Abstract
本发明涉及一种涂层增强C/SiC复合材料的制备方法,技术方案是:在C/SiC复合材料试样表面涂覆浆料涂层,有助于填充由预制体结构残留的孔隙和CVI瓶颈工艺造成的孔隙,提高复合材料致密性,并能有效缓解C/SiC复合材料与SiC保护层之间的模量失配,提高复合材料的强韧性。与现有技术C/SiC复合材料相比,二维SiC晶须涂层增强C/SiC复合材料室温下弯曲强度为480-502MPa,二维SiC颗粒涂层增强C/SiC复合材料室温下弯曲强度为440-470MPa,二维(SiC晶须+SiC颗粒)涂层增强C/SiC复合材料室温下弯曲强度为485-515MPa。通过控制沉积时间控制PyC和SiC基体和保护层的厚度,通过控制浆料粘度和涂覆次数控制浆料涂层厚度,实现复合材料结构控制。
The invention relates to a method for preparing a coating-reinforced C/SiC composite material. The technical proposal is: coating a slurry coating on the surface of a C/SiC composite material sample helps to fill the remaining pores and CVI of the prefabricated body structure. The pores caused by the bottleneck process can improve the compactness of the composite material, and can effectively alleviate the modulus mismatch between the C/SiC composite material and the SiC protective layer, and improve the strength and toughness of the composite material. Compared with the prior art C/SiC composites, the flexural strength of C/SiC composites enhanced by two-dimensional SiC whisker coatings at room temperature is 480-502 MPa, and the flexural strength of C/SiC composites enhanced by two-dimensional SiC particle coatings at room temperature The flexural strength of the two-dimensional (SiC whisker + SiC particles) coating reinforced C/SiC composite material is 485-515MPa at room temperature. Control the thickness of PyC and SiC substrates and protective layers by controlling the deposition time, and control the thickness of the slurry coating by controlling the viscosity of the slurry and the number of coatings to achieve composite material structure control.
