Abstract
The invention discloses a method for realizing a network and card locking function of a terminal, which comprises that: an encryption chip is arranged on a mainboard of the terminal; and the encryption chip reads subscriber identity module (SIM) card information after the terminal is started, judges whether the read SIM card information is the same as the SIM card information specified by an operator and stored per se or not, and enables the network and card locking protection function of the terminal when determining the read SIM card information is different from the stored SIM card information. Simultaneously, the invention also discloses the terminal capable of realizing the network and card locking function. By the method and the terminal, the condition of low confidentiality of the software-based network and card locking function of the terminal can be avoided, and the confidentiality of the network and card locking function of the terminal is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a network and card locking technology in mobile communication, in particular to a method and a terminal for realizing the network and card locking function of the terminal.
Background
With the development of mobile communication technology, the terminal market is developing faster and faster, and competition among mobile operators is also stronger and stronger. Detailed Description
The basic idea of the invention is: the terminal mainboard is provided with an encryption chip and a peripheral circuit thereof, the encryption chip reads the SIM card information after the terminal is started, judges whether the read SIM card information is the same as the SIM card information appointed by the operator stored by the encryption chip, and starts the network locking and card locking protection functions of the terminal when the read SIM card information is different from the stored SIM card information.
And in the process of judging whether the read SIM card information is the same as the stored SIM card information appointed by the operator, when the read SIM card information is determined to be the same as the stored SIM card information, the terminal enters a normal working state.
In the present invention, the SIM card information includes: the mobile network comprises a Mobile Country Code (MCC), a Mobile Network Code (MNC) and an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), wherein the MCC and the MNC form a globally unique number, and the IMSI is also a globally unique number; when the SIM card information is MCC and MNC and the determined and read SIM card information is different from the stored SIM card information, starting a network locking function of the terminal; and when the SIM card information is IMSI and the read SIM card information is different from the stored SIM card information, starting a card locking function of the terminal.

Here, if the terminal executes the network locking function, judging whether the MCC and MNC in the SIM card information are the same as the stored MCC and MNC specified by the operator, and starting the network locking protection function of the terminal when the two are determined to be different; and if the terminal executes the card locking function, judging whether the IMSI in the SIM card information is the same as the IMSI specified by the stored operator, and starting the card locking protection function of the terminal when the IMSI in the SIM card information is different from the IMSI specified by the stored operator.
The SIM card information appointed by the operator is written into the encryption module by the operator through an external computer before the terminal leaves a factory, and for the network locking function, only MCC and MNC can be written; for the card locking function, the IMSI is written. In addition, for the card locking function, MCC and MNC may also be written first, and the operator may specify that the SIM card of the home network that the terminal uses for the first time is the SIM card that the terminal will be locked, so that if the SIM card that the terminal uses for the first time conforms to the written MCC and MNC, the IMSI in the SIM card information is stored in the encryption chip for the subsequent card locking operation.
In order to increase the security of information written by an operator, a special dongle can be provided for the dongle, SIM card information can be written into the dongle only by inserting the correct dongle into a computer, and the dongle is only opened to the operator or a terminal manufacturer, so that the SIM card information stored in the dongle is prevented from being maliciously tampered.
Therefore, the encryption chip provided by the invention is independent of the operating system of the terminal, namely independent of the main chip, so that even if the encryption software of the terminal is damaged, other SIM cards which are not specified by an operator can not enable the terminal to work after being intercepted by the encryption chip, and the confidentiality of the network locking and card locking functions of the terminal is improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a terminal structure for implementing the network and card locking function of the present invention, in which an encryption chip and a connection line for communicating the encryption chip with other original modules are disposed in the terminal, the encryption chip is connected with a main chip, an SIM card and a download module through an address line, a data line and a control line, and the encryption chip is connected with a terminal function module through a control line, as shown in fig. 2, the terminal includes: the system comprises a functional module, an encryption chip and a main chip; wherein,
the encryption chip is used for storing SIM card information appointed by an operator; after the terminal is started, reading SIM card information under the trigger of a main chip, judging whether the read SIM card information is the same as the SIM card information appointed by an operator stored by the terminal, and starting a network locking and card locking protection function of the terminal when the read SIM card information is different from the stored SIM card information;
the main chip is used for triggering the encryption chip to read the information of the SIM card after the terminal is started;
the function module is used for controlling the encryption chip to disable the function of the encryption chip when the encryption chip determines that the read SIM card information is different from the stored SIM card information, so as to realize the network locking and card locking functions of the terminal;
in addition, the user writes the SIM card information specified by the operator into the encryption module through the external computer and the download module shown in fig. 2.
The main chip is further used for providing a power supply for the encryption chip.

the storage module is used for storing SIM card information appointed by an operator;
the reading module is used for reading the SIM card information under the trigger of the main chip after the terminal is started and sending the SIM card information to the judging and processing module;
and the judging and processing module is used for judging whether the read SIM card information is the same as the SIM card information which is stored by the storage module and is appointed by the operator, and controlling the functional module to be invalid when the read SIM card information is determined to be different from the stored SIM card information, so that the network locking and card locking protection functions of the terminal are realized.
The implementation principle of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to a specific embodiment.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the terminal of this embodiment, and as shown in fig. 4, the functional modules of the terminal include: terminal memory flash, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), keyboard, audio module, other functional modules, this embodiment is through each analog switch of encryption chip control to reach the control to each functional module, promptly: when the encryption chip controls the analog switch to be in an open state, the functional module is in a normal working state, namely the terminal is in a normal working state; when the encryption chip controls the analog switch to be in a closed state, the functional module does not work, and the terminal achieves the functions of locking the network and the card.

For a terminal flash, if an encryption chip detects an illegal user, the terminal can be disabled as long as a power supply of the flash is turned off, a triode is added on a circuit, and a control end is realized by the encryption chip;
for the LCD, as with the terminal flash, if the encryption chip detects an illegal user, the power supply of the flash is cut off; the module switch can also be used for controlling the data line or the address line of the LCD, and when an illegal user is detected, the data line or the address line of the LCD is cut off;
for the control method of the keyboard, similar to the processing method of the flash and the LCD, if a full keyboard chip exists, the power supply of the full keyboard chip is controlled through a triode, so that the full keyboard can stop working when the encryption chip detects an illegal user;
for the audio module, audio is transmitted to the main chip in an analog signal mode, so that the on-off of the audio can be realized by adding an analog switch.
As can be seen from the above, the network locking and card locking functions of the terminal are realized by controlling the connection and disconnection between each functional module and the main chip through the encryption chip, so that permanent damage to the system of the terminal is avoided, the terminal can operate normally only by reinserting the SIM card specified by the operator, and the benefits of the operator and the terminal manufacturer are protected together.
