抵持部抵持于该开口周缘,该卡持部与电路板相卡持。

连接器组件
技术领域
本发明是关于一种连接器组件,尤指一种用于便携式电子装置的连接器组件。
背景技术
随着智能手机等便携式电子装置的普及及其扩充性的不断加强,手机的电路板上通常装设有各种接口。例如目前采用较多的数据传输接口通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)接口,该种接口的数据传输速率高,且对应的便携式资料存取装置存储数据容量大,体积小巧,便于携带。为了方便操作,通常将这些USB接口设置于便携式电子装置的电路板上。
现有的接口通常采用表面组装技术固定于电路板上。然而,该接口在多次使用拔插后,有可能发生移位,且在便携式电子装置遭受碰撞时,有可能脱落或者焊脚断裂而影响其与电路板的电性连接,从而影响便携式电子装置的使用效果。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可保持接口与电路板电性连接的连接器组件。
一种连接器组件,包括固定并电性连接于一电路板的连接器单元及一接口保护装置,该连接器单元包括一接口及一抵持部,该接口保护装置包括一开口和一卡持部,该接口保护装置罩设并抵持于该连接器单元上,该接口与该开口相对,该抵持部抵持于该开口周缘,该卡持部与电路板相卡持。
该连接器组件,其将一接口保护装置罩设并抵持于连接器单元上,卡持于电路板上,将所述连接器单元收容于该接口保护装置内,有效防止连接器单元移位、脱落,从而保持连接器单元与电路板的电连接。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明较佳实施例连接器组件固定于一电路板10上,其包括一连接器单元20及一接口保护装置30。接口保护装置30用来保持连接器单元20牢固的固定在电路板10上,以保持连接器单元20与电路板10的电连接。该电路板10安装在便携式电子装置(图未示)内,用以实现该便携式电子装置内部各电子元件的电性连接。
该连接器单元20大致呈矩形筒状,包括一顶壁23、一与顶壁23相对设置的底壁24、与所述顶壁23及底壁24均相衔接的二侧壁25以及由上述顶壁23、底壁24与二侧壁25所围成的一接口21。该连接器单元20还包括抵持部,该抵持部包括至少一凸包231和至少一抵持件251。在本发明较佳实施例中,该凸包231有二个,其间隔凸设于该顶壁23,邻近该顶壁23边缘;该抵持件251有四个,分别由该顶壁23、底壁24及二侧壁25的边缘向外张开延伸形成。该底壁24固定于电路板10上,且该四抵持件251伸出电路板10的边缘。该连接器单元20采用表面组装技术固定于电路板10上。
接口保护装置30大致为一矩形罩体,其包括一上板31、一前板33及一开口端37。该上板31大致呈U形,其包括一基板311、二加强部312、二连接部313及二缺口315。所述基板311大致呈矩形板状。所述二加强部312大致呈长条形片体,其由该基板311相对两侧中部向同侧弯折延伸形成。所述二连接部313由基板311相对两侧边缘向加强部312的弯折方向弯折形成,且该二连接部313末端略微向外弯折形成一端部3131,该端部3131与所述基板311相平行。所述二缺口315间隔开设于该基板311一侧并邻近该二连接部313。
前板33大致呈矩形板状,其由上板31邻近二缺口315边缘向二加强部312的弯折方向弯折延伸形成。该前板33包括一基体331、一开口332、一卡持部333及二侧板335。所述开口332贯穿开设于该基体331上。该开口332的尺寸与接口21的尺寸相匹配。该开口332与所述二缺口315相连通。所述卡持部333由该基体331远离上板31的一端向朝向所述加强部312的方向弯折形成,且该卡持部333与所述基体331相平行。所述二侧板335大致呈长条形板状,其分别由基体331的二侧中部向加强部312的方向弯折延伸形成,使得所述二侧板335的末端分别叠设于所述二加强部312的末端上。于本实施例中,该二侧板335末端采用镭射焊接的方式固定于所述加强部312末端,以加强该接口保护装置30的强度。
开口端37大致呈矩形,其由上板31及前板33围成,可套设连接器单元20于其内。
请参阅图3及图4,组装该接口保护装置30于连接器单元20及电路板10上时,首先将卡持部333边缘呈一斜角的抵持于电路板10远离连接器单元20的表面放置,使该接口保护装置30悬设于所述连接器单元20上,且与该电路板10呈一斜角设置,接口保护装置30的开口端37朝向所述连接器单元20,且对准该连接器单元20。然后,以该卡持部333边缘为旋转轴旋转该接口保护装置30,使其向靠近连接器单元20的方向运动,直至该卡持部333与所述电路板10平行并抵持于电路板10表面。
于此过程中,该连接器单元20将从所述开口端37进入所述接口保护装置30,直至该接口保护装置30罩设所述连接器单元20于其内。此时,前板33与该卡持部333相连接一端抵持于电路板10侧面,二凸包231容置于二缺口315内,且接口21与接口保护装置30的开口332相对准,该四个抵持件251抵持于开口332周缘,上板31及二加强部312分别抵持于连接器单元20的顶壁23及二侧壁25,即可将该接口保护装置30抵持连接器单元20装设于电路板10上,防止该连接器单元20移位、脱落等,有效保持该连接器单元20与电路板10的电性连接。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种连接器组件,包括固定并电性连接于一电路板的连接器单元,该连接器单元包括一接口,其特征在于:该连接器单元还包括一抵持部、一顶壁及二侧壁,所述连接器组件还包括一接口保护装置,该接口保护装置包括一开口、一卡持部、一基板及由该基板相对两侧弯折延伸形成的二加强部,该接口保护装置罩设并抵持于该连接器单元上,该基板及该二加强部分别抵持于该连接器单元的顶壁及二侧壁上,该接口与该开口相对,该抵持部包括凸设于该顶壁上的二凸包及由该顶壁及该侧壁的边缘延伸形成的多个抵持件,该基板邻近边缘处开设有二缺口,该缺口容置该凸包于其内,该抵持件抵持于该开口的周缘,该卡持部与电路板相卡持以固定该接口保护装置于电路板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:所述接口保护装置还包括与该基板相连接的一基体,所述开口开设于该基体上,卡持部由该基体一侧弯折延伸形成,且与所述基板平行设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:所述基体还包括由该基体相对两侧弯折延伸形成的二侧板,所述二侧板末端叠设于所述二加强部末端。
4.如权利要求3所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:所述侧板末端镭射焊接固定于所述加强部末端,以加强该接口保护装置的强度。
5.如权利要求1所述的连接器组件,其特征在于:所述连接器单元表面贴装于电路板上。
