Description

The invention relates to a refrigeration device, in particular a domestic refrigerator, comprising a cooling chamber and at least one shelf for storing refrigerated goods stored in the cooling chamber, which is located between the inner walls of the cooling chamber.

Background technique

This traditional domestic refrigerator is described in the patent publication DE202006014616U1. The interior space of refrigerators, freezers, etc. is generally configured in which refrigerated goods are stored on the bottom of the compartment or on storage shelves. However, the load-bearing capacity of conventional compartment floors or storage shelves is sometimes insufficient, which can cause the compartment bottom or storage shelf to buckle, if the filled and thus heavy food containers are to be placed, for example, in a refrigerator. Furthermore, the space inside the refrigerator cannot always be used advantageously because the mutual spacing of the compartment bottoms or storage shelves in the refrigerator does not match the height of the containers. This problem is solved in the prior art by means of shelves having an upright central wall with at least one pair of horizontally adjacent carriers on either side of the central wall, which serve as supports for the food containers.

Contents of the invention

It is an object of the present invention to provide a refrigeration unit with improved storage capacity for refrigerated goods.

This object is achieved by means of a refrigeration device with the features of claim 1 .

In this document, a refrigeration device is to be understood in particular as meaning a domestic refrigeration appliance, such as a refrigerator, a freezer or a combined refrigerator-freezer.

The refrigeration device has a cooling chamber and at least one shelf, wherein the shelf is located between inner walls of the cooling chamber for refrigerated goods stored in the cooling chamber. According to the invention, the shelf has a first planar shelf surface section and a second planar shelf surface section, wherein the second planar shelf surface section is opposite to the first planar shelf surface section. The panel surface sections are offset in the vertical direction.

The shelf has a first planar shelf surface section and a second planar shelf surface section and wherein the second planar shelf surface section is opposite to the first planar shelf surface section The fact of being offset in the vertical direction enables containers of different sizes to be stored very compactly in the refrigeration unit. Since the shelf surface section is arranged flat, refrigerated goods can be stored over the entire surface of the shelf above the container. Thus, the shelf forms a stepped compartment bottom for the cooling chamber of the refrigeration device, which enables refrigerated goods to be stored grouped under and on the compartment bottom according to height. This results in a better utilization of the storage space within the refrigeration unit, and thus, more refrigerated goods can be stored in the refrigeration unit in an organized manner. A single stepped shelf or a plurality of stepped shelves arranged one above the other can be accommodated in the refrigeration device. A shelf or stepped shelves can be combined with a non-stepped, ie completely flat, shelf or bottom of the cooling chamber of the refrigeration device. The stepped shelf can be secured to holders on opposite inner side walls of the cooling chamber of the refrigeration unit.

In other words, the new cabin bottom can be configured as a stepped shelf, so that two shelf areas can be produced at different height positions in one cabin bottom. This enables objects of different heights to be stored on the stepped compartment bottom. At the same time, two distances of different dimensions are established relative to the bottom of the cabin below. The absolute size of the spacing below the stepped chamber bottom can be derived from the set height on the stepped chamber bottom. This results in four different set heights. This provides the consumer with a great deal of flexibility in storing his or her refrigerated goods. The stepped compartment bottom can be made from a single piece or from multiple pieces, while frame construction can be utilized as well as multiple drop-in storage areas. In the case of a one-piece embodiment, bent sheets, extrusions, bent or injection molded plastic parts may be utilized. In the case of a multi-part embodiment, it is also possible to utilize storage areas made of glass in addition to the aforementioned materials.

The shelf according to the invention provides a shelving system in a refrigeration appliance which is very convenient for the consumer. This enables products with different heights to be stored as simply as possible. In particular, flexible space-saving opportunities arise, so that containers of different sizes can be stored as compactly as possible in the refrigeration device. Also fits flat bottom containers for use in the oven or steamer.

Flat-bottomed containers are basin-shaped vessels having a generally cuboidal shape for storing and transporting foodstuffs. Flat-bottomed containers must meet the internationally accepted flat-bottomed vessel standards established in Europe, for example European standard EN631 or the corresponding German standard DIN66075. A flat bottom system is a dimensional system that utilizes standard dimensions for the width, depth and height of flat bottom containers to provide systematic grouping of multiple flat bottom containers and is therefore employed in food handling facilities and kitchens for efficient storage Empty flat bottom containers and save space, store or display flat bottom containers filled with food or grain. Another purpose of the standard is to achieve specific compatibility between flat-bottomed containers made by different manufacturers. According to this standard, starting from the basic size GN1/1 with a width of 325 mm and a depth of 530 mm, different smaller container units are derived which correspond to fractions of the size of the basic size GN1/1 (eg 2/3, 1 /2, 1/3, 1/4). Thus, the width is normalized to a standard width of eg 325 mm, 162 mm or 108 mm. Depth is normalized for values such as 530 mm, 354 mm, 265 mm, 176 mm, 132 mm or 88 mm. The height is generally 200 mm, 150 mm, 100 mm, 65 mm, 40 mm or 20 mm. The height defines the deep draft dimension of the pot-shaped container, that is, the indentation depth of the pot-shaped container.

The transition section provided between the first planar shelf surface section and the second planar shelf surface section can be arranged in a stepped manner. A transition section connects the first planar shelf surface section to the second planar shelf surface section. Together with the transition section, the first and the second planar shelf surface section form a part, wherein the part can in particular be arranged in one piece. Shelving arranged in this manner is a stepped compartment bottom for refrigeration units. The stepped cabin bottom can be made, for example, of double-sided sheet metal or an injection-molded plastic part. Upwardly directed side wall skirts can be provided on the side edge of the stepped compartment bottom towards the rear wall in the cooling chamber, which side wall skirts on the one hand keep the refrigerated goods away from the inner rear wall of the cooling chamber and on the other hand prevent the refrigerated goods from Falls backwards when the bottom of the stepped chamber is drawn out.

A sheet of material may be used which is said to be bent twice so as to create different storage areas. For stabilization and to limit the adjustment depth, additional bends can be applied to each rear edge of the compartment bottom. Additional bends may be applied, but are not absolutely necessary. The stepped compartment bottom can rest on ribs in the refrigeration unit. Said ribs make it possible to simply limit the insertion depth of the flat-bottomed container, thus ensuring a safe distance from, for example, the evaporator. In addition, an insertion depth limiter for the compartment bottom and/or of the device for preventing unintentional withdrawal of the compartment bottom can be arranged on the rib part.

The edges of the steps may run parallel to the side walls of the cooling chamber. In other words, the step or the transition section can be bent at right angles to the first and the second planar shelf surface section. The transition section may also be referred to as a vertical plane.

This vertical plane of the step can thus be parallel to the side walls of the cooling chamber. This means that when the first and second planar shelf surface sections are arranged horizontally, the vertical plane of the step extends in the vertical direction. Because of this vertical alignment of the vertical planes or transition sections, the maximum size of the shelf area of the first and second planar shelf surface sections is achieved. This means that in plan view of the stepped compartment bottom, the first flat shelf surface section directly adjoins the second flat shelf surface section.

In all embodiments, the vertical plane can have a first holder for removable containers, in particular flat-bottomed containers. Containers, in particular flat-bottomed containers, can also be placed on the surface on which the first flat surface section and the second flat surface section are located. The holder according to the invention enables containers, in particular flat-bottomed containers, to be stored in a suspended manner below the first and second flat shelf surface sections.

In all variants of the invention, the first planar shelf surface section can be arranged vertically offset with respect to the second planar shelf surface section by a height, wherein said height corresponds to the selection 200 , 150 , 100 , 65, 55, 40, 20 mm values are related or equal to this value. Due to the size of this adjustment, a height deviation of this type allows, in particular, space-saving storage of flat-bottomed containers. The vertically offset arrangement of the first and second flat shelf surface sections makes it possible to store two flat-bottomed containers of different heights next to each other below the bottom of the stepped compartment or on the first and second flat shelf Above the wide flat container extending below the surface section there is room for another smaller flat container between the wide flat container and the higher positioned flat shelf surface section.

In this case, the second holder, in particular for flat-bottomed containers, can be arranged on the inner side wall of the cooling chamber at a height relative to the plate below or the bottom of the cooling chamber, wherein said height corresponds to the selected height. Multiples and/or sums of selected values from 200, 150, 100, 65, 55, 40, 20 mm are related or equal to said multiples or sums of selected values. This enables flat bottom containers of different heights to be stored on top of each other. Otherwise, optionally, ie if desired, multiple short flat-bottomed containers or tall flat-bottomed containers can be stored in the same area of the refrigeration unit.

The distance between two opposing holders arranged at the same height can be related to the width of the containers to be held, in particular flat-bottomed containers. In this case, too, opposing holders can optionally be arranged so that a single wide flat-bottomed container can be stored or two or three pairs of holders arranged at the same height can be arranged so that two or three Narrower flat bottom containers can be stored adjacently at the same height.

The widths of the storage areas at the bottom of the stepped compartments may be of the same size or of different sizes. In a variant embodiment according to the invention, the width dimension can be chosen such that standard flat-bottomed containers (Gastronorm containers) can be stored underneath. If only one container is stored below the stepped compartment bottom, a uniform level for the compartment bottom below Spacing is formed. Since standard containers have different widths, a second level is created below the compartment bottom for storing flat-bottomed containers. In this second plane, one larger container or several smaller containers can be stored by simply adjusting the support ribs. For this exemplary embodiment shown in the figures, the small container corresponds to a 1/3 flat bottom container and the large container corresponds to a 2/3 flat bottom container. Other flat bottom container sizes may also be utilized if the storage system is to be used in other refrigeration appliance widths.

The spacing of two opposing holders arranged at the same height may have a value determined by the sum of the gap width dimension and an individual value selected from 325, 162, 108 mm. Thus, for example, one flat-bottomed container or two or three narrower flat-bottomed containers can be stored at the same height. On the one hand, the gap width may be sized to have a slight amount of clearance to hold a single wide flat bottomed container for easy removal and easy insertion, or to prevent collisions between two adjacent narrow flat bottomed containers on the other hand.

In all embodiments of the holder, the first and/or the second holder can have fastening means for detachably fastening the first and/or the second holder on the vertical plane of the shelf or on the inner wall of the cooling chamber . In particular, the second holder may be connected directly to the inner wall of the cooling chamber of the refrigeration device or indirectly via an intermediate support to the stepped compartment bottom or the inner wall of the refrigeration chamber. Both the first holder and the second holder and the third holder can be detachably or permanently fixed.

180°。The first and/or second holder can have a plurality of supporting ribs for containers, in particular flat-bottomed containers, wherein the supporting ribs are arranged at an asymmetrical vertical distance with respect to the fixing device, and the fixing device It is arranged to detachably fix the first holder and/or the second holder on one of the inner wall of the cooling chamber or the vertical plane in a first installation position and a second installation position, wherein the The second mounting location is rotated horizontally by 180° relative to the first mounting location on the opposite inner wall.

The fact that each holder has multiple support ribs enables multiple receivers for different height positions. However, the embodiment of the individual holders means that a single fixing means is sufficient for fixing the holders eg to the inner wall of the cooling chamber. This eliminates the need for multiple fixtures if each support rib has to be secured with a separate fixture. Due to this asymmetric embodiment, ie the asymmetric spacing between the support ribs on the holder, two different fastening heights can be realized with a single fastening device. This also eliminates the need to manufacture or provide two different types of holders for different fixed heights. This reduces the number of parts and manufacturing costs.

For all variants of the holder, at least one of the flat shelf surface sections can have an opening for fastening a third holder for removable containers, in particular flat-bottomed containers. In particular, the third holder does not have to be placed in the vicinity of a defined section or vertical plane. Also in order to be able to move the third holder away from the transition section or the vertical plane, the first and/or the second planar shelf surface section can have openings for fastening the third holder. The opening is preferably located at a distance from the transition section or the vertical plane. Multiple openings may be provided to optionally secure the third holder at different positions.

In other words, additional available containers can be held on one side by the container ribs and on the other side by the compartment bottom ribs. For the upper vessel plane, the vessel bottom ribs can be fixedly connected to the compartment bottom, eg ribs on the sheet bending part, as bonded or welded support members or detachably connected to the compartment bottom. In the second container plane, the consumer can advantageously remove and reposition the compartment rib. This is then a prerequisite for being able to employ one large container or multiple small containers. In order to fix the compartment bottom ribs, openings are provided in the compartment bottom, thereby defining the position of the ribs. The compartment bottom rib may be arranged to be inserted biased and rotatable. They form the bearing surface for the left or right side of the flat-bottomed container. In domestic refrigerators, the support ribs can be screwed, screwed or molded in the container or used as an add-on part in the container. The additional part is provided for use on the left and right sides of the container. However, it is also possible to use two dedicated lateral parts. With this technical solution, the number of ribs can be reduced to the minimum required.

In this embodiment, the opening may also be formed by means of a plurality of spaced apart parallel extending slots, thereby forming a spacing of different widths for two opposing retainers. In this case, the third holder is inserted or latched into the slot.

The stepped compartment bottom according to the present invention provides flexibility for consumers to store refrigerated products of different heights. In addition, the consumer has the option of simply storing especially flat-bottomed containers within the refrigeration unit by hanging without wasting storage space. The storage system according to the invention provides the option of storing multiple flat-bottomed containers or flat-bottomed containers of different widths in a refrigeration unit. By repositioning the ribs attached to the bottom of the compartment, the consumer can choose between storing one large pan or multiple small pans.

Different embodiment variants of the invention are described with reference to the schematic refrigeration device shown in FIG. 1 and with reference to the shelves and holders shown in FIGS. 2 to 9 and the mentioned containers. Additional features and advantages of the invention will emerge from the detailed description of these specific illustrative embodiments.

Figure 2 shows the stepped shelf 8 according to the invention in its installed position between the left inner side wall 9 and the right inner side wall 10 in the cooling chamber 7a. The shelf 8 has a first planar shelf surface section 15 and a second planar shelf surface section 16, wherein the second planar shelf surface section and the first planar shelf surface section 15 vertical deviation. The first planar shelf surface section 15 has a rectangular planar structure. In FIG. 2 , the right-hand edge 17 of the first flat shelf surface section 15 adjoins a transition section 18 in the form of a step 19 . The transition section 18 has a rectangular planar configuration and is bent at right angles relative to the first planar shelf surface section 15 . A transition section 18 extends vertically downward from the first planar shelf surface section 15 . The second planar shelf surface section 16 adjoins the lower end 20 of the transition section 18 . The second planar shelf surface section 16 has a rectangular planar configuration and is bent at right angles relative to the transition section 18 or the step 19 . The second planar shelf surface section 16 extends horizontally from the transition section 18 in the direction of the right inner side wall 10 . The second flat shelf surface section 16 extends in a plane parallel to the first flat shelf surface section 15 at vertically offset intervals corresponding to the transition sections 18 or steps 19 . The vertical plane 21 of the edge 17 of the transition section 18 or of the step 19 is aligned parallel to the side walls, namely the left inner side wall 9 and the right inner side wall 10 . The transition section 18 or vertical plane 21 has a first holder 22 for a removable flat-bottomed container 23a. The first holder 22 has a fixing device 24 for detachably fixing the first holder 22 to the vertical plane 21 . The fixing means 24 are formed by ribs 25 of the first holder 22, which are to be clamped or latched into slot-shaped openings 29a, 29b.

The second planar shelf surface section 16 has a plurality of openings 29 a for the third holder 27 in order to form different width distances of the two opposing holders 22 , 27 . The opening 29a is provided as a groove 29b. The grooves 29 b extend in two rows, each row being aligned parallel to one another at grid intervals in the plane of the second planar shelf surface section 16 .

Figure 3 shows the stepped shelf 8 itself and only the first holder 22, the second holder 28a, 28b and the third holder 27 according to the invention. In consideration of this, the left second holder 28a in FIG. 2 replaces the one left holder 11a in FIG. 1 . In consideration of this, the right second holder 28b in FIG. 2 replaces the one right holder 11b in FIG. 1 . The second holder 28a on the left shown in FIG. 3 has a plurality of support ribs 30a, 30b, 30c. The three support ribs 30a, 30b, 30c are arranged vertically offset as shown in the figure with a mutual height spacing, wherein the height spacing is related to the value of 200, 150, 100, 65, 55, 40, 20 mm or equal to the stated value. The second holder 28b on the right side shown in FIG. 3 has a plurality of support ribs 31a, 31b, 31c. The three supporting ribs 31a, 31b (covered by the shelf 8), 31c are arranged vertically offset as shown in the figure with a mutual height spacing of 200, 150, 100, 65, 55, 40, 20 The value in mm is related to or equal to the stated value. The second holder 28b shown on the right is arranged rotated by 180° relative to the position of the second holder 28a shown on the left.

On the side edges 33a, 33b of the stepped compartment bottom 8 facing the inner rear wall 32 ( FIG. 2 ) of the inner container 3 there are provided upwardly directed side wall skirts 34a, 34b which on the one hand hold refrigerated goods away from the inside rear wall 32 ( FIG. 2 ) of the inner container 3 and on the other hand prevents the refrigerated goods from falling to the rear when the stepped compartment bottom 8 is extracted. Sheet metal can be used, that is to say has been bent twice, so that different storage areas of the first flat shelf surface section 15 and the second flat shelf surface section 16 are produced. Kinks or side wall skirts 34a, 34b mounted on the rear side edges 33a, 33b of the compartment bottom 8 also serve for stabilization purposes and for limiting the insertion depth.

FIG. 4 shows a first example of two containers 23 or flat-bottomed containers 23a, 23b of different widths being stored on the bottom 8 of the cabin. The first flat shelf surface section 15 is arranged vertically offset from the second flat shelf surface section 16 by a dimension, wherein said dimension is associated with values of 200, 150, 65, 55, 40, 20 mm or equal to the stated value. This means that the first flat shelf surface section 15 is arranged vertically offset according to the dimensional differences of the pan standard EN631 or the corresponding German standard DIN66075, which is attributable to the particularly small gap height dimension. The narrow flat-bottomed container 23 a is mounted on the support rib 30 b of the second holder 28 a shown on the left and on the rib 35 of the first holder 22 . The bottom 36 of the flat-bottomed container 23 a ultimately lies approximately at the level of the second flat shelf surface section 16 . The wide flat container 23 b is arranged below the bottom 36 of the flat container 23 a and below the level of the second flat shelf surface section 16 . The wide flat container 23b is mounted on the support rib 30c of the second holder 28a on the left as shown and the third holder 27. Thus, the wide flat-bottomed container 23 b extends below the first flat shelf surface section 15 and the second flat shelf surface section 16 and below the transition section 18 or the vertical plane 21 .

Figure 5 shows a second example of three containers 23 or flat-bottomed containers 23c, 23d, 23e having the same width being stored at different width and height positions on the bottom 8 of the cabin. The flat-bottomed container 23 c is arranged below the first flat shelf surface section 15 but above the level of the second flat shelf surface section 16 . For this purpose, the flat-bottomed container 23c is mounted on the support rib 30b of the second holder 28a on the left as shown and the rib 35 of the first holder 22 as shown. The flat-bottomed container 23d is arranged directly below the flat-bottomed container 23c. For this purpose, the flat-bottomed container 23d is mounted on a support rib 30c of the second holder 28a on the left as shown and a further rib 36 of the third holder 27a. The flat-bottomed container 23e is mounted on the support rib 31a of the second holder 28b on the right as shown and an additional third holder 27b. This additional third holder 27 b is detachably fastened at the opening 26 b of the second planar shelf surface section 16 .

32。Figure 6 shows a stepped shelf 8 according to the invention together with a first flat container 23a (Figure 2), a second flat container 23b (Figure 2) and part of a second holder 28a shown on the left in Figure 2 . In FIG. 3 , the stepped shelf 8 is shown in perspective from the rear wall 32 of the inner container 3 looking forward. Thus, the folds or side wall skirts 34a, 34b mounted on the rear side edges 33a, 33b of the compartment bottom or shelf 8 are shown from the front. The wide flat-bottomed container 23b has a rolled-up edge 37b on its upper trough edge, wherein said rolled-up edge lies transversely on the support rib 30c of the second holder 28a. The narrow flat-bottomed container 23a has an additional rolled-up edge 37b on its upper groove edge, wherein the additional rolled-up edge rests transversely on the support rib 30b of the second holder 28a. The compartment bottom or shelf 8 sits on a third support rib 30a of the second holder 28a. Above the support rib 30c, a first stop 38 extends vertically upwards, preventing the flat-bottomed container 23b from being inserted further and thus preventing the rolled-up edge 37b of the flat-bottomed container 23b from contacting the rear wall 32 of the inner container 3 . While providing the same effect, the second stop 39 extends vertically between the support rib 30b and the support rib 30a, preventing the flat-bottomed container 23a from being inserted deeper and thus preventing the rolled-up edge 37a of the flat-bottomed container 23a from contacting the inner container 3 rear wall 32 .

Figure 7 shows a bottom view of the compartment bottom or shelf 8 itself. The second planar shelf surface section 16 has two rows of openings 29a. The opening 29a for the third holder 27 is used to create a spacing of different widths for the two opposing holders 22, 27 (Fig. 2). The opening 29a is provided as a groove 29b. The grooves 29 b extend in two rows in the plane of the second planar shelf surface section 16 , the two rows being aligned parallel to one another with a grid spacing. The first flat shelf surface section 15 is connected to the second flat shelf surface section 16 via a transition section 18 or a step 19 . The transition section 18 or the step 19 supports the first holder 22 with ribs 37 . Both the first holder 22 and the second holder 27 can be inserted into the opening 29a or the groove 29b and easily clamped.
