4. seat-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein said adjustable supporting mechanism comprises biasing member and load-carrying element, described biasing member is fixedly placed on the described seat bottom frame, described load-carrying element extends to described backrest frame from described biasing member, and wherein described biasing member applies tension force to described load-carrying element when described folding mat supporting component is in described extended position.
5. seat-assembly as claimed in claim 4, the tension force that is wherein applied by described biasing member prevent that described load-carrying element from meshing described seat-assembly and being arranged thereon stayed surface.
6. seat-assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein when described back of seat was folded to described seat bottom, the tension force that is applied by described biasing member was reduced.
7. seat-assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein said load-carrying element comprises the first attaching parts and the second attaching parts, described the first attaching parts has first terminal and the second end that is coupled to described backrest frame, and described the second attaching parts has first terminal the second end with being coupled to described the first attaching parts that is coupled to described biasing member.
8. seat-assembly as claimed in claim 7, also comprise the second biasing member and the 3rd attaching parts, described the second biasing member is coupled to described seat bottom frame and spaced apart with described biasing member, and described the 3rd attaching parts has first terminal the second end with being coupled to described the second attaching parts that is coupled to described the second biasing member.
9. seat-assembly as claimed in claim 8, wherein said the first attaching parts, the second attaching parts and the 3rd attaching parts are lines.
10. seat-assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein said the first plate is arranged in more close described the second plate in the described folding position than in described extended position.

20. seat-assembly as claimed in claim 18, wherein said back of seat comprises latch assembly, and described latch assembly is configured to mesh striker to prevent that described back of seat is about the pivot of described seat bottom.
