The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a line diagnostic instrument which can realize the rapid and efficient diagnosis of the construction site engineering machinery wiring harness fault.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a line diagnostic apparatus for line diagnosis of a construction machine, the line diagnostic apparatus including: a storage unit for storing circuit arrangement information of at least one type of construction machine; the reading unit is used for reading the circuit arrangement information corresponding to the current engineering machinery to be detected from the storage unit according to an input instruction of an operator, and selecting the information of the current wire harness to be detected from the circuit arrangement information of the current engineering machinery to be detected according to the input instruction of the operator; the detection unit is used for detecting the current wire harness to be detected according to the information of the current wire harness to be detected and obtaining a detection result; and the display unit is used for analyzing the detection result to generate a diagnosis result and displaying the diagnosis result.
In the technical scheme, the line arrangement information of the engineering machinery is stored in a line diagnostic instrument, when the line of the engineering machinery needs to be diagnosed, the arrangement condition of the current line to be diagnosed can be known according to the information stored in the line diagnostic instrument, so that the line of the section is detected, and then the detection result is analyzed to obtain the diagnosis result and is displayed; by adopting the line diagnostic instrument in the technical scheme, the segmented detection of the line of the engineering machinery can be realized, each section of line is detected in sequence, and the specific situation of line arrangement can be detected only by selecting corresponding line information in the storage unit, so that the specific fault line section can be detected, and compared with the related technology in which faults are judged through experience of technicians, the accuracy of fault detection is effectively improved, and the efficiency of fault detection is improved.
Preferably, the detection of the wire harness to be detected by the detection unit includes detecting at least one of the following fault states: open circuit to the line, short circuit to ground, short circuit to power supply, and short circuit between lines. In the technical scheme, the detection functions of four faults can be integrated into the line diagnostic instrument, the detection of the four faults can be realized through one line diagnostic instrument, and the fault detection efficiency is improved.
Preferably, the display unit is further configured to display the line arrangement information corresponding to the current engineering machine to be detected and the current wire harness information to be detected. In the technical scheme, the line arrangement information and the current wire harness information to be detected are displayed, so that an operator can more visually see the line arrangement condition of the current engineering machinery and the wire harness arrangement condition to be detected, the detection result is more visual and vivid, the operator can more conveniently obtain the detection result by displaying the detection result, and the operator can conveniently judge the fault information.
Preferably, the detection unit is further configured to generate a fault code according to the detection of the wire harness to be detected, and output the fault code to the display unit; and the display unit is also used for analyzing the fault codes to generate corresponding diagnosis results. In the technical scheme, different fault codes can be preset to be associated with different fault states of the wire harness to be detected, the detection unit can generate corresponding fault codes according to the detected fault states, then the fault codes are transmitted to the display unit, and the display unit analyzes the received fault codes to generate and display diagnosis results, so that an operator can check and judge fault information conveniently.
Preferably, the line diagnostic apparatus further comprises: the selection unit is used for selecting automatic detection or manual detection on the wire harness to be detected according to an input instruction of an operator; and when the automatic detection is selected, the detection unit automatically detects each line in the line bundle to be detected one by one, and when the manual detection is selected, the detection unit only detects the line selected by an operator in the line bundle to be detected. In the technical scheme, the line diagnostic instrument supports two diagnostic modes, namely automatic diagnosis and manual diagnosis, and an operator can flexibly select the diagnostic mode according to actual needs.
Preferably, the line diagnostic apparatus further comprises a battery pack for supplying electric power to the line diagnostic apparatus; or the line diagnostic instrument is connected to a storage battery pack of the engineering machinery to be detected, and the storage battery pack provides electric energy for the line diagnostic instrument. In the technical scheme, the line diagnostic instrument can be provided with a battery pack, and can also be connected to a storage battery pack of the engineering machinery to be detected to obtain electric energy, for example, the line diagnostic instrument can be connected to the storage battery pack of the whole vehicle through a V direct current power supply plug to supply power.
Preferably, the line diagnostic instrument is used for line diagnosis of a concrete pump truck, and the reading unit is specifically used for: and determining and reading the line arrangement information corresponding to the pump truck to be detected according to the chassis type, the reversing system type and the arm support type of the pump truck to be detected selected by an operator. In the technical scheme, the line arrangement mode in the pump truck can be uniquely determined according to three parameters, namely the chassis type, the reversing system type and the arm support type of the pump truck to be detected, and then the specific condition of the line to be detected can be obtained according to the line arrangement information stored in the storage unit, so that the line to be detected is detected.
The invention also provides a line diagnosis method for diagnosing the line of the engineering machinery, which comprises the following steps: storing the line arrangement information of at least one type of engineering machinery; reading the circuit arrangement information corresponding to the current engineering machinery to be detected according to an input instruction of an operator, and selecting the information of the current wiring harness to be detected from the circuit arrangement information of the current engineering machinery to be detected according to the input instruction of the operator; and detecting the current wire harness to be detected according to the information of the current wire harness to be detected to obtain a detection result, analyzing the detection result to generate a diagnosis result, and displaying the diagnosis result. In the technical scheme, the line arrangement information of the engineering machinery is stored, when the line of the engineering machinery needs to be diagnosed, the arrangement condition of the current line to be diagnosed can be known according to the stored information, so that the line is detected, and then the detection result is analyzed to obtain the diagnosis result and is displayed; by adopting the line diagnosis method in the technical scheme, the segmented detection of the line of the engineering machinery can be realized, each section of line is detected in sequence, and the specific situation of line arrangement can be detected only by selecting corresponding line information, so that the specific fault line section can be detected.
Preferably, the detection of the wire harness to be detected comprises detecting at least one of the following fault conditions: open circuit to the line, short circuit to ground, short circuit to power supply, and short circuit between lines. In the technical scheme, the detection functions of the four faults are integrated into the line diagnostic instrument, so that the detection of the four faults can be realized, and the fault detection efficiency is improved.

In summary, the line arrangement information of the engineering machinery is stored in the line diagnostic instrument, and when the line of the engineering machinery needs to be diagnosed, the arrangement condition of the current line to be diagnosed can be known according to the information stored in the line diagnostic instrument, so that the line is detected; by adopting the line diagnostic instrument in the technical scheme, the line of the engineering machinery can be detected in sections, each section of line is detected in sequence, and the specific situation of line arrangement can be detected only by selecting corresponding line information, so that the specific fault line section can be detected, and compared with the fault judgment through the experience of technicians in the related technology, the accuracy of fault detection is effectively improved, and the efficiency of fault detection is improved; and four faults of open circuit of the line, short circuit to the ground, short circuit of the power supply and short circuit between the lines can be detected, and the use is convenient.

As shown in fig. 1, a line diagnostic apparatus 100 according to the present invention is used for line diagnosis of a construction machine, and the line diagnostic apparatus 100 includes: a storage unit 102 for storing circuit layout information of at least one type of construction machine; the reading unit 104 is used for reading the circuit arrangement information corresponding to the current engineering machinery to be detected from the storage unit 102 according to an input instruction of an operator, and selecting the information of the current wiring harness to be detected from the circuit arrangement information of the current engineering machinery to be detected according to the input instruction of the operator; the detection unit 106 is used for detecting the current wire harness to be detected according to the information of the current wire harness to be detected and obtaining a detection result; and a display unit 110 for analyzing the detection result to generate a diagnosis result and displaying the diagnosis result.
Storing the line layout information of the engineering machinery in the line diagnostic instrument 100, and when the line of the engineering machinery needs to be diagnosed, knowing the layout condition of the current line to be diagnosed according to the information stored in the line diagnostic instrument 100 so as to detect the line, and analyzing the detection result to obtain the diagnosis result and display the diagnosis result; by adopting the line diagnostic device 100 in the technical scheme, the line of the engineering machinery can be detected in sections, each section of line is detected in sequence, and the specific situation of line arrangement can be detected only by selecting corresponding line information in the storage unit 102, so that the specific fault line section can be detected, and compared with the fault judgment through experience of technical personnel in the related technology, the accuracy of fault detection is effectively improved, and the efficiency of fault detection is improved.
Preferably, the detection of the wire harness to be detected by the detection unit 106 includes detecting at least one of the following fault states: open circuit to the line, short circuit to ground, short circuit to power supply, and short circuit between lines. In the technical scheme, the detection functions of four faults can be integrated into the line diagnostic instrument 100, and the four faults can be detected by one line diagnostic instrument 100, so that the fault detection efficiency is improved. It is known in the related art how to detect a certain fault, and details thereof are not described herein.
Preferably, the display unit 110 is further configured to display the current circuit layout information corresponding to the engineering machinery to be detected and the current wire harness information to be detected. Through showing the circuit arrangement information and the current pencil information of treating that detects, make the operator can see the circuit arrangement condition of current engineering machine tool more directly perceivedly and treat the pencil arrangement condition that detects, more directly perceived, vivid to and show the testing result and can make the operator obtain the testing result more conveniently, make things convenient for operating personnel to judge fault information.
Preferably, the detection unit 106 is further configured to generate a fault code according to the detection of the wire harness to be detected, and output the fault code to the display unit 110; and the display unit 110 is further used for parsing the fault code to generate a corresponding diagnosis result. Different fault codes can be preset to be associated with different fault states of the wire harness to be detected, the detection unit 106 can generate corresponding fault codes according to the detected fault states, then the fault codes are transmitted to the display unit 110, and the display unit 110 analyzes the received fault codes to generate diagnosis results, so that the operator can check and judge the fault information conveniently.
For example, if the preset fault code of the open circuit of the line is K500, when the detection unit 106 detects that the line of the wire harness to be detected is open circuit, the fault code K500 is generated and transmitted to the display unit 110, the display unit analyzes the "K500", and the diagnosis result is that the line of the wire harness to be detected is open circuit, and then the open circuit of the line of the wire harness to be detected is displayed.
Preferably, the line diagnostic apparatus 100 further includes: the selection unit 112 is used for selecting automatic detection or manual detection on the wire harness to be detected according to an input instruction of an operator; and when the automatic detection is selected, the detection unit 106 automatically detects each line in the wire bundle to be detected one by one, and when the manual detection is selected, the detection unit 106 detects only the line selected by the operator in the wire bundle to be detected. The line diagnostic apparatus 100 supports two diagnostic modes, namely automatic diagnosis and manual diagnosis, and an operator can flexibly select the diagnostic mode according to actual needs.
For example, when the operator is not connected to the fault information, the lines in the line bundle may be sequentially diagnosed by the detection unit 106 in an automatic diagnosis manner; when the operator has a certain degree of judgment on the fault information, a manual diagnosis mode can be selected, and the line which is most likely to have a fault is diagnosed. By flexibly selecting automatic diagnosis or manual diagnosis, diagnosis efficiency can be maximized.
Preferably, the line diagnostic instrument 100 further includes a battery pack 114 for providing power to the line diagnostic instrument 100; or, the line diagnostic apparatus 100 is connected to a battery pack of the engineering machine to be detected, and the battery pack supplies electric energy to the line diagnostic apparatus 100. The line diagnostic apparatus 100 may be provided with a battery pack 114, and may also be connected to a battery pack of the engineering machine to be detected to obtain electric energy, for example, the line diagnostic apparatus may be connected to the battery pack of the entire vehicle through a 24V dc power plug to supply power.
In an embodiment, the line diagnostic apparatus 100 may be used for line diagnosis of a concrete pump truck, and the reading unit 104 is specifically configured to: and determining and reading the line arrangement information corresponding to the pump truck to be detected according to the chassis type, the reversing system type and the arm support type of the pump truck to be detected selected by an operator. The line arrangement mode in the pump truck can be uniquely determined according to the three parameters of the chassis type, the reversing system type and the arm support type of the pump truck to be detected, and then the specific condition of the line to be detected can be obtained according to the line arrangement information stored in the storage unit 102, so that the line to be detected is detected.
The diagnostic instrument provided by the invention has the advantages that the display screen is attached with the keyboard and various pump truck wiring harness databases, corresponding parameters are set through the keyboard, the related wiring harness databases are called to select wiring harnesses to be detected, the detection types (automatic detection or manual detection) are selected, and then the selection results and the related parameters are transmitted to the controller through the CAN bus. And the I/O port of the controller is connected with the circuit to be detected through the butt-joint patch wire harness. And when the detection command and the parameters of the display screen are received, calling the corresponding detection algorithm for detection, and transmitting the detection result to the display screen for display through the CAN bus. The diagnostic instrument can detect the line in sections by taking the connector as a node, detect the fault states of open circuit, short circuit to the ground, short circuit to the power supply and short circuit among lines, has high diagnosis speed and high diagnosis accuracy, and can be effectively applied to the line fault diagnosis of engineering machinery.
FIG. 2 shows a block diagram of a line diagnostic instrument according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the line diagnostic apparatus 100 shown in fig. 1 includes a controller 204, a display screen 202, a docking plug harness, and a 24V dc power plug, wherein the controller 204 and the display screen perform data exchange via a CAN bus, the controller 204 and the wiring harness to be detected are docked via the docking plug harness, and the diagnostic apparatus extracts required working power from the entire vehicle via the 24V dc power plug.
The method is used for fault diagnosis of the pump truck, and comprises the following specific implementation working steps:
(1) a 24V direct-current power supply plug of the diagnostic instrument is connected with the power supply of the whole vehicle, the controller 204 enters a standby state, and the display screen 202 enters an initial parameter setting page;
(2) connecting a diagnostic port of the diagnostic instrument with a wiring harness to be detected through a butt-joint plug-in wiring harness, and setting a page prompt according to initial parameters of a display screen 202 to set chassis, a reversing system and arm support type parameters of the pump truck to be detected;
(3) selecting a wire harness plug-in corresponding to a wire harness to be detected by a line selection page entering the display screen 202, and returning to a main page selection detection mode (automatic detection/manual detection) after the selection is successful;
(4) the controller 204 calls a corresponding detection program to detect after receiving the relevant parameters of the display screen 202, and sends a fault number to the display screen 202;
(5) the display screen 202 parses the fault number and displays the fault diagnosis result.
In this embodiment, the detection unit 106 in fig. 1 may be used as the controller 204, the power supply adopts a storage battery on a pump truck, and the rest of components are all integrated into the display 202, but obviously, other components outside the display unit 110 may also be integrated into the controller 204, and are not described again.
The line diagnostic instrument can store various engineering machines and line arrangement information corresponding to different models of each engineering machine, so that the line diagnostic instrument is suitable for different engineering machines, can realize diagnosis of various engineering machines by only storing the line arrangement information in the corresponding engineering machines into the line diagnostic instrument, and has wide application range.
The invention also provides a line diagnosis method for the line diagnosis of the engineering machinery, which comprises the following steps: storing the line arrangement information of at least one type of engineering machinery; reading the circuit arrangement information corresponding to the current engineering machinery to be detected according to an input instruction of an operator, and selecting the information of the current wiring harness to be detected from the circuit arrangement information of the current engineering machinery to be detected according to the input instruction of the operator; and detecting the current wire harness to be detected according to the information of the current wire harness to be detected, and displaying the detection result.
Storing the line layout information of the engineering machinery, and when the engineering machinery needs to be subjected to line diagnosis, knowing the layout condition of the current line to be diagnosed according to the stored information so as to detect the line and display the detection result; by adopting the line diagnosis method in the technical scheme, the segmented detection of the line of the engineering machinery can be realized, each section of line is detected in sequence, and the specific situation of line arrangement can be detected only by selecting corresponding line information, so that the specific fault line section can be detected.
Preferably, the detection of the wire harness to be detected includes detecting at least one of the following fault conditions: open circuit to the line, short circuit to ground, short circuit to power supply, and short circuit between lines. The four fault detection functions are integrated into the line diagnostic instrument, so that the four faults can be detected, and the fault detection efficiency is improved. Preferably, the line diagnosis method further includes: and displaying the current line arrangement information corresponding to the engineering machinery to be detected and the current wiring harness to be detected. As shown in fig. 3, a line diagnosis method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 302, the line diagnostic apparatus shown in fig. 1 sends a high level to a certain wiring port at one end of a wiring harness to be detected through an interface patch wiring harness;
step 304, judging whether a corresponding port at the other end of the wire harness to be detected can receive a corresponding signal;
step 306, if the corresponding port at the other end of the wire harness to be detected cannot receive the signal, judging that the line being detected is open;
step 308, if the corresponding port at the other end of the wire harness to be detected can receive the signal, further judging the level of the received signal;
step 310, if a low-level signal is received at a corresponding port at the other end of the wire harness to be detected, determining that the line being detected is short-circuited to the ground;
step 312, if a high level signal is received at a corresponding port at the other end of the wire harness to be detected, it is determined that the line being detected is short-circuited to the power supply;
step 314, if the corresponding port and the non-corresponding port at the other end of the wire harness to be detected both receive high level signals, determining that the lines are short-circuited;
(one wire harness has a plurality of circuits, each wire harness corresponds to one port, and the port of each wiring of the wire harness needs to be detected during detection)
And step 316, generating and displaying corresponding diagnosis results according to different received signals.
